Diamond was born in New England, Massachusetts. Her father Colt was working as a owner of an auto shop, while her mother Paula was working as a requisition officer for the government. Diamond lived a very loving childhood with kids on her block and a loving home environment, especially with her brother Caleb. She had the sports nights with dad and tea parties with mom, as well as anywhere from the occasional sibling fights to sibling movie nights with her brother; a perfect hybrid of a diva and a tomboy. Nevertheless, the girl's mind was uncanny. She was an A honor roll student all through elementary and middle school, but was rather an outcast. She's always been an outcast. This further drove home when her parents announced they'd be moving to Great Falls, Montana, as her mom got a promotion to work for a key US Senator. She'd already enrolled her into a top public school, and just like that the little of familiarity and social life she had was gone at 14 when they moved. She's the quiet one at school, and the rebellious one at home. And it only got worse when she start having nightmares and grunting in her sleep. Bright lights, constellations and starts ringing in her head. She'd wake up in cold sweats every night. Until she started to notice Stranger phenomenon going on around her everyday life. She didn't know exactly what it was, but she could feel it. Something. And upon seeing the news about the new element from space, she could only help to feel an urge for some reason. What that urge is she didn't know, but it made her feel above worldly things. That was 2017. Now present day she keeps to herself, studying the new pinnacle of science and physics as Dysonium becomes a derived obsession. She's also known the pattern of occurrences in her life, and while she cant directly confirm, if she were to share what she believed, the world may not be ready if it turns out to be true.

  Caleb was born in Massachusetts where he spent his childhood. His father, Colt, owned his an auto shop and his mother, Paula, worked for the government. His home life as a child was good, growing up with his younger sister, Diamond, in a nourishing and warm family environment. Despite his loving home life, Caleb was bullied in school. Due to his overenthusiastic nature and obsession with comicbooks and sci-fi movies, the kids found him to be an easy target. His skinny frame made it easy for him to be pushed around and his lack of retaliation did nothing to deter the bullies. Caleb tried his hardest to get through school, one day at a time, whilst trying to maintain his geeky interests.
  
  When he was 11 years old, the years of bullying finally came to light and his parents removed him from the school. Despite the years of taunting, he'd tried to stay true to himself. It wasn't until his father lectured him, threw his comics away and told him to fit in that things changed. The one thing he'd always wanted was his parents' acceptance, but to be told by his own father to grow up and forget his 'childish' obsessions made him believe nobody could ever truly like him the way he was. Caleb did as he was told and removed any evidence of his former interests from his bedroom. After being enrolled in sports and fitness groups over the summer, Caleb started his new school as a new person, only ever letting Diamond know his true thoughts and feelings. At school, he made friends in no time and was able to focus on his studies without fear of being beaten up after classes. His father praised him more and rewarded him for what Caleb secretly described as "conforming". The worst thing was, as time went on, Caleb grew into his new self and it seemed like being who everyone expected him to be started to feel good.
  
  In his teenage years, Caleb excelled in his education and sports. He was popular amongst his peers and was considered to be part of the "cool gang". Whilst there was always a part of him that just wanted to indulge in the latest X-Men comic or binge watch the Star Wars movies, he believed it would be too risky to do so. His father respected him now and his friends would surely have mocked him if they knew the truth.
  
  When he was 16, his mother got a promotion and the family had to move to Montana. Caleb was dreading having to start all over again trying to make friends, so when he started the new school he made sure to put his complete efforts into succeeding in all areas of his education. With his good looks, intelligence and success in sports, he soon found himself friends with the more popular high school kids and then later amongst his college peers. With the relocation, he'd completely shut away his past and found himself dismissive of things like comics; no longer able to feel enjoyment in his past obsession.
  
  Suffice to say, when he developed his abilities he was mortified. The last thing he wanted was to be called a freak and find himself rejected by those closest to him, if they found out. Despite the support Diamond lends him, Caleb is highly dismissive of her obsession with Dysonium. He believes she needs to put it to rest and focus on normal things, like surviving school.

Background: Daniel was born to a family of illegal immigrants from Romania. They arrived when Daniel was only 5 years old and he was raised in an american culture. Being that he was overweight, Big, talked with a strange accent and began balding at 14 his childhood was rough. He was the target of many kids with chips in their shoulder. His life didn't seem to get better after school. He was married and quickly divorced when his wife couldn't deal with his social issues. Afterwards he took over his fathers dry cleaning business and managed to earn a nice but boring living for himself. However after last year things seemed to change for him. He realized he could (insert final power here) and decided his life of boring self loathing was over. A new man has been born calling himself Danny Rome, daniel has begun interacting with society more than before hoping to find a more meaningful existence.

Larisa herself is someone who is wonderfully and woefully kind to others. To the point of it being a bit careless of her own affairs. The reason for this is because of the unconditional love her parents showed for each other and her, even in times of hardship. She took these traits to heart, and now they have become integrated into her personality.

Unfortunately, though, Larisa suffers from a bit of a spoiled disposition. She doesn't like leaving her comforts behind because she's never really had to before. It makes her uneasy, anxious, and very uncomfortable. Because of this, she appears to be tentative whenever she has left her 'comfort shell'. However, when she has entered a familiar environment, or has finally accepted the environment she is currently in as being safe, she opens up quite a bit more.

Leaving behind something she has known for a long time is also hard for her, so she actually hoards things she likes without having the heart to get rid of them. Her quiet disposition is actually thanks to her aunt's tendency to interrupt people who are talking to interject her own thoughts. It got to the point where Larisa would instead listen, as what she said began to have little importance to herself.

She became invested in other people, and accidentally formed a dependency on them because of it. Her tolerance for people has increased tremendously, and as a result she can often associate with many different people. She often gets lonely if there is no one around for long periods of time, which makes her retreat into her comforts more to make herself feel better. She can be drawn out quite easily from this shell by other people, but she often can't do it alone.

Biography

Larisa Saphet is an only child living with her aunt. She cherishes and loves her aunt, holding her about equal with her own parents, who are currently in prison. Larisa likes to believe that they are innocent of any crimes that they were convicted of, but the evidence proves otherwise. Still, Larisa visits her parents constantly and finds comfort in their reassurance that they are innocent. In her off-time, Larisa finds that staying inside keeps her safe and happy.

As a result, she appears pale and ghostly, delicate enough that it seemed even a simple breeze could pick her up and carry her off with it. She has lived a fairly normal life, at least to her; her aunt has kept her sheltered and safe in the home, but has left Larisa in the dark on most matters. As a result, Larisa is used to the sheltered lifestyle and knows little of the outside world (besides what her mother and aunt told her, which was most likely inaccurate). The reason for this is something Larisa has yet to find out...

Lyro is varsity basketball player, and both enjoys and excels at the sport. Starting point guard at Great Falls highschool, he's highly talented averaging 19.3 PPG, 8.2 APG, 6.5 RPG, 1.0 BPG, 0.8 SPG on 45% FG and 52% 3-FG (put in lots of detail cuz i love basketball).​

Lyro is also a great driver, often drag racing for extra cash. A sweet talker to say the least, he used his words and charm to survive in the streets. Lastly, he's a decent fighter, nothing fancy like a super hero but due to his muscle and vitesse he's a hard foe to beat one on one. ​

Background:
Chase Santanna was a low-level thug, often doing dirty deeds for bigger drug lords. He'd been hustling for about three years in the drug business, since sixteen in hopes of paying off his ill mother's medical bills. At nineteen, Chase had become a right hand man for the '100' Gang, of whom controlled the underground business of Great Falls, Montana. Latoya Washington on the other-hand, was a responsible young woman who tried to focus on her studies and get herself out of the nasty suburbs of Great Falls. Once she was approached by Chase though, little did she know that would change. He was twenty, she eighteen, the age difference wasn't much. Chase used his charm and charisma, something passed down to Lyro to seduce Latoya and the two began an affair in secret. It was months into their relationship when Latoya realised she was pregnant, though by the time she tried to alert Chase, she'd been informed he was arrested on 17 drug charges and 34 assault and murder charges, he'd be put away for life. Her dreams of scholarships, of success, all went down the drain. Latoya worked multiple jobs to afford her own apartment, having been kicked out by her family who wouldn't accept her for the baby she held.

Latoya didn't want Lyro ending up like his father though, and so they moved out of the 'hood' parts of Great Falls to start their lives. Lyro already showed signs at an early age of being just like his father, in the first grade he constantly came home hurt, he'd been the one picking on the older kids, "something dad would do." Latoya only dismissed it as growing up without a father, though the first time she actually suspected anything was in the fifth grade. Lyro had beaten up what used to be his "girlfriend" after finding out she was cheating on him. What was really just puppy love had led to Lyro being suspended for two weeks, she had to do something about it. Instead of allowing the anger boil in her son, Latoya signed him up for basketball, where he excelled, taking out his anger there instead of on schoolmates. Lyro also kept his grades up, keeping his options for a job in future large. Good grades, and athletic prowess was something he hoped he could use to help his mother in future, if it were playing basketball professionally or becoming a doctor.

At the sound of Dysonium, Lyro wasn't interested, not in the least. He was too busy with highschool parties, drag racing, basketball and studying to keep up with the news half the time. In spite of his disregard for it, Lyro has been having odd dreams related to the Dysonium. It was calling him, not by name... but like a cellular tingling. Was it something important? Should he be worried?​

  Kara has always been very musical, learning to play the piano at a young age and expanding her skill set as she got older. Now, while studying music theory and tech in college, she can play piano, guitar, and cello, though she only owns a guitar. Kara find that she's most comfortable when always having audio stimulus, so she also listens to a lot of music and podcasts.
  The chef at her job is giving her cooking lessons now that she's living on her own. While she's not great it yet, she can make a few small meals quite well.   Background:
  Kara was raised in a very rural area. She lived with her father, grandmother, and two brothers in a cottage in the middle of the woods. Her older brothers were the ones to give her lifts to school and town when they needed it while her father was at work. Her mother was never spoken about in the house, so Kara never knew much about her. This wasn't ever much of a problem for her; Kara never cared to know what the story was there. They got on very well and their lives were peaceful in the woods where they lived.
  Kara's childhood was very routine. At school, she did well enough in most of her classes to get a decent grade. She never managed to wrap her head around mathematics or home economics, but she excelled in music. She spent her lunches either hanging out with her brothers, the other music club kids, or practicing playing her instruments. Socialising was never easy for her; she was always seen as weird but most other kids. Funnily enough, Kara was fine with that. She had her club, her family, and her music.
  At home, she helped her grandma and brothers around the house, mainly making beds and dusting, and she went out with her father on weekends. They went to town to see a movie, or went to the local theme park, but sometimes they went hunting together. Out hunting, he taught Kara to handle a gun and track animals. She enjoyed the tracking and using the gun, but not shooting the animals. It always made her very sad to kill one of them, so her father never made her do that bit. Afterwards, they usually turned the game into their dinner, and Kara had a hard time eating some of it.
  After graduating her high school, Kara moved away from her home town to study music. The college she attends now wasn't her first choice, but it was closer to her home town than some other options and had a better course than others. It was the compromise between finding a good education and staying close to her family.

True Power: EMPATHY

Background: Aldrich was born in a small port town of Walvis Bay (Whale Bay) in the country of Namibia in Southern Africa. His father, a noted marine biologist, studied marine life just north of town where the Skeleton Coast lies, while his mother studied the language of the Himba people further to the north along the border with Angola. As such his mother was gone for much of his youth, as she would leave for months at a time, leaving him alone at home with a caretaker - as his father also left before dawn and often came back after dark - his field office being a few hours away. He went to a local pre-school for a few years before being removed for disrupting the classes - not following the work, and not listening to his teachers. His mother had him tested and found that he was not acting out because of hyperactivity or lack of focus, but rather that the work seemed so obvious and mundane to him that it no longer interested him - and that he was simply too young to express this idea to them before then. He was moved to a higher grade where he became calmer, enjoying the mental strain of higher level work.

After a few years of quiet solitude, eating alone in the mornings, afternoons and evenings - before being washed by his caretaker, and put to bed just as his father came home - Aldrich became a very quiet, reserved young man - seldom asking for anything, whether it be food or help. By the age of thirteen, he was already in his second to final year in a private school within the town, having no friends - spending almost all of his time reading and entertaining his hobbies. His caretaker taught him how to cook, his father taught him piano while he taught himself violin, and he would travel with his mother all over Africa during his vacations to visit interesting historical sights. Then his mother began to forget things. Coming home even less, as her work consumed her. His parents started fighting - before they both realised that her sudden disinterest in her son and husband was slightly unnatural. Before long she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease - which, according to her research, seemed to have come from her mother.

Even with medication and treatment, she deteriorated quickly, and before Aldrich turned sixteen they needed to move north, back to Britain where his mother grew up. She went to various clinics, where she studied her disease, fighting it in all manner of ways until eventually she no longer recognised her son or husband, and could no longer formulate complex ideas for more than a few seconds. She was sent to live in a clinic, while he and his father moved once more, as his father took a job at Cambridge - in the Earth and Marine Sciences department. There he stayed for a few more years before he could start his own studies - in the History department - much to the ire of his father who wanted him to follow in his own footsteps.

He managed to gain a Masters in his subject, before deciding to leave - and travel for a while. This was done under the guise of wanting to find something interesting to write about - but in reality, he was sick of his father's constant need for attention, and his dismissive mother who no longer recognised him. He left, and has seen much of Europe, most of Africa, and some of Asia - and for the last three years, he has not been home. He funds his travels by doing peer review and teaching online whenever he settles somewhere for more than a few days.

With the recent developments in the world, he has been trying to learn as much about it as possible - before he realised that he had some special power. This seemed to not be an isolated event, and now he is looking for more like him.
