Personality: Penelope has a bad habit of putting everyone before themself. They are like the stereotypical best friend in the movies. They are your shoulder to cry on, person you go to for advice, and will help you no matter what. They are loyal to a fault. They creative, kind, and a calm individual. They can be loud at times, and they don't always think things through. Friendly to everyone, even to the people who don't deserve it. Tends to bush off confrontation rather than deal with it. Bit of a geek. Is easily manipulated.

Appearance: 5'7, average weight.

History: Started attending this school last year. Back at their old school no one really cared about their gender/sexuality. The school was more of a dont ask dont tell type. The kids were friendly to them, but none of them ever became close to them or became their friend. They still got along, and Penelope was there for them when they needed them. Their life was pretty boring. Penelope wanted nothing more than their life to be like one of the high schools in the movies. They wanted to sneak out in the middle of the night. They wanted to go to school events with friends. The closest they got to this dream was living through other people.

When they got to this school, everyone tended to avoid them. So they resigned themself as a loner. Sure, they would love to have friends and live an awesome high school life, but at this point in time it does not seem plausible.

From what her dads told her, that they adopted Kimmy when she was only a baby and since they couldn't have kids I mean dah they are both guys, they always wanted to have a child and that's when Kimmy came along. Kimmy had it nice growing up with her dads which were named Jacob Riis and Chad Jackson. Her parents have happily married around when Kim was ten and she got to be the flower girl. When Kim turned thirteen her fathers wanted to adopt another child and that's when her younger brother came along which was named Micheal, what a nice name for the boy. She grew to love him since they were both adopted they had an even better connection with each other and she loved that. When she finally made it to high school which was called Westwood High, she knew that she was attracted to girls but not that attracted that she wanted to be with one, not until she turns a sophomore in the high school. She started dating many girls left and right and it wasn't because she was the badass chick who knew how to play volleyball oh no it was the weed she had in her pocket. Kim never got to find 'the one' yet but all she wanted to do was enjoy high school and party and that's exactly what she did. In general, Jiyoon is known as one of the "cool kids" in the school, not in the terms of preppy and popular but rather the group of students who others are always wondering what they're up to next. Jiyoon is far from loud and enthusiastic though, unlike some of his friends, but is almost as temperamental and aimlessly loyal as they are.

As unapproachable as he appears to be, Jiyoon is actually much more amicable than most would expect, and he has no problem helping anyone who asks him for help as long as they're polite and friendly. Rather than harassing others for not being in his circle, he's quick to defend those who are unable to speak for themselves, and it's with this assertiveness and his record for getting into brawls that make people think twice about picking a fight with him. Some see him as a protector whereas others think of him as a nuisance. History:

Jiyoon comes from a family that's neither poor nor excessively wealthy - they're just simply financially stable, straight in the center of the middle class and if not, then maybe slightly below. Not much is known about his background by either his friends or his teachers because given his reserved nature, Jiyoon manages to evade prying questions with cleverly vague answers. It's because of this wall he's constructed as a social barrier that explains why he comes off as intimidating to some and attractive to others - Jiyoon Ahn is a mystery that people want to solve but can't until he lets them.

What is known about Jiyoon though is the number of fights he's gotten into: 6 so far in high school, with a good half taking place on campus. It's safe to say that even though he's not properly trained in any form of martial arts, he's a very practical person, and that means winning a majority of his fights by striking smart, not just by striking hard. To some, he's a delinquent who should be avoided to prevent any trouble whereas to others, they were from self-defense and rightfully justified. It's news like these that prevent people from seeing what's beneath the surface, which is that Jiyoon Ahn is more than just a misfit or a delinquent, but that he's got a good heart and is willing to stand up for anyone who needs it.

Riley is the kind of person who would like to be liked by everyone. She is outgoing, goofy, and doesn’t like to take much seriously about herself. She still wants to listen to other people’s problems, and tries her best to be helpful possibly because she wants to feel wanted. She wants to be a reliable person and truly cares for others. Her over enthusiastic personality and confidence is sometimes a little transparent.
Riley is also very insecure. She tries her best to compensate for inadequacies she thinks she has and tends to be very type a about specific things. When she wakes up, what she eats, and her grades. She wants to work on herself and gain the real confidence to not be so in control and make some lasting friendships or relationships. She’s not so much of an activist. Just looking for support.

Bio:
Riley’s family is a little eccentric but not unusual. Her mom and dad immigrated from France when they were 18. Her dad works as a graphic designer and her mom is a goldsmith who does repairs and some freelance work at times. They are both significantly more free spirited than Riley or her brothers. Her older brother Erich is a brilliant Physics major who is easily influenced and makes a lot of bad decisions. He is bipolar and tends to lose jobs and friends despite his intelligence. Her younger brother Avery is straight laced and social but struggles through every class because of a learning disability.
Riley feels she has to be the normal and stable one, though her parents don’t intentionally put that sort of pressure on her. When she new she first liked girls she kept it a secret from her parents. Erich knew though, and helped her out for a while. She gained a confident facade and played up her sexuality at school because she quickly realized there were some stigmas against bisexuals. Though, she is not out to her parents. Riley took out some of this frustration in other areas on her life, becoming more of a perfectionist. She figured she would join an LGBTQA alliance to maybe find others like her and gain some real friendships.

personality: on the surface, charlie gives the impression of being uninterested, unemotional, & socially-awkward. most of the other students keep their distance from him & his stilted small talk, but he doesn't mind. he's focused, determined, & strong-willed enough to work through school's social life & work independently with no issue. plus, he carries a mental toughness & impenetrable resilience that's been built up since elementary school. yet at some points his commitment to perfection drives him to try to do impossible tasks and earn only A's in all subjects. if you'd ask him what's most important to him, charlie would say that it would be being the best student to step foot in westwood. but, as much as he might deny it, charlie's also a hopeless romantic. he falls in love with anyone & everyone who gives him the time of day, a sense of peace, & a sense of stability. & it's tough for him to let go of his crushes, no matter how insignificantly they may have been spurred on. as of his senior year, charlie's fallen hard for a good half of the male population.
beneath his shy exterior, charlie is a kindhearted boy gifted with the soul & tastes of an artist. that shyness blooms from his perpetual feelings of self-doubt & self-consciousness, playing into why he strays away from being social. but when he starts to trust you, he will loosen up his strictly silent demeanor in favor of telling you dumb puns, recommending you arthouse films, or obsessing over his favorite poet's new book. however, on bad days, he will become especially impatient, hot-headed, & brutally honest. it's no secret that charlie views the world through a clear & realistic perspective, judging from his tendency to tell it like is & see through bullshit, liars, and fake people. but as long as you take the time to let him warm up to you, listen to his ramblings, & be there for him, he'll be your best friend in no time.

the son of two of london's best lawyers, charlie was always expected to make his parents proud. they enrolled him in piano lessons, after-school study groups, & dance classes since he learned how to walk & talk. only perfect scores were accepted by his strict, demanding parents, so he held himself to the same standard in everything else he did. including his appearance, which led to him developing an eating disorder in an attempt to stay trim & 'perfect'. his parents never learned about his obsession, nor did they care. the same could also be said about their knowledge of his sexuality. charlie has yet to come out to anyone in real life, but he's openly announced that he's gay on his social media accounts. but in his senior year, he's decided to try to invest his time into subjects that don't entirely revolve around school. cue his entrance to the gsa club as a 'straight ally'.

Robin usually wears trendy yet casual clothes, the color mostly depends on his mood but since he isn't a morning person his clothes tend to be in darker shades until he gets home where he tends to switch to brighter more cheerful colors.


Bio
▌Robin was born to a Thai mother and a Korean father living in America but was given up for adoption right after he was born. A nice middle-class couple adopted him and cared for Robin like he was their own, he even had an adoptive brother only two years older than him. His early childhood was a happy one and his brother Ben (aka Benny) was also his best friend growing up. The brothers were very close and when Benny wanted to go to college on the other end of the country Robin was devastated but still supported him.

Robin also had to go through the drama that came with outing himself alone but his parents accepted him after the initial shock. It wasnt exactly easy as he became more of a loner because of how people had reacted and have been acting as well as his own behavior but he made it out of the ordeal a stronger person and is now proud of who he is (but he doesn't ’broadcast it’ to others either). He decided to join the club in order to meet other people who were or had been going through the same thing and maybe make some friends along the way.

Personality: Flynn is a jock but he isn't an asshole who bullied the nerds or anything like the movies make people believe. Appearance: (fc - bm ) Flynn is a toll boi. He is 6'3 and is v muscular. He has dyed blonde hair and black eyes. His lips are pouty, his nose is pointy and his chin is v pronounced. His fashion style is mainly sports clothing.

History: Flynn is the only son of two Koreans . His sister is older than him and her friends picked on him when they were younger, encouraging him to start sport. He did taekwondo and got in trouble at school for using it. His sister didn't stick up for him at all. He hated her. His parents didn't care. They were too busy trying to hold their failing marriage together. From a young age he hated his family. His sister and her friends still picked on him, being cutthroat bitches towards him. He did more sport in hope of being bigger than them one day so they couldn't hurt him. Their verbal threats soon became nothing to him and he began to enjoy sport for what it is. He wanted to be either a dancer or a basketball player. He was unsure. He therefore plays basketball at school during the day and dances with his crew at night. He is rarely home and hangs out at his closest friends houses instead. He knew from a young age that he didn't want to date anyone but after figuring out he wasn't attracted to people during puberty really made him wonder what was wrong with him. He soon figured out he was Ace and his life didn't change much. He came out to his dancer friends and they didn't care. His basketball friends didn't know though which was difficult. He couldn't come out yet. They'd kick him from the team.

Personality: Jae is a punk rocker. He is known for looking like he doesn't care about anyone which is kind of true. He is very self reflective meaning he tends to stay by himself and not talk to people. He is an introvert first and foremost. He is very nice if you do manage to get to know him. He had some really close friends back in the UK as well as New Zealand. He can be blunt and a bit cold towards people but he tries not to be. He is good recognising the bad things about himself and wants to be better. Above all else he is creative. If he isn't playing music, he is drawing caricatures. When not doing that he is taking photos. He is very multitalented

Appearance: (fc - felix) Jae is a smol boi. He is 5'5'' and v thin. He has a cute round face and plump lips. He has black irises and has dyed and restyled his hair too many times. His clothing style has two styles. Punk Rocker and Soft Pastel. He wears the pub stuff to School to be masculine but wears cute stuff at home bc who wants to look cool for no one.

History: Jae was born and raised in New Zealand by his maternal grandparents who loved to travel. His mother was dead and father in prison for vehicular manslaughter so they took care of him. He spoke English, Korean and Māori. He knew he was trans from a heckin young age. His grandparents were hella cool though so he felt no trouble at the age of 6 to tell them how he felt. They helped with everything. They made sure he was as comfortable as possible with how he looked, how he dressed and how he spoke. He was in to punk music as the subculture surrounding it. At age 11 he moved to the UK for 5 years getting deeper into the subculture he loved as he was at the heart of it. He also learned guitar and how to sing. This however caused him to become more insecure of his voice so he did vocal exercises to in order to lower the pitch. He dropped talking some days just so people wouldn't hear it. If course his British friends knew he was trans - they all did. He just didn't like bringing it up. He wanted to be treated normally. He moved to the US two years ago. He did his junior year at one school but everyone there was against the LGBT community. He'd stayed for a year so his puberty could finish. He was early when it came to puberty so he thought he'd finish early too. He then moved to Westwood knowing he'd never have to come out to anyone there or even make friends. He only be there a year. It would be easy. He failed his exams and had to retake senior year. Man he hated everything about America.
