Food Dog Cake

I work at a senior living and one of their 'dogs' had a birthday... so they made a cake for the dog and for the people to eat. Would you eat this? To me this doesn't look that much of a dog and doesn't even smell good. D:

Yeah no for it to be dog safe it would have to be basically dairy free, I don't really trust substitutes not to either taste like crap or upset my stomach.

Are those eyes dates?

Nah, I wouldn't be surprised though for an old folks home. It's just more dry icing.
