Based on the world of ABSCOND, this MSPA-styled quest log is going to revolve around a main character and their adventures, prompted by commands from readers.

I don't mean the best puzzle game, I mean a puzzle game that really forces you to think creatively. I'm going to say Antichamber. It's so abstract and confusing, especially with the perception-based puzzles. And the dev rooms give it a little bit of replayability as well.
