Will you be posting a CS soon? I would love to see an example of a fully fleshed CS.

Also, what would be the difference between Muntant and Meta-Human? Mutants are born with the gene and Metas got their powers through The Pulse?

Yes I will be posting a CS soon actually just working on it but idk if it will be finished today.

Well according to Marvel humans were created as one of three races from experimental influence by beings known as the Celestials. These races includes Deviants(self destructive and deformities),Eternals(near perfect godlike beings, and Humans who had the power to both create and destroy and grow at the same time. The Celestials implemented a gene inside of humans that allowed them the capacity to evolve to have superhuman abilities that is usually latent.

However sometimes there are humans who have this gene naturally activated who are known as Mutants. People like the X-Men who naturally end up developing these powers somewhere along the line of their lives, usually puberty are mutants.

Meta's or Mutates as they are known within Marvel have to have some outside source in order to aquire powers like Spiderman, The Fantastic and Hulk who probably would have have died from the radiation that was given to them if it weren't for the Celestial tampering that gave them powers instead of them dying like we would in the real world.

Did that clear it up a bit?

Accessing Fury File #1728: [Effigy]
Basics
Name: Bryony Beckett

Alias: Effigy (Effy)

Species: One of the Pulse Generation

Age: 24

Gender: Female

Sexual Orientation: Who has time?

Appearance:

evan_rachel_wood_greenday_september_ends_zps3ueqphyv.jpg

5'5", skinny, with naturally straight red hair.

Personality: Serious-minded, yet whimsical. Bry's a hard worker, always has been her whole life, and she takes her responsibilities seriously. At the same time, she's light-hearted especially when under stress and tends to offer a soft joke or just a bit of self-deprecating humor to ease a tense mood. Despite her lifelong passion for engineering, she has a sensitive, creative side she indulges wherever possible. Emotionally stable, level-headed, even charismatic with a tendency to speak fast and forcefully, as a woman in a STEM job often has to.

Affiliations: Fantastic Four (works for the Forsythe Foundation, an engineering firm that specializes in supplying raw materials and finished engineering components for Reed Richard's varied experiments)

M.O: ?

Biometrics
Power Class: Gamma
Intelligence: 4/7
Strength: 2.5/7
Speed: 2/7
Durability: 3/7
Energy Projection: 1/7
Combat Skill Efficiency: 4/10

Origin of Powers/Abilities: The Pulse

Powers/Abilities: Duplication - Bry can make copies of herself. These copies replicate whatever she's wearing, though no other personal effects are duplicated. Bry's 'sisters' have all of her memories, personality and skills. She's able to reabsorb a duplicate through touch, gaining all their memories and experiences as if they'd happened to her.

Skills: Bry was (and still is) a promising if young mechanical engineer with several years of experience working for the Forsythe Foundation. As an employee in a high-risk organization (and working for a company that supports one of the more famous heroes on Earth qualifies), she's also had mandatory hand-to-hand and basic firearms training. After the events of the Pulse, Bry rather quickly acquired significant skill in a variety of useful areas (high-speed driving, basic surveillance, advanced gun classes and so on), mostly as a matter of self-defense. With her abilities and an opportunity to do some good in the world, Bry's learned at least the basics in many disciplines in hopes of surviving long enough to be useful.

Weaknesses: Bry's duplication takes a second of concentration to activate, whether creating a duplicate or reabsorbing one. She has no ability to track or sense her duplicates once separated from her and the only way to know what they know is to reabsorb one. She's also not especially robust compared to some heroes and villains; while much more durable than the average human, she's not remotely bullet proof.

Equipment (If applicable, costumes)

Trivia
  • Hobbies: Music (sings well but mostly listens), Art and Sculpture, an excellent book.
  • Habits: TBD
  • Likes: Learning, new experiences, clubs, a very fine pair of heels.
  • Dislikes: Lack of intelligence, lack of listening skills and Justin Bieber.
  • Fears: Getting her duplicates harmed or killed. Being utterly destroyed by someone much more powerful than her.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Getting a Masters or PhD in her field. Bringing about world peace, somehow. Making a difference, however she can. Learning everything.

Didn't see a spot on the sheet for history so didn't know if you wanted one or not. Also, not super clear if there's going to be an average power level so no clue if I'm coming in way under powered or too powerful or what.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Also, very open to the idea of other character connections. Siblings, rivals, her husband or wife or just dating, whatever. If other players want a tie to another PC, hit me up and let's talk out how to make it possible. :)

Accessing Fury File #02297: Web-Head
Basics
Name: Paris Parker

Alias: Spider-Man, Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, the Amazing Spider-Man, the Spectacular Spider-Man, Spidey, Webhead, Webslinger, Wall-crawler

Species:
Mutant

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual

Appearance:
Personality: Caring, Rebellious, Charming, Witty

Affiliations: None (team/league wise); he has assisted Black Panther on a few occasions, Kaine Parker

M.O: Much like his father before him, Paris will either leave his enemies tied up in a cocoon of webbing or webbed to a wall-like surface

Biometrics
Power Class: Beta
Intelligence: 4/7
Strength: 4/7
Speed: 3/7
Durability: 3/7
Energy Projection: 1/7
Combat Skill Efficiency: 5/7

Origin of Powers/Abilities: Genetic mutation---originates from his father

Powers/Abilities:

  • Wallcrawling: The user can climb walls and stay unto ceilings. The user does not deny gravity, but has the ability to adhere to surfaces unaided. However in order to truly be "crawling" on the user must be able to maintain balance for long periods of time, compared to wallrunning where the energy is only temporary. This ability can be explained simply by saying that Paris can enhance the flux of inter-atomic attractive forces on surfaces he touches, increasing the coefficient of friction between the surface and himself
  • Enhanced Strength: Most Individuals who obtain Spider Powers have increased strength. This is caused by the cross in DNA that grants them the proportional strength of a Spider. Spider-Man can--on average--lift around two tons, which is equivalent to the average weight of a car, but others can vary based on their own body mass. His highest achieved weight lift is five tons, which is equivalent to the weight of a bulldozer
  • Enhanced Jump: Paris can leap several stories high and/or jump across the width of a city street
  • Enhanced Durability: Paris' (Spider-Man's) bodily tissue is far more resistant and durable than a normal human--but this doesn't make him invincible...just a portion tougher than a human
  • Enhanced Stamina: Paris' advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the average human. This allows him to exert himself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair him. At his peak, Spider-Man can physically exert himself at his peak capacity for five hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him
  • Enhanced Speed: Spiders, being very fast and agile creatures, give one with spider powers enhanced speed and agility. It is unknown just how fast a person with enhanced spider speed can travel, but it was recorded (once) that Paris could run nearly 55mph
  • Enhanced Reflexes and Agility: Along with a spider sense for most people with spider powers, the basic reflexes and agility of a person is far enhanced that beyond a normal human's, nearly 15x more then the normal human
  • Enhanced Balance: People who have spider powers have an enhanced sense of balance or equilibrium to stand perfectly still on almost any surface, also in help with the wall crawling ability. Paris has shown to balance on a moving car, stand, walk, or run on walls, or bend into certain positions that would normally hurt an average non-powered human
  • Enhanced Healing Factor: Spider powers enhanced an average humans healing factor (much higher then a regular humans). However, this healing factor is not to the degree of Wolverine, or Deadpool's healing factor where they can recover limbs and skin in a few minutes
  • Better Senses: Paris, much like his father, has his five perceptive senses heightened--not to the extent of Matt Murdock though
  • Spider Sense: A metacognitive ability that warns the user of impending danger. Although it remains a mystery, it has proven to be effective. It works as a slight tingling/buzzing in the back of the skull when danger is near, however the sensation can become more severe, and even painful. It does not identify the nature of the danger, but will indicate what direction the individual needs to move in order to avoid it. It has been known to warn of nearly all forms of danger, from bullets and lasers to tainted meat

Skills:

  • Genius: While Paris doesn't actually possess the power of Genius Intellect, he is considerably smart for someone his age. He may have acquired this from his father, Peter Parker
  • Martial Arts: At an early age, and even in his teen years, Paris learned of his father's improvisational fighting style, known as "The Way of The Spider". This style functionally encompasses the usage of his powers simultaneously to overpower and overwhelm his foes, relying on his superhuman strength, immense agility, speed, flexibility, wits, intelligence, and "spider-sense", along with the use of his equipment and technology.

Weaknesses:
  • Physical Exhaustion
  • Certain abilities and objects can revoke Spider-Man's ability of clinging to walls (lubricants, people who are strong enough to rip Paris off the wall, and electricity can disrupt the electromagnetic relation between the wall and Paris)
  • Certain things are immune to Paris' Spider Sense (symbiotes, people he trusts, blood-relatives/clones, a gas developed by the original Green Goblin, a specific jungle scent, people with super-speed, a radar device created by Mysterio)

Equipment (If applicable, costumes)
  • Web-Shooters: Spider-Man's web-shooters are twin devices worn on his wrists which can shoot thin strands of special "web fluid" at high pressure. The web fluid is a shear-thinning liquid (virtually solid until a shearing force is applied to it, rendering it fluid) whose exact formula is as yet unknown, but is related to nylon. On contact with air, the long-chain polymer knits and forms an extremely tough, flexible fiber with extraordinary adhesive properties. The web fluid's adhesive quality diminishes rapidly with exposure to air. (Where it does not make contact with air, such as the attachment disk of the web-shooter, it remains very adhesive.) After about one to two hours, certain imbibed esters cause the solid form of the web fluid to dissolve into a powder. Because the fluid almost instantly sublimates from solid to liquid when under shear pressure, and is not adhesive in its anaerobic liquid/solid phase transition point, there is no clogging of the web-shooter's parts. To activate the shooters, Paris must press a button on his palm that shoots out the webbing
  • Spider Tracers: Tracers used to track objects or people; it shares the appearance to that of a regular spider
  • Spider Drone: A drone that shares the appearance to a spider...pretty self-explanatory
  • Spider-Man Suit: A modified version of his father's Spider-Man suit, which was originally designed by Stark Industries. The suit can switch between 586 webbing options (settings/firing mode, adhesiveness, spray, etc.), has a heater (for cold situations), different optical settings (thermal, night-vision, etc.), and has a self-reloading web cartridge system

spider-man-2-194466.jpg

Trivia
  • Hobbies: 'Toys' with fellow students at school
  • Habits: If Paris becomes too irritated with his home life, he'll simply put on his suit and go slinging around Manhattan, he can't resist clicking a pen (if one's in hand), depending on who's he with, Paris will shoot a wad of webbing at someone's mouth, to make them quiet
  • Likes: Churros, slinging around Manhattan, slushies', going to the football games
  • Dislikes: Corruption, The Daily Bugle, being underestimated
  • Fears: Running out of web cartridges, his identity being exposed to the public, disgracing the Spider-Man legacy
  • Hopes/Dreams: Surpassing his father in skill as being Spider-Man
  • Etc: Open for siblings/relatives, Paris was scientifically grown/conceived in a lab

Accessing Fury File #01740: [Juivas_Guieva]
Basics

Name: Juivas Guieva
Alias: N/A
Species: Chitauri/Chitauran
Age: Peak Chitauri Adulthood
Gender: Male
Sexual Orientation: You think a Chitauran would be into that kinda stuff..? [Heterosexual, I guess.]

Appearance:

3052223-chitauri+1.jpg

6’7 height, bulky, and also wearing the hood over his head. [From left to right, the second Chitauran solder is the ideal version]
What separates him from the rest is his cloak being a dark shade of red with a huge ‘G’ being ripped out of the center viciously.

Personality:Juivas Giueva gets the job done. Many say not to judge a book by its cover, but his looks match his ideals. He’s careful when necessary; ruthless when needed. Rude to anyone below him, dependent to few, and often times a loner.

Affiliations: None, though he was once a Chitauri soldier.
M.O or Motivations: To prove himself to Thanos as one of the Black Order by eliminating all Pulse enhanced individuals, as he sees ‘killing every remaining life source of Galactus means killing Galactus himself’, which he’s sure Thanos would consider him as one if he [technically] killed someone as powerful as Galactus.
(Note: I’m willing to potentially convert him into an anti-hero and change his motive, though I’d have to come up with a good reason why’d he’d change in the first place.)

Biometrics
Power Class: Beta

Intelligence: 3/7
Strength: 3/7
Speed: 2/7
Durability: 3/7
Energy Projection: 1/7
Combat Skill Efficiency: 6/7

Origin of Powers/Abilities: Chitauri Genetics; all Chitauran people are born with them.

Powers/Abilities: Juivas possessed the ability to shapeshift into various objects or species. His strength allows him to jump 15 feet in the air and run through walls. As the Power Grid says, Juivas can also lift twice his weight.

Skills: Juivas can climb buildings with just his bare hands and feet, though only because often times he just slams his fist and feet into the wall to grip. He’s also an expert planner who tries to make a flawless plan before entering the situation. He can also speak ‘Earthling Tongue’, as well as many other ‘tongue’.

Weaknesses: Juivas, as a shapeshifter of both species and objects, only knows so many Earth objects, and mostly because they’re in the room he’s currently in. He is also unaware of human behavior, so camouflage is often times not a good idea. Giueva also tends to make quick decisions, which may help at his current state, but cause a negative impact in the future. While Juivas tends to coordinate his attacks, he does it with extra time to concentrate, where his quick decisions often occur in the heat of the moment.

Equipment:

Image 1 - A Chitauri blaster. Shoots purple energy blasts.

Image 2 - A Chitauri rifle, though Juivas’s rifle was partly damaged, so now we only uses it as a staff.

Trivia
  • Hobbies: Plan future attacks, bounty hunting deeds [Will assassinate for money]
  • Habits: Before entering the area he suspects he will fight in, he will analyze the area so he knows his exit routes.
  • Likes: A good fight, winning, etc.
  • Dislikes: Losing a fight, defeat, etc.
  • Fears: Denial of the Black Order, again; losing
  • Hopes/Dreams: Becoming a member of Thanos’s Black Order
  • This was probably the hardest part of the character sheet, considering he isn’t the demographic Earthling you were expecting.

Accessing Fury File #0075: Trojan
Basics

Name: Alex Whittle

Alias: Trojan
Species:
One of the pulse generation

Age: 25

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation: Straight

Appearance:
2672c51bc47b2309bb79891ed8b2bb43--jeremy-irvine-war-horses.jpg

Personality: Alex is extremely confident in everything he does and does not back down from a challenge. He is also very talkative and can often be found annoying.

Affiliations: He is currently being trained by Tony Stark

M.O or Motivations: To expand his intellect and become the smartest man in the world

Biometrics
Power Class: Alpha

Intelligence: 6/7
Strength: 2/7
Speed: 2/7
Durability: 2/7
Energy Projection: 1/7
Combat Skill Efficiency: 4/7

Origin of Powers/Abilities: The Pulse

Powers/Abilities: The pulse has greatly increased Alex's intelligence, making him one of the smartest men in the world. It has also granted him the power to posses all forms of technology. Say for example he was to posses a computer, he would have unrestrained access to everything stored on that computer. Though he usually prefers to create robots, similar to those of Tony Starks suits, and go as them into the battlefield.

Skills: Alex was considered gifted from a young age. In school he was years ahead any of his peers and even smarter than his teachers. In his free time he loved tinkering and creating things. He built his first robot at the age of 10. Although this was only a simple robot designed to follow him around and carry his stuff, as he got older he was capable of creating much more complex mechanisms and even invented his own AI to aid him. Today he is considered one of the smartest humans in the world.

Weaknesses: When in control of a machine his body becomes unconscious and vulnerable to attack. He also cannot jump from machine to machine. The machines he controls are vulnerable to whatever they usually are (emp, virus etc)

Equipment
Alex creates most of the equipment he uses himself. In his possession are multiple "armours" designed for different uses, which he can posses when need be.

Trivia
  • Hobbies: Inventing new technology/weapons
  • Likes: Helping others and being around other intelligent people
  • Dislikes: Criminals, greed.
  • Fears: Being humiliated and not being the best.
  • Hopes/Dreams: To become the smartest person on earth

Accessing Fury File #82599: Guardian

Basics
Name: August Everett

Alias:
Angel

Species: Mutate(Meta-Human) of the Pulse Generation

Age:
17

Gender:
Male

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual

Appearance:

August stands at 5'8" with a slim build that he moderately keeps in shape, firm with slender muscle more than anything. Beginning with his facial features, a mop of curly black hair atop his head that leads to stunning hazel eyes that he inherited from his father. His nose is rather straight however widens at the bottom to create a bell like shape transitioning to full lips. He has a slight scar that clips his left brow and a birthmark on the right of his upper neck, darker than his light chestnut skin.

Personality:
August is very independent person and is often by himself, not because he has a problem with people but more due to him having very deep thoughts. He often gets caught up and daydreams and has a wild imagination, sometimes even blanking out while people are talking to him. He has an innate sense of curiosity and adventure, and loves the idea of going through trials that help him better as a person. He is a bit of a geek and gets excited if someone recognizes one of his reference which often includes movies, books, games etc. He often gets amazed by innovations and awesomeness in general, and it feeds his curiosity. To accompany this he tends to be very aware of aware, and extremely observant.

He, like many others, is a dreamer and proves very imaginative. He is smart, however not la scientist and an academic he is more like an artist, or rather a philosopher. He is a practical and clever thinker, learning more from tactile experience and adapting on the spot to situations in rather unconventional ways. He is loose and open to ideas, a think outside of the box guy.

He is a bit socially awkward and has a sort of offbeat personality which makes him a bit peculiar to most people who aren't as quirky, especially when things slip from his mouth that he didn't mean to say. He has a very active sense of humor, but most of the time it comes off as awkward. He's very intelligent but tends to lean towards being an unconventional thinker and creative mind. When something gains his attention he is very good at devoting his focus at one thing, ever a practical and clever thinker. August can very kind and considerate, often going out of his way, however this only goes as far as one is willing to extend their kindness to him. He is usually a very empathetic person and has a strong moral compass.

August has many flaws that come along with his good traits, one of them being doubt. He not only doubts himself, but his own path, and people themselves. He finds it very hard to express himself fully to people, and often doesn't feel like anyone truly gets him. He often bottles things up until he can't take it anymore and needs an outlet.

Affiliations: Dr. Strange

M.O./Motivation: E
xplore his abilities, and to be the peoples guardian angel

Biometrics
Power Class: Omega
Intelligence: 4/7
Strength: 4/7
Speed: 3/7
Durability: 3/7
Energy Projection: 2/7
Combat Skill Efficiency: 2/7

Origin of Powers/Abilities:
The Pulse

Powers/Abilities:

Anomaly
August has the ability to disrupt, destabilize, and reconstitute quantum potential, possibility, and probabilistic energy fields. Effects from the the Pulse seemingly radically altered his corporeal structure down to quantum scale, leaving him in perpetual phase shift- partially out sync with the reality that surrounds him- essentially transforming him into an anomaly on a fundamental level.

Because of this he produces an aura of irregularity that is potentially a source for the rest of his abilities. The aura is usually invisible however in high stakes situations or when using a sufficient amount of power, it reveals itself as green arcane energy. When August is calm it is more akin to soft smoke that permeates from his body, however when he loses control it becomes akin to lightning and extremely destructive.

The abilities he derives from this condition are listed below:
  • Heightened Condition(Passive): Due to the state of his condition, and his aura August has access to a higher physical and mental threshold than normal humans. Much like Captain America, he is on the cusp of Superhuman capabilities. At his strongest he can lift up to 1-2 tons, snap handcuffs, break through walls, and leap two dozen feet into the air. At his fastest he is capable of speeds up to 45 mph on average, double at max for short periods of time.
  • Cosmic Awareness(Passive, partially latent): Due to the condition his body has been rendered in he cannot process the physical world overtly like everyone else can. Instead what happens is that the senses he experiences are converted information from cosmic awareness that are received as human senses. This allows him to expand them beyond him, which gives him addition extra sensory awareness of the area around him and flash precognition. However the full extent of this has not been explored and not available to him.
  • Irregular Energy Projection(latent)
  • Possibility Reconstruction(Partially latent): A result of his status of irregularity, his energy field allows for a host of effects when subconsciously and consciously employed by manipulating potential and probabilistic fields, giving him the ability to make things that shouldn't be usually possible, possible. However the ability is still severely underdeveloped especially in terms of control, as so far he requires physical touch when in complete conscious control of this ability and there also seems to be strict limitations so far in how it can be employed such as him not having the ability to control over what effect this ability has or what it does.

Skills: August has extensive knowledge of superheroes, and also has a keen eye for logical reasoning, analysis, and deductive skills. He is gifted however mostly it is underestimated due to his intelligence being quite different than what someone would expect it to be. When most people think of a gifted individual with intelligence they think of a computer with algorithms with heightened affinity for science and math. This is due to this being streamlined as what "intelligence" is, however August sees the world more like a mosiac of possiblities a d ideas, more an creative and innovative thinker than a human computer.

Weaknesses: Due to relatively new to his powers his control is spotty at best and if he uses his powers too much he runs the risk of losing control. Due to his inexperience he often gains very bad headache if he tries to maintain his powers continually for more than a few minutes. Also he is only able to extend his sphere of influence a dozen feet out before he begins to lose control of them.

Most electrical devices malfunction around him to his irregular energy field shorting them out or going haywire unless they are fortified against him. This could be seen as a weakness as most tech that he could use that is helpful will most likely not work around him.

While he does have enhanced physical perimeters he has limitations and after those limitations are met he can be killed like everyone else, such as a bullet to the brain.

Equipment (If applicable, costumes)
So far the only equipment he has gained a magical amulet given to him by Dr. Strange to suppress the full extent of his abilities until he can properly gain control over them.
Trivia
  • Hobbies: He enjoys reading, writing
  • Habits: He tends to ramble, when he gets stressed he tends to rub the back of his neck.
  • Likes: Oreos, Geekdom,
  • Dislikes: Anything flavored chocolate that isn't actually chocolate, close minded individuals,
  • Fears: Never being able to reach his full potential, living a life in a cycle
  • Hopes/Dreams: To become the best him possible, to make the world a better place, to inspire those who come after him.

I hadn't realized that after I finished mine that I hadn't included a bio section due to, more times than not, I tend to explore more of the bio of my characters through story telling and rp. However if you all feel it would be beneficial to add a bio section I am willing to oblige. Epiphany Epiphany

It's all good. I have no issue with coming up with backstory to be revealed in play. Though I may need to age down Bry as everyone else seems to be a teen. :)

Name: R'Gildine
Alias: Jill Davenport/Spitfire
Species: Skrull
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual

Appearance: Human Disguise (regular):

True/Skrull Form:
1ef7a5e7135a11dbbc2a6fd28a7184d7.jpg

(Hair is the same to her human disguise though, which does still hide her pointed Skrull ears)

Personality: R'Gildine, despite being a Skrull is a rather fun-loving and sometimes laid-back young woman. Although some could say this could be part of her disguise's persona, R'Gildine is still this way even behind closed doors. This could be due to her simply adopting the personality traits of the woman she disguised herself as due to R'Gildine spending a lot of time in said disguise.

She values Earth and humanity above the Skrulls but to say that she is ashamed of her race would be inaccurate, however she is not proud of it either and treats it as a closely-guarded secret for she fears what would happen to her if she were discovered. Not just to be locked up and likely experimented on, but it would bring about the destruction of her new life.

She does have some personality traits commonly associated with Skrulls such as enjoying combat, with a respect for warriors and the like. She believes that one day, despite their rather violent history that the Skrulls and humanity might be allies.

She's a bit of an idealist but understands that her ultimate goal will take time, however she is quite stubborn.

Affiliations: The Skrull Empire (formally), SHIELD (currently)

M.O or Motivations: Protect the innocent, guard her secret (only two people know), defend her adopted homeworld.

Biometrics

Strength: 4/7
Speed: 4/7
Durability: 3/7

Origin of Powers/Abilities: Skrull Experiments and natural Skrull enhancements

Powers/Abilities:

  • Shape-shifting: Skrulls are able to alter their forms into that of anything they can imagine, be it organic or inorganic. It must, however, be solid and R'Gildine has some limitations when compared to the average Skrull due to failed experiments she performed on herself to seem "more human". They can assume the form of someone but not their powers. When they imitate an inorganic object (in R'Gildine's case, this is only with humanoid robots) they take on its appearance, but not its properties. They can also use their abilities to grow extra limbs. Skrulls can also use their shape-shifting capabilities to change their sex: males can become females and vice versa.
  • Mimicry: Skrulls are cunning spies due to their ability to mimic sounds and voices. This is mainly used in conjunction with the shapes they shift into.
  • Weapon Formation: Skrulls are able to use their shapeshifting abilities to form weapons with parts of their bodies. For instance, R'Gildine can shape her arms into blades or clubs. This ability makes her a dangerous hand-to-hand combatant.
  • Energy Projection: Capable of firing electricity, fire and plasma blasts from her hands. She can only fire one of these elements at a time though.
  • Flight: Capable of flying up to the speed of sound.
Skills: Speaks four different languages (English, the Skrullian, Russian and Japanese), skilled in multiple forms of hand-to hand combat and in computer hacking.

Weaknesses:
    • Skrulls only take on the appearance of an object or person and none of that object or person’s characteristics. There is a limit to the size of the object or person a Skrull can imitate. The average Skrull cannot distend his or her mass any more than 1.5 times as large a volume as his or her original volume, nor can he or she contract his or her mass any more than 0.75 a volume as his or her original.
    • Furthermore, due to failed experiments she performed upon herself to become "more human",R'Gildine's shapeshifting abilities are limited compared to the average Skrull. She can only maintain a new form (including transforming limbs into weapons and extra limbs) outside of her human disguise for so long.
  • The more complex the form, the more concentration required. She does not push her limit with these either as it risks her dropping out of her human disguise and being discovered
  • If someone were to discover her secret they could quite easily blackmail her.

(Has this covering on her right arm, however it has the same colour scheme as her outfit)[/I]

She also has a black eye-mask

(Her chest emblem, it is the same dark red as parts of her uniform)

Built into her suit is a long-range communications device, it also acts as light protection from the elements and from ballistics. She also carries with her a silenced pistol.

Trivia
  • Hobbies: Videogames, Dungeons and Dragons, martial arts, plays a violin
  • Habits: Twiddles her thumbs and avoids eye-contact when she's nervous
  • Likes: "Human food", "Human music"
  • Dislikes: Greed, hatred humans have of other humans for "human reasons"
  • Fears: People discover her true race, a Skrull plot to harm humans or a human plot to harm the Skrulls on their own world.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Redeem her race's image on Earth by becoming a big in the superhero community and then revealing herself to be a Skrull on earth with good intentions and then eventually bring about a mutual human-Skrull alliance one day
  • She arrived on Earth during the Skrull invasion of Earth as a child but remained in hiding, having a normal life but eventually decided to become a superhero when she became a teenager to defend her adopted home.

I was waiting for one more person I think to submit theirs before I started the page for RP.

Well since the days of superheroes S.H.I.E.L.D. sort of went back to playing a more background role, not because they seemingly lost importance but because of their involvement becoming much more in the background due to them not needing to step in as often. However now with the recent events would once again emerge more involved than ever.

I'll be careful not to disappoint you. I had that in mind when I set his fear of his own abilites in play.
I intend for him to be this universes hulk, but with less of a temper.
:)
Also since unlike the hulk he does have is ability to think rationally he will be notably more reserved than him.

And thank you for the shield info. I figured they'd be keeping an eye on most of the pulse effected.

Basics
Name: Hugh Kraus,
Alias: Captain Robor, formally known as Captain Cerebrum (when he was a superhero)
Species: Pulse Generation/Cyborg
Age: 105 (mentally), 20 (currently/physically)
Gender: Male
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual
Appearance:

3bd14264705342f931556cd6a34740e7.jpg

(In his younger form, around mid-to-late 20s)

As he gets older, Hugh's hair continues to grey, getting a Reed Richard's (grey on the sides) style when he reaches his mid 30s. It continues like this until Hugh's mid 50s, where his hair starts to fall out, eventually he goes completely bald by his mid 60s. His skin continues to wrinkle, with spots appearing on his head and face has he continues to age.

Personality: Hugh is driven by self-preservation above all else and will go to almost any length to stay alive. In his mind, this is not due to pure selfishness but rather he has what could be best described as some kind of Messiah complex, believing he must remain alive in order to be there when Earth faces a great catastrophe. With the heroes growing old, and viewing the new generation as inexperienced he only believes that he can protect the Earth when the great catastrophe arrives on it's doorstep.

Affiliations: While being a solo hero, he did team up with Captain America, Namor and The Human Torch (the Android, not the Fantastic Four member) during World War II while in later years he fought alongside The Defenders, The Future Foundation and The Great Lakes Avengers on occasion. Now, he is only affiliated with himself.

M.O or Motivations: To survive by any means necessary, so that he may face the "great catastrophe" and defend the Earth. In order to do this he must also train hard, trying to perfect his abilities. He is prepared to feed off of or kill anyone that stands in his way.

Biometrics
Power Class: Gamma (progresses to Beta after feeding all the way to Alpha after feeding continuously)
Intelligence: 6/7
Strength: 2/7 (4/7 after feeding)
Speed: 2/7 (4/7 after feeding, 6/7 after feeding continuously )
Durability: 2/7 (5/7 after feeding)
Energy Projection: 2/7 (4/7 after feeding continuously)
Combat Skill Efficiency: 6/7

Origin of Powers/Abilities: Pulse and Cybernetics

Powers/Abilities: Regular

  • Life/Energy Leech: Ever since the Pulse, Hugh has been able to drain the lifeforce from living beings or energy from some technology (such as robots, pacemakers, power plants), although living energy makes him younger and slows down the ageing process, while energy he drains from technology only fuels his power.
When it comes to living beings he drains the years from them, for example if he were to drain the lifeforce from a teenager he might leave her as a middle-aged woman or he might reduce a 30 year old to an old man.
After Feeding
  • Enhanced strength: See power grid. His muscle mass greatly increases as well when he feeds.
  • Enhanced Durability: Capable of taking even armour-piercing rounds to the chest without his skin being pierced. Energy blasts will likely still harm him though. He can also breathe in outer space if he's fed enough.
  • Flight: Self-propelled flight that, depending on how much he's fed can bring him up to the speed of sound or up to light-speed if he's fed on quite a lot of energy.
  • Energy Blasts: After feeding continuously, Hugh is able to discharge energy blasts from his hands, chest and mouth. This depends upon the kind of energy he has absorbed (e.g electrical, plasma etc.)

Skills: Having lived through multiple wars (fought with other Superheros during WWII against his own country when he defected to the Allies) and numerous conflicts with rival nations and both heroes and villains over the years, Hugh has picked up on multiple forms of martial arts and weapon training techniques, becoming an expert in most of them including Krav Maga, Karate, Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Judo and multiple forms of sword-related combat.

Weaknesses:
  • Big ego (like I said, Messiah complex). He believes that his feeding habits are a necessary evil so that he will be around when Earth faces it's "great catastrophe", so messing with his head with psychological warfare on this topic could send him into a fit of rage.
  • Vast majority of his abilities (including peak physical performance) require him to feed off of a living being or an energy source first. Otherwise, he is a relatively weak (sometimes old) man with ageing cybernetic parts.
Can only sustain himself for so long before he needs to feed again, otherwise he will lose his powers and/or be reduced back to a frail old man. Using his powers constantly will wear him out, causing him to age quicker.
  • While in the form of a frail old man, a well-aimed EMP blast would completely incapacitate him as all of his parts apart from an EMP-hardened backup pacemaker would simply give out
  • He actually has to touch a living being to drain the years from them, giving them time to pull away especially if he is a withered old man.

(Battle Helmet, a modern redesign of the one he wore during his superhero career. It comes with a heads-up display that can scan targets, it also hides his face and can disguise his voice)
PqnYqP5.png

(A suit which he has to wear underneath his clothing sometimes, as contained within it's armour plating is some of the medical requirement that keeps him alive. It has a "stealth mode" where it can appear as a regular pacemaker for when Hugh is out in public. It's also equipped with a bronze cape that is stored in the back of the suit, allowing for Hugh to deploy it when he's dressed as Captain Robor)

Hugh also carries a cane which contains a hidden sword, and while an old man he also has a chair that, rather than having wheels simply hovers (think Professor X's chair from the 90s X-men cartoon).

Trivia
  • Hobbies: Reading, fixing up old technology training himself with both martial arts and (sometimes) his abilities
  • Habits: When in his younger body he tends to keep his hair in good condition (this is due to him being bald when he was an old man)
  • Likes: Scotch, old movies, wine, pickles, dogs, classic cars and motorcycles
  • Dislikes: Mushrooms, Fascism
  • Fears: That he will not be strong enough or prepared enough to defend Earth from the "great catastrophe", that he will lose control of his powers
  • Hopes/Dreams: To defend Earth from the "great catastrophe", does not care what people think of him after he does that, only if the Earth is protected. In his mind, people could view him as a monster for all the people he had to kill or hurt but so long as the Earth is saved, by him he won't care.
  • He was warned of the "great catastrophe" by a dying Kree who fell to Earth around the same time as the Annihilation wave was storming across the cosmos. The Kree did not speak of the wave itself, but something else that was coming to Earth. At this time, Hugh was almost on his deathbed and so enhanced his cybernetics that he used during his career as a hero so that he would live longer.

Accessing Fury File #03713: [Starling]

Basics

Name: Nari Jang (American), Jang Nari (Korean)

Alias: Starling, friends call her Ari

Species: Pulse Generation

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Sexual Orientation: Homosexual (isn't aware yet)

Appearance:
d1f907540e60a0356bc2116a36debb04--korean-short-hair-asian-short-hairstyles.jpg

Nari is 5'1 in height with a Lean build with little to no muscle mass.

Personality: Nari kind and courteous to people she likes usually going above and beyond for people that she is close to. For people she is dislikes or has no strong feelings towards Nari is more often than not very blunt and some people might consider her rude. It is also the case that she often doesn't take things seriously which can cause her to get in to trouble especially at school. Has a bit of a temper.

Affiliations: Has applied for part time internships at the Baxter Building and companies owned by Tony Stark that are in New York. So far has not been acpeted after applying several times.

S.H.I.E.L.D. still determining wether or not to make contact and provide a handler.

M.O or Motivations: Wants to be like the superheroes of old as she thinks they are so cool. Also she feels sort of compelled to help her adoptive country.

Biometrics

Power Class: Beta (may become alpha level threat given enough time)

Intelligence: 6/7
Strength: 1/7
Speed: 1/7 with equipment 3/7
Durability: 5/7
Energy Projection: 4/7
Combat Skill Effeciency: 2/7

Origin of Powers/Abilities: The Pulse.

Powers/Abilities: After the Pulse Nari's biology has changed so that her body stores and has massive amounts of bioelectricity. This bioelectricity is generated from the food that she eats with the more calorific food producing the most energy. One use for this bioelectricity is that Nari and discharge it from her hands however this is done in uncontrolled bursts without anything to regulate. Another useful property of the bioelectricity she produces is that her body can generate a protective shield, which can do anything from taking the sting out of punches or vaporise bullets depending on how much energy she gives her shield. The extra bioelectricity has also increased the activity in her brain making it think faster and harder thus making her very smart indeed. Estimates put her IQ somewhere near to Tony Stark's. Her powers can also be used to power technology just like a battery.

Skills:
  • Computer Programming: Even before the Pulse Nari was taking classes at school but only got B- average but after has gone up to an A+ average. Uses this skill to program her more complex equipment and make control systems.
  • Electronics Expertise: Again Nari was already taking a class in this subject going from a C+ to an A+. This skill has come in very handy for designing and making her equipment.
  • Mechanical Expertise: Nari has used this skill in the past to make some extra money fixing bikes and watches mostly with her occasionally helping her mother by fixing her moped. Now she has uses this skill to help with making her superhero gear.
  • Hacking: This is a fairly new skill she is developing as Nari thinks it might come in handy. Has only practiced using this skill.
  • Multilingual: Can speak both Korean and English.
Weaknesses:
  • Water is one of her major weaknesses as it drains the bioelectricity out of her body and will eventually become powerless if exposed for long enough. Thus making her as weak as any other person.
  • Also there maybe other ways for people to drain her bioelectricity.
  • Without anyway to regulate her bioelectric bolts without her technology. If someone destroys it she would only be able to send her bioelectric bolts in a general direction with no way to determine what it will hit.
  • Anything that can damage her technology will greatly reduce her combat effectiveness.
  • If she runs low on bioelectricity she can not power her technology.
  • Also if she runs low and cannot replenish her bioelectricity with food then eventually her body will naturally discharge it over time. So access to food is very important thing to Nari.
  • Is not very strong as she considers academic achievement to be more important than fiscal prowess.

Equipment (If applicable, costumes):
  • Her costume mainly consists of old nondescript old clothing which includes green cargo pants, black work boots and a plain black t-shirt. She also wears a vintage red trench coat which she says makes her look bad ass. For a mask she wears an old mig 21 helmet and mask which she bought online. The mask has been altered so it can filter out harmful substances in the air and suck in and provide oxygen at high altitude when powered. The helmet also has a built in radio and she has modified the audio input so she can also hear what is going on around her and eliminate unwanted noise.
  • Specially designed built gauntlets which allow her to charge her wrist mounted blasters with bioelectric energy. She can then discharge these blasters in a controlled and directed manner. These bolts or orbs of bioelectric energy can vary in intensity depending on setting. Nari designed the gauntlets herself getting the parts of the internet.
  • Flight backpack which she designed and built herself using scrape she could salvage from a few junkyards for raw materials plus a few things of the internet. Two wings are attached to a central metal backpack. The wings are short and look similar to a starlings hence the name. Lastly the wings have two fan blades in the centre to provide lift and in the backpack there is a computer and micro controllers to calculate what the wings need to do. The computer does this by interpreting her body movements (leaning in the direction of travel desired) plus an off on verbal command. Current speed tests she has done have topped around 250mph level flight and 300mph in a dive before the platform becomes unstable. Nari hopes to break the sound barrier at some point.
  • Also carries a utility belt filled with high calorie snacks so she can recharge her energy reserves without going into a store or having to go home.

Trivia
  • Hobbies: Playing the saxophone, video gaming, Reading and fixing various electronic and mechanical devices.
  • Habits: Cracking her knuckles, chews on pens a pencils when thinking and bites her lips occasionally if their is not a pen or pencil to hand.
  • Likes: Spicy food, cakes, science classes and going to the movies.
  • Dislikes: Ignorant people, greed, gym class and ketchup.
  • Fears: Nari is afraid of being alone in the middle of nowhere. Also afraid of large spaces of open water.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Wants to be rich and successful so she and her mom can live a happy life. Nari also wants to be famous for something innovative that makes a real difference to people like a modern day Tony Stark. She also wants to be able to buy her mom her own restaurant instead of working as a head chef in someone else's.
  • Currently live in Brooklyn.
  • Both mother and daughter are refugees in the USA.
  • Farther died trying to escape the country they were fleeing from.
  • Etc

The last time Wolverine had a son it ended very badly for everyone involved, but so long as he's nothing like Daken I really don't see how he'd create too many problems story-wise.

Up to the guy/girl running the RP though.
If I do go with Logan as the father I assure you he won't be as angsty as daken

Name: Allan J. Pierce

Alias: Agent Pierce

Species: Human

Age: 29

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual

f6e72fda1403096d25333bae72e354a4--character-art-character-design.jpg
stands 5ft 11in weighs 145lbs

Personality: Agent Pierce is a surprisingly friendly and unassuming man. He enjoys talking to people and getting to know whoever he can as best as he can. His job is to get close to a person and he happily does so. Those who find themselves on the receiving end of his pistol might enjoy a pleasant conversation with him.

Affiliations: S.H.I.E.L.D, Avengers.

M.O or Motivations: Allan is motivated by the same thing many agents are. Answering the call to help someone, he believes that it is the right thing to do no matter what.

Biometrics
Power Class: Alpha

Intelligence: 5/7
Strength: 1-7/7
Speed: 1-4/7
Durability: 1-7/7
Energy Projection: 1-3/7
Combat Skill Efficiency: 6/7

Origin of Powers/Abilities:
The Pulse generation

Powers/Abilities:

Matter assimilation- When agent Allan Pierce comes into contact with matter he can absorb it's molecules and become made of that particular material. He gans durability and strength based off of the material absorbed (rock would grant him about 10-20 tons durability and strength where as adamantium would be 100+ tons.)

Minor Matter shift- agent Pierce can shift his body when he has absorbed particular material allowing him to form simple things such as blades, whips, shields, armor, etc.

Skills:
Combat training- Agent Pierce is an Expert in hand to hand combat, having mastered 17 forms of martial arts, 4 of which are weapon fighting for the spear, sword, staff, and knives. He is also a world class marksman with firearms of all kinds and calibers. Not to mention working with shield for the past 8 years has given him experience with the Strange, Superpowered, and supernatural sides of the world.

Spy- Agent Pierce is a very skilled in acting, reconnisance, gathering Intel, reading people, setting traps, spotting traps, and disguises.

Weaknesses:
Just a man: Allan does have limits to his capabilities both physical and mental. Without his power activated he is just as vulnerable as any normal human.

The environment: Allan is usually restricted to what is lying around at the time, and that usually isn't high class metals such as vibrainium, adamantium, or even titanium and tungsten. Allan is likely to get Stone, glass, aluminum, steel, iron, and wood, all of which are an upgrade but none of them are indestructible. He can also absorb materials like water, or toxic gasses, but he hasn't had very much training with such things.

Equipment

Dw 1911 .40/70 gov: a powerful pistol that fires 40/70 bullets. He usually carries three 10 round Magazines, and one 5 round Magazine with vibrainium bullets for tougher targets.

Com Sunglasses- the Ruby tinged sunglasses Agent Pierce wears act as one of his most advanced tools. They record video and audio with up to a 100x zoom. In addition they can see thermal, night vision, infrared, and gamma visual range.

Wrist dart gun- An oldschool weapon many would say but effective. It fires a variety of darts from the Auto hack dart, the sleep dart, the Toxic dart, the spy dart which acts as a microphone and a camera

Armored Suit: The seemingly mundane business suit agent Pierce wears is actually reinforced with A vibrainium lace which helps him to further reduce inpacts. It makes him Virtually bulletproof (he still feels the hits) and slightly explosion resistant (the pressure wave and shrapnel wont kill him, but the heat and being flung might.)

Trivia
  • Hobbies: reading mystery novels, studying the effects of the pulse.
  • Habits: he has a habit of loosening his tie when he is about to attack or fight. It's a very good tell.
  • Likes: Being a secret agent, learning about his powers, Finding others effected by the pulse.
  • Dislikes: Those who use their powers selfishly, having to resort to violence, ninjas.
  • Fears:Most aliens, The possibility that these powers have a negative side effect.
  • Hopes/Dreams: He wanted to be the worlds greatest shield agent, now he kinda wants to be the worlds greatest avenger, though he isn't opposed to having a family life as well.
