Natalie's body would look at Kaze. D'izzour said "Yeah, That I'm tagging along with Natalie. Currently, she's meditating. She's given me control over the body while she recuperates her energies, but she's really just planning our next attack, and thinking of a proper way to apologize about breaking Faust's mask. But whaddya want? If you need Natalie urgently I'll wake her up, but is there a way I can help you?"

D'izzour was observing Kaze on both the spiritual and physical realms, noticing he had a few talismans containing spirits. "I see you've captured a few of my kind to do your bidding... have to be smart to keep tabs on five at once."

Drui remained behind Ellis, only a few feet or so though. When he produced flame on his hand, she peered around his side to look at it for a curious second before smirking. She nearly opened her mouth to make a teasing joke, but her mouth snapped shut and she sighed. Now wasn't the time or place for jokes, as much as it was a good opportunity. When they fought off the zombies and skeletons, Drui just used a minor holy spell and hit them where it counted. With their group, they made quick work of the easy monsters.

When they went up the stairs and witnessed another Death Knight being utterly destroyed by an unknown women with immense power, Drui's body tensed as she didn't know if this women was friend or foe. If she was strong enough to kill a Death Knight so easily and spoke of coming into this place to 'kill time' then they didn't stand a chance. However, the women didn't attack them, but rather gave them advice on dealing with their next obstacle, and also commenting on how she thought Ellis would have been stronger.

Drui frowned at the woman, her eyes narrowing in suspicion. She wasn't sure she trusted this woman after being so evasive, refusing to give her name and being so interested in her darling Ellis. She stepped just a tab bit closer to Ellis as she eyed the unnamed witch. "I don't trust her," she said openly once the woman had vanished. "Maybe Cyrus knows who she is, but for now, how about Ki'Tavi grabs the artifact and we make a run for our lives. I can cast a few buffs and debuffs."

"Holy to harm the undead thing and slow to keep it hopefully from catching up once the scroll ends, and speed to make us get the hell out of here quicker," Drui said as she began to summon three instruments, one for each spell. "Ooh, I wonder, maybe I can cast the slow on the scroll and make it a combo! I've never tried that before, but it could work much better than just leaving an instrument behind for it to destroy to end the debuff."

She grinned at Ellis, thinking she was being fairly creative and she was returning to her habit of always keeping a smile on her face.[/div][/div][/div]

Aurelia Granne Salmira-Albichyr
Location: Trostenwald
Interactions: Avaline ( Alteras Alteras )

"Your Highness.", a man approached Aurelia - who was sitting down on a chair one the end of a table. The other seat, which lay on the other side, was empty.

"Yes?", she responded, not even averting her gaze from the various papers placed before her - each filled with its own essential information, whether it be news of other lands, reports from her followers, or merely spreading rumors.

"Lady Blanche of Fairfax has arrived."

Aurelia finally turned her gaze to the person addressing her.

"Escort her in.", she said. "And keep it discreet. We need not grab attention from those who might be our enemies."

"As you wish, Your Highness."

The man then, promptly left to fetch the noble who has recently arrived, with her carriage. Aurelia, on the other hand, cleared the table of the papers - folding them neatly and placing them to the side. A clean presentation gives off a good impression, and that is just what she needed for this encounter.

Holo-Cyrus/Oohgie the Troll/Montgomery | Feywild, Oberon's Forest | Fable Fable

More impressive? "What's that supposed to mean?" He folded his arms and frowned, tapping his foot against the ground; ostentatiously making it clear that he was offended. The half-elf clearly had a lot of pride and Veth stabbed a dagger into it.

She stated a few additional conditions. Montgomery smiled wryly and stabbed a finger in her direction with explicit confidence, saying "Sure. But no matter what we play, I'm going to win. I'm a master of games.... So, what is it we're playing?"

Oohgie shot a hesitant glance toward Veth but didn't say anything. Even if limited in mental capacity, he was dimly aware that Veth was smarter than him, so he trusted her judgment in taking on the bandit.

"It means exactly as it is implied," Veth replied simply. When he approved of the deal, she stood there for a second before speaking again, "One moment, this one owes Oohgie payment. If you are going to rob us, then at least I should pay him first. She casually walked over to Oohgie, opening her leather pouch and digging out a single gold coin and handing it to him wordlessly. That wasn't the only thing she took out, she also took the small jade feline figure and grasped it in her hand, hiding it from view as she walked back over the the bandit chief.

"Let us begin then," she stated cooly, taking a casual stance as she stoically stared at the bandit leader. She waited for him to do the same and the moment he did, she focused her mana on the figurine within her closed hand summoning it forth to aid her. She'd lived almost three years amongst mercenaries and had learned that there were some one simply could not make honorable deals with. Besides, she was fully within the rules, she did say they could blink, speak and such. So, her actions were well within the rules because her expression didn't change at all as she brought forth the beast that had been gifted to her by the Great Tree.

The moment the bandits were startled and her victory clear Veth did something extremely rare, she smirked at the startled leader.[/div][/div][/div]

Viska
Location: In the dungeon
Action: Asking Bem some Questions
Interaction: Bem ( Noble Scion Noble Scion )

Viska walked in the dungeon with her Lumos balls hanging around the place. The pitter patter of her feet echoing in the empty stone halls of the dungeon. She looked at Bem, almost surprised.

"You don't remember me? We met a week or two ago in the dining hall when Cyrus returned! I'm Viska though. I do have some questions, you are fascinating you know. I've never met a person like you before, and you look so awesome and cool."

In a weird way, Viska sounded like she was returning back to normal, maybe the effects of her depression were going away. Sadly the more she talked, the more she sounded sick, and occasionally she would caugh really hard. This didn't faze her though as her more cheerful personality came through.

"My first question is one that I have had since I first saw you. You don't seem to like magic, I was curious as to why. Second question, why do you look so cool? You're so.... Fashionable!"

Viska has no real Fashion sense, she just things everything looks cool. Also she has no idea what the word Fashion means anyways, it's supposed to deal with clothes or something so she seems to think it's another word for Cool in terms of clothing.

"Oh and Final question I think.... Why are you out here alone? Where are your people?"

Holo-Cyrus/Oohgie the Troll/Montgomery | Feywild, Oberon's Forest | Fable Fable

Oohgie looked at Veth as she handed him a golden coin. The troll stared, dumbstruck, then took the coin and stepped back, more or less understanding that Veth was challenging Montgomery and had to pay him in case something happened to her.

Montgomery and Veth faced each other. He kept his arms folded and his facial muscles loose, forming into an indifferent frown.

A feline beast jumped out of Veth's palms. Montgomery shrieked and fell on his back, then frowned when he realized the beast isn't attacking.

He averted his gaze, knowing he had lost. He stood up, then begrudgingly handed Veth her winnings. "You win." Inside the small bag was a bunch of small, gray stones and a few copper coins intended to make it seem like the bag had more money than one would bet from looking. The blue crystal was a cheap, uncut topaz, but it'd still fetch a nice price of around five or six gold pieces.

Oohgie let out a cheerful grunt. "Victory!" he laughed heartily.

Veth regarded Montgomery with her blue eyes ad the large feline stood there proudly. She left the beast out should he decide to order them to attack. When he tossed her the bag with the blue crystal, Veth opened it and looked it over. She really hadn't wanted or needed the item. She placed it back into the bag and tossed it to Oohgie, "Here, you can have this, this one has no need of it."

She looked Montgomery directly in his eyes, something which tended to make most uncomfortable for a variety of reasons, "This one suspects you might not accept such a defeat, and she suggests you simply take your loss for what it is rather than make a rash and regretful decision later. This one thanks you for the game and shall leave your territory without violence. Should we meet again, let us play another game."

With that Veth took control of her horse once again and began to continue towards the castle, the feline followed after her, giving a warning snarl as it passed by a few of the bandits and caused them to take a few steps back. Once she felt it was a safe enough distance, she allowed the figurine to return to it's small jade form, placing it back into the safety of her pouch.[/div][/div][/div]

Reinhardt Reinhardt [/div][/div] [div class=AvaContent]Avaline alighted from her carriage, still dressed in her armor. She was greeted by a man and led through the courtyard, into the building, and through the hallways. Behind her, her faithful butler followed suit. They stopped at the door, and after a light announcement of their arrival, allowed in.

Walking in, Avaline looked around the room before finally settling her eyes on the lady seat at the table. She greeted the woman with a curt bow, barely leaning forward. It was a fairly minimal amount of respect towards the princess. It served only as a manner of respect and didn't acknowledge Aurelia as a military superior nor as a object of loyalty. This was common among the nobles of Fairfax when they were in the presence of Bowerstone's Royalty, as many of the nobles hold long standing grudges toward the crown. The fact that they didn't perform the more customary greeting was simply a way of expressing Fairfax's rebellious nature.

Avaline walked toward the other end of the table and was seated. As tea was prepared before them, she began to introduce herself. "Your highness, I presume? I am Avaline Leonne de Blanche, Leader of the Northern Albion Army and Head of the House of Blanche. Thank you for inviting me here." Holo-Cyrus/Oohgie the Troll | Feywild, Oberon's Forest | Fable Fable

Oohgie caught the bag in his stout fingers and smiled gleefully.

The bandits patiently looked off into the distance as Veth left.

Oohgie led Veth for another hour until they reached a location called Titania's Castle. There were hundreds of smaller trees scattered in front of the gate. Small, glowing pixies floated around from one to another, living their day-to-day life.

A few, tall elf-like figures stood near the open gate in half-plate suits of armor of golden color and holding spears and shields; Veth could only assume they were guards.

Two of the guards stepped forward, extending their hands in a 'stop' gesture. One of them said something in another language, and Holo-Cyrus appeared beside Veth and translated: "Thoust approaches Her Majesty's Splendorous Castle. State thy name and business."

"This one is Veth and she seeks an audience with King Oberon. Is he here?" Cyrus translated to the guards, then back.

"Nope."

"This one would like to hear this directly from the Queen, please."

"Oberon is in his residence in the center of the forest. You're not from here, are you? You don't look Eladrin."

"This one is a Lecethian. The Wizard Cyrus has sent this one to speak with King Oberon."

"Lecethian, huh... I don't recognize a race like that, but 'Wizard Cyrus' rings a bell. Is that him?" The guard pointed at the translating wizard.

"In a manner, yes."

"Very well. You may come in. Please, wait in the courtyard until you receive permission to speak with the Queen."

With that, the door opened up to reveal the castle's interior. To the right and left were several houses, presumably belonging to the servants who lived here. There were stables to the right. In the center, there was a large courtyard with a well surrounded by several trees planted in a circular fashion.

Eladrin and several, gray-skinned, white-eyed elf-like creatures walked around and spoke with each other. At each street, there was at least one guard posted at all times.

Going further in, there was a set of stairs that led into the castle proper. It was a decent-sized building from large, magically glowing stones and with colorful, tinted glass circular windows. Its architectural style wasn't typical for a castle, more reminiscent of a palace built from stone.

From three guards near the stairs, one of them received a hand signal from the two at the gate. He walked into the castle, presumably to fetch for permission from the Queen.

Oohgie followed after Veth, while Holo-Cyrus disappeared. The guards regarded the troll with caution and a degree of disgust.

Veth affirmed to the guards she would remain within the courtyard until she was either permitted to see the Queen or was sent away without an audience. She eyed the strange buildings and those she had never seen before, those grey-skinned ones with their white eyes bothered her slightly. She noticed how the guards regarded Oohgie and wondered why they were so bothered by him. Yes, he was a troll, and maybe he wasn't the most intelligent, but he was friendly, happy, and thus far loyal. He hadn't tried to harm her since their deal, nor had he fled when she had given him his payment early. No, Oohgie had remained with her even to this point.

She had disliked using Cyrus's name to gain access to the Queen, but at this point she would use what she had as needed to further her mission. Besides, it also let her indirectly learn more about her friend in this manner, as he had clearly been to this realm and made a name for himself with many.[/div][/div][/div]

Ronan Khinganme
Location: Training Grounds
In Vicinity: Silver Wolf Silver Wolf : Julia LostHaven LostHaven

It had now been a month and a half since Ronan joined the guild, he had taken his time familiarizing himself with the place but hadn't interacted with many of these so called "heroes" yet. He preferred to keep to himself for now, just while learned how things worked, he also wasn't using his powers very often and avoided to do so. However, a certain someone had began to voice his discontent and boredom with all the fetching and gathering quests they were doing, as well as the lack of "heat".

As Ronan practiced his sword he heard the insistent nagging of Seymour.

"Uuuuggghhh why are we still here ronnie!? We could be traveling all over the place with that pretty little seal they gave us. Haveee youu been ignoring me by the way? You haven't been using our power."

As Ronan finished his spar with another random adventurer that was training, forcing the man to surrender, he turned around and walked to a bench to sit. He sighed and said out loud.

"You're right, I have been ignoring you. The reason we aren't doing as you say is because one, a toddler could give me better advice."

he finished the rest of his statement in his head

"and two, is to survey and understand the area. We have to still do work at the guild, and this is probably the easiest path to leaving a mark on this world, remember?"

Well I GUESS... But my idea of using the seal to travel around and start mass murdering people from different cities is faster! We could be like those warlords from Espania haha! Or maybe those are gone now... And HEY, if you dont like the part murder ,you little bitch, we could always be mass pranksters instead of mass murderers. They'll get scared of a guy burning alive running at them."

Ronan rolled his eyes and took a sip of water, Ronan understood that the man co-inhabiting his body with him surely was off his rocker, but he couldn't understand why he justified him and didn't really argue with him anymore. He had become used to Seymour and the closer they became the more alike they were. He didn't get it but it also didn't bother him.

"Then why haven't you been using your powers huh? You scared right? You're scared of what you're becoming huh Ronan? You're scared of me and who you are now right!?"

Ronan snaps and Immediately a surge of heat is felt throughout the training grounds

Oh no..
There's a guy on fire! Shit, the bench is on fire!

Location: Bowerstone Inn

Approximately 2 months ago:
Ronan arrived at the bustling city known as Bowerstone in a foul mood. He couldn't really embrace the energy and peppiness of the city without being reminded that he hadn't eaten in 3 days, food was currently the only thing on his mind as he rudely shoved his way through the plaza crowd, eyes sunken but still with straight and firm posture. Another reason for his fouler than usual mood would be his companion, Seymour, that for the past 2 days has challenged himself to make as many vampire jokes as he can after having defeated one only a week ago.

"H-hey Ronnie! I got a good one this time listen listen!"

"Stop talking."

"Oooh COMEE ONN Randall! Just one more I SWEEEAAR!"

"You've sworn for the last 40 times."

Seymour pretends to clears his throat.

"....Why do door to door salesmen like vampires so much?"

Ronan winces a bit.

"....Cause they're all SUCKERS! HA Good right!?"

"..."

"Roxanne! Psh whaaa-?? It wasn't even bad! How could you resist laughing!? Fine, if that's how you're gonna be I guess you're gonna have to miss out on the rest of my line up!"

"Oh nooo..." Ronan says sarcastically.

Ronan continued to walk through the crowd, now with his sanity a bit more intact considering his less than pleasing friend has stopped talking. He scanned through the crowd, and finally stumbled upon a stand selling various fruits and dried meats. He rushed over and paid for some dried beef and an apple, it wasn't really a meal, but it would hold him over until he reached the inn.

When he got to the inn he had already finished his meal, he sat down and ordered a meal. He looked around to what looked like to him as a rather lack luster establishment filled with even more lack luster people. However he expected the masses to look like this before he arrived. For now he would just try to eat and leave for the Guild of Heroes, he couldn't stand staying in such an overly populated place.

As soon as he finished his meal, he made his way to Fort black once again, this time hitching a ride from a carriage, the rest is history..

June acknowledged the accomplishment of being eligible to join a mighty guild, not knowing if it is a big deal or not, she remained with her usual poker face with no signs of excitement whatsoever. She nods as she is told the rules and requirements to pass said physical test. She needs to make the lady surrender, she was kind enough to wait until a cue to start or other directions, but June was also unaware of the absurd amount bloodlust that was pouring out of her. Not understanding how feelings work, she stared at the Receptionist wide eyed, waiting for her commands.

Aurelia Granne Salmira-Albichyr
Location: Courtyard, Trostenwald
Interactions: Avaline ( Alteras Alteras )

Aurelia didn't expect any form of gesture, and responded to Avaline with a gentle bow. Once the noble from Fairfax sat down and addressed her, Aurelia adjusted her seating and posture for a more respectable form.

"Please, Lady Blanche, there's no need to call me that.", Aurelia raised her hand for a second. "Just Lady Aurelia would do."

"No, no.", she continued. "It is I who shall thank you, for accepting my unprecedented request to meet with you."

Aurelia gazed into Avaline's eyes. It was clear that the noble had more matters to attend to, and that she'd rather not waste time here. Granted, Fairfax and Bowerstone really didn't see eye to eye when it came to certain things, but Aurelia had not expected to witness such genuine disdain from Avaline.

"I shall waste no time, Lady Blanche.", she said. "I've heard you've successfully forged an allegiance with other cities from the north, hopefully for Albion's sake. I am trying to safeguard Albion, but the people cower behind the king - and he has deemed it right to merely hide behind the walls and hope for a better future. Such will not come without taking action."

Aurelia looked down for a short moment, then returned her gaze back to Avaline.

"I may be overstepping my bounds here, but still, I shall do what is necessary for Albion. Will you, Lady Blanche, forge an allegiance with me? Your influence in the north might be enough to sway the king to take action."

Holo-Cyrus / Titania | Feywild, Oberon's Forest, Titania's Castle | Fable Fable

*

Shortly after, Veth was invited inside. The guards told Oohgie to stay and wait in the courtyard.

Veth was led upstairs, then down a long corridor and to the right. She found herself before the throne room. One of the guards curtly but precisely instructed Veth that upon entry, she should bow deeply with her head down, then introduce herself with reverence to the Queen. She should then wait for permission to speak further before stating her business.

For royalty, the chamber was rather meager. It had a long, red-gold carpet leading to the throne. There were twelve, marble pillars on both sides, with a gold-plated spearman stationed by each of them. There was an empty balcony above the throne, with a second floor supported by the pillars, overlooking the entire area. Behind the pillars, there were doors, one of which led to a staircase to the second level.

Near the walls behind the pillars, there were also a few tables and decorations and a few pixies floated around, moving pristine cutlery around.

At the throne was seated a beautiful woman. She was a beauty out of this world, with fair blue eyes; pristine, straight black hair; and a slightly pale skin. Her long ears peeked out from the strands of hair. She wore a gorgeous, silky light green dress and a circlet with sapphires topped her head. This was the proper, fundamental appearance of royalty.

She sat cross-legged, her arms relaxing on the throne's armrests. She had a casual look on her face.

Just a meter off to her side stood another of the gray-faced elf-like men, with a sword sheathed at his side, but his hand resting firmly on the pommel, ready to draw it at any moment.

Aergundias fixed his eyes on Soren. "If she is alive, then she is in the emperor's palace. That is where the refugees of this attack hide. The city is overrun." He flapped his wings a little, then slowly dropped down to the ground with a soft rustling of his feathers.

"My body can't be there to help right now," Aergundias explained somberly, then suggested, "Deception will be your ally. Sneak into the palace and confront the emperor in front of his entourage, take them down if need be. I can provide some support or healing, but rely on me and you will die." He let that fact sink in.

"Einherjar," he snapped and looked at Bianca. After a short moment, Aergundias took on a fresh, determined expression and language. "Valkyries would pick dead warriors to serve the Gods in the past, preparing for world-ending conflicts. Those warriors were called Einherjar. Your namesake is after them. When the end of something great looms on the horizon, it is your duty to stand against it. Return prosperity to our homeland, then defeat the King of Undead once and for all."

"As for you," Aergundias turned to Soren. "I have good faith that you will find what you came here for. I do not sense malice from you, so I can tell you are not an evil man. If either of you is wounded right now, I can heal you. Shall I?"

Veth nodded as the guards stated she would be permitted inside the castle, though Oohgie was told to remain in the courtyard. She handed Oohgie the reins of her horse and told him to watch it for her while she was away. Hopefully no trouble came of Oohgie being left alone. She figured he'd be smart enough to refrain from causing trouble while within this area, though she was more worried about others coming to him to be problematic.

She studied the path she was led down and the throne room itself, automatically counting those who were visible to her to be prepared if they decided to attack. She didn't believe they would, but there was always a chance. She listened to the directions given to her in how to proceed with speaking to Queen Titania. Veth did as directed and bowed what she considered was 'deeply' - which was a 45° angle - and then introduced herself, "This one is Veth, representative of the Guild of Heroes sent by the Wizard Cyrus."

Veth stood straight once again and patiently waited for permission to speak; her eyes quickly glancing at the grey-skinned one before returning to focus on the queen herself. The woman would be easily considered a great beauty and seemed to fit well within her role appearance-wise.[/div][/div][/div]

Holo-Cyrus / Titania | Feywild, Oberon's Forest, Titania's Castle | Fable Fable

Titania very visibly perked up at the word 'Cyrus.'

"Cyrus? But he said he didn't want to get caught up in mortal affairs again." The Queen released a deep breath with closed eyes. After a second, she opened them again and smiled at Veth. "But if Cyrus sent you, I could hardly send you away. Please, show me some evidence that Cyrus is the one who sent you."

At that moment, a holograph flared into existence. "M'lady," Cyrus greeted Titania, tipping the brim of his hat in her direction. He grinned wryly, reminiscent of a young man in heat.

For the briefest moment, it looked like Titania hesitated. "Ohohoho!" After that, she let out a pleasant laugh.

"I don't have enough processing energy to be here constantly. So, please, just hear out my delegate. We desperately need to speak with your husband."

"I owe you for slaying that ancient wyrm fairy dragon and for all the stew you cooked for me, Cyrus. Since I'm indebted, I am in no position to disagree. You have my full support in whatever cause you stirred up."

"Thank you." Holo-Cyrus bowed with one hand over his chest, then flickered out of existence.

Titania leveled a friendly look at Veth.

"At ease," she spoke. At that moment, six figures in front of her flickered into existence, holding drawn bows in Veth's direction. At once, they eased their holds and lowered their weapons, then walked off to the sides of the throne room, facing each other.

"Security," Titania explained, then smiled brilliantly. "How may I help you, Veth? A place to stay? A safe transport? I owe Cyrus a great many favors, so whatever you wish for will be yours in a handwave."

Her gaze grew colder. "Trost and Trostenwald has agreed to form the joint army for the protection of our three cities. They formed this alliance with Fairfax because they see no faith in the Crown's soldiers. There is no allegiance among us to any one person, if anything, their allegiance is to their own survival. I simply lead them as the most capable commander within the north." Allegiance, loyalty, servitude simply do not sit well with Fairfaxians. Ever rebellious, the nobles of Fairfax hate the notion of serving anyone outside of their own. Perhaps Lady Aurelia didn't know this, but Avaline took offense to this.

"Fairfax's allegiance is to Independence. Trost and Trostenwald is to Survival. What is your allegiance to?" Interesting was a word that crossed Veth's mind at Titania's words; that Cyrus had said he no longer wished to be involved in mortal affairs. She would have to have a chat with Cyrus later about this later and with less company. Cyrus appeared before Titania to show that Veth's words were true and that he had sent her here. The queen spoke of owing him for slaying a beast and soup. Veth was sure the soup was the same he had shared with her, though it was an odd thing to state you owed a favor for. She'd have to make a note of this to not take favors lightly here if something as simple as soup could put one in a debt of some kind.

When Cyrus vanished and Titania's hidden guards, armed and ready to strike Veth down, she noted that she was correct in her assumption there were hidden beings to be concerned about. "This one thanks you for your assistance. This one was sent to speak to King Oberon and desires to fulfill that mission. She shall not reject an offer of a place to rest, though she worries about her troll companion being left alone for too long. Is there a way that this one's party be sent safely and quickly to where King Oberon is currently located? This one hopes such a request does not impose upon you."[/div][/div][/div]

Holo-Cyrus / Oberon | Feywild, Oberon's Forest, Oberon's Castle | Fable Fable

"Naturally," Titania said, then looked at her Le Shay servant. "Get a mage to teleport them to my dear's castle."

He nodded, then motioned for Veth to follow him. He followed her back out to the courtyard, and by the time they were there, an eladrin with a staff was waiting for them. He told Veth to stand close to Oohgie.

With a brief chant, he sent them off elsewhere. Teleportation felt like being rapidly forced through a very tight and narrow tube at lightspeed and could be rough on one's stomach.

Veth and Oohgie found themselves in a room made entirely out of wood, with an exit on one side. Walking out, they were greeted by the sight of the entire forest's landscape - they were on a wooden catwalk on the side of a giant tree. A pair of servants in black dress clothing and guards in black armor with spears and shields waited for them there.

Veth and Oohgie were led further onward into Oberon's throne room. It was superficially similar in construction to Titania's, except everything except the carpet and chandeliers was from wood, and the pillars looked like swirling tree-roots. The guards, in contrast to Titania's own, were dressed in black, grave clothing.

"Welcome!" Oberon instantly stood from his throne with outstretched arms.

The King of the Fae had appropriately-colored wings and a large crown. He wore a velvet tunic of burgundy color, and white breeches and long shoulder-reaching gloves.

"When I heard Cyrus sent a diplomat, I trembled with joy! Please, make yourself at home in my court. What is your name?"

June took her position on the opposite end of the lobby, she waited until Emily announced the start of the duel, and once she did June took initiative. She grabbed the hilt of her great sword and brought the massive blade forth, but instead of wielding it, she threw it at the receptionist like a Frisbee. While her attack was telegraphed, she had started to run in the same direction as the sword and Emily immediately after throwing her sword, she was quick for a girl with such short legs. The idea behind her attack was fairly simple, she would throw the blade as an initial diversion and distraction and use it to close the gap, you could see her winding up her larger arm as she ran. She hoped to force Emily into a stalemate of either evading or blocking and vice versa within such a constricted space as a lobby, if she blocks June will land her catastrophic blow, if she evades she'll most likely have little time to raise her defenses (at least that's how she sees it). If all else fails, her initial goal of closing the gap between them was accomplished.

Veth bowed once more and thanked Queen Titania before she left to follow after the gray-skinned elf. Oohgie appeared unharmed when she returned to the courtyard to meet with the mage that would be sending them to Oberon's castle. Hopefully this would greatly reduce their travel time. When her group was teleported, she noted Oohgie hadn't fared to well and looked slightly sick. She didn't care much for the feeling of teleportation, but it wasn't enough to truly hinder her.

Oberon's castle was interesting. It was almost as if part of the tree itself. She wondered how they were able to craft such a strange place. Magic was most likely, but it was still interesting. Like she had done in Titania's castle, Veth observed the guards she could see, wondering if perhaps he had a hidden few around him as well. He was definitely more... flamboyant than Veth had imagined. Unlike the poised Titania, Oberon was more energetic, stating how he had trembled with joy.

"This one's name is Veth," she stated with a bow similar to the one she had given Titania, not sure if she was required to remain the same level of formality. "This one was come on behalf of the Wizard Cyrus to speak with you in regards to matters of grave concern within the material plane."[/div][/div][/div]

Bem the Apianian - in the dungeon Birdsie Birdsie One Mean Ghost One Mean Ghost Fable Fable Archdemon Archdemon

“Oh! Yes.. Viska! Lovely to meet you.. erm.. again.” Bem smiled awkwardly, pretending that she remembered the event. All she really remembered was almost being hit by a massive ball of fire then running away to safety, and something about the golems, but she was still a bit iffy on the details. “I am pleased you find my appearance cool, although all I really have is a scarf and some clothes.” She continued as the strolled down the dark hallways of the dungeon after the others

Bem noted the cough, but made no comment on it. If the lizard-girl was sick, surely she would tell her, otherwise Bem didn’t want to make her feel uncomfortable. Viska seemed ready to rush straight into the questions, so Bem took that as a good sign. “I dislike magic as I find it unnatural. It may be common to your races, but to the apiana, it’s viewed as the work of demons and hellspawn, neither of which I very much want to affiliate with. But I will have to stand its presence until I return to my people, I suppose.” Bem grumbled in response, preferring to stay away from the topic, but not completely refusing to answer pit of politeness. “If by fashionable you mean my appearance, I simply try to be prepared for combat, as was my role back home. I was a guard, you see.” She sighed, before branching off into the third question. “I succumbed to desire and failed to protect what I was designated to. I was exiled from my people and am currently travelling the world gathering knowledge so that I may be allowed access back home once more. I am a shame to our people and must make up for it.” The bee mumbled, her sadness making it known in her voice, yet she spoke the truth, even if it wounded her pride to explain it. It was her mistake, and she wasn’t going to try and be deceitful and lie about her past, lest she hurt what little honour she had left.

“My people are in the hive that I left, I do not believe they are located anywhere else. I am unsure of it’s location in your peoples’ terms but I know the way home.” Bem finished off before dropping into a gentle silence as she returned to her thoughts once more.

Holo-Cyrus / Oohgie / Oberon | Feywild, Oberon's Forest, Oberon's Castle | Fable Fable

Oberon nodded, then walked up closer to Veth and her troll companion, closing the distance without even a little bit of fear. Oberon grinned wryly and said, "My spies told me a lich of godly power is invading Gaia and advised me against getting involved. Sit down."

He waved his finger, creating a sparkling, green jet of power that circled him, Veth, and Oohgie. In an eyeblink, the three were sitting by a dining table in another room, similar in structure to the throne room but without pillars and with more decorations. It looked like the mixture of a tree chamber and a human noble's mansion.

"Where are we?" Oohgie asked, looking around in confusion.

"In the dining hall." Oberon flicked his wrist and the table filled up with food and silverware. "Make yourself at home."

The King of Fairies looked at Veth. His wry, cordial grin didn't disappear for even a moment. "So, you wish for me to help you and Cyrus with this grave situation? You have to understand that I am not your ally, so the services of my people will cost you dearly, unless you're willing to go for a little bet."

The door opened and a coterie of eladrin butlers and maids came in with silver pitchers, laying them down. Two made their way over to Oberon and Veth and laid two silver cups before the two of them.

"Drink more than me and I'll help you at no price," he challenged.
