Narcisse Von Daphnel
Narcisse didn't know how to react to Sofia's sudden exuberance after he'd say he'd help. What he also didn't know how to react to was the fact that she considered him a little brother. Narcisse scrunched up his eyebrows and processed what she said. What did it mean that she considered him as a little brother? Was it because she had young brothers that acted similar to him? If that were the case then it was deeply concerning. Regardless, he wouldn't let Sofia's little comment to affect him on the battlefield. The last thing he needed was for both him and Sofia to get yelled at by the purple menace. That was the last thing they both needed.

He only gave a simple nod and watched Sofia run off to rejoin the other Golden Deer. Drawing an arrow out of his bow, he began to follow closely behind them. They were currently stationary up until they all heard a loud yell. Judging from the direction of the sound, and the fact Hellman seemed to be a Blue Lion detector and probably knew that it wasn't from the Blue Lions, it was most likely from the Black Eagles. "Here we go..." Narcisse muttered as the group went off. Though on the contrary to his expectations, Hellman wasn't as reckless as he expected him to be. Though the grin he had on his face was a little off putting.

Going behind a tree, Narcisse strung an arrow and watched to see if anyone entered around Sofia's vicinity or entered in the forest in general. He was keeping true to his world that he would help Sofia. That and it would also be his ticket on getting out of this mock test. While he was all for team spirit, he wasn't, fighting wasn't really his thing. In fact, he couldn't wait for the Golden Deer to engage with the Blue Lions, mainly because he wanted it to be over with.

Alphonse was a little surprised at the barbaric outburst from the man, no doubt his loud voice would attract anyone else nearby. It's most likely a trap, even if this man wanted a fair fight there are still the other house to deal with and they could be hiding within the brush as well. It definitely made approaching him difficult, "We should just keep moving on, no doubt his bellowing will attract others," Al whispered and while it sucked to skip an honorable duel he couldn't be sure that those lurking in the woods we respect it.

Slowly getting up from his knelt position, making sure not to make any sound. Taking one last look at Borisse he sized up the man, Al would have an advantage with range thanks to his sword, though one wrong move and Borisse's gauntlets would be dangerous. The ax, on the other hand, was a matter of speed and weight, a sword being lighter and more maneuverable would be able to outperform an ax. But parrying would be extremely hard, the lightweight of the sword would simply knock the weapon aside, or with enough force even disarm him. And seeing the Bulk of the man Al wouldn't be surprised if he could.

"Well, what's the plan?" Al whispered once again, looking back at his classmates and comrades.
