Personality:
He's very sweet, but he tries not to draw attention to himself unless necessary. He loves animals especially his pet Bull Mastiff (named Pier). When he speaks his voice is naturally very quiet, and talking loudly or yelling is especially difficult for him.

Background:
He is the baby of his family of 10, his family is the third wealthiest family in the country and generally overprotective of their youngest member. When he was 4 they bought him a Bull Mastiff puppy that he named Pier too keep him from being lonely when no one was available to play with him. Although he always enjoyed playing alone, the puppy's company was still enjoyable. He was 5th in his class but he had no friends he generally stayed to himself and no one in his classes bothered him.

Quirk:
He has the ability to alter his physical appearance: he can change to look like someone else (he can’t shift into objects), camouflage to blend in with his surroundings, and when he's not altering his body his hair changes color to reflect his mood.

Blue-Sadness
Orange-Anxiousness

Strengths:
Blaise has always loved running, he can run a full marathon in exactly 2 hours and 15 minutes consistently.

Weaknesses:
Blaise suffers from extreme scopophobia, which is a fear of being seen or stared at by others, he can handle direct eye contact for a 10 seconds tops. As he becomes more comfortable with a person he can stand their gaze for much longer.

Heroic Accomplishments:
He has generally stuck to petty thieves at the moment, as he wasn't sure about how to go about real hero work by himself.

Others (Optional):
Despite simply being a bull mastiff, Pier is a trained tracking dog, which helps Blaise to track down criminals. He is also just as good at being stealthy as his owner.

The Fashionably Angelic Hero, Seraph
Name: Aki Yanagi

Hero Name: Seraph

Age: 18

Appearance:
73a18a2fab9683b0bbbb559cafa8efce.jpg

^Her work (hero) appearance. It's how she looks most of the day. At home, she has her hair down and tends to wear more casual clothes, though she still prefers dresses and skirts to jeans. On days that her Grandfather visits, she'll be seen in a kimono:

bow-brown-eyes-brown-hair-hair-bow-kimono-lips-long-hair-noizi-ito-solo-wafuku-zoom-layer-anime-girl-pretty-beautiful-art-wallpaper-orange-hair-autumn.jpg

Personality: Friendly, social, and spirited, Aki isn’t the sort to let the pessimism of others get her down. She is an optimist with strong faith in herself and an even stronger faith in others. Bred with confidence and leadership skills due to her parent’s occupation, Aki is the type that knows what she wants and reaches for it for it with everything she has. She’s ambitious. She’s also used to getting what she wants.

As a result, Aki comes off as bit entitled and spoiled. She is pushy. She’ll throw a bit of a temper tantrum if things don’t work out the way she wants them too. She is competitive, somewhat petty, and a little selfish. She’s also a frivolous spender in regards to money and is fairly impulsive when she gets an idea in her head. However, her heart is set on justice. Inspired by a veteran hero who was hired as her bodyguard and constantly protected her when she was young, Aki wants to be a guardian angel for others who need it. That’s part of the reason she started the Heavenly Hero Agency with Infinite Zero.

Background: Her grandfather is a member of the National Diet in Japan. Both her parents are high-ranked government officials. Her cousins are heroes with their own agency. Aki was a girl born to a family of wealth. As a result, there wasn’t much she needed for growing up. The only thing Aki couldn’t get, that her parents couldn’t give her, was a sibling. Before starting school, Aki didn’t have many friends her age. Her friends were her tutors, servants, and the people her grandfather paid to guard her. Part of the reason was because her grandfather regulated her friends, but the other part had to do with her personality. She was a bit of an entitled princess in her youth.

It wouldn’t be until she started school that Aki started to change make friends her age. Her decision enroll in UA High was inspired by the heroism of one of the bodyguards her father had hired for her. As a hero, Seraph specialized in aerial combat. Her family connections gave her a lot of options in terms of internships—regardless of her performances in the Sports Festivals. However, it was her own skills that landed her an intern position in the Number 2 Winged Hero, Hawk’s, agency doing real hero work for a couple years before she graduated.

Bright eyed after graduation, Aki’s ambitions ran high as she looked towards the future. Rising crime-rates from All Might’s retirement. Increasing villainy. None of that bothered Seraph. Despite being offered a permanent position at Hawk’s agency, Aki decided to partner with her fellow classmate, Rei Mugen (Infinite Zero), to start their own hero agency (with a bit of financial support from her parents). The goal, of course, is to reach the top of the hero charts. However, as with every hero, it’s also to bring a bit more peace into a crime-filled world.

Still single with no plans of marrying anytime soon.

Quirk: Angel Wings—A mutant quirk that allow Aki to take to the skies. She controls the wings are like an extra limb can create small gusts if she flaps hard enough. Additionally, she can harden her feathers for defensive purposes, but then they become too rigid too fly properly. Also if she keeps them hardened for too long, her wing muscles become stiff and rigid.

Strengths: Finance. Costume designing. Marketing. Using pole-arms. Aerobatics.

Weaknesses: Bugs (hates them). Cute boys (may let the good-looking villains go). Cleaning (never touched a broom in her life).

Heroic Accomplishments:
  • Saved several civilians from a falling construction beam.
  • Stopped a lingerie thief at a shopping mall.
  • Worked with Hawk to stop the serial arsonist, Maverick.

Name. Jason Holler

Hero Name. Superbman The Ninth

Gender. Male

Age. 20

Appearance.
Jason Holler.jpg
Ultra Instinct Activated.jpg

82caafd273038d4962aa13d90f8ff978.jpg

Personality. Jason is a friendly and good-nurtured man who upholds the very great value of heroism, but although with very few experience from his school years up until now, he still has a long way to go in getting up to the ranks of the most powerful of pro heroes. He grew up with morals and is very caring towards his loved ones, so far as to be willing to make great sacrifices for the benefit of peace. However, as the latest incarnation of the legacy of Superbman, he shares a fair amount of doubts in keeping up with the name. He is also a smart individual in the field of technology.

Background. The name of Superbman goes way back to the start of the period of peace. They are a line of heroes known for their use of nanomachines in fighting crime, as well as being used in conjunction with their Quirks. They are known to be extremely loyal to the #1 ranked heroes, and with All Might retired, the latest Superbman by the name of Jason Holler is tasked to stand by the side of the new #1 ranked hero, Endeavor, and aid him until the very end. Jason was born to a Quirkless family, and as such, he is being discriminated by the majority of people. Little did they know is that Jason has a Quirk of his own, but he did not realized that even today. During his middle school years, his school got attacked by a group of terrorists until the eight Superbman appears and beats them all. Jason went up to the pro hero and asked if there is a chance for him to be a hero even without a Quirk, to which the latter replies "You can, if you believe." These words alone has inspired Jason to work hard in achieve such impossible goal.

Towards the end of his middle school days, he received news that the eight Superbman is going to retire after receiving a career-ending injury. Jason makes haste, eyes full of sadness and tears, and when he makes it to the hospital, the eight Superbman is gone. However, he has left something special for Jason; his own nanomachine suit, an application form for U.A., and a note that says "You're next." Jason took the gift with pure emotion and since then, he has become the ninth Superbman.

Quirk. It is believed that Jason is Quirkless, even with a licence and a confirmed Quirk. That is because he hasn't realized that he has a Quirk because his Quirk is...

-Mushin-
A Quirk that can only be activated when Jason is rendered unconscious after getting beaten up. It is an advanced mental state that allows him to detect and react to any attack without the need to acknowledge it, thus he can act without the need of thinking and his body only moves with pure instinct. While also in this state, his body gets re-energized and all of his previous injuries are negated. His speed gets dramatically increased to the point that his movements are hard to register and no extra movements are involved. The downside of this Quirk is that aside from the low-chance of activation, this state works as only a defense mechanism and can only be active until he regains consciousness, thus deactivating his Quirk and leaves him no memory of what he did during that.

Strengths. Outside of his Quirk, Jason is a capable fighter made better with his nanomachine suit which grants him superhuman strength, speed, and prowess. The nanomachines are kept in a small box and when needed, they can form the armor in less than a second. Aside from the superhuman parameters, the suit can also lessen the amount of damage Jason receives, and even such is very durable. Jason can adapt into any situation with his resourcefulness and surroundings. Outside of the field of combat, Jason is smart with technology, but prefers simple devices that benefits everyday lives than in combat.

Weaknesses. He hates being called weak and does not want to look helpless. He can be very emotional in a silly way and without his nanomachine suit, he is useless until he unconsciously activates his Quirk.

Heroic Accomplishments. Nothing but stopping a bank robbery ten times, putting kittens off of trees, and apprehend snatchers.

Name. Kai Obake

Hero Name. Kaiju

Gender. Male

Age. 22

Appearance. An extremely giant alligator that walks around and talks and eats bananas. He's pretty distinct.

Personality. Once you've gotten past his rather fearsome appearance, the person underneath isn't scary at all. He's a bit intense sometimes, but he thinks the best of others and values those around him. He won't often say what he's feeling, but when he does his words are honest. He might say things that seem mean or lack tact, but it's never out of malice. He just doesn't believe in lying to deceive others. It isn't something a person who wants to be seen as a hero should do. He has that odd sort of innate wisdom that often makes others forget that Kai isn't actually very smart. He has a talent for reading people and situations, but when it comes to book learning Kai's just no good at it. He can learn by experience and by seeing something, but something written on a piece of paper just doesn't hold any meaning to him. Hilariously given his appearance... and size... and strength, Kai is terrible at dealing with the opposite sex. He just doesn't know how exactly he's supposed to act around girls. The one good thing about the scales, aside from being heat resistant and hard as rock, is that they hide when he's embarrassed.

Kaiju
30k4qch.jpg
Background. Kai's parents are a bit on the eccentric side. His mother is technically a clothing designer, but she spends most of her time outside in the flower garden she loves so much. Her quirk is having fairy wings and the ability to change her own weight. His father is just a bit bigger and stronger than the average person. How those quirks mixed into whatever his is no one's really been able to explain, but Kai has a few vague ideas about it. Kai still isn't entirely sure how to describe what his dad actually does. As far as he understands it he studies villains to try and understand their motives and origins to try and reform them and stop the appearance of future villains. So... kind of like a psychologist with some detective stuff going on too? Kai thinks his dad spends too much time trying to understand villains. Some people just took a wrong turn in life sure, but others are simply evil and need to be stopped.

This difference in opinion is what first made Kai want to become a hero, but it stopped being the main reason years ago. He just likes putting himself between a threat and those who need protecting. It's where he feels he belongs. He'd never liked fighting, but when he was defending another person it just felt right. He still remembers how the guy he'd stepped in to save had thanked him. Kai had thought he'd just be telling off some kids for fighting, but instead he'd walked in on two guys with metal bats robbing a man. He wanted to just take their weapons and smack them with them, but that wouldn't be right. He ended up just having the victim call the police while he kept the muggers distracted. When the police arrived Kai just tossed the two muggers into the back of the car and then handed the police their weapons. One of the bats was crushed in the middle where Kai had grabbed it, the other was covered in dents from hitting his hard scales. He said he was fine at the time, mostly just to look cool and the adrenaline hadn't worn off, but later that night he ended up in the hospital with a lot of bruising and fractures in his arms and fingers. Turns out trying to grab a metal bat that was being swung at you wasn't the smartest thing to do. But despite getting hurt and getting yelled at by his parents, Kai could only think of the look of gratitude on the man's face when he'd stepped in to help. That was when he knew, he needed to be a hero.
Kai was extremely worried that he might fail to get accepted into the hero program just from his results on the written portion of the exam. He definitely didn't study hard enough. Heroes protect people, what else did he need to know? Apparently quite a lot. And it didn't help that the stupid tiny pencil they gave him kept breaking. He'd been so nervous that he didn't pay attention to how hard he was gripping the thing. He'd been in the double digits of broken pencils before time finally ran out. Somehow he managed to get enough points that his practical exam results carried him through.

The following years were the best Kai's experienced. Acceptance, good friends, good fights, a whole lot of learning, and even that wasn't so bad. Of course there were some less fun moments, namely the studying and reading and memorizing lots of things, but also the first time he came face-to-face with a villain, pushing his quirk beyond where he knew what would happen, losing control and almost hurting his friends. Thankfully his best friend, and then a teacher, got him back under control. He's learned where those limits are since then, and generally understands himself and his quirk much better. During the sports festival Kai managed to place fourth. He lost to his best friend, a boy from the support class with a troublesome control-type quirk, but it was a good fight since neither went easy on the other. Despite Kai's loud cheering in the finale, his friend lost to that year's rising star, a girl with an electric quirk. It was over in a literal flash. The three became good friends after the festival was over due to Kai's competitive streak leading to him challenging her to a fight. He claims it was a draw.

After graduating he's worked solo mostly, his habit of causing unnecessary property damage leading to most agencies either avoiding him or quickly letting him go after a short time. He doesn't let it get to him. It's hard to deny he tends to break things, a lot. Since he hasn't really had steady work lately, Kai's been living with his parents. He plans to move back out and live on his own once he gets into a solid hero gig.

Quirk. Evolving Dragon - Kai's body has taken on the traits of a mythical dragon... but just by looking at him it's hard to see anything besides a dinosaur or an alligator. Kai gets annoyed when people call him either of those, for different reasons. Unlike most physical-type quirks his didn't fully appear at birth. Instead it's manifested in pieces, hence the name. The first time this happened was when Kai was four. He tripped and fell into a fire. For an instant he felt like he was burning, but his quirk activated and covered his body in scales so he barely felt the heat from the flames. In middle school Kai was bullied for a short time. It progressed to the point that Kai was actually afraid of those kids, and that was when his quirk evolved again. Suddenly Kai towered over the other kids, and over most of the teachers as well. A few weeks later his frustration at being too big reached its boiling point and it happened again, but this time Kai found he'd become tiny. This cycle of being too big and then too small repeated many times until he figured out that he could force the transformation with a strong enough desire. He's gotten pretty good at controlling it now, but it's still an all or nothing change from giant to tiny. He could probably make himself any size between those, but he still doesn't understand his quirk nearly well enough to control it to that degree. In his larger form Kai is a powerful fighter. Aside from just being massive he's also incredibly strong and well-protected by hard scales. He's not someone you want to get into a fistfight with.
250

Smol Kai
Strengths. Kai is a hard worker, honest, and generally someone you can put your trust in. He wakes up early every day to work out. Most villains tend not to cause trouble before noon, but even still he makes sure to not push himself so far that he'd be too tired to fight. So long as the equipment is all sturdy enough to handle him, he's a really good cook (all vegetarian).

Weaknesses. As said earlier, Kai is not the smartest person you'll ever meet. He doesn't know a lot of things, and he knows how much he doesn't know. If someone else says they know more than him, he will listen to them. This leaves him very susceptible to being misled or lied to. He gets nervous when he has to deal with crowds or strangers, due to having a history of people judging him based on his fearsome appearance that even the years of school where he was more accepted couldn't entirely erase. For someone with no visible ears, Kai has good hearing, and every time a stranger calls him a monster when they think he can't hear it hurts. He wants the bad guys to be afraid of him, but when he works hard to protect people and they still say those things about him, it just sucks.

Heroic Accomplishments. Once stopped a robbery by stabbing his spear through the getaway vehicle and into the road below. Saved a few people from a burning building, which then collapsed on top of his head. Just about every small-time criminal gives up as soon as they see a giant alligator walking towards them. There was one guy, a telekinetic, that launched Kai through a wall, but as soon as Kai managed to get one hand on the guy he just about wet himself and surrendered. It's mostly small-time stuff that he just happens to be able to help with.

Random Info. At his full size Kai stands at a towering 9 feet, with his mini form barely hitting 2 and a half feet. He only makes himself small when he has to, since it's pretty uncomfortable to just do without a good reason. His body is naturally very warm, and animals love taking naps on top of or against him. Ever since he saw an alligator - or was it a crocodile? - eating a zebra Kai's been vegetarian. Bananas are his favorite food by far. Even though his shirts and shorts are elastic enough to stretch when he changes size he prefers to change clothes after changing size. Just because the clothes don't rip apart right away doesn't mean they're not uncomfortably tight. There are a few more stages to his quirk (think, what does a dragon do?), but he doesn't like pushing it that far. For one, it hurts like hell, and two, it gets hard to control. DO NOT LET HIM DRINK. Kai's mother was enrolled in a hero course at one point, but dropped out to pursue other things. Even with him now being an official hero, Kai knows full well that his mother isn't someone he could win a fight against. His two close friends from school have stayed in touch since graduating. One, as expected, joined up with a skilled group aiming for the top hero spots. The other has mostly stayed out of the spotlight, working on his own projects, but he assures the others that he's doing just fine on his own and that next time they meet up they'll have to rematch to see who's gotten stronger.

Theme.

Name. Melia Thompomene.

Hero Name. The Emotional Hero: Mood Swing

Gender. Male

Age. 20

Appearance. Melia is 5'8" around 160lbs with purple hair and black eyes. Half his face is always curved upward in a wide grin whilst the other is curved downward into an upsetting frown both sides contain slightly exaggerated sharp teeth. The right side of his head is shaved whilst the other is moderately grown out.
m.pngm2.png
(Ahhh his arms look weird as heck but i can't draw people well im sorry :dead: also sorry my phone camera is junk, his hair and the bluer side of his hero costume is supposed to be purple)

Personality. A very cheerful and friendly person upon first inspection. But once given the opportunity it’s very evident that Melia has quite a few personality traits that like to contradict each other. He can be shy at times but is in no way an introvert. He’s observant of his surroundings and of other but is forgetful. Has a huge need to please others and often follows around those he admires like a lost puppy.

Background. Melia’s parent were both Heroes and whilst growing up he got to see first hand the huge impact good heroes have on civilian lives. He had always aspired to be like his parents. Although they certainly weren’t big-time heroes, they were everything to him. His mother having the ability to manipulate people's actions, and his father had a form of great strength. It probably seems like it doesn’t make sense that he’d end up with his quirk from that but that is because his father isn’t his biological father. His parents never talked about it and he didn’t seem to care considering he already has a great dad.

When not out fighting crime and saving people, his parents were very kind and taught him to always respect others feelings, especially because of his quirk. And he should never use it to get things he wants. That didn’t really ever stop him from accidentally using it. Imagine a child comes in from playing outside with a scraped knee, bawling and suddenly the entire family is in tears.

Although he wasn’t the brightest bulb Melia made sure he would make it into UA. No matter how hard it was he studied, but one crumbling week before the entrance exams and he almost gave up due to stress, but with the help of one of his close friends he kept on and just managed to pass into the hero course.

After school, he worked with a small agency and was mostly deployed to calm bystanders and comfort people during bad natural disasters or during horrible tragedies. Although he was proud of the work he was doing he wanted to actually fight crime and turned to work solo. It was just what he wanted, bagging bad guys, although it might seem difficult given his quirk but some people (especially petty thieves) don’t put up as much of a fight when uncontrollably sobbing into their stolen goods. He was starting to become moderately popular due to his unusual ‘fighting’ style.

Everything was going fine for Melia till he happened to go after a bigger criminal than he thought. What appeared to be just a ‘regular’ robbery was a front for a much bigger crime to try and entrap heroes, and Melia fell right into it. After a long time of hand to hand combat and high emotions it appeared he may not make it out alive, Melia finally had a breakdown. His sudden surge of emotions as he tried to stay alive transferred to another hero who had been helping to get the people out of the building. Their mind was filled with so much gloom and hopelessness that they just gave in and allowed themself to get killed. He’s now under a lot of fire from the media, debating whether he should continue his hero work. This is why he jumped at the opportunity to join another agency and show he can be trusted and is under control.

Quirk. Emotion Exchange. Melia's quirk allows him to change peoples current emotions. Either through eye contact or physical touch, Melia can fully change or switch emotions with a person which dissipates after a period of time depending on the emotions. Depending on the intensity of the emotion(calm & happier emotions being the easiest, whereas fear or anger being the hardest) he can also let off a small aura of about 5 feet. Overuse of his quirk can cause him to become confused and disoriented for a period of time. He also suffers from unexpected mood swings when exposed to extremely intense emotions which can be dangerous if in his aura mode or when targeting a person. His Quirk has been found to be potentially deadly when used on someone who is already severely emotionally compromised.

Strengths. Whenever he has free time Melia enjoys baking and gardening and is pretty good at both. Is a rather fast sprinter but not good with long distance running.

Weaknesses. When it comes to acts of mental prowess especially if things involve mathematics he would do horribly. Overly trusting of others. Can become possessive and overly protective of people he is close to. Often very impatient and has to be kept occupied. Plagued by erratic mood shifts that put him extremely on edge.

Heroic Accomplishments. Support during disasters, a few small criminals detained, that one event.

Others (Optional). He is currently having a lot of internal struggle trying to decide if he should continue being a hero or not and feel immensely guilty about what had happened. Melia secretly doesn't like being around people and it gives him great anxiety because he doesn't want to accidentally pass his mood shifts onto others, he tries to hide them to the best of his ability.

The Head-banging Hero, Infinite Zero
Name: Rei Mugen

Hero Name: Infinite Zero

Age: 18

Appearance:

1531343506330.png
(With Hero Costume)

1531343623374.png

(Normal appearance, though the hair is longer and his eyes are brown)

Personality: Stoic, serious, and a somewhat oblivious, Rei does his job with a straight- forward and diligent personality. He’s the sort of person you can trust to get things done. Reliable and honest, you won’t usually see him cheating or taking shortcuts. When he’s not working, eating, or sleeping, he’s usually training. He wants to be strong enough to protect the people important to him. To keep the peace. To climb the hero ranks. While not vocal about his ambitions, he won’t lie if asked either. Rei wants to be top hero. He wants to be strong. He wants to be someone that others can depend on and look up to. Mostly orphaned children. That’s why he teamed up with Seraph to start the Heavenly Hero Agency. Even though they come from a different backgrounds, their ambitions were somewhat similar. They also make up for what each other lack. He’s still working on a heroic smile—the most he can manage being a small one when he’s a good mood or when he’s relaxed and no one is looking.

Background:

Rei an orphan, his parents killed in a plane hijacking by a terrorist group called the Skull Jets. Rei was only a toddler at the time, so he doesn’t remember much about his parents. However, he hears from his grandparents that they were both professional pilots and that he likely inherited his quirk from his mother, who could discharge electricity from her finger tips. Rei didn’t choose to be a hero to get revenge for his parents. Though, he does what to prevent other kids from being orphans like he is so it’s likely that his dead parents probably played a part in his decision.

Regardless, the young boy studied heroism as soon as he learned to read. His grandparents, supported his interest enrolling in a local kendo dojo of which he became his master’s top student at a young age (14). He didn’t care which hero school he attended for high school, but it turned out his martial arts teacher was a former student of UA, friends with the principal, and slipped him a recommendation. Hence his entrance into the top Hero School in Japan.

Focused on his goal of becoming a hero with the determination of a dog to its bone, high school passed like a blur for the teen that aced his hero-licensing exam with flying colors. Some students stood out to him, but one more than the others. Well, more like she kept pestering him. Aki Yanagi. Granddaughter of Diet member Yusuke Yanagi and the wealthy, entitled princess of the class. While she didn’t have the best grades, what she had was probably even better given the materialistic nature heroism had taken on. Money and connections. At least enough to start her own hero agency without much problems. Therefore, he was startled when she asked him to start a Hero Agency with her, saying that she needed someone with his grades, heroic drive, and looks on her team.

Quirk:

Static Locks – The triboelectric effect of his hair is many, many times greater than normal hair, such that even the smallest amount of friction against it can create a buildup of static. Interestingly, when the fibers are rubbed against each other, the effect is greatly magnified. A single whip of his long silver hair has the effect of a low-powered taser. That’s at low charge. The more vigorously he rubs his hair, or shakes/bangs his head, the greater the static buildup and the greater the electrical discharge his hairs can produce. However, given that his locks are always bumping into each other every time he moves, his hair is pretty much always charged and dangerous (flowing behind him in a cool anime fashion =P). In order to prevent accidents, he keeps a metal comb with him at all times to safely discharge his hair.

Also, the helmet of his costume is designed to absorb and distribute the electricity produced by his hair to the rest of the suit, thus powering it. Rei can use his quirk for electric combat (by whipping his hair around), but mainly uses it to power his Infinite Zero Suit and Infinite Zero Sword. The Infinite Zero suit is a support item (which Seraph designed and paid for) that allows him to moderate electricity that flows throughout his body when he chooses to focus his charges inward to his synapses for his super move. During this time, Infinite Zero enters his ‘Zero State’ where he receives a burst of speed and enhanced reflexes. What is normally a straining move for his body, and would leave his limbs numb and/or temporarily paralyzed (depending on duration) in the aftermath, is moderated by his suit which can act as an internal electric insulator or conductor as needed—thus diminishing the recoil of his quirk and increasing the length of time he can remain in that state. In addition, his body does have some natural electrical resistance, having developed along with his quirk (hence why he is able to enter his zero state even without his suit).

Strength: Besides his quirk, Rei is a capable fighter and an excellent swordsmen. His body is well trained. He has good battle sense and thinks quickly on his feet. He’s also a decent cook and, while not a technological expert, he does enjoy tinkering with electronic devices and is a good handyman. Basically to can count on him for electric repairs— fix lights, TV cables, cars, etc.

Weaknesses: In regards to his quirk, anything with high electrical resistivity wouldn’t badly be hurt by his quirk like earth or rubber. His hair cannot charge if is damp or in contact with metal. He’s never learned how to swim because he’s afraid if he jumps into a pool with others, it’d stop their heart so he skipped the free swimming lessons in grade school. Even after discharging his hair with a metal comb, the lives of others isn’t something he’d willing risk so he’s always found and excuse to avoid beach or hot spring trips.

Heroic Accomplishments:
  • Placed first the UA sports festival twice during his first two school years. Didn’t participate in his 3rd year.
  • Defeated the child kidnapper, Peter Pauper, during his internship with Electro-man. Acquired a nemesis and saved a bunch of children in Aisai City.
  • Caught over 30 purse-snatchers on the first week he acquired his official hero license.
  • Helped Seraph catch her lingerie thief.

Others:
  • During his Zero State, his eyes glow blue.
  • His Infinite Zero sword, when powered, condenses his electrical energy into a sword. If he charges his weapon enough, he can shoot electric bolts from it.

He’s not called the Hot-Blooded hero for nothing. Asahi has been described as a “hotheaded punk”, and some would say that’s putting it nicely. He’s easily annoyed and arrogant, so he’s been known to bite off more than he can chew. His loud mouth tendencies and “give no fucks” attitude make him a media favorite; he’s quick to say what’s on his mind. However, he seems to have a soft spot for older women and single mothers, and he’s notably kinder to them than others. He considers himself a “ladies’ man”, but he tends to attract less than refined individuals. He’s certainly not one to pursue a serious, long term relationship, but, if he can get over his commitment issues, anything is possible. Asahi’s also been known to be juvenile and a bit petty at times which can make him a pain to work with, but when push comes to shove he’ll have your back. Asahi is surprisingly loyal. Whether it be to simply give a ride or go on a dangerous mission, he's quick to give a close friend aid without question. Though he wouldn’t admit it, he likes the heroic aspect of being a pro hero, and he’ll do whatever he can to protect civilians even if he doesn’t act very "heroly" to do so.

While he obviously has some foreign blood in him, Asahi was essentially born and raised in a red light district, so it’s no surprise he never knew his own father. All he knows is that his father was some big-shot criminal with some sort of blood manipulation quirk. His mother raised him, but he knows little about her past though he could make a few guesses. After he was born, he pretty much became the center of his mother’s world, and she worked hard just to keep him fed and clothed. She’s actually quite a strict and traditional woman who expects the best from her son, but all that working meant she wasn’t home often, so Asahi was raised by himself and the streets practically as much as he was raised by her.

Due to his foreign blood, he was often picked on, so he eventually had to decide whether to lay down and take it or fight with everything he has, and that’s how his rough and tough, loud mouthed persona was formed. Initially, he was going to join the local gang, but after he defended a single mother instead of mugging her, he quickly ended up on their bad side. With this development, after learning his father was a villain, he decided to become a hero. However, he constantly faced discouragement. No one but his mom believed some big mouthed brat from the ghetto could become a hero, but somehow, after vigorous last second study, he barely passed the test portion of the entrance exam. Though he did pass out, he’d tell you the practical test was “no sweat”, and he scored pretty highly. His showing off managed to net him some hero points.

Once in a hero school, Asahi didn’t really make many friends (due to his personality), and many people still doubted him. He swear he’d show them all, but he only placed 4th at the sports festival after passing out from overusing his quirk. Somehow, he managed to squeeze by to graduation, and he became a full fledged hero. Naming himself after a god of fire, the cocky, new hero has worked solo for the most part. He claims no agency can “handle him”, but he’s really just too much of a pain in the ass to keep around. Currently, Asahi is making it by doing small time jobs, but he has a little claim to fame after single handedly taking down a small time villain. However, after sending money to his mom, his income is pitiful, and his tiny apartment and almost empty fridge reflect this. He’s hoping this is his chance to make it big.

Asahi’s father had a blood manipulation quirk and his mother has a combustion quirk. His quirk is a mixture of the two. He can manipulate his own blood (that becomes highly combustible when exposed to air) as long as it remains in contact with him. This allows him to form various objects from his blood. The first downside is that Asahi has to be bleeding for his quirk to work at all. Another downside is that he can’t control when his blood ignites meaning any significant source of heat could ignite it if he’s not careful. The larger the cut the faster he can draw blood out. However, the quirk’s biggest drawback is that he’s limited to his own blood, so he can quickly develop many blood loss symptoms ranging from mere lightheadedness to hypovolemic shock if he draws out too much. Asahi can draw his blood back into himself, but it takes about twice the time to reabsorb his blood, and it can be dangerous if his blood came in contact with some form of toxin. Each of Asahi’s gloves have a mechanism on it similar to a lancet that prick his finger allowing him to draw out blood. The thumb of his gloves are also designed to create sparks when rubbed against other fingers allowing him to ignite his blood.

Armed Combat- his quirk means he’s pretty much always armed, so he’s received melee weapons training from various places (Hero school, internships, paid dojo, etc).
Tough- Due to his early years of street brawling and his pure stubbornness, Asahi can take a beating.
Working out- He works out constantly to keep body toned “for the ladies”. He’s the perfect person to ask for some gym training tips.
Cooking- Asahi can cook a variety of dishes, but he mainly focuses on Indian and Japanese dishes.
Reactive- He’s not one for planning things out, but he’s good at thinking on the spot in combat.

Hand to hand combat- Asahi has some experience from his street fighting days, but he’s at a disadvantage when it comes to any form of formal training.
Getting out of bed- He’s as far from a morning person as one can be, and he has a tendency to oversleep. It’s not unusual for him to be dragged out of bed.
Spice Lover- Asahi loves spicy foods meaning he tends to cook spicy. This can make his food dangerous to those who don’t share his love.
Technology Hater- Due to his financially lacking background, his early education and technology exposure was a bit limited. If punching a machine doesn’t fix it, he’s out of luck.
Friendly as a Cactus- Asahi’s many personality flaws make him pretty far from the ideal team mate.

Mostly pretty small stuff like catching purse snatchers or getting a cat out of a tree. Though he has stopped a fair share of muggers and gang members who jumped the wrong person on his way home. His most notable accomplishment is the defeat of a villain that wasn’t particularly strong but had proven himself dangerous in the past. This villain had a blood manipulation quirk that would draw blood from the cuts he made on his victim causing them to bleed out. After being jumped and fighting a quickly losing battle with this villain, Asahi managed to ignite his blood before passing out. Unaware of this part of Asahi’s ability, the villain had drawn out enough blood that the ignition blew up the alley KOing him and alerting authorities.

The reason he was searching for the villain he defeated was because he was hoping it was his father.

Name. Hiems "Heim" Gale

Hero Name. Cryobreak, goes with Cryo

Gender. MaLe

Age. 31

Appearance.
_bnha_oc_hiems_gale__costume_2_0_by_derpingonthinice-dch3fs6.jpg
He used to have a mask for his costume as a student, but now he just goes by with his bare face. A baseball cap maybe.
As he claims to be "on standby 24/7", he hardly takes off his costume, though when he does he usually wears a blue T-shirt and a black training shorts.

Personality.
Lazy. Hiems tries to avoid doing any activity unless he's needed for it, getting himself break with any moment he can spare. He usually spends the breaks with sleep, shallow or deep, whatever the situation allows him to enjoy.. As an extension to this trait, or just as his preference, Hiems barely shows different expressions. His usual expression, the 'dumb lazy face', stays on until the last minute. He also talks less, trying to keep his words short, simple, and with all content he needs to say at the time. Hiems' lazy attitude has been a bit of a problem(mostly in socializing) in his life, but over ten years of career as a professional hero has managed to turn him into a bit more determined and active person.
The story goes a bit different if someone, or Hiems himself, convinces him that whatever he’s doing is truly important. Hiems may be a sleepy, lazy, easy going person at usual times, but his determined self is different. He can concentrate greatly, and moves and thinks much faster. During this time period, his will for the goal is nearly unbreakable.
Aside from his laziness and hidden determination, Hiems himself has a warm caring heart, which is hardly really shown at most times due to his lazy nature. He cares for his family and friends, and is eager to sacrifice himself for them whenever he’s needed. He has no hesitation for helping people who are in trouble, even if they are complete strangers.
While Hiems is sluggish and irresponsible the most of the time, he tends to care for his loved ones unlike his usual first impressions. He himself is ready to throw himself into any danger if his family or friends need him. Due to his attitude, he emphasizes friendship and love between family members, as far as he finds it plausible.
Hiems has passion and pride for his job, which he has dreamed ever since he was a little kid.

Background.
Hiems was born to a family at the U.S. His mother had an ice based quirk, his father a quirk that helped him increase his strength, and his sister quirkless.
Hiems went through a rather peaceful childhood. The neighborhood didn’t have much bullies, and the kids were all basically nice to each other. His sister did a huge part too, as she usually spent her free time caring for her little brother, who had trouble controlling his quirk when he was young. The only troubles Hiems had as a little kid were those little happenings that happened because of his quirk, which mostly included frostbites. Lucky for him, his sister was usually there to help him solve it, and prevent the problem from going worse.
After Hiems entered elementary school, his dream of being a hero became much clear when one day he saw a hero stop a store robbery. Though it was a small grocery store, he was impressed by how the hero used their quirk to keep order of the society, and wanted to be a part of it. Ever since that day, he studied hard to meet the hero academies’ standards, and practiced to control his quirk at home so he wouldn’t accidentally hurt people with it.
Hiems entered and graduated his high school as a decent hero course student. He spent years in his homeland as a pro hero, dealing with various criminals. His main reason for moving over to Japan was All Might, who gave him a hell of an impression with all his footages on the field and various interviews in television shows. When All Might declared his retirement after a gigantic fight against his old enemy, Hiems moved over to Japan, in honor of one of his favorite heroes, and in search of a new career on foreign lands.

Quirk. "The Frosty Winter Man" (Mutation type)
Hiems was born with a cold-friendly body. His body can survive sub zero temperatures, and moreover, it becomes stronger and faster as the body temperature drops. His body can also produce cold substance from his insides. It can be released from his body with various methods. He could ‘sweat’ them, ‘cry' them out(though Hiems doesn’t prefer this method), and spit a bunch of cold stuff from his mouth(mostly preferred). Through years of training starting from his high school(when he attended hero course), Hiems has far over average control of his quirk.

Strengths.
Hiems has a sturdy mind that hardly shatters- he can keep himself together for longer than most of the people. This happened as a result of years of hero experience, and also his passion for the job too.
Long time of spending time alone has given him the talent to cook food with near average skills, just enough to keep him going on for an extra day.
Your best friend when it comes to keeping your drinks cool.
Hiems excels at closed range fights, his enhanced strength and speed being a threat as well as the frosty atmosphere around him.

Weaknesses.
Hiems is weak at socializing, which has been an issue ever since his days at school. He finds it awkward to have a long conversation, and emotional ones. He's a kind fellow inside, but his usual self is good enough to hide the fact. He also has a fear of hurting people with his quirk, which can get pretty destructive in its ways, and sometimes hesitates to use his quirk.
Hiems’ quirk has a high chance of disrupting his teamwork, as not many can withstand such low temperatures, villains or heroes.

Heroic Accomplishments.
-Countless minor crimes around the neighborhood stopped.
-Assisted the police on stopping several shootouts and hostage situations.
-Helped in several fire scenes
-Caught a villain who threatened to harm his sister after searching for the criminal for four days straight without rest.

Others (Optional).
Special moves
-The Frosty Winter Man: Hiems goes full power, generating cold substance at its lowest temperature possible(which is around liquid nitrogen, but the temperature rises rapidly as it meets the atmosphere). The temperature of the small area around him drops rapidly. His body is extremely enhanced, giving him advantage over his enemy. At this point a small layer of ice grows over the surface his body touches, growing further the longer he stays in touch. Currently he can keep this mode on for two minutes maximum, though he doesn't prefer to. Using the mode for its full limited time will render his quirk 'exhausted', and he won't be able to generate cold substance easily without a good rest.
-Ice armor: More like a casual move. Hiems covers himself with a layer of ice that can provide him extra protection. As ice grows harder when temperature drops, this can be harder to break as he drops his body temperature.
-Freezer Punch: A complex move Hiems thought up of, but hardly uses. He makes 'cases' of ice on his fist with ice, filling them with small amounts of liquid cold substance. The cases break open when his fist lands on something, spraying over the surface and freezing quickly.
-Breath: Hiems 'spits' a ball of cold substance. Not a cool move, but hey, he needs a ranged attack except for chucking blocks of ice.
-Hiems can make structures out of ice. Not with the snap of a finger, but with enough time he can build large and/or complex structures.

Name: Misaki Taketa

Hero Name: Impel, the Shield Hero

Gender: Female

Age: 24

Appearance:
3098ec96a0d4c2ead6f60e35fe0610a9.jpg
d29e4fc9b4c87256519e385cbf2a0d16.jpg

Her casual wear often varies. For the most part she likes to show off the muscles she worked hard to earn and wears a lot of crop tops and short combos with and without jackets.

Her hero wear on the other hand is about as extravagant as you can get. She wants to be a memorable hero and her way of doing that is by making sure she's seen, even if the outfit is a little skimpy. Not seen are the blue goggles that also come with the outfit to protect her eyes from her own force fields.

Personality:
If you asked anyone about Misaki, they'd tell you that she's a very laid back person who's hard to motivate. Some might even go so far as to call her selfish. Those people wouldn't be wrong. She has her own goals and agenda, and she'll do almost anything to get to them. Like most selfish people she also has a tendency to be stubborn and very firm in her beliefs. It can make her a little hard to stomach from time to time. That doesn't mean she doesn't like being around people though. On the contrary she's a very social person, which is probably why she wanted to be a 'famous hero' in the first place. The glory, the fans, it's all the wrong reasons to want to be a hero but all the ones' that started her on this journey. Since her first real job as a hero though, Misaki's found better reasons. She's loud and friendly, but it's difficult to tell whether or not her friendliness is just a facade to get people on her side or if it's sincere. In a way her personality is the only real mask she needs.

Background:
Born the youngest in an already successful family, Misaki's always felt the need to impress people. Being surrounded by trophies and medals belonging to her siblings, she just wanted one of her own. Until her quirk manifested though she just wasn't that good at anything. Her spelling was poor, her english still needs work to this day, and academics were a struggle for her. As far as she was concerned, for the first half decade of her life, she just wasn't that great.

Not to say that she ever felt unloved. The benefit to being the youngest in a family of four is that people forgot how cute babies were by the time your born and everyone kind of spoils you. And spoiled she was. With her parents both having a pretty good heroing career they were never short on funds and they entertained any inane thought their children had. By the time her quirk manifested ( at the time little force fields around her hands ) she had already had it hammered into her head that no matter what her family would love her.

Her quirk being combat relatable was just a bonus. Only half of their children actually had the potential to be heroes and that consisted of Misaki and her older brother Hiro. It was then that she realized where her potential was. Hero work! Of course! Seeing as it was always in front of her she hadn't thought of it as a potential life path until it was essentially dropped in her lap. Once she expressed interest in the lifepath her parents did everything they could to help her along. From calling in favors to get her into hero classes, to paying for a physical trainer, they gave her the biggest advantage in life that they could. It only felt right that she pay them back by becoming the best.

To become the best she took a couple community colleges while moonlighting as a hero. It was there that she learned how to tailor her responses to the press and while it wasn't a course taught, she learned how to catch and keep the attention of people.

On the flip side of the coin she's been slowly climbing her way up the hero ladder and has managed to find herself enough of a nemesis to keep a rivalry going. At least, that's how the press see their game of cat and mouse. It keeps money in her pocket and a smile on her face, even if it is a lonely game.

Quirk:
Energy Shields: Her body converts its' sugars and fat into energy at such an excess rate it can form a physical barrier. Though the bigger the shield, the weaker it is. Although it doesn't have to be centered on her she normally uses them around her hands to make her hits harder but occasionally she'll spread it across her body to give her a little extra durability. A downside to this is that if she's shielding someone else she can't really protect herself and is more vulnerable to injuries. Excess use of her shields will cause her headaches and in extreme cases intense pain around the shielded area.

Energy Blast: In a last ditch effort she can shoot her shields off of her hands at a villain. It's more like a concussive shot than anything else. This attack takes up more energy than her shields and used to knock her out back in highschool but now just leaves her a little dazed for a few minutes. If used in succession though, it will knock her out.

Strengths: Being trained in hand to hand combat for the past (give or take) ten years has left her very capable even without her powers. On a non-combat related side though, she's fairly decent at reading people thanks to her work at it.

Weaknesses: Combat wise she's pretty bad against anyone who can keep her at a distance. Speed quirks, super strenth, sharpshooters, they're all things that can slip past her defense with some semblance of ease. If she can't punch it, she can't beat it. She's also absolutely god-awful at English and academics. Her grades weren't great until she got to choose what she was taking.

Heroic Accomplishments:

  • First in her sports festival in her last year.
  • Broke up a jewelry store robbery recently
  • Got a rising hero interview

Name. Jiro Kagura
Jiro HHA.jpg
Hero Name. G-Nomu

Gender. Male

Age. 20

Appearance. Reasonably tall at 6'0''. Civilian clothing usually consists of jeans, a shirt, and a track jacket. Jiro's hair seems to have been bleached white as a result of the modifications done to his body. His transformed Artificial Human form serves as his 'hero costume'. The transformation leaves him more insect than man, with a hard metal-like shell covering his body. Though typically dark grey, this chitinous plating changes colors depending on which Quirk he's currently using along with his build. The plating on his cranium is segmented in a way that resembles a brain - a telltale sign of his own connections to the Artificial Humans.

Personality. Jiro is an intensely serious person - whether it's working as a cashier of a convenience store or handling calls, he'll give it his all. Conditioning has left him rather submissive - even if he has his reservations or questions about his duties, he'll still wordlessly carry them out. As he considers socializing or building camaraderie to be outside the constraints of his job, Jiro keeps to himself as best as he can. While others may have cracked under the pressure of the trauma he's experienced, Jiro continues to endure.

With that being said, Jiro ultimately deals with his issues with rage. A tranquil sort, mind you, but one that dyes his actions with brutality. Jiro doesn't quite understand justice, nor how a hero should act. In his mind, destroying evil thoroughly is the duty of a hero. Villains are a cancer upon society - a complete incision is the most logical answer. An extreme response brought on by his own desire to prevent any more experiments from being conducted on anyone else and revenge for the time he's lost. Largely the latter.

Background. Jiro's father is a typical Japanese salaryman while his mother works as a nurse. As a Quirkless individual, Jiro's prior education was typical with no sort of Hero education. Though he performed exceedingly well and achieved multiple academic accolades, further education has been put on hold as a result of certain events. Based on his accomplishments, Jiro could have likely been admitted into Keio University.

Sometime after graduating from high school, it seems that Jiro was kidnapped by a group associated with the League of Villains. Mental conditioning and a brutal training regime turned him into to the first successful result of the G-Nomu Project. With the ability to retain intelligence and otherwise appear as a Quirkless individual, Jiro was used to infiltrate and assassinate several heroes for a few months before eventually being freed during a raid on the hidden production plant he had been held captive at. Rehabilitation took a year with further therapy and surveillance - most of his crimes have been pardoned due to the fact that he was considered a victim of circumstance.

Currently, Jiro works at a convenience store as a part-timer and lives away from home in a cheap apartment with an unknown roommate. Memories of his life before being freed have been lost and former acquaintances have noted that his personality is markedly different. He has not contacted his parents in quite some time and maintains a strained relationship with them as a result of his inability to reconcile his current identity with his previous one.

Unsurprisingly single with no current plans for marriage.

Quirk. Officially, Jiro is Quirkless based on prior hospital records and the presence of an extra toe joint. However, as a part of the human experimentation done on him, Jiro is capable of using multiple Quirks temporarily. By injecting himself with the synthesized genetic material of a stolen Quirk, Jiro can transform into an Artificial Human for a short time while still maintaining his sentience and intelligence. These specialized syringes, known as G-Injectors, are slotted into a belt-like device with two slots - the limit of Quirks that Jiro can temporarily handle. (Un)fortunately, most of these G-Injectors have been either lost, confiscated, or destroyed during the series of events that led to his freedom. He has, however, managed to hold onto two of them.
  • Jets: Contained in a red G-Injector. A Mutant-Type Quirk that manifests as metal ports on G-Nomu's elbows, back, and calves. This allows for sudden bursts of speed and devastating punches and kicks when paired with G-Nomu's altered form. Ironically, due to the output of the Quirk and the positioning of each port, G-Nomu can't use this Quirk to fly without immediately crashing into something. The energy used as propulsion for this Quirk seems to be converted from calories - a full stomach is recommended before use.
  • Super Regeneration: Contained in a silver G-Injector. Normally, this Quirk is capable of healing the user at incredible speeds. However, in G-Nomu's case, its functionality has been severely limited due to the constraints of the system imposed on him. The transformation in an Artificial Human that G-Nomu undergoes would otherwise tear apart his insides. Thus, the Super Regeneration Quirk is used to allow the user to merely survive the process. And because of this, it's used in conjunction with every other G-Injector. Its normal regenerative capacities are effectively cancelled out by the continuous internal damages sustained by the Artificial Human form as well.
Strengths. Jiro can speak English well enough that he could be mistaken for an American. He's incredibly frugal as well, capable of finding the best deals and making tight budgets. As a part of the conditioning and training done on him, Jiro also retains proficiency in hand-to-hand combat. His pain tolerance is also notable, even while un-transformed. He's at least a 1st dan level player when it comes to Go.

Weaknesses. As mentioned before, Jiro's aggression when it comes to dealing with villains makes him a liability and a PR nightmare. Due to his apparently radically different personality, he dreads facing his past in fears that the current 'him' will be subsumed if those memories ever return. Naturally, he's also worried about getting recaptured or targeted by the League of Villains who may wish to recover the G-Nomu system. Without the conditioning and subliminal programming that made him a loyal minion, Jiro also has difficulty actually utilizing Quirks and adjusting to the different shifts in his physiology. Essentially, he's forgotten how to best use them and also experiences a sort of temporary shock after transforming with a new G-Injector.

Heroic Accomplishments. Held off a team of Pro Heroes for hours while still controlled by the League of Villains, assisted in a raid of the Nomu production plant after being freed. Hasn't relapsed into villainy or displayed subversive tendencies since then.

Others (Optional). Applied for the Heavenly Hero Agency in a support/desk job role as he isn't a licensed Hero.

Name. Markus Sinsu

Hero Name. The Finger Gun Hero- Bang Bang

Gender. Male

Age. 21

Appearance.

Superhero Outfit:

C6FAE0C4-8E14-4364-AC7C-A9F83976F15F.jpeg

Personality. By asking any civilian bystander they’ll often tell you that Markus is an outstanding hero whose love and compassion has brought him to where he’s at today. Ask any other hero he’s worked with and you’ll get the usual response of him being a childish and reckless being that would rather charge straight into conflict then think it over. Ever since he was younger Markus had always dreamed of being a hero and obtaining all the glory that came with it. He loved the attention and absolutely adored his fans as they showered him with praise, but this trait comes from being ignored most of his life. In truth, while he may seem like an outgoing and seemingly charmastic person he has a lot of insecurities that come out whenever he’s feeling stressed. He’s easy to breakdown emotion wise and can be extremely hardheaded when it comes to certain topics.

Markus has an odd obsession with cowboys and the Wild West. Most of his DVD collection is filled with both new and old cowboy flicks that he could never get enough of. He even used a small part of his funds to turn old VHS flicks into DVDS. It is also the reason for his unusual hero design and the usual way he speaks as he’ll attempt to use old slang are quotes that he got from his movies.

Background.
Comparing his current self to his life as a child it would come as quite a surprise to discover that the talkative cowboy was once a shy and awkward boy. Growing up he never got much attention from his parents unless it concerned his attention. In fact, other then that it was often his sister that received all the praise and attention that came from his parents and fellow students. He often felt as an outcast to society, his social skills were awful and he whenever he tried to work on them it would always turn out for the worst. He had average grades and was treated with pity being the kid that everyone felt bad for. He hated it. His condition didn’t limit him to most activities and he could take care of himself, but after his condition severely kicked up once during class it was never the same. He felt alone most of his life. He had barely anyone who he could consider a friend with the only one showing him any sort of compassion was his guidance counselor. When his quirk began to manifest it was still his sister who got the attention that he longed for due to her’s being more flashy and exciting.

Over the years nothing seemed to have changed. He was still the kid everyone felt sorry for and he had no idea where his life was going. He often watched a number of his favorite heroes on the internet alongside his cowboy flicks and dreamed to be as a cool and loved as they were. He didn’t want to be some great aspect of society. He wanted to be acknowledged or praised despite his shortcomings. It wasn’t until he finally got to meet his the hero of his dreams. The one he had looked up to ever since he was a toddler. The legendary Snipe. The way he held himself and his sheer confidence spoke more about his character then his actual words. It was the most inspiring thing that had ever happened to the young man in his entire life. Seeing his hero in action opened his eyes to a new path. He wanted to be like Snipe. He wanted to be a hero.

Markus began to train both his body and quirk everyday. Each morning before school and every afternoon after school he would keep himself in solitude to train his hardest. The changes to his body came quickly and his peers began to notice a sheer difference to his attitude. He became confident. Feeling proud of himself after every workout despite the pain he was putting himself through. He smiled more and he started to receive a little more attention from his peers. Though it was only a little at a time it brought him satisfaction and a sense of peace that he had not known before. He wanted more. After applying to his academy he felt like a changed man and found a number of friends that respected him and didn’t pity him. He worked hard to get where he was and often flashed his personality whenever he was around numerous people. After graduating his academy he was offered to work at the same agency that Snipe had originally worked for which he happily accepted. Despite his short time at the agency he was already gaining a large fan base due to his outgoing flashy behavior during his work. His accomplishments and sheer confidence earned him the attention he dreamed of and he continues to strive to keep it.

Quirk.
Finger Guns: Markus possesses an emitter type quirk that allows him to create small burst of energy from his fingers. These energy blast, while small, pack a large amount of kinetic energy that can essentially can cause major damage to both his foes and the environment. He has excellent control over how much output comes from each shot only putting major energy into the shots that he’ll know he’ll be able to land. However, if he overuses his quirk it can cause heavy strain on his hands and can quickly his fatigue to drop. His output is also dependent on his health. Should his condition kick in or if he’s feeling particularly drained, such as lack of sleep or by simply being hungry, this will also take away his max damage output.

Strengths.
-Outstanding Marksman
-Excellent close quarters combatant
-Athletic
-Control over his quirk

-Is a type 1 diabetic
-Reckless and hardheaded
-Quick to act without a proper plan
-Terrified of being alone

-Finished fifth in his sports festival during his 2nd year and placed third in his final year.
-Rescued a fellow hero from captivity by a small villain gang.
-Has arrested several small time criminals that bring mayhem to his streets

Theme song.

Special moves.
Rapid Flurry- By focusing smaller bouts of energy into his fingers he can fire it similar to a machine gun meant for wearing down tougher enemies or take out enemies when he's outnumbered
Cowboy Quick draw- By focusing a large amount of energy into one shot he can cause massive damage to a single enemy though this can drain him to extreme levels making it a last resort

Secrets.
-Donates most of his funds towards children with disability. He doesn't make this public and only allows a few to know so his enemies don't attack the places he supports.
-Owns an orphanage that teaches them social skills and how to better themselves as people
-His beloved sister took to the life of crime
-Likes stuffed animals and has a room dedicated to such

Arch nemesis.
Hammertime: His first super villain he met during his career. Markus was easily defeated, but still managed to shut down his plans before they could be fulfilled. Markus strives to become stronger to bring the man to justice.
Violet: His beloved sister's villain name. Markus is one of the few that know her true identity and has tried to bring her out of her misdoings.

Name. Andrew Haller

Hero Name. Dragon Knight

Gender. Male

Age. 25

Appearance. Ken.png
Costume: Ao lord knight by miso baby-d6skbfj (1).jpg
Dragon Form: Redirect Notice

Personality. Andrew is a polite, chivalrous young man with a stoic, patient attitude. He ha a great sense of justice and will will risk life and rim to fulfill it. He has a very hard to anger and will never let his emotions distract him from any task, including combat. He has a dry sense of humor and will occasionally do a pun while fighting against a foe. Andrew is also a kind, generous young man, as evidenced by his philanthropic intersts when he is not fighting as Dragon Knight and will go out of his way to aid anyone who asks him for help when he is Dragon Knight, but only for serious matters like confronting a stalker, a purse snatcher, a cat stuck in a tree, ETC.

Background. Andrew Haller was born in Concord, Connecticut to the wealthy Haller family. Andrew grew up in the lap of luxury due to his Mother and Father being wealthy shipping magnate's with clients all over the world. During hid earlier years, one of the biggest concerns affecting him and his family was if Andrew was born with a quirk or not. This concern was mostly caused by the fact that Mr. .Haller was born Quirkless, but managed to avoid bullying and persecution due to his great wealth. This Fear only increased when Andrew began school, with no sign of a quirk appearing. As a result, the other student's began to pick on the seemingly quirkless boy, upsetting Andrew to the point where he would refuse to go to school at all on certain days. This bullying continued until the final day of 1st grade where Andrew, who had had enough of the bullying, decided to stand up to himself and confront his head bully Stan, who had a quirk that gave him Super-Strength. This resulted in a argument which very nearly turned into a fight. But, before Stan could throw the first punch, Andrew's fear finally caused his quirk to manifest as a pair of draconic wings and talons replacing his hands. Andrew then proceeded to use these new traits to finally stand up to Stan by slashing at him with his talons, cutting three slashes into his leather jacket, scaring him and his gang away in the process. After this incident, no one dared to pick on Andrew again and gave him the nick-name "Dragon-Boy" in the process.

As Andrew grew older, he began developing a fixation for two things, knights and heroes. Andrew love of Knights began when he was 9 when he watched a movie called The Crimson Knight, the story of a red-clad knight who journeyed through a mystical land trying to save it from a ruthless and evil sorcerer. This character, who was chivalrous, polite and brave man who aided those who needed it became Andrew's biggest role model and

Name: Kyuu, Shū

Hero Name: Meta

Gender: Male

Age: 20

Appearance:
982d4cd1b25448828b0ccafa76491864.jpeg

Tired of having his clothes rip whenever he uses his Quirk, Shū's costume is pretty minimalist. In order to use his powers freely, he leaves his arms exposed, only wearing a black vest that changes based on the materials he uses to alter it. Aside from that, he only wears a matching set of dark pants. The piercings in his ears and the rings on his fingers are made of different materials that he can absorb.

Personality: Shū can be a difficult person to deal with, to say the least. Whether you want to call it passion or stubbornness, the young man is set in his ways and stays on the path that he believes is right, making it a challenge to deal with him once he has set his mind on something. He's not the type of person that won't listen to reason, but if that reason isn't to his liking, it's possible that he'll go against it, even if he acknowledges that it makes sense and that he's in the wrong. It's still possible that he'll agree and back off, but the criteria that he bases that decision on seems to be arbitrary.

In addition to the problems involved with getting him to stop doing something, getting him to do anything at all can be an issue. While he takes his job as a hero seriously, if something outside of work fails to capture his interest, he'll ignore it. Instead, he'll allow his laziness to take over, as relaxing is one of the greatest joys in his life. In those times, he'll lounge around while playing games.

While Shū is difficult to deal with, the biggest contributor to that struggle is possibly how hard it is to understand what he's thinking. While he's not emotionless, still capable of smiling and frowning, he's usually seen with the same expression on his face, speaking in the same tone of voice. With that almost bored look of his, it's hard to gauge what's running through his head. Although, if one thing about him is obvious, it's his love of fighting.

Ever since he was a kid, Shū has enjoyed battling it out with someone else. It was one of the main factors in his decision to become a hero. Getting paid to fight was a perfect match for someone like him. He enjoys the challenge of comparing his strength against someone else. If that person is stronger than him, it only makes him more excited. That excitement doesn't extend to everyone, but if someone happens to catch his interest, it's almost guaranteed that he'll challenge them to a fight, regardless if they're a hero or villain. However, he doesn't allow that to interfere with his duty as a hero.

Being able to fight people was only one of the factors that contributed to his decision to become a hero. The most important one was his desire to help others. While he can be difficult to deal with, Shū possesses a good heart that follows his own sense of what's right and wrong. He's true to his desires and one of them is to lend a hand to those that need it. It is perhaps one of his best qualities. Despite that, he doesn't actually consider himself to be a hero, regardless of how many people he saves or what his occupation is listed as. To him, helping others is just the normal thing for people to do. It's natural for everyone to help each other. He's just a regular guy doing what he should.

Despite how scary he appears, Shū is actually a fairly nice guy. While he may give the impression that he'll rough someone up for stepping on his shoe, he's quite forgiving. Although, his views on forgiveness can be described as unnatural. For example, he wouldn't even be angry at someone that stabbed him in the chest. However, he would have a bit of a grudge against someone that ruined his food.

Aside from fighting, relaxing, and playing games, Shū loves to eat. Learning the importance of food from his grandfather, he can take it very seriously, even using it to judge someone's character. He also has a surprisingly large appetite for someone of his size. He can often be found at many ramen carts around the city.

As one spends more time around him, it becomes obvious that Shū has a warped version of common sense. He can be dense when it comes to obvious things, but also assume that difficult concepts are common knowledge for everyone. Because even the simplest things can escape him at times, it comes as a shock that he's actually fairly gifted when it comes to things like science.

Described as both good and bad by many, Shū has a strange confidence in himself and the things that he believes in. Even if he suffers a loss despite being so confident, he somehow manages to paint it as success. It would be nothing more than arrogance if he wasn't aware of his limitations, acknowledging when he's out of his league and how he comes up short when compared to others.

For all his faults and odd quirks, Shū is a good man that takes his job as a hero seriously. Even if he may do things in a roundabout way or be stubborn when it comes to his decisions, he always makes an honest effort to help and do good.

Background: Shū grew up in a particularly rough neighborhood, its high number of low-income households and the little surveillance from busy heroes making it a hotbed for criminal activity. The majority of the people that lived there had adjusted to live in such a place, hardened by the environment. That included his own family.

Shū was raised by his single mother in a small home that smelled of alcohol and smoke. Well, "raised" may not have been the right word. In fact, it may have been the other way around. Most of his childhood memories involved fishing his mother out of a pile of beer cans before she could be crushed by aluminum. When she wasn't snoring loudly in their living room, the woman spent most of her time at home drinking and smoking, only pausing to laugh at whatever she was watching on TV. It fell on him to do the cooking, cleaning, and other chores to keep the house from falling apart. Although, things were only like that when she was actually home. His mother spent most of her time in town, only crawling back in the morning with her face glowing a deep shade of red. Considering that she worked as a hostess, drinking could've been seen as part of her job. However, he could always tell if it was because of work, or because she spent the entire day at the pachinko parlor.

He never knew his dad. He did ask his mother about him once, but it seemed like she was just as clueless as him. She knew that he was handsome and that was about it. That applied to all the men she picked up. Did he even know he had a kid? Hard to say. Maybe he realized who he was getting involved with and decided to skip town or something. Couldn't really blame him if that was the case.

Shū wasn't really bothered by his mother's behavior. He was used to it after looking after her for so long. Besides, her "unique" parenting style made it easy to do as he pleased. As long as he wasn't doing drugs or anything similar, she didn't particularly mind what he did. Although, he only ever abused that freedom when he wanted to go visit his grandfather.

Shū's grandfather was a man that held strong beliefs and refused to bend before the will of anyone else. In his youth, he carried out his own justice, protecting the weak and fighting against things in the world that he didn't like. However, he didn't do so as a hero. Without the proper qualifications, he was never officially recognized and was unable to become a professional. He refused to let the law stand in his way of doing what he thought was right. As a result, he became a vigilante, earning fame throughout his career. Still, even if he was doing good, he was a villain in the eyes of the police and other heroes. Vigilantism was illegal, so he met opposition, even from those that respected him. Despite refusing to let anything stop him, he was still aware of the situation, understanding that what he was doing was technically wrong. Thus, when he felt that the time was right, he turned himself into the authorities, already handcuffed and prepared to face the consequences. After serving his time, he relocated to the countryside, wanting to live out a quiet life like an old man should.

There was nobody that Shū respected more than his grandfather. Whenever he could, the boy would make the long journey to see his favorite person. No questions were ever asked, and he never needed permission. He was always welcomed with open arms and a cup of tea. From his grandfather, Shū learned many things. He learned the true meaning of justice, what it meant to live as a man, and everything else that he had to offer. In a sense, he inherited his will, along with plenty of useful skills and knowledge. He also learned how to play shogi, but that was mostly because his grandfather was bored.

Despite how much he loved his grandfather, Shū never accepted the man's offer to live with him. Someone still needed to check on his mother every once in a while to make sure that she was still breathing. He also enjoyed his school life back in the city.

No matter which school he was attending at the time, Shū developed a certain reputation at each place he spent his days as a student. Many were afraid of him, especially the bullies that you could find in any school. Whether it was brought to his attention by a scared classmate looking for help, or he happened to stumble upon the problem himself, Shū was there to take care of it. Part of the reason he did this was to help people in need, but he also simply loved fighting. Even if he wasn't fully aware of the situation, if he saw signs of violence, he'd put a stop to it and throw himself into the mix, wanting to compare strength with everyone else. At some point during middle school, all bullying had stopped. When he was brought into the principal's office, he expected to be thanked, but was shocked to discover that bullying complaints had been filed against him by those that used to harass other students. The curse of being too strong. Being scarier than the actual bullies made it easy for misunderstandings to take place.

Thankfully, he managed to get rid of most of his bad reputation after saving a classmate that had been kidnapped by a gang of petty thugs during a class trip. The use of his Quirk had been deemed as self-defense, so he managed to avoid any punishment. Although, that was only after a small misunderstanding that involved the cops briefly thinking he was the culprit. In their defense, the blood from his injuries did make him look scarier than usual.

After getting a small segment on the news, Shū managed to catch the attention of a few scouts from schools specializing in heroics. Among those schools was the prestigious U.A. While the fame of the school itself didn't interest him, the opportunity to enter a place with strong students was enough to make him accept.

From his entrance as a recommended student to his final year, Shū managed to make himself known to many members of the student body. Although, rather than being feared by most people like he was in previous years, those that spent enough time around him became aware of his quirks. Even teachers found him difficult to deal with, but he was still generally friendly to everyone, including his underclassmen.

Ever since graduation, Shū has been going through a rough patch. Despite working well as a hero, he's been asked to leave a few different agencies due to the difficulty involved with dealing with him in the workplace. In addition, most of the money he had been saving mysteriously went missing. The last time he heard from his mother, she had decided to go on a vacation after paying off a few debts. He could tell that the two events were connected, especially because she told him.

With bills that need paying and a stomach that needs filling, Shū has his eyes set on the Heavenly Hero Agency.

Quirk: Matter Absorption- A transformation type Quirk that allows Shū's body to mimic the properties of any material that it comes into contact with. As long as physical contact is made, he can take on the properties of metal, rubber and other substances. After doing so, the material can be manipulated to some extent, allowing for the creation of unique shapes, such as metal blades from the hands. It is also possible for him to transfer these properties to inorganic material.

While versatile, Shū's body is only as strong as the substance it absorbs. In locations like the sea where he has nothing to work with, he is essentially Quirkless and can only rely on his own strength. At the moment, it is possible for him to reliably merge the properties of two different substances at the same time, but attempting to mix more than that makes it difficult to keep his body stable.

Strengths:
Shū has a keen sense for battle and a good understanding of his own Quirk, allowing him to use it effectively in combat. Being as strong as he is, the man can deal a lot of damage, but he is also capable of taking a lot of it as well. Even without the use of his Quirk, he is capable of taking a lot of punishment. Even if he still feels the pain, he powers through it without a single complaint.

Outside of hero work, Shū is good at taking care of others when he chooses to. He has a lot of experience with things like cleaning up after people and cooking. As someone that takes his food very seriously, becoming a good cook was only natural.

While he may be difficult for many people on a personal level, Shū is good at working in groups when he feels like it. He manages to not only be aware of his own surroundings, but the status of his teammates as well, playing support when necessary.

Weaknesses:
While he doesn't go out of his way to be rude, Shū's way of doing things can make him insensitive when dealing with others. Many times, he fails to realize how he causes others to feel. However, even if he is aware of his insensitivity and blunt nature, he won't try to soften his words or anything of the sort. If he thinks it's necessary or believes that it will lead to some good in the long run, he's willing to hurt some feelings.

As someone that's very true to himself and his desires, Shū won't back down easily, even if he's butting heads with someone else. If someone else takes issue with the way he's doing things, then so be it. When he believes strongly enough in what he's doing, he won't back down.

-Came in the top five at every sports festival during his time at U.A.
-Broke up a minor drug operation by a local gang

Special Moves:

日向 光輝

Hero Name: Solar Flare
Gender: Male
Age: 22

Appearance:
Mitsuteru is of lanky build and easy posture. Standing at a height of 6'1" with strikingly gold eyes, he makes quite the first impression. He maintains a casual interest in current fashion trends and incorporates them into his civilian wear. While his personal style appears to be effortless (hair tousled, shirt buttoned halfway), the truth is that he gives his appearance meticulous attention. How else is a guy supposed to look good?

While doing hero work, Mitsuteru wears a dark bodysuit with a torso made of mostly sheer material, allowing for light permeation and breathability. Since he usually concentrates his quirk use on his hands and arms, his suit is sleeveless. A metal band on his wrist serves as both a watch and a monitor for his vitals. In addition, a specially made pair of goggles detects sudden increases in brightness and adjusts to protect his vision. The equipment he carries in his utility belt vary, but they usually feature a joke object of some sort that he uses as befitting his mood.

Personality:
To the bystander, Mitsuteru is a cool and confident hero who does what he needs to do and then gets the hell out. Though he acts standoffishly to the media, he doesn't seem to have a problem interacting with his fans and the public in general. He prefers to address citizens' and fellow heroes' concerns directly, without a third party mouthpiece. Sometimes public opinion can be a bit much, but he always appears unaffected by negative backlash.

For his coworkers, Mitsuteru can be more of a handful. He has the tendency to go off on his own; he is a little full of himself after all. He also appears to possess an irreverent attitude towards hero work which may tick off those who take their duty seriously. In truth, he shares in their desire to rid the world of villainy, but personal experience has taught him that the title of 'hero' is meaningless on its own and entirely beholden to current popularity polls. With the risky nature of the hero career and the added pressure of maintaining a positive public image, he naturally eased into a more humor-laden approach towards the difficulties thrown his way. He likes seeing his colleagues or his enemies riled up because he believes it gives him a glimpse of their true natures.

To his teachers, Mitsuteru was (and still is) a brat, though it is less obvious now than in his school years. He has an aversion to authority, likely due to the lack of adult supervision he received in his childhood. His teachers know him to be sensitive to others' opinions, despite his efforts at feigning otherwise with his devil-may-care behavior. He goes to almost comical lengths to maintain his image, but would sooner die than admit to it. He also dislikes acknowledging his weaknesses and insecurities, and would much rather put his efforts toward activities that make him look good and feel good.

Background:
Born to two free spirits, one a nature photographer and the other a highly successful businesswoman with overseas ambitions, Mitsuteru was left behind in Japan to live with his aunt from a young age for practicality purposes. A single woman with a full-time career, Kaizuki Akisa was also unable to devote her full attention to his upbringing. For most of his childhood, Mitsuteru lived as a latch-key kid and held free reign of his afternoons after school. He spent these holed up at home, following his favorite heroes on television, playing with hero figurines, and fighting various furniture-pieces-turned-villains. Lunch and dinner were pre-cooked (usually with fun shapes and colorful ingredients) so while he rarely spent time with his aunt, he nevertheless understood her affection for him.

His parents and Akisa also never failed to shower him with gifts on the occasions that warranted such treatment; to other children, Mitsuteru was perhaps spoiled by comparison with the sheer amount of toys and games he received. As a result of his lonely living circumstances, Mitsuteru developed a maturity level above his years, in that he was far more independent compared to other children his age. Unfortunately, he also came off as aloof and haughty to his classmates, accustomed as he was to playing alone.

During his middle school years, Mitsuteru was recruited by the basketball team for his height and that was the beginning of his metamorphosis into a daring youngster. He found that he had talent for athletics, which garnered him the attention of boys who wished to befriend him and girls who wished to date him. He discovered that he liked attending social events and that the people at those social events liked his brand of self-assuredness. (Though his looks did help that opinion along). Though there were also disappointments along the way, Mitsuteru ultimately gained the confidence to pursue his longtime childhood dream of becoming a hero.

When he was accepted into UA's hero course, both of his parents flew in to congratulate him. Mitsuteru was never one to excel at study, but his nights of hard work poring over his books had finally paid off. Once he began attending classes, however, his focus drifted. He liked the physical components of the curriculum, but hated his classes on theory and ethics. Instead of studying for his written tests, he did small-time vigilante work. At the end of his senior year, he scraped by with the bare minimum and almost didn't graduate. Despite his achievements outside of school, he ended up working with a seedy agency that pushed their heroes towards celebrity fame rather than notable hero work. For years, he wanted to quit and seek out employment elsewhere, but fear of rejection by more reputable agencies kept him from doing so. Finally, All Might's retirement and Best Jeanist's hiatus pushed him to take action; a sense of responsibility urged him to take on more substantial hero work, even if he were to do so unattached to an agency.

Quirk: Flashbang
Mitsuteru's skin cells are bioluminescent. He can produce light of an intensity matching that of a flash grenade, but can only maintain such an intensity in three second bursts with five minutes of cool down in between each. Such intensity can induce momentary blindness as well as afterimages, disorientating himself and others. His quirk is more potent in low light environments, where he does not need to exert himself as much to achieve the same incapacitating effect. He uses his quirk sparingly and at short intervals so his opponents are unable to adjust their vision to the change in brightness.

Strengths:
- Hand-to-hand combat: Having done vigilante work for the majority of his hero school years, Mitsuteru is experienced with the rough and tumble of street fighting. He doesn't exactly play fair despite his heroic occupation. Couple this with his speed and agility and he can be a real headache to deal with - literally.

- Misdirection: At a young age, Mitsuteru realized his quirk was great at causing distractions: after all, the eye naturally draws to bright, moving objects. As a middle schooler, he began translating this observation into his early 'training' routines. In the course of his research, he picked up an interest in small, sleight-of-hand parlor tricks. So if you need anyone to entertain the guests at a party, you know who to call on.

Weaknesses:
- Interpersonal relationships: He has horrible communication skills with his workmates. He means well, but sometimes he overestimates his own abilities or makes assumptions about how well his colleagues know him. Essentially, he keeps his ideas and feelings to himself and then expects other people to somehow read his mind. When it comes to friends and family, he can be completely oblivious to their emotions and desires. He has the most trouble picking out presents for loved ones and remembering important dates. Admittedly, some of his problems may be attributed to his self-centeredness.

- Life skills: Aside from the wardrobe and the shoe rack, Mitsuteru's apartment is a mess. He has a variety of funny knickknacks just lying around, gathering dust. He rarely cooks for himself - in fact, he doesn't know how. When money is tight, he is ashamed to admit that he subsists on microwaveable meals and cup noodles.

- Finance: He throws his money at all the wrong things: clothes (heaven knows he doesn't need more), shoes, expensive takeout, and useless knickknacks. As a result, he finds himself living from paycheck to paycheck.

Heroic Accomplishments:
- Cleared his old neighborhood of petty thieves and delinquents while he was still a student. Ironically, others mistook his vigilante alter-ego for another delinquent looking to protect his territory.

- While (technically) off-duty, he rounded up a burglary ring, stopped multiple purse-snatchers and train molesters, and prevented a late-night convenience store robbery.

- Crashed a late night live interview with a hero of his previous agency by messing with the studio lighting. Promptly turned in his resignation letter afterwards. Sent an anonymous notice to all graduating heroes to avoid AAAgency unless they want to spend half of their career fetching refreshments and the other half doing seedy entertainment gigs.

Others (Optional):
- He thinks his name is old-fashioned and prefers his close friends and family to call him by nicknames.
- Naturally, he looks up to All-Might, but is also a fan of Best Jeanist.

Name. Tanaka "Crucio" Tsuneo

Hero Name.
Collectively: The Crew
Individually: Cru & Jan (pronounced crew and yawn), and a few other temporary names at times.
Past or fun names: The Bug-eye Hero, The Janitor, Death's Cousin, The Anti-Z, Greek God of the Faceless, and more.

Gender. Male

Age. 27

Appearance.
5'5", roughly 168lbs, short brown hair, forest green eyes, always wearing jeans, steel-toe shoes (boots during winter), and dressed casually unless necessary. Looks a few years younger than he is, and looks kinda harmless without his gear, especially since he lacks the muscular, trained body common amongst most heroes. Whether that makes him cute or unassuming is subjective. (Imagine somewhere between Hidenori Goto (needs green eyes and rounder face) and Oreki Houtarou (needs more casual clothes and shorter hair))

Instead of a original hero outfit, Cru tends to wear what appears to be police riot gear, both for protection and to confuse criminals. However, since he can't impersonate an officer, there are several notable differences in design and color. For example, the outfit contains no police marking or badges, uses brown instead of blue, and the entire outfit doesn't fit the normal design of local police forces. Anyone familiar with local police forces or The Crew is likely to pick up on that at anything more than glance at him. Current weapon of choice is a WJQ-308 Chinese Military Shovel with a steel handle, of all things. Otherwise, weapons tend to be scavenged or improvised.
CrewGhoul.png
The persona known as Jan, working or otherwise, is always wearing a hooded cloak (either black or brown) with bulletproof vest underneath, steel-toe boots, a pair of bulbous blue goggles, and a ski mask covering the rest of the face, . Beneath the cloak, he tends to conceal several useful, though often common, items or tools, and his chosen weapon. Will bring a backpack if extra things are needed.

Personality. Smart, helpful, and blunt at times. Tends to ramble when something catches his interest, like quirks and problems to solve. Commonly makes jokes, or complaints and cynical comments, often delivered light-heartedly, so it can be hard to tell what's meant to be taken seriously at times. Has been known to try to talk casually to villains, and critique their actions. Doesn't really like trying to fit the classic definition of hero, caring more to be solving issues than looking heroic.
Despite him usually seeming fairly friendly, his methods can be dirty and brutal to those that refuse to listen. He'd prefer to convince a criminal to abandon the crime they're committing than risk any party damaging any other party, and he will keep his word as long as his enemy does. His attitude can get very dark, very fast, if his enemy makes the wrong move, or he's otherwise directly wronged.
The Jan persona generally avoids interaction. Occasionally, he'd act something out with Cru, or make signals, be they serious or silly, but he is sworn to silence. Usually, he'll just stand in a corner, ready to support the rest of The Crew at a moments notice. Though, you may catch him refilling a water bottle. Exciting...

Background. Before he and his brother were born, his father was a hero, Fly Boy, and his mother was quirkless. Unfortunately, they divorced before Tsuneo could form memories. For the rest of his childhood, the rest of his family seemed to withdraw from the world. Not quite enough to be considered shut-ins, but they each focused on their individual hobbies, most which involved some type of screen. While each did interact with each other, none seemed confident on how to do so, often creating a balance between pleasant silences and awkward silences, depending on what was said last.
Around the time Tsuneo first found his quirk in preschool, his own attitude seemed to change to match the rest of his family, and since he could only create a single clone, it didn't seem he was one, or two, with a special future. It wasn't until he was old enough to move out that he discovered the trick to his quirk, and a couple more years until he realized the potential it had, and what it could mean for him. Fearing he'd get in trouble for using his now advancing quirk, he felt forced to either abandon a part of himself, or become a hero.
'Course, being a late entry into the field of heroics means he missed his chance to prove himself as other kids had in some outstanding university, but that was fine with him. Since he wasn't interested in fame, only the license, he was fine going to whatever barely known and poor school would take him to his goal. Plus side was that it kinda ironically helped him stand out against others that went to such places, and he managed to sufficiently prove himself with his creative workarounds to issues presented to him and created by his previously lazy lifestyle.
Now he lives alone in a tiny studio apartment. Not that he struggles to get by, he just doesn't see the reason to upgrade. He considers himself lucky to have been accepted into the HHA. Whether he's getting paid to go for a walk, assist his coworkers, or just do a bit of janitorial work, he's content as long as he can keep out of the limelight. He's even happier when he gets to theorize about new quirks.

Quirk. Clones, and not those cheap ones either; They don't disappear on contact or leave behind a Prime Tsuneo that you have to find. These things are exact copies, potentially capable of living their own lives and sustaining their own damage. A mild form of telepathy is technically shared between them, but it's normally only enough to synchronize or de-synchronize actions, basically giving a feeling of generally what to do and when, with little-to-no context. This telepathy also seems to allow The Crew to detect disasters, not before they happen, mind you, he just doesn't need to be present to feel when things go wrong. Near useless for prevention, it's better for timely assistance of relief efforts.
Clones can also pass through and store themselves inside each other, even partially, allowing clones to assist each other by overlapping, for one clone to take a hit while protecting the rest, and is the only way for clones to instantly share information. To add to that, cloned items are created when two split from each other, allowing further overlapping tricks and reusing normally limit resources. However, unlike the clones themselves, cloned items only last just over two seconds when away from a clone. Still, it's enough to work well with gadget-based heroes.
The limit of The Crew was last known to be twenty-three individuals. However, unlike other clone powers, if a clone is permanently damaged, it stays damaged, and if it dies, it is not simply replaced. Gaining a new clone requires a secret ritual of sorts, which can't be completed at home.

Strengths.
-Problem Solving.
-Understanding of himself
-Unique combat style/outlook

Weaknesses.
-Untrained body: Average human statistics can only partially be made up for with numbers.
-Untrained combat: Quantity over quality. Unique approaches may surprise and buy time, but may struggle against particularly skillful opponents.
-Fear of heights: Movements become sluggish and shaky near heights or when climbing. Flight likely to cause freezing until landing. Planes are okay.
-Fear of bees: Unable to ignore if present, will duck away on initial approached, run away rambling if it's persistant.

Heroic Accomplishments.
-As stated above, general hero assistance and disaster relief
-Captured villain, Rob Hawk, who could control corpses.

Misc.
-Earliest memory was in preschool, witnessed a child be incinerated and several others hurt, when another child manifested their quirk while throwing a temper. (Potential plot point up for grabs, related to child lost roughly 23 years ago)
-Has been known to vlog. Mostly just audio with random pics.
-Currently attempting to apply for a firearm with rubber ammunition, as he lost his last one.
-Need someone to join in on your event? Mention the casualties (In or out of character)
-More to come?
