I have a few ideas but I'm mostly just open to suggestions.


I'm thinking something like:


The government officials are the ones with truly clean air and the world is slowly running out of clean air and they told everyone that there's no more truly clean air but they actually have some or something like that? And then maybe the people rise up and the government officials have to...stop them? I dunno, just an idea.
