Personality:
Ruri is a young lady who just turned of age in the Fire Nation. She has had a very rebellious throughout her life. This has made her extremely feisty. Often, Ruri is described as a ‘spit-fire’. Other members of nobility around the nation would scold her father for not being able to control her behavior. Ruri can also be extremely stubborn and hot-headed. Ruri is often honest and blunt, even when you don’t want her to be. She’ll make sure you know the truth, even when you don’t want to hear it.

Although Ruri has such a ‘fiery’ personality she is very accepting and kind hearted toward all human kind. Unlike her father, she views everyone as equal. She takes time to help the poor and needy and wants to help restore peace to the nations as much as the Avatar does.

Backstory:
Ruri was born to very proud and well know Fire Nation Admiral named Admiral Katsu Kaen Hi and his wife Akemi Kaen Hi . She was raised in a harsh and unloving environment. As a noble woman growing up she was told that she was to be seen, and not heard. When she turned of age she was to be arranged to a suitable man of her father’s choosing. These were two truths has lived with her entire life. This made Ruri become extremely resilient and rebellious. She couldn’t stand being quiet or having someone else tell her what to do.

Ruri was born a non-bender. Most non-benders feel self conscious but Ruri was the opposite. She has seen first hand through her father what fire can do to people around the world. It only causes destruction and loss. For self defense, she took lessons in the art of chi blocking. Now, a master, she is able to paralyze certain body parts and take away someone's bending for a period of time.

After the war ended, she thought things were going to change for her. She celebrated while other nobles did the opposite. After Ozai was locked away, Ruri’s father and other nobles cultivated a resistance to overthrow the new Fire Lord Zuko. They didn’t want to back down from world domination when they were so close. Ruri lost all respect for her father.

When Ruri turned off age, her father made good on his promise arrange her in marriage. She was to marry a high ranking Fire General. Ruri was outraged at the thought of being arranged to a man she doesn't love and didn’t choose for herself. She didn’t want to grow old and be like her mother, wasting away her life on formal events and being a trophy wife for a man who’s killed many for world domination.

In a very heated argument about the marriage, the Admiral decided to teach Ruri a lesson. In a rage, Admiral Katsu demonstrated a fire whip that burnt part of her arm. Ruri decided that was the first and last time her father was going to hurt her.

Ruri left that night, gone without a trace. She didn’t leave a note because she knew her parents wouldn’t come looking for her. She had absolutely no idea where she was headed. She’s barely been outside the Fire Nation. There have been rumors going around that there’s a peace festival being held on earth kingdom territory and that’s where Ruri decides to head. She intends to find her place in this world. Her destiny was out there somewhere for her to discover.

Tsuneo Kita is a teen with a very physically fit body. He comes to a height about 5"10, though many would think he's shorter than that due to his usual habit of slumping his shoulders. He has messy brown hair that can easily be mistaken for black even in the day. This hair, no matter how much he may try to comb it to one side refuses to remain in its place. Rather ends are going in every which direction, though it doesn't have any unappealing look, if anything it could easily be seen as stylish. As for his eyes they are a light grey. As for clothing, it depends on where he's at and what he's doing. Averagely he wears regular fire nation attire meant for the seasons. As of now he doesn't have any blemishes or scars on his skin.

His appearance takes a turn should he have a job and need to take the persona of the Phantom Thief. While like this he wears a mask, that covers the top part of his face. As a way to also make it harder to figure out who is behind the mask, he wears color contacts (that and cause they look pretty cool), the color he wears varies, it is either a gold like color or a crimson one. For clothing itself, he wears dark clothing, and boots, all of which are tight fitting as to not restrict or get in his way (the clothing you see in the right pic is what he wears). They don't provide any kind of protection to him other than making it slightly harder to see him at night. These clothing and mask also help his identity from those who want to try and find out who he really is.

For the most part he is willing to give a helping hand to those that are striving for peace. However at the end of the day he is a freelancer, which ever side gives him the best benefit (be it money, status or attaining more knowledge on the possibilities of firebending) is the side he is more inclined to help. That being said he does have morals (admittedly not as high as some people may like) and refuses to participate in senseless killing.

He is a natural born firebender, one of which possess great talent due to how intensely he studies it as well as practice it to become better. His proficiency in the art is easy to note due to the bright blue flame he is capable of producing when he fights. While he can use orange flames if he wishes to, his go to fire is the blue, for it has more power than those average flames. Along with having the rare ability to wield blue fire, he is also learning as many sub sets to the bending style as possible. The styles he is learning (in order from the most successful to least) lightning bending, lightning redirection, energy sensing, and heat control.

As of now he is mastering the basics of firebending, while taking his time to learn the other abilities. His lightning though powerful isn't something he uses often for he knows he has a lot of work left to master this skill. While the other skills, he has only read about them, however he fully intends to do what he can to learn these abilities as well.

Tsuneo when he's just as himself, is a modest, hard working, independent, flexible man that loves a good time. He isn't one to brag about his abilities, even if its obvious he's good at what he does. He also doesn't shove into other peoples faces how rich he is (if he has money to make such a claim) or things of that nature. After all, he hates people like that, and in turn refuses to be someone that brags over silly things. Rather if complimented about his abilities or material items, he may end up downplaying things. Something of which makes it sound like he lacks confidence in his abilities, etc. Which isn't the case. Along with his modest self he is a rather hard working individual, he doesn't expect the things he wants to fall in his lap, so he will strive to gain whatever it is he set his eyes onto. While some obstacles are larger than others, he isn't one to just give up right off the bat. Even if he cant obtain what he wants right away he still does what he can to work his way to getting it. Be it more training, studying etc. He's a determined man who rarely uses the word cant, when describing something he is unable to accomplish on his first try.

Along with all of this, Tsuneo is a rather independent person. However don't mistaken this for antisocial. While he does know how to handle his life and can do things on his own if need be. He is actually an extrovert, all be it not a loud one, but an extrovert none the less. He engages in conversations, and if allowed he will join a team whether is because it is fun or simply because it can help him in the situation varies. He knows how to have a good laugh when given a joke (though he sucks at delivering jokes himself) and his feelings don't shatter the second someone insults him. While he may not like insults the last thing he would do is break due to a few harsh words. This is were his flexibility comes in, while he's not only flexible physically he is mentally as well. He is capable of having a different perspective when given a new situation, rarely does he rely on set ways to get him out of an awkward position. Rather he takes the situation at hand and does what he can to adapt and overcome it. While also doing his best to learn from the situation so mistakes aren't repeated.

Now, the personality above is when he is his everyday self. However, these personality aspects change drastically when he takes on the Phantom Thief persona. To him, the Phantom Thief is the underside of the coin that he has shown no one else. Its of no surprise that he loves being this persona, as evident from how he acts when he puts the mask on.

When like this he has a more mysterious yet confident aura surrounding him. He doesn't for the most part feel threatening (unless he tries to be, then he can look quiet terrifying), for the most part you can tell he is up to no good. Should he interact with people while like this, his words are filled with confidence and laced with sarcasm. His morality is for the most part gone, and he because far more focused on the task at hand. If he's doing a job rather than just looking around for some fun, its near impossible to stop him from completing said job. He will go to great lengths to steal whatever he has his sights on, all the while making sure he gets all the credit for the theft. Of course, while like this he isn't heartless, despite what he may try to show, he's far from that. He wont take a life, and if his actions will cause the death of another person, he immediately stops. That being said, he still a thief, if stealing causes some misfortune to a person, for the most part he wont care. Its only if his actions can cause an unjust death, does he willingly stop what he does.

When it comes to stealing he can either be hired to steal information, or some kind of trinket from another person. Along with that he sometimes just casually goes stealing things if he finds them interesting. If he has no jobs, but is rather bored during the night, he takes this persona and merely races through the town to find anything that can suit his interest.

With these two different personalities its hard to tell which one is the real Tsuneo. To answer this, both are him, there is no insane personality which he cant remember becoming. The Tsuneo you first see, is him, even if part of it is an act. Same with the Phantom Thief. If you wish to befriend him, then you will have to accept that both sides of the coin that you can see. Are in fact the being that makes up Tsuneo.

Backstory
Tensuo grew up in the streets of the Fire nation, there was never one city he could call home. While he was born on Ember Island, his family were like nomads and never stayed in one place for a long period of time. After all due to the activities they did there, if they remained that would only draw attention to them. For his family belong to a loooong line of crooks. Be it gangmembers, thieves, cutthroats etc. Some were more violent then others, while some were more manipulative. As one could imagine, growing up with a family who barely knew what the world morals were, he took on a lot of traits that they had. One trait he didn't get from his father nor his mother was his ability to bend, for both of them were nonbenders, so they were rather surprise when they produced a child that could do so. Unsurprisingly, this shock of theirs wore off swiftly and rather than started to use him for many scams and such at a very young age.

Tensou didn't really understand what he was doing was wrong, but what he did know was that he loved doing these things. He found a good deal of joy in what they were doing and had no qualms with it. He did his best to make his parents and family happy, by stealing what he could and learning what he could as well. For they found the use of firebending was quite useful to say the least in their life of crime. For the most part, things were fine. That is till his parents started to exploit him even more due to his abilities and his impressive learning speed. At first there was no issue, just slightly harder jobs but no biggie. Soon however, when he reached around the age of 14 his parents started making him do more morally questionable jobs, many of which didn't leave a good taste in his mouth.

This taste became unbearable when the family had been asked to kill off a few people who were interfering in a business man's life a bit too much. The family was told to kill all the people in the house of the non bender family, a job the family agreed to. It was simple, all Tensou had to do was just burn down the house after all he blocked all the exits. Which is what he did, till he reached the part where he actually had to burn the house down. When it came time to do it, he found himself completely unable to do it, not only did he fail, but for the first time in his life did he turn in someone that hired his family over to law enforcement.

As one could imagine his family were outright furious. They lost a big client and now their names were dragged through the mud. This wasn't something they had any intention of forgiving. However, before they could punish Tensou, he ran from the group, his family. He knew that pulling the stunt he did would be met with a serve punishment, no matter the blood relation. Fearing for his own life, he ran and didn't look back.

Its been five years since then, and he's still on the run from them. His family isn't a group of people that just forgive and forget. He knows if he ever shows up in front of them again they would most certainly punish him in an unimaginable way. So he keeps running, doing jobs here and there and just living his life as he sees fit. Honestly, he has little regret for leaving the family. For now he can do his own thing, and sure he had some rough times living alone as a child. However he was able to put himself together and make it work. Now he seeks to achieve his dream, of not only making the name Phantom Thief, be known through out the four nations, but also his dream of becoming a master at not just fire bending but all the subsets as well (he also as a dream of seeing a living dragon one day)

Nation: Earth Kingdom (With Fire Nation Blood)​

Take a different road.//​

Alliance:
His father is forcing him to take a stand against those in the Fire Nation who want to oppress the Earth Kingdom once again. But, really, he just wants to be able to read his books.
Appearance:
Noel is a young man with beige-blond hair and bright blue eyes. His hair is often messy, with long strands on the right side of his face framing his cheeks. He wears one blue stud in each ear and has very narrow eyes. At 5'8", he's not the tallest boy, but he still towers over his mother. Noel also has a beauty mark under his left eye that seems to give him more character than his parents give him credit for. As for clothes, he is often wearing fancy clothes or his school uniform due to his status as a "noble" in the Earth Kingdom. Along with his normal "fancy" attire is a constantly pissed-off expression. When he smiles, it is truly magnificent.
Type of Bending:
Earth Bending
Noel has the ability to use rocks and the earth around him, molding it to suit his purposes. He is still attempting to further this ability into mastery of Metal Bending, invented by Toph Beifong, but he has yet to make any progress. Extremely hard rock is slightly harder to bend for him than others.
Personality:
If given the chance, Noel is really a nice person. However, due to the stresses in his life and the overwhelming grief he still fears for his brother and uncle, he puts on a cold front more often than not. His perpetually pissed-off expression and apathetic or blunt responses give others the sense that he is annoyed with the world. While this is mostly true, this behavior is mostly an effect of the training his father has been drilling into him to become the next head of family.

Despite growing up in a noble family, Noel is not spoiled in any way. Though his father discourages such activity, he tries to help those in need whenever he can, something that has made his mother proud (not that she tells him). His charity is well-known among his region of the Earth Kingdom, which has resulted in the title of the "Soft-Hearted Wolf." His bark is worse than his bite, as some say, but when he barks, it is certainly bad.

Noel has a tendency to take his anger out on others without meaning to. This anger comes from constant stress, but it is nonetheless misplaced on others. He can snap at any moment with a temper he tries desperately to contain. Should he catch himself, however, he will apologize for needlessly snapping, though he certainly will not apologize if defending himself in the face of insults.

It may be hard to tell, but Noel has a very strong moral compass. He knows right from wrong, justice from injustice, war from peace. This morality comes in handy when making big decisions, but all he wants is for the world to be at peace. When visiting his uncle's grave, he often asks, "Why can't everyone be like you? Why can't we all get along?"

For months afterward, the Mori family mourned the loss of Eli, the first son, and Caden. Finally, Noel's parents paid him attention, but it was not the kind he was hoping for. With Eli gone, the weight of the future head of family fell on his shoulders. From the moment he watched his brother and uncle's bodies descend into the ground, Noel has been training to take over the Mori family. However, he would much rather spend his life as a musician or something more plain. The only good thing that has come out of his training is that he has gained more skill in Earth Bending.

His father is forcing him to take a stand against those in the Fire Nation who want to oppress the Earth Kingdom once again. But, really, he just wants to be able to read his books.​

Appearance:​

Noel is a young man with beige-blond hair and bright blue eyes. His hair is often messy, with long strands on the right side of his face framing his cheeks. He wears one blue stud in each ear and has very narrow eyes. At 5'8", he's not the tallest boy, but he still towers over his mother. Noel also has a beauty mark under his left eye that seems to give him more character than his parents give him credit for. As for clothes, he is often wearing fancy clothes or his school uniform due to his status as a "noble" in the Earth Kingdom. Along with his normal "fancy" attire is a constantly pissed-off expression. When he smiles, it is truly magnificent.​

Type of Bending:​

Earth Bending​

Noel has the ability to use rocks and the earth around him, molding it to suit his purposes. He is still attempting to further this ability into mastery of Metal Bending, invented by Toph Beifong, but he has yet to make any progress. Extremely hard rock is slightly harder to bend for him than others.​

Personality:​

If given the chance, Noel is really a nice person. However, due to the stresses in his life and the overwhelming grief he still fears for his brother and uncle, he puts on a cold front more often than not. His perpetually pissed-off expression and apathetic or blunt responses give others the sense that he is annoyed with the world. While this is mostly true, this behavior is mostly an effect of the training his father has been drilling into him to become the next head of family.​

Despite growing up in a noble family, Noel is not spoiled in any way. Though his father discourages such activity, he tries to help those in need whenever he can, something that has made his mother proud (not that she tells him). His charity is well-known among his region of the Earth Kingdom, which has resulted in the title of the "Soft-Hearted Wolf." His bark is worse than his bite, as some say, but when he barks, it is certainly bad.​

Noel has a tendency to take his anger out on others without meaning to. This anger comes from constant stress, but it is nonetheless misplaced on others. He can snap at any moment with a temper he tries desperately to contain. Should he catch himself, however, he will apologize for needlessly snapping, though he certainly will not apologize if defending himself in the face of insults.​

It may be hard to tell, but Noel has a very strong moral compass. He knows right from wrong, justice from injustice, war from peace. This morality comes in handy when making big decisions, but all he wants is for the world to be at peace. When visiting his uncle's grave, he often asks, "Why can't everyone be like you? Why can't we all get along?"​

  Both Aizah and her mother were forced to pretend to be non benders to the public. Due to Aizah's unpredictable nature, she was isolated from the public for the first 7 years of her life so she wouldn't slip up and reveal their secret. Aizah's mother offered what training she could in secret, which mainly consisted of healing due to the Northern Water Tribe's traditions. It was a bit like living a double life, one side of her an adventurous water bender in training, the other a non-bending fire nation noble girl.
  She attended gatherings of nobles and mingled with the other noble children all while hiding behind a demure smile. She was the perfect fire nation girl, aside from the fact that she couldn't bend.
  When the day came that it was finally safe to travel, (about a year ago,) Aizah took a page out of her mother's book and chose to travel, first going to the Northern Water Tribe in search of a master. Aizah, wanting to learn quickly, devoted all of her energy into perfecting her craft. It wasn't long before she grew restless, however. They gifted her a few water scrolls before she left so she could continue to practice on the road. From there she traveled around, visiting every place she could find, experiencing everything she could. She made friends all over the road, although she never told any of them that she is actually a fire nation girl. None of them suspected it, anyway.
  Recently she heard of a peaceful gathering of people, and naturally she had to attend.

Backstory: osamaru grew up with soka and katara. When the two left he continued to help the tribe. He left after they were gone for two months and traveled to the earth nation. Osamaru lived their for a time before being attacked by zuko and captered by azula. Azula fell in love with him and trained him in fire bending before letting him go. After osamaru left he met anng and battled with him. Osamaru now is in the mountains and dose not know of the unrest as he did not engage in the battle with the fire lord and left before the war ended.

She also had an older brother, Takumi Chou who her father was training to be the next in a long line of generals.

When she was six was when things really started to fall apart. Natsumi was teaching Takumi the art of blue fire bending as she was a master of it when everything went wrong. Takumi was slowly getting the hang of handling the blue flame when his powers spiked and he completely lost control. Akane screamed in horror as her mothers whole body was enclosed in bright blue flames. It felt like forever before they could put out the flames while her mother lay on the ground, twitching.

Her family was never the same afterwards. Her mother wasn't exactly suffering as her nerve endings were burned so badly that she wouldn't be able to feel anything ever again. She never spoke anymore she kind of just sat in the her wheelchair and stared off into space. The only time any noise left her is when she screamed in her sleep. She wasn't her mother anymore, she was a ghost of her former self.

What's even worse than that is what happened to her father. He was never the same afterwards and often blamed her brother for what had happened to his wife. He was no longer loving only strict and ruthless, treating his children like worthless members of his army. He woke them up each morning at dawn training his brother till late in the night while she was sent to strict lady classes. Her father had always told her that she could marry for love but now that his was taken away from him, he wasn't going to let her have it either.

Osamu trained Natsumi everyday from dawn to midnight, each day making it harder for him until one day he broke. Akane's brother ran off into the night never to return again. And with her brother gone her fathers only focus for his anger was her. Each day was agony and torment, being told she wasn't good enough, being burned whenever she spoke out of turn or did something unladylike. But her time to escape came as well.

After the war had ended and the nobles plotted a note was given to her. It had been four years since she had heard from her brother but here was a note from one of his friends he had met while travelling. The note detailed how to get out and to meet up with her brother at the peace council where they could finally be free. It detailed that the writer would meet up with her in one of the towns on the road to her destination. So off she went without a second thought but the female did take a moment to leave a note for her father. Backstory:
Osamaru grew up in a small water nation town. He was found wrapped in a fire nation sail. The water tribe that found him thought to raise him to be kind.

When osamaru turned six, he found out why he was found. Osamarus father was an earthbender and his mother a firebender.

Osamaru soon met his sowrds teacher who tought him fire bending and sowrds. After learning fire bending osamaru met an old air bender and left his tribe. Osamaru travled for the rest of his time. When osamaru found out the war had ended, the great sowrds master disappeared into the mountains to head to the Abby and tell his two teachers he wanted peace.

Family: Daughter of a Unknown Spirit and a Human.
Type of Bending: Has Energy Bending due to her rather ridiculous amount of Spiritual Power upon her birth + a few other factors that took place prior to her birth that determined how strong she was . One of such is that her Father was a spirit , and her Mother was a Human Medium . She was a hybrid of the two , something that has never been stated to have ever happened before .
Special Abilities: Has had a almost ludicrous amount of Spiritual Energy , albeit for the most part won't have access to it . Due to this, and unknown factors , she has spiritual strength impressive , meaning there is a good possibility her spiritual strength and power as a Energy Bender, can be at least be compared to the likes of Azula or possibly even her Father at his highest shown peak as a Firebender at her highest possible potential. However, due to many locks on her power , she will be starting off as weak as Early Aang levels, and work her way up. She also has the uncanny ability to sense Spirits naturally , as well as Astral Projection, which gives her a temporary incredible boost in power by controlling her spirit and harmonizing it with the world. However, it serves as a double-edged sword, as despite the strength increase, it hurts her more and more as time goes on . In about ten minutes of using it, she collapses .

Personality: Hanikamiya, nicknamed Hani, is known to be an incredibly shy girl. She was diagnosed as having a Social Anxiety at the tender age of five years of age. She doubts that anyone truly loves and cares for her, the persona shaping her core being the longer she stayed at the Orphanage. She was stated to be very nervous around new people, as shown when introduced to several members of her Orphanage . However, she has shown to be very sweet and concerned about others well-being, and is more than likely to help others than hurt them. This in and of itself is why she decided to join the Peacemakers
