The Destined Undestined
A 1x1 pre-infection roleplay between Auslander and Thanny.
Foreword: Before the events of Hollow Knight, two half-siblings grew apart from each other, one trained in the arts of Weaver and Hive as the scion of her queen mother and the other trained as the defender of the land under the ever watchful eye of his father. Their challenges that lay ahead, while similar, trickled down differing paths, but for a short moment in time they were together. This is their story.

While the White Palace was abuzz with chatter from various noblemen and prominent souls in the lower halls, the upper halls were quiet. Ivory architecture draped decadently with crystalline works from fine glass craftsmen, and open windows showcased a well-tended garden only trumped by the Queen's garden. The luminescent glow of fireflies and phosphorescent crystals lit enough of the room to discern the cleaning mites as they skittered across the room, devouring or shoving away whatever detritus they could find. Around the sitting individual on a stair leading further up the castle the mites kept a fine distance, and he glanced down at them with sleep-ridden orbits.
