The Story The year is 2195. 90 years ago, a private colony ship landed on the massive planet Epsilon, beating everyone else by decades. A war erupted between the new Epsilon Autocracy and United Earth Coalition with the advanced Epsilon quickly building up impregnable defences and capturing Australia. Autocracy Tower, New Mobville, Epsilon, 13th March 2195, Morning

"Do you think having an office on the top floor of a huge tower makes me seem like a villain?" One leaned back in his padded leather chair. His deep voice rumbled and bounced around the quiet room. Picking a single white thread off his usual black suit, he continued. "I feel like a criminal mastermind." One pushed himself away from the dark, hardwood desk. The hexagonal Epsilon flag framed behind him like a halo. He was one of those people who seemed calm regardless of the situation. "Well, technically." One chuckled. He had a way of intimidating people. Not just calmness or cruelty but the fact no one knew how he actually looked like.

A man covered with black bandages, not a single inch of his skin visible. Most unnerving - his eyes -covered as well but everyone knew he had a way to see.

"Done with that monologue?" Another man asked jokingly, sitting on the leather sofa in One's office. That man was young, his black hair combed back and goatee carefully groomed. Victor Black, a darling of the public and a genuine one at that. Doing his duty as an advisor and the face of the government, it came down to him to ensure the government is shown in a good light.

Black set his electronic notebook aside and looked at One. "You used to be a criminal mastermind back on Earth so at least it's fitting."

"I could go out for a walk." One looked at his heavy, black curtains which flowed over the window covered wall.

"If only you could leave your tower without getting shot, Rapunzel." Black crossed his legs and shrugged. "I'll arrange a car and an escort. A walk around Violet's estate always seems to cheer you up."

A knock on the door ended that train of thought. The door slid into the wall and both men looked at the armed soldier.

With a cat-like face and a tail swaying behind him, a white furred man saluted and spoke in a growl. "Sergeant Major Nika Desh is here to see you, sir."

One nodded and the soldier left, the door closing behind him.

"Desh?" Black raised an eyebrow, making several taps on his notebook

"Sergeant Major Nika Desh." One raised a gloved finger, correcting Black. "I just needed to discuss some plans with her. I wish she'd get over her pride and accept a promotion. Would make things easier - I wouldn't have to tolerate her superiors." One's bandages shifted into a frown, forcing an uncomfortable grimace out of Black.

The door to One's office slid open again, revealing a tall Dyn woman. She had thick, white fur with occasional black spots. Her hair was cut into a short mohawk and her uniform more suited for light combat than the usual patrols MP had. She wore an eyepatch over her right eye, a small claw mark spreading out under it. She saluted, her gaze fixed on the flag behind One.

"Sergeant Major." One stood up, a smile under his bandages. "Please, come in. No need to be so serious."

Nika Desh nodded and visibly relaxed as her emotionless expression got replaced with a soft smile and she gave a short nod to Black. "You wanted to talk about Fort Shark?" Desh took a few steps towards One's desk, stopping behind one of the chairs on the opposite end.

"Yes, please, take a seat." One motioned his hand at the chair in front of his desk. Once she did as instructed, One continued. "I was thinking of reinforcing the base due to its strategic importance."

Black stood up and placed a hand on the door while looking back. "I'll arrange your little walk. In turn, I expect you to be present on that innovation convention."

"But I don't wanna..." One said seriously but chuckled moments after. "Fine, I'll attend." He agreed, getting a satisfied smile from Black before he finally left.

E.I.C.A. Lower-Level Office, Epsilon, 13th March 2195, Midday

Gabriel Pasternak, the assistant head military supervisor of EICA, was up to his neck in paperwork. He sat at his desk, signing sheets and filling forms. He needed a break. He stood up from his work station, and took a stroll around the building. Making a circuit around the more important wings, Gabriel ended up back near his office complex when he decided, "No, I'm not doing that work right now. I'm taking a stroll around the city," and that's what he did.

Briskly walking down the steps to the complex, Gabriel pulled out an umbrella, noticing the approaching rain clouds. He also noted the recently-approved military vessels FTL jump, most likely towards Earth, with several white streaks.

That got him thinking, "What would it be like in space?" Being born and raised on Epsilon, Gabriel's never been more than 8 miles above sea level, and that was on a supersonic jet to the other side of the globe.

Strolling back inside, Gabriel typed a letter out to the Head supervisor to plan a reconnaissance mission to Earth. With careful consideration, he sent it. Now he had to get to work, lest he be checked upon while slacking! Back into his office cubicle, and back to signing agreements and other legal documents.

E.T.U Headquarters , 13th of March , Noon.

A battalion of four hundred motionless E.T.U. soldiers was aligned in the HQ's Hangar. James Richard was glaring at them , waiting for his Captain to inform him on the new hostage.

"Mr. Richard." said Earnest Lowell approaching from behind.Richard turned around facing the captain and slightly nodding "Captain Lowell. I presume you're here to inform me about the captive.". "Yes sir!" said Lowell "He is a rebel lieutenant, a relative of one of the rebel leaders.".

"Hmm..." said Richard intrigued "Did he reveal any useful piece of information?".

"Only things we already had knowledge of..." said Lowell pausing for a moment "... but there was one thing which caught our attention. He mentioned they are being supplied with weapons and equipment by an unknown provider. What do you make of this sir?"

"Kill him and dispose of his body." said Richard as he turned around "I will think about this later, right now I have to attend a meeting with Borbett and other officials.". James saluted Earnest and left for the E.I.C.A headquarters.

E.I.C.A HQ Lower-Level , Noon.

James arrived at the E.I.C.A HQ and as he was making his way towards the elevator he noticed that the door leading to Gabriel's office was open. He walked up to it and saw Gabriel sitting at his desk "Paperwork again Mr. Pasternak?" Richard asked.

E.I.C.A HQ, 13th of march, noon

As noon approached a massive heli flew for the EICA head quarters, a twin blades osprey

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.jpg.09ad69b20ec7eb788bf8e20d93fa734e.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="143276" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.jpg.09ad69b20ec7eb788bf8e20d93fa734e.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

that was pitch black and massive, built to transport solider's or vehicles but today it was coming back from a different mission. Silith was standing in the cockpit watching the ship head for a heli pad on the roof of the EICA. "Land till I say got it." She said coldly to the pilots before she walked back into the transport area, lining the walls was EICA covert agents in full tactical gear

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.jpg.2a16ada1e830b0a6e32aaf82016683ca.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="143277" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.jpg.2a16ada1e830b0a6e32aaf82016683ca.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Just sitting there in there seats silent. There were at least 50 of these agents in the ship and in the middle sat a massive armored vehicle

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.jpg.7f18fa9f351779a87e374d53fc09021f.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="143278" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.jpg.7f18fa9f351779a87e374d53fc09021f.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Silith looked them all over before she activated her ear peice and spoke to the drivers of the truck. "When we land head straight for the freight elevator." She said into the mic and immediately

For a reply that said roger before she nodded as a pilots voice came over the intercom. "Landing in 30 seconds." And with that silith nodded. "Every one off loading positions now!" She yelled and with that the EICA agents all got up grabbing there bags and putting them on and making sure they had there gear before readying to get off.

The ship quickly landed and the ramp at the back opened and as if they were unloading into a combat zone the truck drove off as the EICA agents moved off quickly in two neat lines as they all headed for the freight elevator while silith calmly walked off and started for another door. The last two agents in each line broke off and went to her as they entered a smaller elevator and started down

E.I.C.A lower level. Noon.

When the elevator stopped and opened to the lower level silith started out the four agents following silently behind her as she walked down the hall. Her boots clicking against the floor as she walked. Each agent with her held a black gun to there chest in a relaxed position as they neared the meeting room

William Borbett was sitting at the head of a long table in the well-lit meeting room. He was an older man who had seen enough of Epsilon to understand how things work. Getting to the top of EICA wasn't difficult as the position repeatedly turned vacant. The difficult part was staying the head supervisor of EICA.

Passing his meaty hand over his greased back graying hair, Borbett sighed at the door. Every other top dog was supposed to come for the meeting and yet several outright refused. One of them would take his place when he retires or leaves through other means. Assassinations to advance aren't unknown to EICA and are even encouraged from time to time.

Sitting up straight with a grunt, Borbett frowned at the door and tapped his fingers on the glass surface table.

Silith quickly walked through the halls and to the door of the meeting room and burst in. She practically owned the place so why nock? She did have the highest security clearance there was and in this place what you knew was power. When she saw the big me her back straightened a little and she saluted him. "Sir." She said softly before she walked over and took a seat by his side without another word. Her four guards followed and positioned them selves behind her as she looked to him. "What's this meeting about sir? If its about the chaos in the streets I highly recommend you put me unchanged of public operations as wel as covert sir." She said without hesitation to him. She wasnt one to just wait around, she was a go getter and a girl that didnt like the word no. She knew that if she was in charge of keeping peace on the streets she could end this war sooner. "Please sir I know exactly what to do to secure the big city's leaving the rebels with the outer towns which we can easily take." She said firmly and with confidence to him. Sure she was trying to take the job of one of the other big operators in the EICA but the man running the divisions she was asking for was a complete idiot, truly she figured it was his damn fault the war got so bad in the first place.

Gabriel looked up, momentarily spooked by Richard's silent approach, "Yes! Lots of paperwork. Some company keeps requesting legal backing in a court case, so, as the Assistant Head Military Supervisor, I told them to look somewhere other than the military for legal assistance." It was an inside joke between Gabriel and a few other co-workers that the military is the solution to everything, as once a particularly innocent-looking Dyn asked Gabriel himself for help with his finances. He had referred the Dyn to an economy nut he knew, and the situation worked itself out. That doesn't mean, however, that co-workers don't ask Gabriel for help with anything but military problems. It kept the workplace alive, "What have you been up to? I suspect you've got a meeting to attend to? Why else would you be at E.I.C.A. Headquarters?"

The Slums,New Mobville,Epsilon,13 March 2195,Evening

It had been a good day for Tim,stealing enough money to feed himself for another week or so.While he hated himself for stealing he knewh that he had to do it, plus knowing that those Rich bastards would not need a few Hundered in cash.As he went deeper into the Dark Streets of the Slums he could feel the hopelesness of many who lived here,he could see the Military-Police patroling the streets making sure there was no revolt going on.Yet oddly he felt at home in those Dark and filthy streets, taking a turn to left and going into a narrow back-street he slowed his pace.An old-man was sitting on the ground, clearly a beggar,Tim gave him a small amount from the Cash he had stolen.

''Thanks Swift!'' the old man said smilling.''It's been hard for me to find some cash ever since Police beat me into a pulp and crippled me!'' he said with a bit of resentment towards the Police.

''No need to thank me Old Man...We ought to help each other after all'' he said a bit akwardly.''So...Any news?'' he asked to the Old Man.

''Yeah kid...seems like Howard and rest of his Red friends are rallying to protest against the Goverment...He was blabaring something about Democracy...Equality you know...the usual shit.'' The Old-man said.He seemed indiferent about the whole subject.Yet Tim's mismatched eyes had sparkled with some kind of hope after hearing about the news.

''Maybe they'll do it this time,Overthrowh that Monster! Librate us!'' He said enthusiastically, with a grin forcing it's way up to his face as he started to play with his old red scarf with some pride.

''Don't get your hopes up kid! I doubt That Motherfucker will ever stepdown from the power,Howard and the others will most likely just get a beating and a few days in jail for this...or maybe even get killed.'' The Old-man said,The last part he had added after a few moments with some despair to his voice.Tim's Grin wanished instantly. He did not even know why he even had any hope, maybe it was because he wanted to see a free Epsilon or because of all the Manifesto's preached to him by the Old Revolutionary standing right next to him.But he knew for sure there was no hope for himself,he was the freak, an abomination,a failed Science-Experiment who had no real value,A thing that should have been long dead...exterminated by his own 'Creator',Maybe he really had no soul as they had said to him when he first escaped or maybe they were right about him being a deamon for his Odd-look.He really did not know.

''Yes...Yes that's what will most probably happen.'' He said a bit dejected, uncounciously scratching his right wrist which was covered self-inflicted wounds both new and old,yet the dreaded code could still be read.''Well See you around Francis'' he added and rushed towards the end of the street then climbed up to an realatively old building's roof.'Home.' he thought to himself, stashing the money he had stolen today to a loose brick he settled down to an old and very beat chair, looked towards to the Dammned Tower of the Monster and just sighed.Thinking why had to be branded as an Monster just because he looked a bit different and was not really a creation of 'god' or something like that while the real monster lived in such luxuary.Thinking why he was never able to end it all and angry at himself for being too much of a coward to remove an Abnormality from the Slums,an abnormality that even the Reds had mocked all the time. With these thoughts he fell asleep.

EICA HQ, New Mobville, Epsilon, 13th of March 2195

"The Director is happy with the work we're doing to keep the peace, Lavenza." Borbett said calmly. "It's just that he wants to take a look at some of our activities so we'll be trimming things down." He turned to face Silith, looking at her with his pale blue eyes. "I will also have a job for you but I will rather wait for the meeting to start." He sighed and looked at the door again. "We need to destroy a lot of data and I'll get James to put down some of our agents. Too many people know too much."

The Slums, New Mobville, Epsilon, 13th of March 2195

Sirens blared as several police cars blocked off the narrow alleys of the New Mobville slums. "Round up as many as you can get, time for them to help their nation. Shoot anyone that tries to run away." A woman said, her stern voice echoing, bouncing off the walls.

Commissioner Thorn was one of the most
feared women and clones of New Mobville. Her hat was tilted to the side and her uniform somewhat crumpled, unlike the rest of her unit who ran past her. She rubbed her eyes and let her black hair cover her face. "I could be having drinks with Nika right now." She said in an annoyed tone.

A tall man by her side looked down at her. "I offered to take this one." He said seriously.

"I know, lieutenant. One's orders, you know how it is." She sighed and looked ahead as several gunshots echoed.

E.I.C.A. HQ , lower-offices, Noon.

Richard leaned on the office wall "You guessed right." he said sighing "Another meeting, in which all I do is listen to them babbling about their accomplishments and missions. Though , it's understandable they are still young.".

James approached Gabriel , standing in front of his desk "Why don't you attend the meeting? You don't have anything better to do." said Richard glancing at the papers on Gabriel's desk "Except the paperwork, of course. But that can be done later."

E.I.C.A HQ Lower level meeting room. Noon.

"Why wait sir? The covert division is more than prepared to remove some agents from the picture. Oh and we captured some sort of device on our last raid." She said as she leaned back crossing her left leg over her right as she crossed her arms. "Plus. The director might be happy with what's going on but I'm not. The man running the public operations is a complete idiot, he's keeping 95 percent of his damn division locked away and colecting dust." She said to him obviously displeased by his answer. She was curious as to what her next assignment was but figured she would be patient with that

"I might have your team carry out an assassination or two for us. I'd rather if we carefully plan this out. If the director finds out we're cleaning our tracks, he will take a closer look." Casually shrugging, Borbett closed his eyes. "And if he finds out things we're keeping from him... We will all have a noose around our neck."

"If he finds out were gonna have more than a noose around are neck." SHe told him with a sigh. "Well at least tell me the targets so I can start planning this. I got some new equipment I want to test out and I think this would be the best time, if there the people I'm thinking of." She said to him her eyes locking on his as she waited for an answer. It was true there was much the director did not know, so many things that the director didn't know. Hell she wouldn't be surprised if he didn't even know they had a covert Ops division, but that wasn't important, what was important was that they made there next moves carefully, one slip and she would lose her head.

"Patience, Lavenza. Rushing tends to have negative consequences." He gave her a smile before nodding at the door. "Once the other department heads join us, we will proceed." He crossed his arms on his chest. He had enough experience under his belt to predict how things would work out. No matter how unique people were, they all behaved in predictable patterns.

"You know I'm not one for patience bett." She told him as she pouted a little. Bett was what she called him and she knew he didn't like it but did it all the same. "Well lets get this meeting over quick. I have a new friend I need to go make sure is comfy in there room." She said speaking about a prisoner she had to torture for information. On her last raid she had taken a prisoner and the device she had mentioned to borbett

Tim woke up to the sound of gunshots.'Francis was right' he thought to himself,he could hear the screams coming from the nearby street along with serveral Socialist Slogans such as 'Red Epsilon!' or 'Long live the Communue' but 'Justice and Freedom!' caught his attention.'So the Democrats has joined in too' he thought to himself.'Bad news for the Police...Soon The Red Army and her allies would arive most probably along with the Democratic Epsilon's Armed Front. And he doubted The Police would stand a chance against the Unitary force of Both Red and White Partisans. That is if they did not call the M-P' Francis had said 'The Police are just paid hounds of the Director who know nothing of the Revolution. And it seems like they dont know the existance of both Red and White Para-Military...And ofcourse The National Socialist's and their Armed groups but they rarely join any Protest or struggle.'' Tim Smiled a bit while thinking about this,a sad one at that 'How ironic they Work for the Director yet he does not even inform them about the real threath to their life...'

''I better get going'' he said to himself as he jumped down from the building only to catch a brick and then land carefully to the streets. The Screams of people had increased but he could not really hear much because of the sound of hundereds of people matching with guns and red banners fallowed by yet another group of partisans carrying White banners.'What do I have to lose anyway' he thought and joined the Red Partisans on their march towards where the Masscare had taken place.Shouting Slogans along with them.

The Slums, New Mobville, Epsilon, 13th of March 2195

"Why do I hear automatic weapons?" Thorn growled, placing her hand on her holstered gun. "This is just meant to be bums and potentially cultists." She got into her car, knowing well it would serve as good protection against small and medium rounds. "I'm gonna call for reinforcements."

"We can handle whatever is going on there, ma'am." Her square-jawed lieutenant went to the trunk to take out a pair of rifles.

"I'd rather not be around when the shooting gets here." Thorn frowned and pointed at her lieutenant. "I'm leaving you in charge. Keep them here until the MP gets here. I'll tell Desh it's probably not too dangerous."

Before Thorn closed the door, the lieutenant whispered. "You think it's the rebels?"

Thorn paused and shook her head. "None we're working for." She sighed. "I'll check. Maybe get the friendly leaders to call them off." Thorn decided. She worked with the rebels for a long time now but it was an uneasy alliance. She never hesitated to shoot down a rebel and always did as ordered. Still, the rebels had many uses from the commissioner working with them.

It was a sight to behold.Tim eyed every banner on display he could see the Banner of the SCoE allong with te banners of individual parties from Social Democrats to Hard-Core Communists,The White's were not much different it seemed like they had gathered most of their Supporters too.He was filled with hope to show that the people had power in this country! and it seemed like they were going to end The Director's dictatorship, even the Black and Brown Shirt's of the National Socialist and Facist front had joined the marching Rebel Army half-way through. Now it was display of many colours and all different slogans mixing. It seemed like thay had came to an agreement 'We can always kill eachother after taking out the Common Foe',and Tim thought that was right. They could always fight over their differences when this was over but the common goal of taking down the 'Director' was top priority for every one.The Whites wanted Democracy,The Reds wanted Equality and Freedom from the Burgoise while the Facists wanted to get rid of the Dyns and it was not like any of them really liked Dyns they were the Domestic 'Cats' of the Director.Yes he had a feeling that they were more than that and maybe they were just misunderstood and branded as different just like himself but still for the most part they were the enemies of the revolution.

Then They stoped just a few hundered meters away from the police,The remanants of the Protestors joined the Rebel Crowd too. They took the formation of a line.An old man wearing a cheap copy of the Old Red Army Uniform marched fallowed by his Facist and White Counterparts. It was clear they were high-ranking members of their respective parties.

''You have masscared the innocent people, you have killed our commrades! how can you call yourselves protectors of the law! when you know nothing but murder! now surrender yourselves you stand no chance against the Combined power of the Red Army and her all

es'' The Old man said.

''Nor to the Power of the White Army'' said his Democrat counterpart.

''Or The Blackshirts'' said the Facist Officer.

Tim just stood there in the Front-row with nothing but a banner in his hands. He just hoped the police would surrender.Eventhough he did not care if he died or not still there were many people here who would be missed by their families.and maybe he feared for his own life too.In the end no one really wants to die.

The police personnel holding a firm formation shared uneasy looks until the lieutenant stepped up. With a bored look on his face, the lieutenant raised his rifle. "You know the job." He said calmly and the officers raised their weapons at the overwhelming crowd. "Surrender and you will not be executed." He yelled out. Everyone knew that the alley would flow red if someone fired. Not a good position for anyone. It was up to him to hold them steady until the MP arrived or start shooting and stay alive. Either way, the situation was tense.

"You know what will happen next. Give up or go back." The lieutenant was calm. He faced his fair share of overwhelming odds and always walked out of them. Staring down death became a part of daily life. Especially for someone walking the line between government lap dogs and rebel scum.

''I admire your bravery Comrade! yet you support the wrong side!'' The Communist Officer yelled.''CHARGE!'' he added, his voice booming, echoing all the way back to the inner slums. As ordered the United Rebel Army started to rush towards the police,Those armed with Rifles shooting them while the unarmed ones just ran in hopes of maybe stabbing the enemy.Tim was paralyzed,he knew there was a possibility that it would come to this but...he never had thought it would be so scary,The Noble sight of the People's Allied Army had gone into drain and there was just Red...The Red of the Blood. He could not hear anything other than the gunshots and screams he could see people getting gunned down infront of him, right then he was grabbed by an Communist Commissar.

''Start Runing boy! The Red Army does not tolerate craven scum such as you!'' he yelled to the boy, holding a pistol to his head,Overwhelmed by fear Tim started running towards the Police lines, stepping over the wounded and dead alike, until he felt the worst pain he ever had since he escaped from that lab,he fell down and only thing he could see was red,he could only make out two holes on his abdomen.'I don't wanna die' he thought childishly and the world went blank as the Fight continued on.

The lieutenant didn't have to say a word. As soon as the reds started running, the police opened fire and shot at whoever was moving. Focusing primarily on those armed with firearms and then on those who crossed the halfway mark, the police held their own effectively but fighting a losing battle none-the-less. At this rate, the MP will arrive just in time to save just several officers, if that.

"I needed this!" Thorn shouted with a wide grin on her face, brandishing a shotgun. She showed up behind the lieutenant and started using him as cover while he himself stood behind several other officers.

Silith sighed as she sat there waiting for the meeting before her phone went off and she pulled it out. "Hello?? What?! God damnit alright....... Dispatch half of stinger onto standby for now." She said sternly before hanging up and looking to borbett. "The rebels are in open combat with a small group of police. I put half of stinger on standby to help the police... It's your orders." She said to borbett. The answer was most likely the answer she wanted which was to deploy her troops to aid the officers. The E.I.C.A had to show some loyalty in some way and here was there chance. "Well?" She asked quickly to him. She wanted to do something to aid in some way but it was Borbetts order right now that would give her the ok

EICA HQ, New Mobville, Epsilon, 13th of March 2195

Borbett raised a hand. "No. We do not bother ourselves with such trivial matters." He rejected. "The police will handle what they can. The MP will handle the rest. While I appreciate your enthusiasm, the military is much more suited for open engagements. We stay behind the curtain, Lavenza." He explained.
