Experiences Fantasy or Realistic and Modern: Which do you use?

So you've decided to make an Urban Fantasy roleplay. Or maybe you want to write a superhero story. And, of course, there's the tried and true Magical Girl genre. Regardless, you need to tag it something. So do you use the Fantasy tag or Realistic and Modern tag for such RPs? I've seen both used.

So as near as I can remember the distinction is setting.

If it’s set on earth it’s realistic or modern
If it’s set in a made up world (like say westeros) then it’s fantasy.

I would use the Modern/Realistic Thread Prefix, but then add in tags such as 'Urban Fantasy' and 'Superpowers'.
