The Angel Guard
Tytanus was a planet that trained UNSC Army and UNSC Marine Corp troopers. It was guarded by the UNSC Earth Shaker that was commanded by Colonel Adam Larkos. He and his fleet oversaw the protection of Tytanus and the planetary district it was the capital of.
The possibility of a rebellion in this district was just as possible as any other district, but that is what Larkos and his fleet were prepared for. The ODST troopers aboard the UNSC Earth Shaker had proved efficient at eliminating rebellious threats before they could grow to something requiring higher degrees of resources.
That was until a thermonuclear bomb was detonated at one of the largest training academies on Tytanus. How it went undetected, the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) is desperately trying to figure out. However, time was short as it was discovered that the revolution striking Tytanus had already overpowered two other smaller planets. Colonel Larkos has used almost every resource available to him to contain the hostiles on Tytanus while stalling the other two smaller planets. He knew that not even ODSTs, however, could handle an organized attack like this alone...
The Angel Guard - A team of Spartan-IVs on board the UNSC Heavenly. It's members are:
- Angel One ~ Commander Samuel Everest. Angel Guard leader.
- Angel Two ~ Lieutenant Commander. Angel Guard combat specialist.
- Angel Three ~ Lieutenant. Angel Guard technical specialist.
- Angel Four ~ Lieutenant. Angel Guard demolitions specialist.
- Angel Five ~ Lieutenant. Angel Guard stealth specialist.

This is entirely fiction based off of the HALO lore. I recently played HALO: Reach and watched Forward Unto Dawn both of which inspired me to try an RP of HALO and the first deployment of the "Angel Guard." I do have a general plot laid out, but I'm flexible on this one. I think making the game able to be failed just makes things so much more interesting and can really make for some fascinating stories if things aren't going the right way [HALO: Reach for example].
So as you can tell I'm only taking four other players. Each position will need application. I will be playing Samuel Everest as well as the NPCs.
Are we fighting post-Covenant forces?
It's quite possible. I can't imagine it would be often that a rebel force gets their hands on a thermonuclear bomb. However that information has yet to be discovered to confirm their influence.
