Fantasy Frozen world! Steampunk! Magic!

I want to start a small but very involved rp of a frozen, steam punk world with magic!
What i want is 3-4 people who want to delve into, and get involved in, a deep rp where the main focus is flying city's!
All comers welcome! As long as you wish to stay involved and don't break any hardcore rules your in.
If u wish to make just super OP characters your more than welcome as long as you get along with the other characters, easy!
If i get about 3 people ill start setting it up and any ideas are more than welcome!
