【Character History】
Dorian Argent is a former officer of the elite XII Vanguards Legion that earned a reputation of heroism and efficiency in the war five years ago. Certain events during the course of the war left Dorian disillusioned with his cause and a mounting number of insubordination citations busted him down the ranks from Company Captain all the way to basic private. When the war ended, his commanding officer saw him reassigned to civil duty as a guardsman. Despite continued reports of insubordination and poor practice of duties, command refuses to outright dismiss the soldier in respect for his dedicated service to the county and in recognition of his numerous accrued honors.
Stuck somewhere between impossible to fire and unwilling to take his job seriously, Dorian wanders the streets in lazy patrol. He can often be found sleeping on benches or drinking rum on one of the many bridges while paying little heed to the time or the law. This isn’t to say he won’t stop something that actively goes against his moral code, but he won’t go out of his way to cite public urination or underage drinking either. Most days, Dorian can be found in or within walking distance of a tavern, doing little more than watching the world pass him by.

Despite his carefree disposition, his posture speaks of a man used to being top predator in a land of carnivores. He did not reach Company Captain in a highly effective combat unit for nothing. Anyone looking beyond a cursory glance will find the eyes of a ferocious animal hiding deep inside those lilac pools.

One might think Dorian quite the character if he decides to grace you with a conversation. Only later will you realize that he spent the entire time talking in circles and gracefully weaving in and out of the conversational dance to leave you with absolutely no personal information other than his name… if you’re lucky. Everyone is in his good graces, which is to say that nobody is. The people who know the most about Dorian are those that have seen him enough to study his actions --namely tavern keepers and bar rats.

At work Victoria is seen as a strong female leading character. She shows herself as a composed and observant individual. She can be rather strict on herself and others, but she is attentive to her teammates, especially to any troubles they may be facing. She can be especially aggressive towards those she deems as enemies, yet can be extremely loyal to her comrades.
Bio:
From a young age, Victoria knew of how much sacrifices her parents had gone through for her education and welbeing. She had decided that the best way she can repay her family was to have an honourable job. Thus she became one of the females that had volunteered in the Vanguards Legion. Currently she shifts her work between a temporary body-guard.
Compared to during the war, she's found more idle time than she'd imagined, and decided to join the police force in patrolling the city every few nights in the city.
Combat:
In battles, Victoria often finds herself in the frontlines, as she is best with short-ranged attacks. She carries around two main weapons: her katana Chinami and a short sword called Homura.
Though she has a low critical hit rate, low pain tolerance (ie. defence), she lessens the disadvantage by using her ability to read non-verbal signals. Once in battle, she uses a mix of her experience and instincts to bring her enemies to their knees.

Personality:
Jacquemin often adapts herself depending on the people she is interacting with. Within her household and with other families of high social standing, she can act timid and lady-like. She has no trouble in maintaining an elegant smile even when she needs to be firm. In contrast, when she is out in the streets, she's generally more laid-back, though just as friendly. When that happens, she's not afraid to show some of her quirkier habits. Regardless, she is always someone who is a good listener as well as able to hold up a conversation.
One fault she has is that she sees things a little too black and white at times. Though she has seen quite a lot in the city and news, she is still a little naive.

Although she grew up living in a comfortable life under the Axsword household, Jacquemin is not green around the ears. From her early teens, she has found her talent in disguises and often uses it to sneak out of her home. Having plenty of opportunities to mingle with people of different classes, she's learnt how to deal with different kinds of people.
When she is in the streets, she is either showing her true status, or dressed up as a middle-classed woman working as a puppeteer. She often likes to go to places where there are many people in the morning or late afternoon. There are a few times when she does dare to venture out in the evening during festive seasons, to her parents disapproval.

Personality:
"Machiavellian", is one word that can sum up Valeria. She is rather tomboyish, pessimistic and cautious. She lives by the principle that any friend can become an enemy at any time, and vice versa. Like many who grow up in the dangerous underworld, she is willing use immoral methods to save herself. Thus, do not be surprised that she would easily lie just to portray herself as a soft-hearted girl, or to set up her enemies against each other. Perhaps she might consider about being more docile one does become a few of those she doesn't deem dangerous. At times she can be rather robotic and cold, as she can will herself to act on what her knowledge rather than her emotions.
However, beneath the exterior is a girl who can be haunted by her fears, especially of dying. At the same time, she is struggling to define her purpose in life. At times, she feels rather empty and colourless, like her name.
Bio:
From around the age of 9, Valeria has found herself lost within the slums of the city without her memories. After a series of experiences with people there, she has built somewhat of a reputation within the network of criminals. Very rarely does she talk about her past, though the girl does have some idea of her background. She is often referred as "Valkyrie" for her high jump abilities.
Often one can find her in different parts of the city, as she offers information exchanges for anyone who she finds it worth her time.
Combat:
Though she does have experience with a long-range rifle-like weapons, Valeria rarely fights. She has fast reflexes and knows extensive parkour but she does not have much combat experience. Thus one will often find her simply running away from the battle. She often likes to use her troubleshooting and analytical skills to get her out of situations that don't go according to plan. Overall, her greatest weapon is her mind. Valeria does carry around a blade, but it's more for practical use than a weapon most of the time.
Appearance: (Three of her limbs are replaced by synthetic parts: her legs and left arm. Her lower limbs have given her the enhancement in high jumps and landing.)
