A Regressive Bet

AStarorTwo

Two Thousand Club
"I'll show 'im, I just know it." Gabriel muttered under his breath, watching Sam below him sleep in a large crib. The archangel had made a bet with Castiel, that he could take care of a baby. Admittedly, Gabriel was a bit skeptical about it, but he was going to try his best and win this bet if it was the last he'd do. So, he had cast a mental regression spell on Sam, since it seemed the best option.

Sam rolled over in his sleep, and whimpered softly, shifting uncomfortably, as a hissing sound was heard, and the young man's diaper started to swell up, and become heavy. This, of course, woke Sam from his sleep, who opened his eyes and looked around confusedly. He didn't remember falling asleep in a giant crib, or having a diaper and baby clothes put on him. His thoughts swirled around in his head, and he just broke down, and started to cry.

"Shit," Gabriel breathed, before he rushed to pick up the taller. It was a bit awkward, giving their height difference, but the golden-eyed man soon managed. "Hey, kiddo. S'okay, I'll make it better. Promise," he cooed gently as he laid Sam down on the large changing mat, removing Sam's onesie and untaping his diaper. Getting the diaper supplies, Gabriel soon started to change the taller, hoping he could do this.

Sam was fussy, and started kicking and squirming, as Gabriel was changing his diaper. He didn't like all these new feelings, and was very uncomfortable with this whole situation. The last thing he remembers is that he was at the bunker with Dean, then there was a bright flash of light, and he was out for a while, until he had woken up a few minutes ago.

"Hey, come on, this won't take too long." Gabriel replied to Sam's fussing. Thankfully, he was done changing the taller's diaper, and the archangel smiled, proud of himself.

Sam slowly started to calm down, as he felt nice and dry again. Squirming, the hazel-eyed man tried to sit up, but really struggled at it, and eventually, he just gave up, laying there on the changing mat, bringing his fingers to his mouth and sucking on them.

"No, don't do that, kiddo." Gabriel worried, before removing Sam's fingers from his mouth and replacing them with a pacifier, along with helping the taller get into a sitting position. It seemed like there'd be a lot of things Sam needed support with, which was to be expected.

Sam grumbled, and sucked the pacifier curiously, his eyelids drooping a tiny bit, as he started to calm down, from the gentle sucking rythm. However, the former hunter found that sitting up was very difficult now, even with assistance.

Huffing a knowing laugh at Sam's grumbles, Gabriel picked the taller up and placed him on his hip, hoping that this would work out. Wouldn't be easy for either of them, if it didn't.

"You hungry or anythin', kiddo?" Gabriel asked, tone light and offering.

Sam looked at Gabriel, and gave him a glare, knowing that something was very wrong, by the way he was acting. He wanted to find out why he was dressed like a baby, but being unable to walk, or even really talk, kept that from happening.

Smirking knowingly at the fact Sam was glaring at him, Gabriel carried him over to the kitchen and sat him in a highchair, before he started to make something for both of them to eat.

Sam fussed and wailed, as he sat in the highchair, squirming and kicking his long legs, as he tried to get out. He didn't wanna be in there.

"I know you don't wanna be here, Sammoose. But just try and make the best of it, yeah?" Gabriel said, voice mildly pleading the way someone inexperienced would say. Snapping his fingers, and making the food be cooked and ready to devour, the archangel sat down beside Sam and tried to calm the taller. This wasn't going to be easy...

Sam fussed again, and pounded his hands against the highchair tray, his face red with anger. He was NOT a happy baby, at all.

What the hell do I do? Gabriel wondered frantically. It seemed like there was no possible solution to his. Sam was angry, as easily shown by him banging his hands against the highchair tray. Maybe it would be best for the taller to calm down on his own...

"Guess I'm gonna have to do this..." the archangel muttered, quickly removing Sam from his highchair and carrying the hazel-eyed man to his playpen, making sure it was devoid of toys. Placing Sam inside, Gabriel said, "Until you calm down, you're staying in here."

Sam just sat there, looking around curiously. When he saw Gabriel leaving him, he poked out his bottom lip and sniffled as silent tears dripped down his face.

Turning around, and frowning slightly at Sam's tears, Gabriel headed back to the playpen and peered inside, gold eyes flickering with sincerity, "Didn't want to do that, buddy. Will you be good from now on?" the archangel wondered, tone firm.

Sam looked up at Gabriel and nodded, making grabby hands for him, whimpering when his tummy started to growl. He would be a good boy, from now on. He hated being all alone in that playpen.

"Good boy, Sasquatch. Now let's eat!" Sitting the hazel-eyed man back in his highchair, the archangel started to feed Sam, thinking that maybe taking care of someone wasn't so bad after all.

Sam opened his mouth and allowed Gabriel to feed him, getting a little messy, of course, but he was just a baby, he couldn't help it.

Huffing a laugh, Gabriel smirked impishly, "Someone's messy."

Once Sam had been done eating, the archangel wiped the mess from his face and asked, "Feel any better?" He didn't expect an answer, but it was better than completely ignoring the younger.

Sam let out a soft gurgle and nodded his head, looking around the room curiously, and then fussing to get out of his highchair.

Immediately removing Sam from the highchair, Gabriel carried him to the living room where a large pile of toys laid on a soft blanket. The archangel hoped the taller would be up for playing with the toys.

Laying the long-haired man on the blanket, Gabriel ruffled Sam's hair.

Sam smiled a bit at his hair being ruffled. Then, he picked up a toy, and looked at it curiously, wondering what it did.

Keeping a close eye on the former hunter, Gabriel simply sat on the couch behind Sam and soon saw that the younger didn't know what to do with his toy.

"Oh, you squeeze it like this," he said, gripping a hand around the toy and doing it, "and it does this," as a result, a squeaking sound emitted from the toy.
