A Regressive Bet

Heart melting, Gabriel turned his head and saw that Cas was staring at him. "Turned out pretty sweet, huh? Nothin' like me," the archangel remarked.

Feeling almost bad that Sammy had given him his favorite plushie, Dean leaned forward and planted a wet baby kiss on the younger's cheek. Then, looking up at seeing Cas, the older Winchester babbled, trying to tell the angel to get his favorite plushie too. It only seemed fair.

Cas nodded, and grabbed Dean's favorite dinosaur plushie from the diaper bag, handing it to him.

Sam blushed whenever Dean kissed his cheek.

Giving Sam his dinosaur plushie, Dean patted the younger's head and smiled, eyes crinkling at the corners. He liked making Sammy happy.

Sam giggled and held the dinosaur close to his chest, not ever wanting to let it go. It was special, because his brother gave it to him.

Both holding each other's plushies, the two Winchesters looked beyond adorable. It would be a sad moment when they had to depart.

Gabriel quirked a brow when a thought popped into his head, and he asked Cas, "Hey, bro. How did Dean take the whole...being a baby thing?"

"Well, he hated it, at first, but slowly got used to it, and now, he loves it." Cas says, as he watches the brothers.

Sam giggled as he let out a fart and started to mess his diaper.

The golden-eyed angel nodded, "Same thing with Sammoose. Kid's adorable," he boasted. Now he was starting to turn into one of those obnoxious fathers that bragged about everything. But seeing as Sam had messed his diaper, Gabriel tsked playfully as he picked up the younger and started to change him.

Following his brother, Dean messed his diaper also, before giggling innocently.

Cas sighed softly, and picked Dean up, laying him down on his travel changing mat, and changing him.

Sam giggled and squirmed as Gabriel was changing him, giving him a hard time.

"Alright, giggles. Stay still," Gabriel said, expression warm and light, as he finished changing Sam's diaper.

Hearing Cas sigh at him, Dean misinterpreted it as his Daddy being mad at him. He didn't mean to make a mess, and the dirty-blond whimpered.

Sam smiled and kicked his long legs, happy to be in a fresh diaper.

Cas frowned at hearing Dean whimper, and rubbed his tummy, as he started to change his diaper.

Taking Sam off of the changing mat, Gabriel set his baby back down on the floor, so he could keep playing with Dean and his toys.

Calming down at Cas rubbing his tummy, Dean was silent throughout the changed but looked around the nursery curiously. It was kind of like his own. When Daddy sat him back down on the floor with Sammy, the older Winchester babbled loudly and played with the plushie his brother gave him.

Gabriel's smile grew as he watched the brothers have their plushies talk to each other. While it was nothing more than strings of baby babble, with "Dee" and "Sammy" thrown in and out, it was pretty cute.

Grinning, Gabriel teased, "What are ya bein' shy for, kiddo?"

Giggling at Sammy's shyness towards his Daddy, Dean looked up and saw Cas once more. Waving at his own Daddy, green eyes sparkled with love and innocence. He loved his Daddy too, even if he was kind of strict sometimes.

Cas looked down at Dean, and gave him a smile in return.

Sam just giggled and crawled over to Gabriel, hugging his legs. "Daddy..." He cooed.

Leaning a bit and ruffling the taller's hair, Gabriel felt his heart melt even more, until it was just a puddle. He was lucky to have Sam. "I think you're more of a koala than a moose, Sam," he commented.

Picking Sam up, Gabriel held the taller close and kissed Sam's cheek loudly, feeling particularly silly and affectionate. A common duo now.

Feeling a bit left out, Dean whined and made grabby hands for Cas, wanting to be picked up too.

Cas smiled and picked Dean up, gently rubbing his back.

Sam let out a soft yawn, and rubbed at his eyes, getting sleepy from all the playing he'd been doing.

Smiling at Sam's yawn, Gabriel said, "Wanna take a nap with Dean-o?"

Hearing that, Dean perked up despite his own sleepy state. Looking up at Cas, the green-eyed man gave the best pout he could do. If Sam could do puppy-dog eyes, Dean could pout.

Sam nodded, and let out another yawn.

Cas smiled softly, and picked Dean up, carrying him over to Sam's crib, and gently laying him down.

Following suit, Gabriel laid Sam down in his crib beside Dean. Ruffling the taller's long chestnut hair, and brushing a kiss against Sam's forehead, the angel thought everything was perfect.

Rolling onto his side, Dean wrapped his arms around his little brother protectively and nuzzled him sleepily.

Sam smiled and shifted a bit, getting comfortable.

Cas stood over the crib, and smiled down at the two boys. They really were quite adorable.

Once the two Winchesters fell asleep together, Gabriel turned and smiled fondly at Cas. "So, how long are you and Dean-o gonna stay here? I think they're gonna be hard to separate," he remarked.
