•┈┈┈••✦ ❤ ✦••┈┈┈•

Age:
18

Three Useful Skills:

- Resourceful
Valerie can use her environment to her advantage, she attended self-defense workshops due to her mother not always being there to protect her. She can easily use some keys or pencils as weapons against someone that tries to get near her. The girl brings a home-made pepper spray bottle and some firestarters whenever she goes camping with her family in Italy for the holidays.

- Agile & Flexible
She used to be a Gymnast, getting a gold or silver medal within competitions. She can reach the back of her head using her legs and do leaps without any trouble. Though it has been a few years since she stopped, she can still manage to do a flip or run as fast as she can. Her coach used to make her run at least a mile within ten minutes, making her sprint as fast as she could for conditioning her body to rigorous amounts of exercise.

- Observant
When Valerie finishes high-school, she plans to take up a course on Psychology and become a Psychologist at her mother's clinic. She prepared herself at a young age by observing things around her. She uses deductive reasoning to figure out what a person is thinking through their actions, body language, and importantly, how they talk. She read some books about Psychology that her mother used when she was still a student.

Three Flaws:

- Silent
Her silence can come off as suspicious. She doesn't talk around strangers as much, but she's lively whenever her friends are around her. But, it can come off as creepy to people that haven't met her yet.

- Weak-Willed
The girl easily gives in to peer pressure in social situations. She drank beer because of this, but she never has smoked before. When someone forces her to do something, she wouldn't object and do it without any rejection.

- Anxious
Valerie was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder at a young age, it put a strain on her breathing and how she thinks about other people. Nowadays, her anxiety isn't that prominent in her life anymore. But, she does have breathing problems now and then due to it. She just needs to breathe whenever it happens.

Backstory:

Valerie's parents were Italians that immigrated to America during the 80s. Her father committed suicide during her mother's pregnancy with her. Valerie grew up with no male figure in her life. They live in an apartment with her mother, currently working as a Psychologist in one of the clinics that they own. She decided to work at a camp for the next summer since she needs some money for the college that she'll apply to.

I'm up for playing two characters, probably gonna play as The Preppy Kid or add a role that's named 'The Platonic Male BFF'. They're typically nerds, but they're at least close to one of the girls at the camp, obviously in a platonic way.
