Gotham City Police Department: One of the Departments newest detectives who has a rich backstory of good detective work.

The Marines: Having Served in the most well known Military branch, Jack has a wide range of contacts of old friends.

Personality:
Jack is what many people call a hardass, always pressing for answers, to uncover lies, to get the truth. He is often described as stoic, always enduring the strains and hardships of being a detective in Gotham City. He pursues justice against anybody who thinks themselves above the law, so vigilantes and criminals are his targets. He's not entirely what you think of him at first sight, he's understanding and kind when he's not working but his persona changes once he's working.

He does have a bit of a temper though, so watch what you say to him carefully, especially about his Sister Lillian Carver. He is overtly protective of her and will do anything to keep her safe. He is a kind but restrictive Brother/Father figure, always trying to change her attitude and to make sure she is safe in Gotham.

Backstory:
Jack Carver grew up in the city of Gotham, and it was still a Shithole back then as it is today. His Parents worked hard to give him a proper life, and when they could afford to move away, they did, Off they went to New York. Now, Jack lived in New York the rest of his life until he turned 18, then he went his own way in life. He learned that around that time his mom was pregnant with another child, who would turn out to be his baby sister.

He joined the marines as soon as Jack could, and was with them for awhile, a good 7 years but sadly he was injured enough to where he was relieved from duty. He came home a decorated veteran, yet everything had changed. His sister grew up fast, his parents were older, and life in New York was getting a bit rougher for them. So Jack decided to become a police officer, so he enrolled at the police academy in New York, and become an officer. After doing some jobs and collecting enough recognition, he finally hit the big job, something that would boost his career. Many people know about the Mafia bust up back in New York, well this 31 officer was the person who spearheaded the charge. He was able to break up, and have all Mafia members arrested. With this he was promoted to a Detective, and began to work on cases with the NYPD. Sadly about 2 years afterwards, his parents were murdered by some petty robber, and his sister, 15 at the time was all alone. So he took her in and was trying to get her a comfortable life. He wouldn't live in New York for long, as this detective was transferred over to Gotham City to help the Police department there with its big influx of criminals. Now being new to the GCPD, Jack hopes to bring Law and Order back to this city.

Detective Skills: While Jack is not the greatest Detective ever, many would say he is 3rd in terms of Batman and the Riddler. Jack is highly effective at his job, more so than most GCPD officers.

Military Training: Having been in the Marines, Jack is very good at gunplay, tactics, and hand to hand combat.

Physically Ripped: Jack is a very strong man, he had harsh training back in the Marines and he kept up his appearance and his overall strength over the years.

Resistant to Torture: As was apart of military training in the marines, you had to be resilient to Torture in case you were ever captured by the enemy. So they would torture you themselves, and those who didn't break were welcomed to join.

High memory capacity: One of the great things about Jack, is his memory. You have to one to be as good as him in Detective work.

Lillian: Ultimately, his greatest weakness is his daughter, he would do anything to keep her safe.

Sides with the Law: No matter what, All vigilantes are criminals, and therefore they need to be arrested. Nobody is above the law.

She thinks Batman and all the vigilantes are cool and metal. She has an uninterested aura about her, but show her something cool and you've peaked her interested. Once you have her interested, and if you're a cute boy, she'll be more active and playful with you. Expect pranks, cheerful playfulness, and silliness.

Job: She works as a Guitarist for a local Gotham Band called the Blood Wings. They play at various venues, such as clubs, restaurants, pretty much any place that'd hire them. They're a metal band. She makes decent money.

  • Wayne Enterprise: An intern/assistant of sorts, Anna does the running around, delivering, and minor organizing for the big shots all over Gotham. And honestly, the only complaint she has about this is the fact she can never catch a fucking elevator because nobody thinks to hold the door open for the lady carrying two drink trays and a rather large bag of lunch, so she is constantly using the stairs. And her paycheck kinda sucks, but that's fine.
Personality: Anna is a somewhat two faced individual. She puts on a smile most of the time, and a polite voice, and She seems like a very bubbly young woman always happy to lend a helping hand. That however, is her work personal. She's actually a rather apathetic young woman, with a mean streak a mile long, and a habit of being a sarcastic little shit when she wants to be. The gang members and other criminals don't scare her, and honestly under the right circumstances, she would probably bitch slap Batman.
Backstory: About 6 and half months ago, Annaliese James moved to Gotham after something happened back home forcing her to move. She rented an apartment in the East End, and got a job under Wayne Enterprise soon after settling in. Unfortunately, this wasn't exactly that change Anna was looking for. Underappreciated, Underpaid, and Over-worked, it's just...the dream ya know?

PHYSICAL
Appearance
: Standing at just 5'3", 5'7" in heels, Anna is in no way physically imposing. Soft femmine features, with very little visible muscle definition and a sweet smile, she's got the perfect look of a simple assistant. Though she uh...has a slight problem with button ups.
Gadgets, Weapons & Items:
  • Tazer: This I think is pretty self explanatory. Also, it's a purple tazer.
  • Key-Chain Pepper Spray: A small thing of pepper spray that goes with your keys.
  • Salt Pellet Pistol: An alternate to normal guns, this is a is a CO₂-powered air-gun that fires hollow plastic spheres similar to paintballs, except that instead of paint, they are filled with a proprietary powder made of oleoresin capsicum and other ingredients. On impact, the spheres burst and a fine spray of the powder spreads around the target. This powder is extremely irritating – causing an intense burning sensations that temporarily blinds anyone who encounters it while making it difficult to breathe, and in some cases, vomiting. This was actually a gift from one of her bosses. Not entirely sure why though...
  • 9mm Pistol: For ultimate self defense, this is a backup for what she normally uses. Of course she tries to steer clear of using this, but sometimes it's unavoidable.
  • Company Car: She has access to a company car at all times. However, she rarely uses it outside of work u less there's an emergency.
  • Keycard: A keycard that gives her basic access to most Wayne Enterprise buildings. And by basic access I mean the front door anything with basic security clearance.
Skills & Abilities:
  • First Aid: Anna is skilled with first aid. She's able to at least patch up pretty much anything, if not treat it completely. Of course, She can't fix everything, so in the more serious of cases, say a punctured lung or a cut artery, it's probably best to go to the professionals.
  • Firearms Training: Anna is skilled with pistols and rifles, and adept with a shotgun. However, for now, She only uses these skills for either self defense, or at a shooting range.
  • Hand To Hand Combat (Self-Taught): So, Anna can hold her own in a fight, but she's no expert. She can throw a decent punch, kick, do what she needs to, but Her skills are in no way able to best someone who actually knows what they're doing.
  • Physically Fit: While she's no where near peak physical condition, she's still in very good shape. She's strong for someone of her size, has lots of stamina, she's agile, possessing decent reflexs, and she can take a good punch or two. All those stairs and carrying boxes are good for something at least.
  • Multitasking Master: She's an assistant to multiple people, and honestly, if she couldn't multi task, Anna would probably go crazy.
  • Excellent Driver: For fun, she use to race during middle school and highschool. And she was really good, so it would be a shame if all that skill just kinda dissappered.
  • Strong Willpower: While it doesn't help much with telepathy, possession, and overcoming potential fatal wounds, Anna has a very strong will. She's been through some rough stuff, so she doesn't scare easily, can deal with a good number of interrogation tactics, and push through pain for longer than a normal person would. However, she won't last forever.
Superpowers & Special Abilities: N/A
Weaknesses:
  • Unprepared: Honestly, Anna had no idea about the world she was walking into. She doesn't know much about Gotham as a whole, kinda learning on the fly as she goes. Of course, She knows about Batman, cause who doesn't, and some of the villains, but she's no expert like some people are.
  • Close Quarters Combat: Her hand to hand combat isn't the best, and so she prefers, if it comes down to a fight, to keep people at a distance. At least, until she has had some training maybe, she'll either avoid fights or do her best at a distance.
  • Normal: She's hot no outstanding powers, or skills, and she isn't in peak physical condition like a lot of people seemingly are. So, she's at a bit of a disadvantage there.
  • Low Funds: With a low income, she's not particularly well off. Leaving her skipping meals and cutting cost many other ways so she's able to afford a place to live with at least some luxuries. So, she's also generally very tense.

To be completely honest, even I don't have the whole story. I'll send over the file found, but some of it's redacted. Do what you will.

"Born to Jonathan and Martha Viginti, Natalie Viginti apparently had it rough growing up. With her father’s belt hurting her more than injuries from playing soccer, she didn’t have the best relationship with him. One day, when she was especially irritated with him, on her way to school, she chucked a stone at the sky in frustration and went on with her day. Little did she know at the time that this stone would hit a bird directly in the head, causing it to instantly die, get caught in a plane’s engine, causing the bird to crash-land into her father’s place of employment in an event called the Wayne incident, due to the name of the building it hit.

Little is known of her teenage years outside of her criminal offenses. By 15, she had 3 counts of pickpocketing, 4 of shoplifting, 2 of assault and battery, and a single count of grand theft auto. By 19, she had 3 more of shoplifting and 1 more of battery. By 20, she had 1 of murder. She was caught doing all of these crimes, but by some legal loophole or general police incompetence she was able to get away with all of it. Somehow, the footage of the murder was lost and all the witnesses had been in some horrible life-ending accidents before they could testify.

Around age 21, the first mentions of Dice appeared in the news, though we don’t actually know how old the organization is. What we do know is that she wasn’t the founder, a criminal by the name of D10 was, but Dice came to light in the first place when his body was found hanging upside-down in front of a GameStop. Ever since, Dice has been making more and more public moves. It appears they’re leading up to something big."

I know it's not my place, but I'd recommend not publishing the story. Chances are, you'll end up dead, or worse.

Brass knuckles for close combat.
DICE Insignia: Quite sharp. Hers specifically can bounce off walls like trampolines without being dulled, destroyed, or losing a noticeable amount of velocity.
Helmet: The inside of her helmet is like that of Iron Man's, with holographic displays and the ability to take or send calls. It also filters air, allowing it to be used as a gas mask of sorts, although a weaker one.
Boots: Basically motorized heelys. Allows for faster speed at the cost of maneuverability,

Skills
Gun-Fu: A mix of martial arts and gunplay, using her six-shooter. Spins the barrel whenever she can, but as long as there’s a single bullet in the gun, she always fires.
Acting: A skilled actress, Natalie is capable of seeming like a completely different person with enough time and preparation.
Parkour: Natalie is rather skilled in freerunning, and is capable of running from rooftop to rooftop with relative ease.
Superpowers
Ridiculous luck: Natalie is crazy lucky. Like, Nagito Komaeda lucky. If anything is up to chance, Natalie has it down, at least when she’s feeling confident.
Weaknesses
Doubt: Her chances decrease with even a single bit of doubt in her mind.
Inferiority Complex: She has quite the inferiority complex. While she tries her hardest to push the emotions down while she's on the job, the feelings can still be brought up and cause her to doubt herself.

Personality: Damian is -- to put it nicely -- arrogant, egotistical, and temperamental, his attitude far too volatile for his family's liking. Raised among the League of Assassins, he was meant to be forged into a living weapon, cold and callous to his enemies, but since Batman took him under his wing, he's been trying to rein in his violent tendencies. Though still prideful and standoffish, Damian has proven himself to be intelligent, independent, and confident, arguably more-so than his predecessors. He has a rebellious streak within him, the cause of many points of contention with the rest of the family, especially his father. Still, Damian is remarkably loyal, even if he has a difficult time admitting it. He has a protective nature that can and sometimes does lead to his own detriment; there is little he won't do for a person he cares for.

Backstory: Talia al-Ghul came with child after a brief, drug-induced liaison with Bruce Wayne, though she'd keep their son's existence a secret from him for the better part of a decade. Grown in an artificial womb, Damian Wayne was designed to become the epitome of human perfection, meant to surpass even his father. Talia would leave her son in the care of the League of Assassins, where he was molded to be a living weapon, well-taught in all manners of martial skills. The rigorous training from his grandfather left him little free time to enjoy himself, though with the limited time he did have, he spent it reading and learning.

By the time he was just ten, he'd become a talented assassin in his own right, at which time his mother revealed his existence to Bruce and leaves him in his custody in an attempt to disrupt his work. Spoiled, bloodthirsty, and violent, the boy quickly grates on his father's patience and nearly kills Tim Drake in their first encounter. He was a rocky addition to the Batfamily from the start, but, under Batman's tutelage, he's gradually begun to learn how to work with and care for others.​

PHYSICAL
Appearance: Damian has always been short for his age, standing at a mere 4'6" feet (137 cm), though rest assured, his physical condition is in top shape due to his training with both the Batfamily and the League. His skin is a bit darker than the standard fare, which most people have associated with his mixed parentage. His hair is cut short and raven black in color, and it tends to be haphazardly styled with a hand run through it unless Alfred manages to catch him first. He carries himself in a prideful, cat-like manner, moving with the measured, loping stride of a jaguar. Lean and agile, each movement is confident and carefully done. Damian well aware of his skills and station and finds himself at home in a variety of situations. As such, he carries himself with pride and ease.

Gear: Although he has been trained to use a variety of weapons thanks to his training with the League, Damian's preferred weapon is his personalized katana, specifically fitted to his height, weight, balance and fighting style. Forged in Damascus steel that is sharpened regularly with a hilt wrapped in leather binding, the sword features the emblem of his own design, a stylized argent robin, ornately carved at the base of the blade to show who the sword was made for.

His utility belt is repository for any number of gadgets and contraptions, including birdarangs, smoke bombs, tear gas, a grappling hook, and most of the same items the rest of the Batfamily uses on a regular basis. He feels most comfortable dressed in his uniform, which similar to those of past Robins, complete with red top and green boots (though minus the spandex).

In civilized situations, Jonathan considers himself and acts as a dignified, educated gentleman. He holds himself up straight and speaks with decorum, albeit, with a healthy dose of sarcasm at times. Even when committing great acts of cruelty, Jonathan typically retains his ordinary attitude. Jonathan considers his experimentation on unwitting citizens of Gotham to be a somewhat regrettable necessity in furthering his research.

Upon putting on his Scarecrow mask and costume, Jonathan will often unhinge his personality for the sake of intimidation. He takes on a bombastic facade, and, with the help of fear toxin, can frighten almost anyone for any reason. Sometimes this terror is for research purposes, sometimes for defense or offense, and sometimes simply for fun.

Backstory:
Jonathan was born in Arlen, Georgia. His father had abandoned him and his mother prior to his birth, and his mother took off shortly thereafter, leaving Jonathan to be raised by his abusive grandmother, Marion. He was sometimes beaten, often starved, and on one occasion, locked in a chapel with frenzied crows, leaving him with a fear of the birds that he'd only overcome much later. While he did well in school, Jonathan was often tormented by his classmates, particularly the couple Bo Griggs and Sherry Squires, the latter of whom had rejected him previously. Jonathan ultimately dressed as a ghastly scarecrow and crashed his school's senior prom, sending Bo and Sherry running terrified to their car, and prompting them to crash, killing Bo and paralyzing Sherry. Thus whetted Jonathan's appetite for violence and cruelty.

Post high school, Jonathan received a scholarship to attend Gotham University as a Psychology major. There, he finally felt in the company of intellectual equals. He bonded with both fellow students and professors over their studies. In particular, he became close with the head professor of Psychology at the time. While they both were excellent psychologists, the two ultimately disagreed on the role of fear in human psychology. Even after Jonathan earned his degree, he was still dismissed and his ideas ignored. Feeling scorned and betrayed, Crane turned to chemistry for answers. He created his fear toxin, and exposed his colleague too it, accidentally inducing a heart attack and killing the man in the process. While killing hadn't been Crane's intent, he felt only minor regret and gladly took up the position as GU's head of psychology, implementing the emphasis on fear in psychology that he'd been pushing for so long.

While an accomplished and well-liked professor among students, Jonathan soon became a controversial figure. His methods of teaching psychology often sparked debate for being "too intense" and quite possibly dangerous. The straw that broke the camel's back involved Jonathan taking a gun into one of his classes, and discharging to to break a flower pot, showing the body's immediate reaction to fear. A shard of the pot very nearly took one student's eye out, however, and the university staff finally had an excuse to fire Jonathan once and for all.

Jonathan has since lost his license to practice altogether and been stripped of any accolades, but that has never put a damper on his desire to perform research. He's only continued to perform cruel experiments on anyone he deems suitable, all in the name of science.

A traditional English butler, Alfred always kept a stiff upper lip, even under the extraordinary circumstances imposed by his master's secret identity. Partially this could be explained by continued loyalty to Thomas Wayne, and a traditional sense of duty to one's master. At the same time, Alfred found ways to express his pride in Bruce, and his belief in the cause he was fighting for
Backstory:
Born under the name of Alfred Beagle, he grew up in England and joined the army once he became of age. He served in various conflicts all over the world, gaining skill as a field medic. After retiring from the army he became an actor, and later a teacher for the MI5, instructing its agents in subterfuge through the use of stagecraft. During this time Alfred received a special mission, loaning his services to the MI7. After this mission ended, Alfred was forced to retire from service, adopt a new identity and move to the United States of America. Alfred legally changed his last name to Pennyworth and started working as a butler for the Wayne Family, carrying over the family tradition, per his father's dying wish.
After several months, Alfred voices the desire to return home to continue acting. However, these plans are forgotten when young Master Wayne returns home from school early after being bullied. Alfred teaches Bruce how to defeat the bully strategically rather than using brute force. Armed with Alfred's tutelage, young Bruce manages to take care of his bully problem. Alfred stays on as the family butler at Bruce's request.
After the murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne, Alfred was named Bruce's legal guardian in the will left by Thomas and Martha. However, social services combated the will feeling that Bruce should not be raised by a servant. Even so, Bruce managed to remain in Alfred's care by, despite his young age, bribing the social service agent into allowing Alfred to raise him. Alfred helped shelter the orphaned Bruce, and assisted him in his training to become a crime-fighter.
Alfred would later aid Bruce in raising Dick Grayson, Jason Todd and Tim Drake, all of whom would be adopted by Bruce Wayne and become his partner Robin. He also had close friendships with other members of the Batman Family including Barbara Gordon and Cassandra Cain (the latter of whom would also be adopted by Bruce prior to his death). Alfred often acts as a father-figure to Bruce, and a grandfather to Dick, Jason, Tim and Cassandra.

Luke Fox carries himself about with a rather calm demeanor, weather it is in his everyday interactions or during battle. It's not exactly easy to get him riled up on trivial things(although one of the things that gets him excited is the prospect of a fight). Still, Luke is by no means unapproachable, as the young man will do small talk. Luke can have quite the sense of humor, deadpanning even at the situations. It is because of this, the young man sometimes wonders to himself weather he talks to much in battle.
Still, given his appearance, Luke is really like many other superheroes out their; just trying to do good in a world of evil. It is not as if the young man is naive of the realty in-front of him, but given his skills, he genuinely wants to make a difference in this world, no matter how small. It is perhaps this passion of his that made him walk away from the job offered by Wayne enterprises, despite his brilliance, and it is why he often gets into arguments with his father. While Luke's father wants Luke to change the world from the safety of a desk or lab, Luke wants to change the world on the ground, applying his skills directly, in attempt to make an impact in the world. This is why he joined the Batman family despite the risk of upsetting his father if he ever found out. Some may even go as far as saying that Luke might get a bit hot headed about his principals, though it's a double edged blade, as Luke is not one to give up so easily.
Backstory:
Lucas "Luke" Fox was born into a family of wealth and prestige, his father Lucius Fox was president and CEO of Wayne Enterprises and a genius scientist and inventor. Lucas, it seemed had inherited his father's natural intellect and was extremely intelligent. Luke graduated MIT with double degrees in engineering and business management and soon had hundreds of job offers from around the world even one from his fathers company of Wayne Enterprises. However, Lucas had other aspirations seeking to gain the attention of the Batman (Bruce Wayne) he took to MMA and cage fighting, hoping the Batman would notice his skills and intellect and recruit him into the new fledgling Batman Incorporated which gained him the scorn of his father, who was distraught that his son was ignoring so many prospects to go fight in "Barbaric cage-matches".
Luke's dream came to fruition after the previous Batwing, David Zavimbe retired from the cape and cowl for personal reasons. Batman, stating Luke was his "first choice" quickly tried to recruit him as the new Batman of Africa, Batwing. Luke eagerly accepted, disguising his new job by saying he wanted to take a yearlong trip to the motherland. His father, upset at his seemingly reckless antics argued with him which resulted with Luke leaving forcefully in a huff.
Batman would eventually call on Luke to use his tech expertise to repair the Belfry and finish the upgrades Tim was making. When Luke gets drawn into the conflict with the Victim Syndicate, he decides to join Batman's new team as tech support and as Batwing.
During the League of Assassins attack on Gotham, Luke reinforced the Batman Family in their battle against the League, but is captured alongside Azrael. When he is freed, Luke disarmed a mini nuke meant to destroy the city. Batwing was eventfully accepted as an official member of the Batman Family and joined his fellow Bat-colleagues in fighting to take down some of Gotham's most notorious criminals.

Grappling gun- a projectile with a hook attached to a para-cord. The hook is meant to latch on to a surface so that the user can either swing, climb the rope, and/or retract the rope very rapidly, pulling the user toward the hooked surface.
Daggers- specialized bata-rangs that are wielded in a fashion similar to brass knuckles. They are used for slicing and shredding and/or are tossed at opponents like ordinary bata-rangs.
Vapor Bats- Mechanical bats designed to release sleeping gas to knockout large amounts of foe.
Spray(s)- Luke possess a number of sprays that vary from high scoville pepper spray to hallucinogenic gases.
Batwing suit 2.5- Dissimilar to other the Gothamites of Batman Inc., Luke Fox’s bat-suit is a full bodied armor, covering him from head to toe. One primary reasoning for this is to mask his identity from his father, Lucius Fox, who ironically has designed the suit.The Bat-Suit comes with a long list of features, including:​

  • Full face plate
  • Bulletproof/shock resistant armor
  • An interior skin that monitors vital signs and has medical repair capabilities.
  • Cloaking mechanism. This mechanism operates through holographic sensors that give the illusion of what is behind the operator, though this gives a blurring effect when moving.
  • Retractable wings: The wings are made of an unspecified materiel, and are capable of granting Luke flight by gliding along air currents
  • Jet Thrusters: While technically located all over his body, the main thruster are located on his back. These thrusters serve to boost Batwing into the air, allowing him the ability of flight.
  • "Detective Vision" that allows the user to highlight targets inside a building from outside of it and out of visual range.
  • The suit has the capability to project holograms into the left hand for others outside the suit to see.
  • Can flash the bat symbol on its chest extremely brightly to blind people in front of the user, whereas the light of the symbol turns off when the suit is inactive.
  • The suit has the ability to be controlled to some degree with vocal commands to "System", such as calling for the suit to initiate a "brute force" hacking procedure on a code or calling pieces of the suit that have been torn off back to the user's body.
  • Includes a hand-free communication system that can connect to the user's cell phone and can be activated, from calling others to applying caller ID to terminating a call, through voice commands.
  • This suit also has a port for a flash drive in the left forearm, allowing the user to, with a specialized drive and a blood sample from a crime scene, identify the blood's owner by way of a connection to the Gotham City Police Department crime database
  • The suit appears to have enhanced strength, enough to pick up a wooden beam over the user's head in a burning building. Later modifications by Luke meant that the suit could be remotely attached in pieces, making wearing it in the field less essential.
  • The suit could pinpoint and neutralize electrical signals on the fly, including disabling bioelectric fields used as defense by his opponents.
  • It had a larger arsenal, including two hip-mounted, voice-activated ventilators to disperse smoke screens[9] and a spray of nanobots that could cure a wide variety of ailments, though not without pain. Additional armaments include a bataran shooter mounted on the suit's right arm, missile decoy flares, and miniature twin plasma cannons mounted within each of the suit's shoulders.

Batwing Tumbler- Much like Batman’s car, The Batwing Tumbler is armed with front mounted guns, missile firing capabilities, thrusts-er and gliders for flight/hovering capabilities allowing it to even travel up walls. It is also heavily armored and bulletproof, however it is an open-seated vehicle.

Batwing Cycle- Like the Batwing Tumbler has front mounted guns for rapid fire capabilities, armored body, custom wheels fit for on and off road maneuvering. It is also capable of achieving of achieving exceptional speeds.

Highly Intelligent- Luke is an extremely intellectually gifted young man. having graduated a year early with two degrees from one of the most prestigious institutions in the world, the Massachusetts Institution of Technology. Similar to his father, he is a highly skilled engineer and was even offered a job at Wayne Enterprises, to which he refused in order to pursue his own ideals.
Highly Skilled Combatant- Luke is an accomplished Mix Martial Arts fighter, and has participated in various point system based tournament fights since he was 16. He's traveled the globe learning from several different Martial Arts Masters, most notable of those include:​

  • Spear kung fu/ Shaolin Red Eagle Spear learned from Master Chu Chin Li,
  • Kubi Nage a Judo/Juijitsu throwing technique from Sensei Tsunemoto.
  • Luke also has some knowledge and training of the armed spear Kung Fu, "Shaolin Red Eagle Spear," which was taught to him by Master Chu Chin Li.
  • A world class fighter, who's skills have only improved after being taken under the wing of Batman.
Engineering- Luke has a degree from MIT for engineering and has shown great skill in this regard , having accomplished feats such as: Defusing a mini nuke , and creating a new Azrael suit for Jean-Paul.
Business Management- Luke was given business lessons by his father and refused a job at Wayne Enterprises in order to pursue his own ideals.
Disguise- Self-explanatory, given the fact that no one(outside of the Batman Family) knows of Batwing's identity, it gives him the prime advantage of going undercover.

Chink in the Armor- Batwing's suit's intimidating, but not invulnerable. With the right pressure in the right place, you can make it crumble...not going to be an easy feat, by any stretch of the imagination.
Human- With or without his suit, Luke is still human. Granted, a very well trained human, but a human nevertheless, with just as many flaws as one.
Batman Family + Lucus Fox + Fox Family- Not only is his father one of the most important men in his life, Luke will do everything in his power to keep him from finding out the truth. Still, it doesn't mean Luke won't go out of his way to save his old man if he needs to, same goes with both his families.

Zelda is a cynical woman who prefers the company of herself and a bottle as opposed to other people. While she come she off as vulgar, course and a general jackass, Zelda is an undeniably intelligent woman with a wide knowledge of medicine which she use so to her advantage. While she holds strong values of loyalty and justice, her own personal grudges and demons threaten to push her over the edge. While ruthless to her enemies, she avoids killing; that being the only thing holding her back from crossing the line completely. Another aspect to Zelda's personality is her lack of self reservation, often putting herself in situations that could easily get her killed or at least badly hurt which involves her being her own lab rat, testing new drugs she intends to use as weapons or buffs.
Backstory:
Zelda’s life had been on track until the last couple of years. Having graduated from a prestigious university she was a leading doctor at Gotham General Hospital, married to banker, Mark with a six-year-old son, Henry. Life was stable until there was a disturbing development. Many patients that had been in Zelda’s care were dying, even if they had been recovering or had a mild illness. Unfortunately, one of these patients happened to be her own mother; something that hit Zelda extremely hard. Rapidly losing faith in her abilities and the loss of her mother caused Zelda to turn to drink in an attempt to cope with it, causing a rift between her and Mark.

The consistent deaths of patients in her care caused Zelda to be suspected by police, making her lose her credibility and confidence. Determined to prove the police wrong, she started looking into the matter herself. This alongside her worsening alcoholism caused her marriage to crumble, resulting in Mark leaving and taking Henry, something that drove Zelda further down the rabbit hole.

Nowadays, Zelda lives alone in a studio apartment across the road from the hospital, desperately trying to decipher the case herself, knowing that going to the police would be useless, and she cannot do it within the hospital as she is very well known. To get around it, she ended up creating a persona and putting together a suit, feeling the need to take the matters completely into her own hands under the name Spinal Tap. She is aware of how stupid the name is but it was all she could think of at the time.

Backstory:

Selina Kyle was born to Brian and Maria Kyle in the slums of Gotham City. Her mother was never close to Selina or her sister Maggie and would often rather spend time with her cats then her children. Her father was an abusive and drunken man who would always quarrel with Maria, a homemaker. In her spare time, Selina took gym lessons not just as an extra curricular but to sometimes avoid the domestic violence at home. One day, as she returned home from school, Selina found her mother lying in the bath tub filled with blood. Apparently, Maria had committed suicide by cutting her wrists with a razor blade. Selina’s father hated Selina because she looked like her mother, eventually he drank too much and succumbed to alcohol poisoning. Selina called the police but as soon she hung up the phone, she packed her bag and ran away from home.

Selina lived on the streets while Maggie was taking to an orphanage right away.She became a petty thief who would steal food at grocery stores. Eventually Selina was caught and sent to an orphanage. She caused so much trouble that she would be sent to Juvenile Hall. When Selina was 13 years old she was sent back to an orphanage, but she soon discovered that the place was embezzling money. They would confront her and attempt to cover it all up by drowning Selina in a bag dropped into the river. Selina escapes and returns to the orphanage. She steals documentary proof that they were embezzling money and also stole money to live on her own, she sent the documents to the police to expose them.

As Selina grew older, she became a cat burglar by night, stealing jewelries and diamonds from museums and rich people's homes.

One day, news broke up on television stating that Batman was last seen at Robinsons Park. Curious, Selina walked to the park and caught a glimpse of the Dark Knight in action who glided out of sight moments later. She noticed that Batman was bleeding when she saw a trail of blood and it immediately triggered something in her mind: if someone can don a costume and have everyone either be happy or terrified to see him, she can do the same too. The Batman became her omen and Selina decided to become a costume character as well. She bought a cat costume using all of her savings and resumed her stealing profession using her brand new costume and ability. As she was attempting a robbery at a local store, she was stopped by a group of security guards and one of them called her "Catwoman." Selina loved the name and thus, the Catwoman persona was born.

-The Catsuit: Selina Kyle is no Bruce Wayne, and Catwoman is no Batman- as such, their suits are quite different. while Batman's suit is built to withstand everything, the Catsuit is made to help Selina avoid everything. The Catsuit is also fire retardant and protects her from the heat, cold, and wet, The Catsuit also has razor-sharp retractable claws, when there's no running to be done, or there's fruit to be cut.

-The Catcycle: Literally just a motorcycle that Catwoman uses for long-distance travels and escapes

-Whip: Catwoman always carries her bullwhip with her, which she is highly proficient in using. The braided whip is both an offensive weapon and a tool for swinging all over the place.

-Cats: She's CATwoman, of course she owns several cats. They make the purr-fect companion.

-Feline Empathy: Catwoman has a strong affinity for cats. Feline species tend to flock to her, accepting her almost immediately, recognizing somehow that she is not an enemy but a friend. This allows her to calm injured cats, train them, befriend them, and form strong bonds with them. These animals will even sometimes come to her defense when she is attacked. This has proved most beneficial, especially when it has involved big cats.

Weaknesses:

-Morals: Catwoman is very torn morally between being a hero and a thief. This emotional stress is quite the toll on the burglar.

-Flair for the Dramatic: Rather than just stealing and running away, Catwoman often tries to dramatize her heists and challenge herself, which has put her in very close scrapes with the Bat.

Backstory: Emma had spent her entire life dreaming of becoming a defender of the law, her father being a police man serving as a large influence to this. The idea of helping people and protecting those around being the biggest dream of her life, and she followed that dream into the Gotham City Police Department, contentedly working her way through the world as a police woman, somewhat shocked at the sheer amount of violence and crime in comparison to the other places of the world, but to her, it just showed how much help the police needed, and how much of a difference she could make. It was around that time that the caped crusader known as "Batman" started making an appearance with his famous non-lethal approach to seemingly everything, and despite being labelled as a vigilante, Emma was more than happy with another helping hand on the streets working to clean the city up.

Time went on, crimes continuing to go on as the always had been while the department and the vigilantes continued their best to keep a handle on the constant threats to public safety, yet one day a much more personal crime occurred. A call rang in, late at night, for a request of both the fire department and the police department. Emma was sent to investigate. She drove there as quickly as she could to see her family's home burning down, to which she sprinted into the burning building as the sound of her screaming younger brother and parents rang out into the small crowd of people that had gathered outside. The heavy smoke filled her lungs as she sprinted through a familiar hell of family portraits and burning wood as the building crumbled around her. A true nightmare.

the young police-woman crashed her way through the smog into her brothers room as her home crashed around her, and with little time to think, simply grabbed the young boy and held him tight before huddling in the corner of the room, crying as she told her sibling that was going to be alright over and over again as she wrapped her police jacket around him in the hopes of protecting him from the onslaught of flames, all the while protecting his body with hers as her world collapsed around her.

The "brave police woman" was all over the news for a week with severe burn wounds and heavy disfigurement that would leave her with crippling pain for the rest of her life before fading back into the abyss of anonymity while the world forgot all about the burning house. Her parents had both died in the flames, yet her four-year-old brother had survived. The cause of the fire later turned out to be one of the convicts that Emma had imprisoned that had sought revenge, yet also died in the fire. The culprit's corpse was also found near the scene of the crime after having committed suicide with a bullet to the head.

Emma changed after that day, her body changed, her mindset changed, and her ideals changed. She settled that if her life was going to be a living hell from that day onward, then she would be considered the devil for criminals.

Backstory:
The daughter of two assassins, David Cain and Lady Shiva. She was trained and experimented on from birth to become the perfect assassin and servant of Ra’s al Ghul. She wasn’t taught to read or write, but instead how to read others’ body language to a high degree. This came at the cost of greatly impairing her ability to learn to read or write later in life. At the age of 8, Cassandra was used by her father to kill a man. Until this point her training had been a game, but her body-reading abilities meant that Cassandra could see all the man's fear and pain as he bled out. Mortified, she ran away, vowing to never again use her abilities to kill. She spent the next ten years homeless, wandering the world before winding up in Gotham City. Here she would come across the Batman, and become enraptured. She could see the danger in his body-language, and yet he never killed. She began to idolise him, especially as she took the name Black Bat and began to train by him. She has been with the Bats for two years now.

Cassandra Cain has full access to all resources used by Batman, including the contents of the Bat-Cave. Her suit is made of simple leather as opposed to the kevlar reinforced material typically used by Gotham's vigilante's, as she felt it slowed her down and her capabilities meant there was little need for it anyway. Her utility belt presumably holds the basics of Bat-equipment; grappling hooks, batarangs, mini-explosives, tracking devices, a hand-held computer, binoculars, plasti-cuffs, and smoke pellets. However, Cassandra uses these materials so infrequently that she once commented she wasn't even aware of what her belt truly held.

Weaknesses:​

  • Language barriers; Cassandra Cain was never given access to verbal language, or to the written word. Instead she was focussed on understanding physical movements as language, in some sort of sick experiment headed by her father. As a result, Cass can understand people perfectly fine; she can see what they mean even if she can't understand the words coming out of their mouths. She cannot, however, communicate with them. Due to some psychic interference, Cassandra is now capable of forming short sentences. If the word limit passes about three, though, she begins to struggle to correctly put acrss what she is saying. This is a cause of great shame and frustration for her. She cannot write or read, and struggles in understanding electronics​
  • Over reliance. Cassandra has been trained to heavily rely on her people-reading skills while in combat, which typically turns out well for her. It has proven to be more a weakness than strength at times, though. When fighting the Joker Cassandra found herself unable to properly read his next move, and so struggled significantly. When against Deathstroke she was slowed down again, as the man had been trained to manipulate his body language in a way that hinted at a few possible movements, which confused and frustrated her.​

Quite simply, Deadshot no longer cares about anything. A nihilist by definition, Deadshot is not suicidal, but lacks the ability to care for any human life, including his own. He regularly injures himself if necessary to complete a task (i.e. shooting through himself to hit somebody else) and willingly throws himself into dangerous situations just for the heck of it (that and money).


Deadshot generally lacks the ability to connect with other people and never shows any loyalty to any cause, other than who puts more money on the table. He'd gladly turn on his original contractor if offered a sum of money 1 dollar more than he's already being paid. Though self-destructive, Deadshot enjoys, at least somewhat, the good life, and is very materialistic.

Deadshot is very aware that he's one of the greatest marksmen in the world, a fact that he's more than willing to flaunt, especially to his contractors. That being said, those who work with Deadshot find that, very surprisingly, he's not an ass. A rather cool-headed person always focused on the job with a sarcastic remark here and there, he's actually a pretty nice guy.

The people that he kills would think otherwise.


Backstory:
Deadshot was born into the upper-class, his father being a famous real-estate agent. His older brother, Edward, always received better treatment than Floyd, and while Edward was always praised Floyd was constantly berated. Still, Floyd grew up to idolize his older brother.


His father, George Lawton, was well-known to be unfaithful to his wife (and Deadshot's mother) Genevieve. Genevieve did the only rational thing and hired her sons to kill their father. Obviously, that was going to work out just fine. While Edward was more than on-board, Floyd didn't believe in patricide, so Edward did the only rational thing and locked his brother in the boathouse. Edward then proceeded to grab a gun and shoot his father in the second-floor library.

Floyd managed to escape the boathouse, however, and grabbed the family hunting rifle. He climbed a tree and aimed into the library to see his father already lying in a pool of blood, with Edward preparing to finish him off. Floyd aimed at Edward's gun to shoot it out of his hand, but the branch snapped just as he pulled the trigger, and the bullet ended up going between Edward's eyes, killing him.

George, meanwhile, survived, though paralyzed for life. He had the incident covered up to prevent bad business, and denied his wife the ability to divorce, forcing her to live on a tiny stipend for the rest of her life. That's what you get for hiring your sons to kill you, I guess.

Floyd left the family with a small amount of cash and moved to Gotham City, now as the gun-toting vigilante Deadshot. Due to training from David Cain (a certain young lady's father), Deadshot was now one of the world's greatest marksmen, and became well-known for his pristine murders, often times with no collateral damage whatsoever. This got him too much attention, though, and the Batman soon apprehended him after a long rooftop gun battle.

Prison couldn't hold him for too long, though, and Deadshot soon re-emerged, now equipped with a whole host of new weaponry. He immediately left Gotham and pursued targets across the globe, in places such as Russia, Syria, and Khandaq, honing his marksmanship skills. Only a few months ago, he returned to Gotham and began retaking contracts. If he got lucky, he would be able to take on the Batman again, a challenge that he longed for.

You better believe Deadshot has guns. He has many. While Deadshot won't turn down any gun, his favorites happen to be-

- Wrist-Mounted Guns: his personal favorites, a pair of compact and silent wrist rifles with interchangeable barrels, allowing him to quickly recharge his weapon. The gun fires projectiles at high speeds, being able to penetrate resistant materials. The bullets are customized with special coatings that allow them to bounce off certain surfaces, allowing for very fancy kills.

- Customized Glock: when his wrists get tired, he pulls out his heavily customized pistol, with red dot sight.

-AR-15: another sleek, customized assault rifle for rapidly killing a lot of things as opposed to one thing.

-Beretta GLX 160: a customized grenade launcher

-RPG-30: an anti-tank missile launcher he picked up in Russia, Deadshot has this one just for the purposes of the Batmobile.

-Too Many Other Guns To Count: Deadshot is a big collector of the best guns for the best occassions.

-Deadshot Suit: Floyd wears a very durable suit, able to withstand large explosions, gunfire at close range and electric shocks.

-Deadshot Helmet: See that white helmet? Well, that helmet is strengthened to be able to resist almost all physical attacks, the display has night vision, infrared, binoculars and thermal anemometer. It can also track bullet trajectories.

-Ka-Bar 1282 D2 Extreme: Floyd's favorite razor-sharp combat knife. Good for stabbing things.

Skills & Abilities

-Marksmanship: Deadshot may be the single best marksman in the world. His sharpshooting abilities, both in close range and in long range, are superb. He utilizes his gunplay in close combat as well.

-Enhanced Senses: Deadshot was trained to be observant of everything, and has adapted nearly superhuman sensory abilities, capable of hearing the beating wings of a butterfly and dodging a bullet from long range with ease.

-Assassin Skills: Deadshot has great knowledge of every weak point on the human body and how to shoot the crap out of it.

-Weaponry: Deadshot has been extensively trained in so many weapons, he can use almost anything put into his hands.

-Martial Arts: He's much more able with his weapons, but even without, Deadshot has enough training in hand-to-hand to fight Batman for a solid 2 minutes before being subdued. He's known for mixing his wrist-based guns with traditional fighting styles to increase his close-range lethality.

-Pain Tolerance: Has been shot, stabbed, and continues fighting. Pretty tough guy, might I say.

--Bilingual: Deadshot has become fluent in Russian and is a carrying card member of the Communist party (you didn't see that one in Suicide Squad, huh)

-Jammed Weaponry: If his gun jams, he could probably still win in a fight against a standard goon, but against Batman? His best bet is to flee.

Backstory:
Tim Drake solved the identity of Batman and Robin at the age of only 9 years old. The boy sat on this information for a number of years before approaching Batman at the age of 12, after the death of Jason Todd. Having taken note of Batman's erratic and dangerous behaviour after this tragedy, Tim came to the conclusion that Batman needed a Robin, and offered himself for the role. It wasn't easy; Tim travelled the globe to train with the best of the best, even receiving training from Lady Shiva. But when Tim returned to Gotham and donned the Robin name it was all worth it. It was still worth it when his mother died. It was still worth it when his father did, too, as a direst result of him being Robin. It was still worth it when his girlfriend, Stephanie, was seemingly beaten to death because he had gotten too wrapped up in their alter egos to think about her safety. It was still worth it when two of his three closest friends were also killed by the superhero lifestyle. But it was taken away from him when his adopted father died, and his brother replaced him as Robin. Tim then spent some time away, battling Ra's Al Ghul as Red Robin and trying to prove to the superhero community that Batman was still alive. Eventually he succeeded and returned to Gotham, still holding the name of Red Robin.

Personality: Jamie is a rather grunt fellow, to say the least, and some may describe him to be quite British. You often see this in the man's sense of humor, which could be described as odd, to say the least, especially in high stress situations. In fact, whenever he's not shouting out the incoming, the man tends to converse, usually about the situation at hand. Beyond that, Jamie has an air of professionalism to him whenever he's in battle, though that is mainly observed through his actions, but the only one who would get on your ass about training more then batman is training.
Outside of just combat, Jamie tends to be a bit more loosen up a fair bit, and is in fact, quite a worldly man, fun to talk about all kidns of things, espically from a more British/European prospective. One of the funniest thing you can do with the Brit is go out drinking, cause last time Jamie got shitfaced(and we mean really shitfaced) he ended up destroying a couple bars in London with his mates.
Jamie is quite the cynic about a lot of things, though only because he stresses caution; Jamie never likes to enter anything unprepared. But if you try to self-loath in front of Jamie, he'll smack you right up in the head for even thinking of the concept. In fact, some say it's one of the things that Alfred and Jamie share in common; both of them want to see people be the best of who they are. Jamie's method of building inner strength sometimes requires tearing down one's ego, only to build it back up with courage, love, and faith. Jamie also stresses teamwork, remembering from his experience back in the military, as he says "Wars arn't won by one man alone; ya need an army to do that."
Jamie tends to go about this whole "vigilante" thing with a shrug. Not that he doesn't appreciate what the "vigilante" thing is trying to accomplish, it's just in all his military experience, he's only seen this sort of, er, "warfare", in literally military occupied cities. It's thus, Jamie is often baffled and miffed about everything that is going around him, though ultimately accepting the madness by labeling it as just "Gothem".
Backstory:
Jamie was born in King's Cross, London, to a fairly particular household. The mother was a relatively small actress caught up in her own little world while his father just so happened to be the Chief of M16, which was...not entirely ideal for a small child, as starting from an incredibly young age, Jame's father began setting high standards for him. This was not the normal type of "high standards" will you would do well in academics and your father would give you a simple nod of approval; Jamie's father wanted him to do well in academics AND be perfect at ridiculous things such as martial arts and shooting, all when James was barley in elementary school. Normally, such a thing would build within a child the need to seek attention, but not for James; it only built resentment inside of him, for both of his parents. So the young boy started to do cheeky little things, which would spiral into the young boy becoming quite the trouble maker and later, quite the delinquent, much to his father's angry(which only made James want to do it more).
After completing secondary school at the age of 16, the young James decided to enlist into the army, instead of attending a University like his father had wanted. Perhaps it was an act of defiance, or maybe it was a young man seeking a thrill. Whatever it was, it made his father furious, which only served to justify the young man's actions. Jamie would go on to enlist in the British Paratrooper regiment, finding that jumping out of a plane was quite exhilarating, and served in the paratrooper regiment's 2nd battalion for a number of years. It was then, perhaps out of aspiration or perhaps out of boredom, James decided to try out for the SAS regiment after hearing from a friend that the special forces were recruiting. The recruitment process was grueling, as many recruits simply quit after the first day, but James hung on, and hung on tightly till the end and beyond. It was after the selection process was James chosen to be part of the Special Projects team, a team with it's main focus on counter-terrorism threats of any kind, of any level. Thus, the young man was put through even more training, everything from martial arts to marksmanship. Ever single one of his skills were pushed to it's limit, and pushed further beyond that. At the end of it all, James didn't hold the title as a member of the SAS; he earned it. As when ever the superheroes were never around to save the day, the SAS was on the case. Some of Jame's more famous missions as part of the SAS includes taking back control of a hijacked plane mid-flight, and defusing a nuclear bomb planted within the Parliament building itself.
It was also during these years that James found himself a lassie, an officer from the Royal Marines nevertheless. Everything started like any good love story, within a bar one Friday night. Both soldiers were shit faced when they bumped into each other, ended up starting a bar fight before leaving the bar arm in arm. This would develop into what they both thought was a one night stand...which turned into two, then three nights...eventually, the two finally decided to date, after a lot of nudging from both sides of the pond. As Jamie would put it later on: "The lassie was completely fookin' insane...an' I loved her for that...." Jamie's father hated her, so that only made her much more enchanting. It was after a bit of time fooling around, with more dates, bar fights, and missions in-between, Jamie finally decided to pop the question...and of course, she said yes. A few completely knackered nights of parting later, the two had become quite the young couple...but as you can guess, good things never last forever. It started as the two were nearing their mid-30s when the two decided to try for a baby. Everything went relatively smoothly for the two until they neared the 20th week...it was then the two found out the fate of their unborn child...and that information tore the relationship apart...between the tears and the arguing...a few months later, both parties signed the divorce papers, and were on the separate ways...
At first, things seemed fine...least, that was what Jamie thought. But deep down, things were not, and it was starting to show when Jamie lost focus and nearly a fellow squad mate almost killed during an operation. Afterwards, the higher ups ordered that Jamie was to be mentally evaluated to see if he was still fit for service. The man was able to cross that threshold, but just barely, as Jamie was borderline unfit for service. It was then Jamie's superiors offered him a position in the reserve regiment, or even a medical discharge. In the end, Jamie took the took the medical discharge over serving in the reserves, and promptly left the SAS. After the armed forces, Jamie tried to put a life together with what he had, which was no easy feat. Somehow, despite what he's went through, despite what he's done...it was too hard...until one day he received a call from his good o'l Uncle Alfie, now all the way in America, who offered him a chance at this city called Gothem. Maybe that's what Jamie needed, some distance between him and the Isle...him and all those memories...so that leaves us with today, James Beagle, arriving at the City of Gotham...

Modified Grappling Gun
- Similarly to most grappling hooks of the batman family, but modified to complement Jamie's military experience. Jamie can anchor the grappling hook to an object, then attach it to his body, allowing him to free up his hands to do other stuff. This is most helpful in situations such as sniping from an angle.
Utility Webbing- Similar to the utility belt, except it is in the form of military-like webbing with a bit more carrying capacity for items such as ammunition.

Decoy Dolls-
Essentially a grenade that blows up a real life version of the Blue Bat Suit, which also emits a eat signature similar to that of the wearer. Often used to fool and distract the enemy, and can be remotely activated.
Blue Bat Cammando Suit- The Bat Cammando Suit is a suit that is built with infiltration in mind. Aside from providing the user with resistance to general damage as well as the elements, the entire suit is built with the ability to control some of the wearer's attributes such as body temperature and movement sound, which effectively mask the wearer from enemy heat sensors and noise detection. Yet, perhaps Jamie's favorite feature of the suit is the damage resistent helmet, which is equipped with night-vision and infrared vision, not to mention a rebreather, but by far the best toy of the whole arsenal is the flashbangers equipped in the eyes, which emits a blinding light towards the opponents.
Firearms- The use of firearms only maximizes Jamie's efficiency on the battlefield, yet as a compromise, the man has promised batman to only use rubber bullets as the default ammunition. The firearms that Blue Bat is most often seen with:​

  • The Double: Essentially a Glock 19 with a underbarrel tranquilzer gun attach. Very useful for stealth missions, as the pistol can be equipped with a silencer.
  • The Nibbler(s): Basically modified MP5s that can be used singularly or duel-wielded depending on the sanerio. The weapon is often modified for the expect senerio ahead, so it's appearance(s) often changes with the mission.
  • The Nightwatcher: A modifiable AXMC multi-chamber sniper rifle capable of ammunition firing a whole host of ammunition at long range, from tranquilizer darts to .50 Cal rounds. The only downside is that for certain ammunition variants requires the sniper rifle to be modified on the fly, which requires a few minutes.
Bat Tazer-Instead of a knife, Jamie wields this device on his off hand when equipped with a pistol. Very useful for stunning unaware opponents.
L3A1 "Cait" Bayonet- A little reminder from home...with the words "Cait" carved into the grip.
Skills & Abilities:
SAS Training- Nearly half a life time with the British military and special forces has pushed Jamie's body to it's fullest capacity, and then some. The experince also left experince with operating with various machines and fighting methods, including how to defuse a dirty bomb.
CQC(Master)- Trained by the same breed as batman, for just as long as batman, not to mention years of military and special forces experience to boot. Jamie can hold his own in hand to hand better then even most of batman's children, and that's no easy feat.
Marksmen Specialist- Been hunting practically his entire life, not to mention his experience in the special forces, has molded the man into a talented gunmen and sniper.
Infiltration and Extraction Specialist- Jamie's specialty, infiltration
. Jamie can infiltrating areas of operations while remaining undetected, then perform the required task(hostage rescue, sabotage, recon, etc).
Survivalist- Having been nearly all over the world on active duty, Jamie is more then capable of surviving through the toughest conditions, be they rain or snow, wind or shine.

Interrogation/Mind Control Resistant- Experience with the British forces has trained Jamie to resist most forms of interrogation methods or mind control attempts.
Tactical Analysis- Capable of analysis a scenerio and coming up with plan of attack, weather from the field or remotely.

Off the Grid- Jamie is one of the best hide and seek experts on the planet, and his suit only makes him even better at it. With his suit, Jamie can remain virtually undetectable by man, beast, or machine for extended periods of time. It's what makes him so dangerous...
Blue Bat Combat Support- Jamie's main function in a combat scenario is to provide the Batman Family with combat support in the following ways:
Backup; Jamie can remain on standby in the batcave, providing remote support to those on the ground. If the need arise, he will be suited up and ready to reinforce a position if need be, weather that be through vehicular support, care packages, or even on the ground support.
Long Range; Venturing into the field, Jamie is equipped with his sniper rifle and can provide long-range reconnaissance and fire support. Jamie will find vantage points across the area of conflict and take up positions their to aid the team, moving ever few shots as to not give away his position.
Infiltration/Hostage-Rescue; Jamie will venture into the field, maintaining radio silence until he's given a coded signal, before emerging from his hiding spot to reinforce a position. Alternatively, if there is a hostage involved, Jamie will emerge from his hiding spot and attempt extract the hostage or VIP.(It is his specialty after all)

Weaknesses:
I'm Only Human- Jamie's still human after everything's all said and done, and if pushed to the extremes, he will physically break.
Not the World's Greatest Detective- Perhaps he doesn't try, or care, but Jamie is far from the greatest detective(Pretty obvious, I know). Though he will do his best to assist in anyway he can.
And I sit here and wonder: What could have been?- Jamie is still trying to shake off the troubles from the past...somthing that still weighs heavily on him today.

Personality: Pamela was originally a thoughtful, methodical and stable personality until the experiments done on her completely altered her biochemistry. Suffering from severe, violent mood swings for years, Poison Ivy has a history of being tremendously seductive or tremendously aggressive in getting what she wants. In the past several years, either her condition has stabilized or she's grown more accustomed to it; while still inclined to moods, Poison Ivy is a far better thinker and planner than she's traditionally been. At her core, she remains tremendously concerned about the environment, hostile to people who threaten it and believes the ends justifies the means.

Backstory:
Doctor Pamela Lillian Isley grew up in Seattle; daughter to wealthy yet distant parents. In college, she specialized in botany and toxicology and was a very promising, but naive, student. Her professor, Doctor Jason Woodrue, later known as the Floronic Man, seduced her, hoping to persuade her into becoming a human test subject for his experiments. These experiments, according to Isley, were torturous. Twice, she was nearly killed, and ended up in the hospital for six months. Woodrue fled the authorities, while Isley was left with a changed physiology. Unfortunately, the results of these experiments also also left her barren, and she has treated her plants as her children ever since.

Poison Ivy has had a long, storied career in Gotham. She's used mind control, poison and toxins, spores, direct plant manipulation and even bombs and explosives to bring ruin to those ruining the Earth. She's also had a much less publicized role as a rehabilitator of contaminated lands, a preserver of endangered species and a proponent of disarming nuclear weapons as well as destroying biological and chemical warfare agents, including helping heroes trying to stop villains with those ambitions. Poison Ivy has enjoyed an armistice of sorts with the Bat Family on at least two occasions (though not presently) and it's probable she can be prevailed upon by the righteous and the wicked alike, assuming their interests align...

: A beautiful full-figured redhead. Her skin can have a greenish tint, varying from imperceptible to impossible to hide depending on how hungry she is. Her clothing is a combination of leaves, vines, and other plant materials and it's typically revealing, to better entice her prey.
Gadgets, Weapons & Items: Nothing she typically carries. Poison Ivy is perfectly capable of securing any given item, vehicle or quantity of money through pheromones and mind control on an as-needed basis.

    • Toxicology: Her specialization in Botany was Toxicology, at first she used her knowledge for perfumes, make-up and medicine. After her accident, she used her knowledge to grow thorny plants and poisonous traps for her enemies.

  • Toxikinesis: A deliberate overdose of plant and animal based toxins into her blood stream that make her touch deadly. Ivy can create the most potently powerful floral toxins in Gotham City. Often these are secreted from her lips and administered via a kiss. They come in a number of varieties, from mind controlling drugs to instantly fatal necrotics. Her skin is toxic as well, although contact with it is usually not fatal.
    • Toxic Immunity: Immunity to all toxins, bacteria, and viruses.
    • Skin Pigment Manipulation: By reducing the intensity of her poison, she can give herself a normal skin tone, allowing her to move around in public without being recognized.

  • Mental Instability: Poison Ivy has been committed to Arkham Asylum on a regular basis. In the past several years, the intensity of these mood swings has diminished but she still tends to be emotional volatile and, if sufficiently provoked, may act against her own best interests.
  • Batman: Indifferent to most of humanity, Poison Ivy remains strongly fixated on the first man who defeated her. Even she isn't certain if she's genuinely attracted to the Bat or if it's obsession. As such, she routinely avoids taking opportunities to kill him, instead trying to win him over to her side.

Backstory:
Lucius Fox graduated magna cum laude from the Morton School of Business, then after graduating he went over seas for more extensive training. Soon after graduating he put his powers and skills into turning Atwater Air from near-bankruptcy to overnight success with a whole range of stock options. Ever since his success, Lucius has been sought after by many large corporations to handle there business and stocks. But Lucius has found himself a new permanent job handling the day-to-day operations at Wayne Enterprises, having been given an unparalleled freedom in the company. Lucius was able to use his skill to revive W.E. more than once in cases of bankruptcy or a corporate meltdown, which is precisely why he is so sought after. Personality:
Beneath a facade of anger and detachment, Jason is, bluntly speaking, a mess. He's not entirely sure what he is, what he should be, or even what he wants to be anymore. For a while, all he knew was that he was angry and hurt, leading him to lash out, but that has since morphed into a more pure uncertainty. He's still prone to lashing out, but he's mellowed to old family at least. While he still doesn't trust Bruce like he used to, Jason is trying to be forgiving and understanding, difficult as that may be.

Jason, above all, is resilient and stubborn. Despite his tough childhood, Jason took the opportunities presented to him and vowed not to be a loser like his father. Despite the torture he endured, Jason came out with far less scars than most people would have taken from the experience. Somehow, some way, Jason was born with iron resolve that has stuck with him through his life. Where many in his position would have fallen into the same street junkie status of their parents, Jason overcame and became something more.

In simple terms, Jason is working towards becoming his own man. He doesn't want to be Batman, or a broken Robin, or anyone's vassal. What he wants to be is Jason Todd, but he's not quite figured what that means.

Backstory:
Jason was born to two junkie parents who immediately tried to sell him in exchange for debt forgiveness. When that didn't work, Jason was raised in an always neglectful, often abusive environment. Only by luck was Jason able to attend elementary school and attain a cursory education. At thirteen, Jason saw his parents killed over an attempt to cheat Sal Maroni, and only avoided the same fate by virtue of his age and aptitude.

Nonetheless, Jason continued a life of squatting and stealing for his meals over the next couple years. Only when, again by chance, Jason was discovered by Batman while stealing prescription drugs in a vain effort to help another street kid who'd been sick. Shortly after this incident, Jason received an acceptance letter and scholarship to a prestigious boarding school, despite never applying to any school ever. Jason wasn't about to let the opportunity pass him by, though, and accepted. Jason was a good student, taking in information in hopes that he could make something of himself through that. Unbeknownst to him, Batman had other plans for him.

Sometime during his schooling, Jason was taken in as a legal ward of Bruce Wayne's, his second. In turn, Jason ended up becoming the second Robin under Batman, enthusiastically so. As he grew up, however, Jason's methods grew increasingly violent and unpredictable for Bruce's comfort. Jason's impulsive tendencies would ultimately see him kidnapped and held by Joker for over a year as he was continuously tortured, leaving Jason with lasting trauma.

Through unforeseen circumstances, Jason managed to escape and spent a long while completely lashing out against Batman and the entire Batfamily over his perceived abandonment. After repeated failed attempts on Batman's life, however, Jason has, more or less, come to terms with what happened. While he still hasn't completely forgiven Bruce and his relationship with the Batfamily remains complicated, Jason is far more amicable to them than he had been.

Jason also has some serious trust issues, and finds it difficult to even be around most people as such. He perpetually waits to be stabbed in the back, or abandoned, or simply disappointed thanks to uncontrollable circumstances. Two-Face is not consistently evil; every time he contemplates a crime, he flips his two-headed coin. Only if the coin came up scratched-side did Two-Face go ahead and commit the crime, never questioning the result of the toss. This compulsion is a compromise between Dent's evil "Two-Face" personality and his former, law-abiding self. Over the years, he has been shown to rely on the coin to different degrees. Sometimes to decide whether or not to commit a crime, sometimes to decide whether or not to do something good, like save someone. He will even go out of his way to do good deeds if the coin mandates. Two-Face is entranced by the idea of chance—making most of his decisions based on the outcome of a coin toss. Capable of orchestrating and carrying out well-organized, large-scale criminal operations, he makes sure the city’s streets continue to run red with blood. He’s unpredictable, and serves as a reminder of Gotham’s perpetual ability to corrupt and destroy all who seek to do good within it. Since Two-Face is hideously scarred on the left half of his face, he plays up to it with clothing that is differently styled and materialized on one side. Two-Face also carries his obsession with the number "two" in his choice of weapon, twin .22 automatics, with which he is extremely skilled and intelligent. His psychotic obsession with duality and his designing crimes around the number two often leads to his downfall. There was one occasion where Two-Face has let Batman go free despite his coin telling him otherwise, but those events are almost impossible.
Backstory:
Harvey Dent was born into a life of hardship. Growing up in a lower-class family, Dent was raised with an instinctive dislike and mistrust for the upper-class. His violent, cruel and mentally ill father frequently bullied and abused him as a child, with his favorite game being flipping his double-headed coin promising to spare the child a beating if the coin landed tails. These harsh surroundings resulted in Dent developing repressed mental illnesses of his own, such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. His hard work ethic, however, allowed him to rise to become a lawyer and, eventually, the District Attorney. He was nicknamed "Apollo" by the media, because he was charming, good-looking and seemingly untouchable. He was dedicated to his job of upholding law and order, and became one of the first supporters, allies and even friends of the Batman. At the time of his job as D.A., the worst criminal threat in Gotham was the nigh omnipotent mafia boss Carmine Falcone, "The Roman." After Dent struck several blows to the Roman's Empire, Falcone hired Mickey "The Mink" Sullivan to eliminate the D.A. However, the attempt by Mickey's gang to take out Dent failed.Dent forged a triumvirate with Batman and Commissioner James Gordon to bring the man down within the law, no matter what the cost. His slightly angrier temperament led Batman and Gordon to distrust him slightly, believing there was a possibility he might be the mysterious "Holiday" killer who was gunning down mob members at the time (including Mickey and his gang). The alliance ended tragically when Sal Maroni, believing Dent to be responsible for the death of his father, threw acid in his face during a trial. Dent was horribly scarred on the left side of his face.
Dent would laterescaped from the hospital and descended into madness. He became obsessed with duality and opposites, and developed a second persona, the villainous Two-Face, to compliment the law and order obsessed Harvey Dent. As Two-Face, his trademark was crimes involving the number two. His obsession even shows in his clothes, which are usually composed of two halves made out of very different materials. He carries a double-sided coin with one side scratched at all times. His first crime as Two-Face was the killing of his corrupt Assistant District Attorney Vernon Wells and Carmine Falcon (Two-Face failed to kill Maroni, as he had already been assassinated at this point by Falcone's son Alberto.) Two-Face was eventually incarcerated in Arkham Asylum.
Two-Face next escaped from Arkham Asylum on the following Halloween (possibly aided by Maroni's twin sons Pino and Umberto), stole his old case files, and began the dismantling of the Falcone crime family. A new killer began following The Holiday's pattern, only this time not killing mobsters but cops. Dent saved Jim Gordon from the Hangman, as the new murderer was dubbed, and told Gordon he was not the Hangman. He continued using his alliance to the rest of Batman's Rogues Gallery to dismantle the mob. It was during this time he was having an affair with his successor as District Attorney, Janice Porter, a person he used to meet back at Gotham University when he was a professor. Porter was soon killed by Two-Face when she said she loved him. Over the the course of the year, he finally succeeded in eliminating Carmine Falcone's successor, his daughter Sofia Gigante Falcone who was revealed to be the Hangman the entire time, and even though he was taken in, Two-Face had permanently shifted the balance of power in Gotham's underworld from the mob to the so-called "costumed freaks."

Twin Pistols- Typically Two-Face uses a variety of automatic and semi-automatic handguns to conduct his criminal affairs. He usually carries two. Sometimes he carries his pistols with acid bullets.
Various Weapons- Assault rifles, shotguns, sniper rifle, knives, rocket launchers and poison gases, to name a few.
Two-Face Gang- Two-Face leads of gang that consists of mainly of rapists, muggers, murderers, and all forms of criminals imaginable. The goons were loyal to their boss and would protect him at a moment's notice, but at times, Two-Face would kill his own men for failure or insubordination. Said goons in the gang are armed with everything from your conventional melee weapons to all forms of small arms.
Two-Face's Coin- He always carries with him a special coin, with one of the sides scarred like him. He makes all his important decisions dependent on a coin toss, which makes him quite unpredictable.

Law Expert- Two-Face has extensive knowledge in law and criminal justice.
Hand-to-Hand Combat(Advanced)- Dent was trained in hand to hand combat by Batman during the events of 52. He was able to demonstrate his ability when he defeated Killer Croc in a fist fight. He was also able to block some of Nightwings strikes using his training. Even before his training from Batman, Dent was a vicious fighter in his own right and kept in good shape, now his physical limits has increased.
Marksmanship- Dent paid Deathstroke to train him in the use of weapons. He is usually carrying twin pistols but he is also trained as a sniper.
Criminal Mastermind- Two-Face is a very clever opponent. He often comes up with cunning plans to achieve his goals and he has also shown some degree of skill as a detective.
Leadership- Two-Face is one of Gotham's most feared and respected super villains. He often has a following of henchmen or fanatics that help him carry out his plans.
Superpowers & Special Abilities:
Toxic Immunity- Two-Face seems capable of resisting Poison Ivy's pheromones, that bends people's actions to her will.
Weaknesses:
Two-Face's Coin- Two-Face does things according to chance and therefore relies heavily on his coin to make decisions, making the coin his Achilles' heel. Two-Face can become incapacitated simply by making him lose it or stopping him from seeing the result. However, be warned that if any of those should happen, Two-Face will be obssessed with getting it back, going in to fall blown beserker mode and tearing everything apart in his path, all to get his coin. If it goes on for long enough, Two-Face will become indecisive enough to the point of despair and madness.
The Judge- Unknown to anyone, Two-Face has developed a third personality known as The Judge and operated as a ruthless vigilante. The Judge brutally attacked Gotham's criminals using a sword or a massive gavel, cuffing them with his magnetic hand-cuffs. The Judge may even attack Two-Face himself, placing their lives at risk.
