001. I expect literacy from you. Be able to put a sentence together properly, as this is an advanced roleplay. There will be discord for this rp.
002. No one liners-- there is a two paragraph minimum per post.
003. I'm not saying you have to post everyday, but a few times a week would be nice. Please don't express interest if you can't meet this requirement. I know that things come up, and that's not what I'm talking about here.
004. Be polite and respectful. If you can't manage this, you will be kicked, and YC will be killed off.
005. This is NOT first come, first serve. There will be a writing sample required in the CS.
006. Romance isn't a must, but it's encouraged/enjoyed by most. (Note, I said most). But don't break RPN's rules. Fade to black if needed.
007. Be mature. Not saying this RP is going to break RPN's rules, but i'm saying there may be mature topics/triggers. Do not bash anyone's character or anything like that.
008. On the topic of triggers, please be respectful. Do some research if you have to. Triggers are nothing to take lightly, and if someone gets upset, don't bash them for getting upset. Warn us if your post or character has triggers/trigger warnings.
009. If you have an issue with someone, come to me first. Or be a big person and actually talk to them about it.

note: this is loosely based off of a book series (entitled Avalon: Web of Magic) that I read as a kid.

Avalon is home to magic and magical creatures of all sorts. But where there is white magic, there is dark magic, and those who seek to obtain and have power over both. Cast into shadows, Avalon is dying. The creatures cannot survive for much longer, neither can the land. With one last dying attempt, the land sends out a cry for help.

Unbeknownst to them, our characters are the mages who can save-- or destroy-- Avalon. They are all drawn to an area in the woods, the same area where Avalon sent its last call for help. They each find a stone there, and that stone will help them harness their magical energy. Later on, if they can save Avalon, they will be magically bonded with a creature as well.

But can they overcome their differences to save Avalon? Will they want to? Or will the lure of dark magic be too much for them?

So basically we have 4 (or six, depending on how much interest I get) people from all different kinds of stereotypes, etc. They have to come together to save Avalon. This will be good vs evil, self vs others, self vs self, all kinds of drama stuff that I love. This, again, will be an advanced rp. I need invested people. We will each be playing one of the 4(/6) and most likely other side characters as well, including any and all bad guys (or girls, whatev). So be prepared for that.
