When Captain America was completely paralyzed by his Super-Soldier-Serum-induced illness, Tony Stark supplied him with this exoskeleton that allowed Captain America to continue his crime-fighting career. Due to his paralysis Rogers had to have sensors implanted in his body to operate the suit. Stark designed this armor to suit Cap's propensities toward minimizing harm to opponents. Consequently, the primary weapons were Mylar sheaths and disruption beams that caused the targets to suffer vertigo. In addition to these abilities the armor had a set of the magnetic gloves and four miniature anti-missile missiles. The mini-missiles were hidden in retractable launchers in the armor's forearms. The exoskeleton saw little use as this was the early 90's, right before the silent agreement.

The exoskeleton traded hands a number of times until it was given to Mace by the Hulkbusters.

Imitation Vibranium Shield: Like all Captain America-based fighters, Jack wields a shield that looks like Cap's. Like most of those fighters, this isn't actually made of Vibranium. To set himself apart, he modeled the shield after the scrapped design of an eagle-shaped shield that U.S. Agent was allegedly going to use.

Shadow Form Desciption:

Hadrian as a living shadow possesses the ability to alter his form at will. When in shadow form he can change shape and size as well as the tangiblility of his body. While intangible he is unaffected by the physical plane of existence and must solidify parts of, or the entirety of his form if he wishes to interact with an object or cause harm to a target by physical means. It is his natural state as a shadow to be intangible and it takes energy to solidify his being. Light based abilities are the exception to his immunity and may affect him in either state of being.

Hadrian's 'eyes' as a shadow will change color depending on his mood (although he can also consciously change them). Since they glow in the dark they can also give him away. Hadrian can remove his 'eyes' and switch to something he calls 'shadowsight' but this has it's own limitations and is an unpleasent sensation on it's own.

Shadowsight:

Shadowsight plunges Hadrian into a greyscale world devoid of color. Objects of focus become brighter the more attention is paid to them and dimmer once interest is lost. Living creatures such as humans, aliens, and animals emitt a visible glow that is more prominent than that of say.... plants.

Personality:

Hadrian is typically a laid back individual with an amicable, if somewhat brusque demeanour. He is social amongst the lower class of criminals with a good deal of 'work friends', and a few close knit circles of people he can rely on. Hadrian receives work from a variety of clients and has a solid reputation; he's a good worker that gets the job done well and on time. Hadrian enjoys doing the low level grunt work, especially when it comes to stealing something valuable without the use of his powers or getting paid to beat up someone he'd probably get into a fight with anyways.

M.O or Motivations: Hadrian usually operates as a low level thug with a history of thieving and fighting. He'll work mainly as a bodyguard or delivery boy and does this work out of a combination of desire and necessity. Having a criminal record makes it difficult to pursue regular work and this is more exciting than a regular job. However his work as 'Shade' is more complex and usually involves gathering valuable information then selling it to the highest bidder. He can also be contacted for special requests such as to retrieve certain items or move people or products across great distances in return for large amounts of money or other favours. 'Shade' is wary of getting too involved with any specific organization and prefers to keep his presence as low key as possible. He also doesn't except work that involves notable government figures or that he thinks likely to get him in the crosshairs of agencies such as S.H.E.I.L.D.

Powers/Abilities: Darkness Embodiment (Starts primarily with Shadow Embodiment/Manipulation)

Skills: Hadrian has a history living on the street and grew up fighting amongst the other people doing the same. He's got good intuition, an excellent swing with a bat, and is resourceful when it comes to navigating environments or making weapons. Thanks to his brother Daren, Hadrian is practised in parkour and comfortable with heights. Despite claiming otherwise he also makes for a surprisingly good cook.

'Shade' needs to be stealthy, good with technology and maintaining his own secrets, and he prizes being able to keep his head cool. Despite his practical demeanour, he has a creative streak visible in how he manipulates darkness to assume various shapes to fit the task at hand.

Weaknesses: While in his shadow form Hadrian is more vulnerable towards users with light orientated abilities and experiences a shift in personality. Direct UVB rays make it more difficult to assume a solid shadow state. He must also be careful that he maintains control of his emotions, as the shadows he controls do possess some life of their own, and may react in strange ways. This is especially true in regards to the 'shadow beings' as they are the most likely to resist or disobey his orders if they feel mistreated or neglected, and to act on their own whims.

Teleportation through shadows is a relatively easy to use method of travel, but entering the 'Dark Dimension' with his current level of experience with his powers is dangerous. It is devoid of any sense of time (if it exists in the dimension at all) allowing for plenty or almost no time at all to pass in the regular world while Hadrian is inside. There is also the risk that he becomes lost or that the darkness tries to keep him from escaping back to his own world. It along with the shadows seem to be under the impression that he is now one of their own.

Hadrian's preferred weapon of choice is a baseball bat. He carries a backpack with a recording device, camera, wallet (fake I.D), and snacks for the road. If mundane travel is a necessity he rides a sports motorcycle.

Personality:

Having been on the run for two years before receiving the recent 'invitation' to join Shield, Damian has developed a skeptical nature and is wary of anyone that tries too hard to be friendly. He still harbours a deep rooted grudge against N-Tech for their treatment of him prior to escaping and maintains a healthy paranoia of medical personnel and scientists in general; it would take a miracle to get him into a lab of any kind. When not on duty Damian can usually be found experimenting with his abilities, tinkering with tech, reading, or subtly searching for information about the symbiont. While he isn't the most social person in the world he does enjoy the company of others and is slowly beginning to warm up to his co-workers. Damian loves music, enjoys B-rated horror films, and genuinely likes to make people laugh—though his sense of humor has taken a twist to the morbid during the last two years.

Damian tries to avoid thinking about his old life, having accepted that returning to his family is no longer a possibility. He is secretly afraid that the symbiont has not only changed his physical form but might have altered his way of thinking as well. Since the transformation was completed, he finds himself a little more willing to make morally questionable decisions and has even caught himself thinking of humans as 'them' rather than 'we'. The idea that he might end up similar to voice in his head is terrifying. It's this fear that keeps Damian so determined to keep the symbiont at arms length.

The symbiont's prime directive is to survive. It does not possess the same moral and ethical considerations as most species do. However as a sentient creature it is aware of it's need to ensure co-operation from its host, and is therefore willing to let Adrian do as he pleases so long as their life is not in imminent danger. The symbiont is very intelligent and also very curious about humankind; seeking to gain a greater understanding of the human condition so that it can develop a better relationship with it's host

Damian King's current mission is to remain alive and keep his freedom. He doesn't care about the whole Good vs Evil gig, but he is willing to work with an organization like S.H.E.I.L.D. so long as they keep their promises to keep N.Tech out of his life. The slightest hint of betrayal on their part and he'll be gone like the wind.

Electric Blasts: Can unleash high voltage blasts of electricity from long distances or through touch. Drains energy that must be replenished sometime afterwards if he wants to stay functioning properly.

Electroreception: Produces an electromagnetic field that allows him to sense his local environment and influence nearby technology. It changes according to his emotions and can be detected by devices or those with electric based powers. He can also pick up on the EM fields of tech or other living beings and learn to use them to sense others emotions.

Technology Assimilation: Can plug into/ connect with technology in order to gain access to information or take over control of the connected systems. Although highly unlikel, doing so risks picking up viruses or other dangers if the system has been corrupted and may allow someone the opportunity to attack his own systems.

Shapeshifting:

Despite possessing the ability to reassume his old human appearance with remarkable likeness to flesh, there is nothing truly 'human' about Damian's body at all. In fact his new form is easily changeable according to his current needs: mass, colour, shape, size, and even texture can all be altered at will. He can scan existing objects or people to copy their appearance or create unique forms. Extra mass is stored in a subspace and gained through absorbing metal and gradual growth.

Skills: Hacking, Markmanship, Guessing plot twists in movies, and evading capture.

Weaknesses: Damian is vulnerable to some of the same weaknesses afforded to regular technology: he must take care that his metallic components do not rust or corrode after being exposed to the elements (although they are significantly more resistant than metals found on earth), his brain/processor may be hacked or otherwise tampered with (though the symbiont has done an excellent job of protection so far) and he must beware of individuals possessing the ability to manipulate metal. His body can repair most damage in a short time, but significant stress to his systems may still cause him to enter stasis mode until they can be resolved. In order to alter his form to larger sizes he must aquire more materials or grow it over time.

Equipment (If applicable, costumes): A recharge station located in place of a bed, a computer he built himself, and various half-finished projects.

Trivia
- The light he emitts is capable of changing colour.
- Damian no longer truly sleeps. Instead to recharge, he either plugs into an external power source or enters a sort of short term stasis that allows his systems to rest and repair.
- Terrible horror movies are a favourite. The sillier and weirder the concept the better.
- Damian hates water and most organic soil; it gets into everywhere.
- Damian and the Symbiont experience all of the same bodily sensations and share their senses.

Elemental Manipulation- Kaikoa can manipulate surrounding elements on an atomic level to obtain a desired element.
Elemental Constructs- Can create objects and weapons out of surrounding elements. All of Kaikoa's constructs are black.
Elemental Exoskeleton- Can form an exoskeletal construct of armor around himself that greatly enhances strength and durability while not restricting any movement.

Unarmed Combat- Although he has developed his own form of street fighting, Kaikoa has taken some time to learn formal martial arts. He has tried to focus on styles that focus on discipline to hopefully counteract his impulsive habits.
Armed Combat- Kaikoa has also started to learn Bojutsu, Kenjutsu, Eskrima, and Knife fighting in an effort to be more versatile in combat.

Weaknesses:
Highly impulsive- Obsidian has a tendency to act without thinking, making him not an ideal teammate
Squishy- His constructs require time to fully form leaving him vulnerable if caught off guard. The regular human body isn't very durable.
Other Powers- Powerful vibrations, psychic attacks, and physical attacks stronger than him can crumble his constructs
Unfavorable Terrain- If Kaikoa is not near any form of solid terrain (ie open ocean, on a small vessel), the focus required to manipulate the surrounding elements and their state of matter leaves him defenseless.

Origin of Powers/Abilities: Originally inherited from his mother May Parker, his recent transformation is due to The Pulse. The Pulse ruptured Kaine's DNA and in an attempt to put itself back together, the body ended up super expressing the spider DNA already present in his genome.

Powers/Abilities:

  • Superhuman Strength: Arachnid possesses superhuman strength enabling him to lift approximately 60 tons (120000lbs) compared to the 10 tons he could lift before The Pulse.
  • Superhuman Speed: Kaine is capable of running and moving at speeds that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete, topping off so far at around 50 mph.
  • Superhuman Stamina: Arachnid's advanced musculature produces fewer fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This allows him to exert himself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair him. At his peak, Arachnid can physically exert himself at his peak capacity for several hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.
  • Superhuman Durability: Arachnid's body is tougher and more resistant to some types of physical injury than that of a normal human. His bodily tissues are resistant to powerful impact or blunt force trauma. The extent to which his new body can take damage is yet to be known definitively, but estimates say he withstand impacts such as falling from several stories, being repeatedly struck with superhuman force or by several powerful energy blasts, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no injury himself. Piercing damage, not so much.
  • Contaminant Immunity: Due to his accelerated metabolism, Arachnid has a higher tolerance for drugs and diseases than normal humans, and he can recover from the effects of larger doses rapidly. His resistance and recovery time to toxins and diseases varies but is typically significantly higher than normal.
  • Superhuman Equilibrium: Arachnid possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.
  • Superhuman Agility: Arachnid's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. Due to his increased size and mass, Arachnid is less agile than Spider-Man, being agiler than an ordinary human by a factor of ten.
  • Superhuman Reflexes: Arachnid's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are more efficient than those of an ordinary human by a factor of fifteen.
  • Enhanced Senses: Much like his grandfather and mother, Kaine has his five perceptive senses heightened--but not to the extent of Matt Murdock.
  • Spider Eyes: Part of Kaine's spider physiology is six extra eyes, eight in total, that work similarly to spiders. This meaning the different pairs are responsible for different aspects of sight, all coming together to form one image like a human. Now Kaine can see UV light, unlike regular humans.
  • Organic Webbing Generation: Kaine has the ability to organically produce his own silk webbing from glands within his forearms near his wrists, limited by his body's health and nutrition.
  • Extra Arms: Part of Kaine's new body are four new arms on his torso, making three arms on each side of his torso. Each arm is capable of shooting webbing and retracting claws.
  • Talons and Fangs: Kaine possesses elongated canine teeth that secrete a paralyzing, though non-toxic, venom. He also possesses short, retractable talons at the tips of his fingers and toes that he uses to dig into surfaces or fight with. The talons are also razor sharp and, coupled with his great strength, are able to rend materials as durable as a cinder block.
  • Wall Crawling: Kaine possesses the ability to manipulate the inter-atomic binding forces of matter, allowing him to form temporary molecular bonds between his body and another object, which in turn enables him to cling to solid surfaces and scale walls simply by placing his hands on them. His electrostatic ability to stick to surfaces is considerably more powerful than Pre-Pulse, being comparable to his mother.
  • Spider Sense: Arachnid possesses an extrasensory "danger" or "spider" sense which warns him of potential immediate danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in the back of his skull, and links with his superhuman kinesthetics, enabling him to evade most any injuries unless he cognitively overrides his automatic reflexes. It appears to be a simultaneous clairvoyant response to a wide variety of phenomena (everything from falling safes to speeding bullets to thrown punches), which has given several hundredths of a second warning, which is sufficient time for his reflexes to allow him to avoid injury. Like his mother, Kaine's spider-sense seems to be more developed than Peter's. Whereas Spider-Man could only get a feeling that a particular spot was dangerous to him (or similarly to the preservation of his secret identity), Arachnid is able to sense the exact direction from which the danger comes. In addition, whereas Spider-Man's spider-sense simply registered a general sense of danger (with the strength of the response being in proportion to the amount of danger he was in), Arachnid can recognize sources of danger. This allows him to determine whether the danger is posed by a familiar source (such as an attack by a familiar foe) or is a new threat. This applies even if he has incomplete knowledge of the source of danger. For example, if Kaine is being spied on by an unknown observer on several different occasions, he is able to tell if each incident involves the same or a different observer as a previous incident. Sudden and extreme threats can cause his spider-sense to react with painful intensity. Arachnid can also sense and dodge attacks directed randomly or by an artificial intelligence. Using his spider-sense to time his enhanced reflexes, Arachnid can casually dodge attacks up to and including automatic-weapons fire, provided there is sufficient distance. His spider-sense is sufficiently well-linked to his reflexes to the point that a threat can trigger them even when Arachnid is asleep or stunned. His spider-sense alerts him to observers or cameras. The spider-sense does not react to those who Kaine does not consider to be a threat, such as his mother May or father Wes. Arachnid can choose to ignore his spider-sense, and distraction or fatigue diminish its effectiveness. His body begins to produce more adrenaline after the sense is triggered, an extension of the 'fight or flight syndrome.' Even when he does not have the use of his eyes, Arachnid can still use his Spider Sense in a similar fashion to Daredevil's Radar Sense to help him see by sensing the direction the danger is coming from by listening to the loudest noise around him, but he has yet to pull this off.
    • Radio Frequency Detection: Kaine's spider-sense also enables him to track certain radio frequencies, which he uses to his advantage via his Spider-tracers.
Skills: Kaine is "smart", but not really a genius in the normal way. What others mistake for natural talent in subjects, Kaine acknowledges as his skill to absorb information easier. This makes having a basic understanding of new subjects quite easy. Although mastery takes time just like with most others. In his own opinion, Kaine is a little above average intelligence wise. What he might lack in traditional book smarts, he more than makes up for in people knowledge. Being incredibly empathetic and sympathetic, Kaine is quick to notice behavioral changes and often looks out for others well-being above his own.

As far as combat, Kaine isn't as intensely taught in "The Way of The Spider" as Paris, nor does he have a lot of experience. His current fighting style is much more improvised and tuned to his person, using his extra limbs, strength, and organic webbing to overwhelm and overpower opponents.

Unlike Tony's armor, it feels cloth like material compared to metal. It is used as his Spider suit and incognito attire when chilling in New York at night. No extra systems or utilities like the Iron Man Model 50 armor are present.

Origin of Powers/Abilities:
Remains of the Venom symbiote found in Eddie Brock's blood stream merged with his white blood cells to form the new symbiote known as Anti-Venom. He retains all the same powers as Venom with some added.
Powers/Abilities:
The Symbiote can mimic any type of clothing whatsoever, as well as blending Anti-Venom in his surroundings, rendering him invisible. The Symbiote has augmented all of its host's physical abilities to superhuman levels equal to, and in some cases greater than, Spider-Man's.

Superhuman Strength: Before the symbiote was created Brock had conditioned himself to lift (press) 700 lb. Once it was created, the symbiote added Spider-Man’s superhuman strength to the host’s vast human strength, enabling him to lift over 70 tons. However this is not his true limit as his strength increases with his variable muscle mass.
Superhuman Durability: Anti-Venom's body is highly resistant to physical injury, capable of withstanding assault from high-caliber bullets as well as attacks from super powered individuals. The Symbiote is capable of absorbing bullets from small-arm weapons firing conventional ammunition. The Anti-Venom symbiote is invulnerable to the traditional weaknesses of symbiotes, fire and sonics. However it particularly vulnerable to a poison Osborn made using the Freak, and its abilities can be negated by Mr. Negative's Darkforce powers.
Superhuman Stamina: Anti-Venom is also capable of surviving in harmful areas for long periods of time such as underwater or in toxic gases, the symbiote filtering breathable air to the host.
Accelerated Healing Factor: Additionally, the symbiote is capable of healing injuries in the host at a faster rate than normal human healing allows. The symbiote is also capable of healing injuries and illnesses that current human medical care cannot such as cancer. This is even more advanced for Anti-Venom, allowing him to regenerate from a shotgun wound to the head in seconds.
Genetic Memory: The symbiote possesses some limited psychic ability, making it capable of obtaining information from its hosts and even other people and symbiotes simply by touch. It can however, be forced to forget information if the symbiote is inflicted with heavy trauma.
Offspring Detection: The symbiote is also capable of psychically detecting its offspring, however with effort this ability can be blocked.
Wall-Crawling: The symbiote is capable of Spider-Man’s ability to cling to walls by controlling the flux of inter-atomic attraction between molecular boundary layers.
Webbing Generation: Anti-Venom can shoot strands of the alien’s substance. The symbiote’s substance seems to be composed of tough, flexible fibers of organic polymers, which regenerate swiftly after "shedding". The one limitation to this ability was used to Spider-Man's advantage during their second bout; Since the webbing itself comprises the costume, if Anti-Venom generates too much he will be left vulnerable as the symbiote is weakened and unable to replenish his lost mass for a short period of time. In addition to creating webbing, the hos can use the symbiote in the form of tentacles or tendrils to attack or ensnare his opponents.
Constituent-Matter Generation: Anti-Venom can also use the same substance comprising the symbiote in the form of constituent white matter or tentacles, and uses it in this method for lethal force against criminals. Anti-Venom can send a part of the symbiote and direct its movements into a victim's body, smothering them from the inside.
ESP (Spider-Sense): Anti-Venom also possesses an extra sensory ability similar to Spider-Man’s spider-sense. This response is not as complicated as Spider-Man’s inherent sense since the symbiote can detect danger from every direction and conduct giving Brock in plenty of time. It's a lot more efficient than Spider-Man’s spider-sense because it takes less time to sense the danger, and Brock’s reflexes are faster than Spider-Man’s, because they are enhanced by the symbiote for instance Anti-Venom can dodge a gunshot or a barrage of bullets.
Immunity to Spider-Man's Spider Sense: Due to Spider-Man was a host of the Venom symbiote, and as a result his offspring, is able to bypass Spider-Man's spider-sense. As such, Anti-Venom is capable of attacking Spider-Man without alerting him, making Anti-Venom a deadly foe.
Camouflage Capabilities: The symbiote is capable of mimicking the appearance of any form of clothing, camouflaging with its surroundings, and even mimicking other people.
Stretching and deforming: Anti-Venom can stretch and deform his body. Anti-Venom can also increase his size.
External Symbiote Rejection: Upon being assaulted by Mac Gargan, the Venom symbiote attempts to leave Gargan to bond with Brock again. However Brock's skin is caustic to his former symbiote, which means the white symbiote has the ability to reject the Venom symbiote and presumably all of its children as well. However, it was later revealed that, if the host releases too many anti-bodies while curing people, it is possible for this power to be weakened and another symbiote can bond with him, as the Venom symbiote did for a while.
Constituent-Matter Manipulation: Anti-Venom can manipulate his matter to enlarge or stretch his body in order to augment his attacks. For example, he enlarged his fist and slammed it into Mac Gargan creating more of an impact. Anti-Venom also can morph his hands into blades similar to his nephew Carnage and he can create a shield.
Impurity Sense: Anti-Venom can sense foreign substances within a person's body which includes symbiotes, radiation, narcotics, viruses, and other diseases.
Internal Bodily Cleansing: After sensing an impurity such as toxins, drugs, diseases, and other malignant substances, Anti-Venom can forcefully "cure" the substance from the person's body using antibodies produced by the symbiote. Eddie Brock uses this ability to almost completely destroy his old symbiote and to cure a teenaged girl from her heroin addiction. This power can also be used to depower some superhumans, almost ridding Spider-Man of the radiation in his blood when attempting to destroy remnants of the Venom symbiote, and nearly cleanses Radioactive Man of his powers in a similar fashion. Following Anti-Venom's use of this ability on him, close proximity to the symbiote causes Spider-Man's powers to diminish and disappear.
Spider-Power Negation: After attempting to cleanse Spider-Man of his symbiote remnants and nearly purging the radiation from his blood, whenever Anti-Venom is too close to Peter his powers are effectively canceled until Eddie becomes distant enough from him. Alternatively, when Anti-Venom ensnares Spider-Man by binding with the bits of the suit that is fired off as webbing, it also negates Spider-Man's powers until Spider-Man breaks free from it.
Fire immunity: In contrast to the other symbiotes, Anti-Venom is immune to fire and extreme heat. Examples of this includes withstanding the full force of one of the Punisher's flamethrowers and a superhot radioactive blast from Radioactive Man meant to immobilize Venom if he went out of control.
Sonic immunity: Besides immunity to fire and heat, Anti-Venom also shows strong resistance against sonic-based attacks. For example, he was capable of withstanding Songbird's sonic-blast with little discomfort.

The poison destroys the symbiote for a while, and Mr. Negative's powers halt the symbiote's healing powers until his dark energy is no longer in contact with the symbiote. Furthermore, overuse of the symbiote's healing abilities weakens it to the point where it can potentially be overwhelmed and destroyed by another symbiote.

I mean it just doesn't seem very fleshed out, especially with the bullet point like format. The powers also need to be more specific to him, not just copy and pasted from another website. What exactly are his personal abilities, the extent, what exactly is he capable of and not able to do. It just doesn't look like it's finished, and until then I don't think I can pass you on to the rp
