The All Seeing Eye

So if you read the title I am hoping to make a RWBY rp, most that make an rp of sorts tends to fail, my first one did and thus did my second however that one was about the bad guys. But I have a few ideas revolving around the Universe. This is to see if anyone would like to join or not, I am not sure if I will make it or not fully because I am hoping to make a Life is Strange rp as well and college is starting soon and it will probably be really hard seeing how it is my first year. So lets get to it.
1. For my first idea I was thinking of just making a normal RWBY rp with baddies and such and just go from there. Pretty self explanatory.
2. My idea I really like takes a bit of explaining to do. The city of vale has begun to fall to the Grimm lead by some sort of person , not sure what it will be yet but we will see. The city has been overrun with Grimm, ones that Vale has seen before and some that are new, all lead by one big bad guy. Many would think, why not send in the robots and have them fight. Well, some of these monsters are too strong, and some can also disable electronics, and so can their leader. New types of grimm are being found and the mass amounts that attacked the city on the fateful day just ended up taking over, the horde destroyed all that defended the city. Probably has a lot of holes which I will try to patch if I decide this as the idea I want. Beacon still stands but barley. They have many hunters at the establishment and they are trying to defend it but they wont last long. So in an effort to save vale, the surrounding cities have decided to send their best fighters and such to help push the horde back and reclaim vale. But that is not all. Seeing how that is not enough, the people of vale had to look to someone else, people who needed some redeeming. And it is not the Faunus.
In such times of need who better to save the world, then the people who want to rule it. They also need Villains to help, some of Vale's Most Wanted. Crazy crazy I know. The Villains would be some of the strongest and worst evildoers out there, ones that are physically strong and can send the grimm back, kind of like the suicide squad. So combine Villains, Some of Beacons finest, Mistrals finest, Vacuos finest, and atlases finest.
It will be heavily geared towards fighting and violence. I understand there is quite a bit more the explain so ask if you have any other questions.
3. And last but not least a rp about the bad guys, pretty self explanatory, they would start in jail, break out and chaos would ensue, there would be like a team or two of good guys in this as well.
