  Hello loyal readers, Gossip Girl here. After S & B left the picture I was tossed around to a couple boring old teachers wanting to get back at their students. Now I'm back though, and don't worry, it's not Dan Humphrey behind this keyboard, it's the new and improved GG. I've decided NYC has had enough time to shine in the spotlight, after all, the city of angels is full of budding and wannabe stars, why not help them reach that status quicker? From cheating boyfriends, to drug scandals, LA has it all. I can't believe I didn't come out here sooner!
  
  
  
  Even though some things will change, the classic GG is still here for my loyal followers. So, all of my Cali gals, boys and theys, get ready to send in the need to know and on the who to know.   rule one

  Though there will be lots of drama happening to keep the plot moving and GG entertained, please keep it IC. No one likes when things are awkward OOC, so just try and keep things civil. If it does come down to it, please pm me and I'll try my best to fix whatever happened the best that I can.

  rule two

  Literacy is a MUST in this group. If you can't put out two or more paragraphs per response, I'm sorry but this isn't the group for you. It makes it harder on everyone to develop and worldbuild if we're only getting one-liners from certain people. I may ask for a writing sample on the character sheet for this reason, so be aware of that possibility.

  rule three

  I know age can be a weird thing on RPN, however I'd like this group to be 16+. I myself am over eighteen, but considering there's nothing lewd happening, I'm more comfortable playing with someone a bit younger. Just keep in mind this is a mature group so there may be mature topics. Obviously we will all discuss limits, but beware.

  rule four

  Get creative! I know this sounds like a silly rule, but we don't want carbon copies of Serena and Blair as our leading ladies. Gossip Girl has moved to a brand new city, a brand new COAST, she wants some new blood! We want to see new characters with new secrets and drama being created. With that being said, the characters in this sheet will be suggested archetypes, not requirements. So if none of them fit your fancy, don't worry, you're more than welcome to make your own.

  Lastly, the OOC thread will be on Discord so please be able to join it. We will discuss triggers, limits, events, and other important things in the server. This will also be the place to discuss potential relationships, your GG guesses and other fun things.

  The characters will remain TBA until we get people joined and their characters made. There's not going to be main and side characters per se, but GG can only follow so many people, I'm thinking 10-15. so if you're interested get your character sheets in ASAP. However, even if you're not one of GG's main victims, you'll still be important to the story in relation to the main group and maybe even GG themselves.

I haven't completely decided yet. I'd love to do college-aged but just unsure if it would work out as well as high school.
