Rin Kuromoto

"Buuunnnnnny...BLAST!"

Rin watched Mochi gather some sort of green energy towards its mouth and expel it towards Fangmon's eyes, the recoil causing the long-eared dog digimon to tumble a back a bit in the air. It was a good idea. When facing an opponent many times larger than oneself, the going for the vulnerable parts was probably best. Eyes. Groin. No such things as fair fights when the enemy overwhelmed in size. Now if only Mochi could score a direct hit...

"...BLAST!...BLAST!...BLAST!"

It seemed the recently digivolved digimon was still getting used to the fact that it now suddenly had long ears and could now fly, of sorts, and blast some sort of energy from its mouth. He supposed it didn't helped when the purple dragon digimon, Monodramon?, leapt at the red wolf's maws. Couldn't be easy aiming when one had to avoid hitting ones allies. Numbers could defeat a larger opponent, but coordination would be required...and none of them seemed to have it.

Therefore, it was with great relief when he heard Renzo's voice ring out. Normally, Rin didn't like being ordered around, but given the time of crisis, such feelings could be temporarily set a side. Besides, Rin wasn't a tactical expert when it came to fighting and his words were reasonable enough.

Reddish-brown eyes flickered to the fish raft that a majority of the others seemed to be on. Or at least close to. Given what they had, what could they do? Trees. Slippery bank. A river. River.

"Do what Renzo said!" Rin called to Mochi. "We don't have to beat that monstrosity! Just shove it into the river at least! Then the red bug can fry it or something!"

Water conducted electricity right? And, from what he'd been seeing, the bug digimon could generate electricity. Well, even if the digimon didn't electrocute it, wet fur couldn't be comfortable and may weigh the wof creature down. There was no way a wolf could attack better in the water than it did on land. Thus its quick movements, the thing that made wolves dangerous, would be limited. If he was lucky, the creature might even slip on fish and get washed away...or Dagger girl's dagger stabbed it in the eye. It would bring the wolf a little bit closer to her so she could aim the thing better...

At this point, there was little else to do but hope.

"You mean, Tentomon? Digimon have names, you know."

"Yes, him." There were seriously too many digimon names to remember. He maybe gotten half of them down given the limited interactions. Gomamon. Lopmon. Really, those were the only two he'd spoken to. Therefore they stuck more in his head. Rin looked down at Lopmon who was still spinning in place, gathering more and more wind that kicked up leaves and dirt. Wind didn't hurt. But it pushed. "Come down here and do what Lopmon's doing."

Hopefully the others listened to Renzo and got away from the river.

"Well, if you say so, Rin. Good thing I don't get motion sickness. " Spinning down stand beside Lopmon, Mochi copied its chocolate-covered twin, a small twister forming around the long-eared digimon as it spun even faster. "You alright with that, Lopmon? Tell me when to fire and I'll do it at the same time you do. That way it's guaranteed to be a concentrated attack~"

Lopmon
Darya De Lucia

Lopmon screwed up her face, focusing on building her force. She wanted to blast that mean fangmon as far from Darya-mon as possible, but she was thankful the others decided to join in. At the very least, it bought her some more time.

"I agree," Darya said, "Do what he says."

It was hard to hear spinning like that, wind rushing in her ears, but Lopmon got the point. "Hit him now!" Lopmon turned her tornado on the fangmon, the blast of wind lifting the bigger digimon slightly off the ground. But it wasn't enough. "Help me!" She hoped she and Mochi would be strong enough to push him into the water like their trainers wanted.

Darya watched, hesitant to move away while Lopmon fought this . . . monster. But if she understood Renzo and Rin's plan, she'd want to be far from the water. Lopmon's call for help brought her back to the present. Seizing a rock, Darya threw it at fangmon. It wasn't hugely effective but it was doing something. Lily's idea wasn't completely out there. Grabbing another stone, Darya did her best pitch and nailed Fangmon's side.
