The insult made Sienna scowl. It made her regret her decision to go with something lighter first. Really, she just should've stabbed the bitch right off the bat. At least that would've been a little more interesting. Now she was just getting insulted like they were in grade school. Sienna hated to admit that it worked. Though, Kaiya seemed to be unperturbed in general. She was more worried about her friends than scared of what was happening. By the looks of most of the hero's class, this was pretty out of place for them. They weren't trained for this yet. It was pure chaos. Kaiya was one of the few who weren't reacting out of fear. One of the ones who would probably do the best in the career. But that just made her more of a target for Sienna.

For only being in class hardly a week or two, Kaiya was a bit fast in her reactions. At least faster than Sienna had originally anticipated. The first one came too close for comfort. the only reason Sienna had managed not to get hit was her normal reaction kicking in, but it threw her off for a second. The last one hit. Sienna had forgotten what that was like, usually just hiding, finishing the job, and then being able to leave. Now she actually had to hold her own and it already wasn't going well for her. She wasn't built for lasting in a fight like some of these students. Even Ezra could hold her own better than Sienna ever could.

But Sienna had a weapon. They were supposed to distract, not kill, but it was tempting. Sienna would have to deal with the guilt afterwards, and the nightmares, but that was something to deal with later. Pain pulsed where she had been hit, but now she was focused. They were in rather close proximity, and it seemed like a good time to strike. Instead of hitting anywhere that could possibly kill her, which was hard to do anyway considering the constant motion, Sienna decided to aim to sink the blade into some part of Kaiya's shoulder. It'd probably miss, maybe hitting an arm that came up to block it. Sienna was well aware that this would leave her open, but her revenge was far more important in the moment. Plus, if it dropped too far, then the blade would be conveniently placed near Kaiya's stomach. There was a reason knife fights didn't last long after all.

Though she didn't get a verbal reaction, she could tell that she hit a nerve. If only due to the sudden piercing of metal tearing through skin and muscle as her arm came up to block the blow. Kaiya sucked in air at the familiar sensation of pain in the fleshy part of her forearm. "Did I strike a nerve?" She laughed through the pain, shifting weight onto one leg and kicking out with the other aggressively. She didn't spend years of being forced to learn hand-to-hand combat by Rika to not be capable of holding her own against someone who was easy to anger. Remaining calm during fights kept you rational. That was how you could win, by throwing the opponent off. Emotions were a large part of winning fights.

As soon as the knife was removed from her forearm, her quirk took hold. Starting from the inside out, it pieced itself back together like stitching, turning into an angry red scar that soon became nothing more than untouched skin. "Oh. Must not have cut deep enough." She admired the area a moment, holding it up for her attacker to see. If she got stabbed somewhere vital and healed, that would get her too much unwanted attention. She needed to end the fight, and fast. Without thinking too much about the consequences, Kaiya launched another series of blows.

The moment she heard Nagisa's cry of pain she hesitated in her last attempt to make contact. "Nagisa." She breathed, scanning the groups of students fighting against their attackers to the best of their ability. The class president was holding his arm, and searching for a solution to his predicament. He barely dodged the small ball of acid that left his opponent's hand and ate into the ground. "No." She breathed.

For a second she was reminded of her own fight, squeaking in surprise at the fact that she'd even forgotten about it to begin with. "I'm sorry to cut this game short, but I have to go now. Maybe try pulling someone else's hair?" She suggested over her shoulder, already clearing half of the distance between herself and Nagisa. He looked terrible, and she knew he would need to go see Recovery Girl as soon as possible. His eye was swollen and already bruising, there were small holes in his skin that were causing him obvious pain. He didn't see her even as she moved in front of him to block the next throw with an outstretched palm. "Acid, how unoriginal."

"Kaiya what are you doing here?" Nagisa shouted. "Don't let him touch you, moron!"

Well that was already too late. The burn of her flesh being melted away was nothing compared to the stench of acid burning through skin and muscle tissue. She clenched her teeth, shaking her hand as if she'd simply hit something too hard. "It's alright. Nothing to worry about, Sho-Sho." Her hand was already putting itself back together, even as she hid it behind her back. She didn't see Hiro coming up behind them until his hand rested on top of her shoulder.

"Hey guys!" He winced, watching the acid-quirk user go flying from a ball of energy he'd come to associate with Rini's quirk. The girl was already quickly losing her ability to think, and her movements were more sporadic. "Be careful of Rini-san right now. She can't tell who is friend and who is foe-duck!" He latched onto their arms and yanked them back at another small series of spherical orbs flew right at them. Smaller than the one who sent their enemy flying, but still damaging in their own right. "Oh, also, the Pros are here so we were told to evacuate if we can."

The weapon had hit it's mark, which was pleasantly surprising, but Kaiya had fought back instantly. Sienna stumbled back, watching with slightly widened eyes as the wound healed remarkably quickly. It was... disconcerting. Disgusting really. She didn't want to see that ever again. Though as soon as Kaiya moved forward, Sienna was prepared. Kaiya had taken the villain by surprise the first time around. Now she was a little more prepared. Sienna just focused on dodging the upcoming attacks, putting space between them for a couple seconds. Something seemed to call Kaiya's attention, and the student stupidly turned from her attacker. There was no way for Sienna to close the distance before Kaiya noticed.

The girl threw out another insult before taking off. Sienna followed, quirk activated just in case. They couldn't see her and the villain they were fighting had a particularly uncomfortable one. She didn't want to be caught up in that. The pain of being hit was starting to shine through. Another student came up behind them, a small cosmic blast flying past them. It wasn't safe for her here. Nagisa alone looked like someone that Sienna would have to be wary of. Not to mention someone mentioned the Pros. Kai had ordered them to wait until another order to retreat had been given, signaling that he had gotten what he needed, but if the pros were coming, she was going to leave regardless of what Kai said.

Her first priority was Ti. Exactly on cue, another scream pulled the villain's attention. It wasn't anyone she knew, but it sounded painful. A brunette was pinned, already looking rather bloody from a previous fight. One of the students, not someone that needed helping. Still, Sienna made her way over, needing to get Ti out of here. The rest of the low class villains could be caught and Ezra was safe, but she didn't want Ti gone.

Red spikes shot up from the pinned UA student, and instantly the lavender creature tried to back up at the unexpected pain. The crystals liquified, blood running off the fur. The brunette was able to move away, but Sienna was now wary. What type of Quirk was that?! The sound of sirens getting closer and the UA teacher yelling for the students to stay close and not chase after any of them made Sienna go faster. It took very little to distract the now angered and injured beast and lure him away from all of the chaos. The police and pros could fix the rest of the mess.

The news of the Pros spread quickly. Ezra had gone off on her own at the start of the attack, taking up her own fights with some of the pawns that Kai has sent. They went scattering as soon as an actual pro showed up. That just left Ezra to go around and pretend to want to help. Saori seemed like she was in bad shape. Ezra had recognized her as one of the students who need hero gear, but that hadn't been sent in yet. For now she had her wound "cared" for by crystalizing whatever she needed, but she still looked a bit pale. Kaiya looked the most fine out of everyone, the healing quirk probably helping a ton. Rini definitely needed a break as well. Katsumi looked more angry than hurt despite the wounds. They were going around checking on everyone, but made a bee-line for Saori as soon as their eyes landed on Saori.

"Find those in need of help and help them get to Recovery Girl," one of the Novoas instructed, holding down a villain who was still trying to get curses out. "Everyone else make your back in to the school." Ezra was happy with that. She was ready to go back to class, then to go straight home to hear of the reason behind the attack. Or if they got any closer to their goal with this simple outing.

"Ezra!" Katsumi was walking with a scared Saori. "Kaiya had a run in with a villain, and I saw her get stabbed. I couldn't make it to her in time. Can you check if she's already?" Kaiya got stabbed? With a hardly noticeable nod, Ezra located the blue haired girl. There was no casual way of asking after what happened, especially not in an Ezra way.

"Katsumi mentioned you got stabbed?" Ezra spoke up, eyes on Nagisa. He might need Recovery Girl too by the look of it. Nothing major, but just to get it out of the way. Most of the class did by the looks of it. Ezra would surely have her own few bruises in the morning.

Kaiya was tired, but looked completely fine aside from the tear in her uniform where she had been stabbed. There was still dried blood where she'd gotten pierced, but she knew that if they checked her out there wouldn't be any sign of the blade. "I'm fine, Kroell-san!" She smiled. It quickly faded at the sight of Nagisa, though he was being held up by Fuji, who was mumbling quiet words to their class president that she couldn't catch. He looked pretty beat up too, though the bruises barely showed against his skin.

Hina was unconscious in Hiro's arms. His usual carefree grin was replaced with a concerning amount of rage, eyes dark. Hina was still breathing, but she must have gotten hit hard enough to knock her out. She had several cuts across her cheek, little bruises littering her neck as if - oh. She could piece together enough to realize why Hiro was upset. Someone must have choked her out. They weren't skilled enough for such an attack. If they wanted to kill the students, they definitely could have. Was this a message? A taunt to tell them they could have killed their promising upcoming heroes?

Swallowing, she checked out Ezra. She seemed fairly fine. "My quirk is to heal, you know." She laughed a bit awkwardly. "I am just-" Her yawn interrupted her. "Tired." her palm rubbed at her face, trying to remain awake enough to check out those she was worried about. Her excitement perked up when she caught the familiar sight of Angel Heart, who was with Rini. The Pro Hero's brilliant wings were changing colors, distracting the girl while they placed their fingers gently to Rini's temple. After a few moments, the wild-eyed teenager slumped forward, caught in the arms of the Pro-Hero.

They were supposed to get back to the safety of the dorms, or to Recovery Girl if they were injured. Seeing as though all she needed was rest, Kaiya should have headed back towards the dorms. Still, she slowly gravitated towards the direction of the school building, knowing Nagisa would be taken there. She wouldn't be able to sleep peacefully without knowing that all of her classmates were okay.

What was the purpose of them attacking the school? Did they have a reason? What would happen if the public found out about this? It wouldn't end well if they knew that villains had been able to infiltrate UA and put students at risk as they had. What if Kaiya couldn't heal? She might have been killed. Or possibly been rendered disabled with being stabbed in the shoulder. Had she hit any tendons or important muscles? She couldn't be sure.

The blood on Kaiya's uniform seemed to suggest otherwise, but Kaiya seemed to be the best one off out of them. Which was to be expected considering her quirk. Ezra wasn't sure why Katsumi had wanted her to check up on the girl. Ezra wasn't sure why she had. That was the most bizarre thing in this situation. Though Ezra was fine with the original answer, Kaiya's voice piped up once more, reminding her classmate what her quirk was. Ezra wanted to snap out an, "I know" but held her tongue. There were more important things to do than to quarrel with classmates over something small, especially that small. Kaiya wasn't trying to insult her anyway.

Katsumi was calling to the other students that they passed, trying to see who needed help. Worry made lines on their face as they checked on everyone within the vicinity. Ezra looked over to the teacher, who was doing much the same. He looked... not the worst but there had definitely been a fight. Ezra had spotted either him or one of his clones, Ezra wasn't sure, constantly pulling students out of danger or redirecting the aggression toward himself instead of the wannabe heroes. If they couldn't hold their own now, they would certainly have a lot of work to do. Too bad the entire place would be burnt down to the ground before that could happen. Ezra's attention fell on Ally as the white haired girl finally started making her way forward. Speaking of burning everything down... Would it be that hard to pin something like that on the others?

"Kroell." Ezra had correct Novoa with the name situation, but it looked like that was the best he was going to do. "You are falling behind. Do you need any help?"

The offer was met with the same irritation that Kaiya's reminder was. Did it look like she needed any help? Another bitten tongue, another shake of her head. He was watching, waiting for her to catch up. Ezra wanted to be alone quite honestly, go back with her friends, check in on Ti and ask why Sienna didn't do more damage, but she was stuck here. With that small thought, she picked up the pace a little, staying on the outside of the group and trying to look as upset about the attack as she could.

In the nurse's office, she did her best to stay out of Recovery Girl's way. Fuji was kicked out the moment he'd helped Nagisa sit on the edge of one of the beds, the shy boy mumbling out what she thought was a "Get some rest," before he was out of the door. A nap sounded like a wonderful idea, but she could worry about that after she made sure that Nagisa was, indeed, fine.

"I'm not leaving!" Kaiya jumped at Hiro's shout. His fists were clenched at his sides, trembling. She knew better than to butt into his conversation with Recovery Girl, and she knew that it would be impossible to make the boy leave his twin. Even though it had been at least ten minutes since they got into the room lined with medical beds, Hina still hadn't woken up.

"You sitting here isn't going to help her recover any faster." Recovery Girl snapped. "It'd do you some good to go clean up and get some rest and leave her be." Though her hair was gray, the woman showed little sign of her age in her peppy step towards a cabinet full of various medicines. When was the last time Kaiya had actually needed to take medicine? It was a long time ago. She realized with a start.

"Something wrong?" Nagisa's voice was just as soft as his grip on her arm, fingers pressed to the inside of her elbow. She took in his furrowed brows and questioning gaze, returning a smile. There was no need to worry him more than she already had today.

"Everything's fine." She promised. Kaiya reached up to grab his hand, giving it a squeeze. "I'm just a bit shaken from the attack, that's all." It wasn't the whole truth, but everything that she had said was the truth. She was shaken up from the attack. She was concerned about her classmates and what this would do to their confidence in their skills. She knew this was partially a test of the determination of the students who wanted to become Pro Heroes, and she doubted any teacher would be surprised if any of them changed their mind about their decision.

She noticed that Recovery Girl gave up on getting Hiro to leave. The usually loud-mouthed classmate had situated himself on the bed next to Hina, arms wrapped around her protectively. Looking at him made her think of a mother bear protecting her cubs like she'd seen once on the television. It must be nice to have a sibling like that. The closest thing she had to a sibling was probably Nagisa, even though Juno was her adoptive brother.

Once Recovery Girl realized Kaiya wasn't in there for a nap, she was quickly shooed out of the office and told to return home. It would be quite the walk back across the city home, though her feet drug and she had the horrible realization that she would need to sew up the tear in her gym uniform where it'd been torn by her attackers blade. And I just got this. But it would only trouble Rika to ask for a new one, and she really didn't need a brand new gym uniform when she could just patch up the one she had on.

"Izumi-san?" Surprised to hear her name, she turned in search of the familiar voice. Aiko Higurashi was the epitome of a girl that many others envied and wished to be. Between coming from a background lined with wealth and her own success as an undefeated beauty pageant queen in every pageant she'd entered, the girl was quite incredible. It had astounded the celebrity world when she'd gone online and posted her acceptance letter and her decision to attend UA in the Pro Hero course. No one had seen that coming.

"Higurashi-san! Is everything okay?" Despite the attack, Aiko looked like she stepped off of a magazine cover. Even in the pale gray sweatpants and black crop-top hoodie with the words "SAVAGE" printed in white lettering on it, she looked as though she was modeling for a new fashion line rather than lounging about in pajamas.

"Oh, yes." She smiled, though something about it seemed off. "I just got off of the phone with my mother, is all. I needed to take a walk to clear my head." It wasn't her place to pry into someone else's business, though. Kaiya and Aiko weren't friends, and it would be rude to ask her what was really going on. So instead she nodded her head and awkwardly stood there a moment too long.

"Uh, well I should get home." Kaiya mumbled, already making for the door. When Aiko called her name a second time, she paused and half-turned towards the class vice president.

"Mr. Novoa said they're giving us tomorrow off from classes. They want to evaluate the students individual mental state and make sure no quirk was used that had long lasted effects." Kaiya nodded her head slowly and thanked her, wondering what exactly she was supposed to say that wouldn't concern the school. They were already keeping a close eye on her, so she really would have to be careful picking her words.

Hiro wasn't going to leave without a fight, that much was obvious. Katsumi had helped other people to Recovery Girl's clinic, but was shooed out after a moment like everyone else had, aside from the boy. It was a little upsetting, as Katsumi had wanted to make sure their friends were okay mentally as well as physically. It was probably for the best, considering that said friends would be rested the next time they talked. Still, Katsumi was reluctant to leave.

It was a bit worrying walking through the hallways back to class after what had happened. The alarms were off, but Katsumi could hear people talking, teachers shushing their classes, and over all every classroom sounded like it was a little bit chaotic. The noise covered up any sounds of what could possibly be villains left over in the building. With Pros here, Katsumi doubted that any would stay, but there was always the chance. Luckily, nothing happened on the way back. Aiko and Kaiya were outside. Ezra had never gotten back to them about how Kaiya was doing, though everything about Kaiya seems to scream exhaustion.

"Glad that we're getting a day off after that. So many of us got hurt." Katsumi looked toward Kaiya since Aiko looked fine. "You're not looking all that great." It was stating the obvious, but Novoa had showed up before Katsumi could ask anymore.

"We are releasing everyone in a bit. Everyone needs to wait inside until then." The stress that was radiating off of their teacher only made Katsumi unsettled. He was supposed to be the calm one. That didn't seem to be the case. It might just be the responsibility of taking care of an entire class and dealing with the angry parents of course, but Katsumi wished that he wouldn't let it show so much.

"Let's get inside then." Katsumi motioned for them to go into the classroom, peering in to see if Ezra was there. There had been bruises on the girl last time, and she seemed so distant from everyone that it was worrying. No one should have to be alone after something like that. "Kaiya-san, are you friends with Ezra? Is she okay?" Katsumi looked toward the girl who was looking out the window, the usual detached look on her face. She was acting so... normally. Though that was what a hero was supposed to do, it had been their first attack. Everyone that Katsumi saw looked unnerved or restless in one way or another, or tired, but not when it came to Ezra.

//For some reason I had a hard time with this, very sorry

"Kroell-san?" Kaiya glanced over to the fair-haired girl. The classroom felt less welcoming than those who'd attacked their school earlier. Seeing everyone as unsettled as they were should have bothered her more, she should have been just as on edge as they were. I wonder if he's okay? Is he still doing well? She shook her head to rid herself of the thoughts. Now was far from the time to think about such things. "I don't know her all that well, but we're classmates, are we not?" It was their job to look out for one another. Making sure that everyone was alright was not only a part of being a hero, but the simple truth of being in a class with one another, all aiming for the same things. She hoped she looked like she was more in tune with their surroundings than she was.

Taking her seat felt like a chore with her desire to curl up and allow her eyelids to close. Maybe she could get some shut-eye, even if it was only for a moment. What could be the harm in a quite cat-nap? They wouldn't be released for a while, so where was the harm?

"Izumi-san..." His voice was so quiet, she almost missed it.

"Sakamoto-kun? Is something wrong?" His brows furrowed together, wrinkling the small scales on his forehead together. Did it ever bother him? The scale-like skin that peppered his face? They looked like they'd feel like dry skin that was tight being pulled. Or maybe he used a moisturizer on a daily basis for that reason? Should she ask or would that be too rude?

"Is Nagisa-kun okay?" Oh. She should have realized that was what he was wanting to know. He shifted his weight, rubbing his hand over the crevice in his elbow. For such a large guy, he looked ready to hide in the farthest corner of the classroom.

"He's going to be fine. Sho-Sho doesn't have any major injuries. I think he's going to lecture Suzumori-kun though, he is causing problems with Recovery Girl." The rule-follower that he was, Nagisa wouldn't leave the nurse's office until he was given the official okay. Would he want her to wait for him? They could walk home together. He lived only a few houses down from her, after all. Or would he want her to get home and rest? Why did they come attack so suddenly? They didn't seem like they wanted anything, did they? Maybe if she'd tried asking that girl questions instead of taunting her, she might have gotten some answers. I can't change that now though, can I?
