The year is 2015 and the Assassin's are on the verge of extinction. With the near limitless resources of Abstergo Industries as their disposal the Templars have been the dominant power in the war for nearly a century now. With the Assassin Hunters rubbing the memories of the Colonial Assassin turned Templar Shay in the Assassin's faces. It was the final straw for one Assassin to make his decision.
On one night just like any other three Master Assassins are summoned to a small bar. Led in the backroom they are greeted by a life long friend and fellow Master Assassin. It is there he reminds his brothers and sisters of the Assassins of old. Altair who's commitment to the Brotherhood took it to new heights. Of Ezio who liberated Rome from the Borgias. And of both Arno and Connor whom saved their countries from the fires of Revolution.
For too long they have let Abstergo take control of the world. So the plan is to destroy Abstergo? No. The plan is to take Abstergo for the Assassins.
