Two disclaimers for this thread:
One. Like most of you i have life. My responses may be quick or may take a while. Just be patient.
Two. This idea was inspired by this thread by my friend.

Powers and characters will be added her as i get people here.
Characters will not be hugely detailed overall, mostly their power and how they use it will be the focus.

So, this thread is going to be me making you a character. Whether it be you give me traits of yourself or some fictional character, i'm going to create them. Not only this but i will be giving them some form of power or ability.
What i will not do is make huge in depth backstories. I may sprinkle details here and there but the main focus is on the interests of the character. This will change what their powers will be, but not every answer will influence the power directly. Keep this in mind.
In order for me to make your character, there is a small form with questions to answer. Oh and feel free to use these characters powers as you please. Credit not needed but appreciated.
Again, you dont have to treat these questions as they are being asked to you specifically.

15. You are in a syrategy meeting to catch a criminal. You know if you all rush the hideout youve identified now, there could be many casualties. However, waiting will allow you to take things out safely... But the criminal will escape. This criminal is a murder and sells illegal substances.

Name: Dänsi Izanuma
Alias(es): The Songstress, The Many-armed Dancer, The Godess of Thunder
Gender: Female
Age: Many, Many Millenia.
Apearance: Dänsi is a regal and feminine figure. She is tall and slender. Her skin has a soft radiant glow. As she charges up more and more power, she glows brighter and with more intensity. She wears Silver laced and blue clothing, especially short dresses which resemble that of most roman Godesses. Her apearance is rather deceptive for she is truly a monstrous creature, despite her role and apearance as a godess.
Powers: Dänsi is a Dancer,.a.dancer who loves to get into close quarters combat. She call's her dances: "Thunder Rhythm". As she dances she releases electrical energy around her, while charging it as she hits her opponents. She can focus this energy specifically into her hands to allow her strikes to be much more powerful and potent. She focuses on dodging and striking as she dances unexpected around the enemy in many styles.
Her favorite style is Bellydance, as the constant movement keeps her charges up. She strikes rhytmically and picture songs in her mind that she attacks to. She sticks to her beat entirely.
Her second Power is one that makes her the true monster she is.
Named "Thousand Arms". As Dansi battles, any time her arms are cut off she grows back 2 more. This makes her dances more potent, faster, and much harder to predict. The only wayto defeat this ability is to get her legs. Her legs do not possess this ability, while her arms will instinctively protect her head, making it near impossible to hit her there. She tends to incaacitateher opponents instead of killing.
Background: Dansi is a godess of Dance, Thunder, and Energy. While associated with destruction, Thunder plays a natural role in the cycle of life on Earth, as thunder causes fire, but fire fertilizes the land to grow more. She works in conjunction with the Earth godess and Fire lord to keep this cycle moving. While her actions and depictions by humans are that of deception, deceit, and a wish for destruction. Despite this those whp truly beleive her know her true nature as a godess who enjoys her dance and keeping balance with her powers ability to create both life and destruction.
Personality: Dänsi is a very serious godess, while using deceptive tactics in battle. As a godess she is weaker than all others, but as a sharp wit and being quick to act, she can carefully analyze a situation within moments and react accordongly. She stays focused in the heat of battle while keeping calm. She does, however, know when to run and when she is outmatched. She will try her best to best these major opponents if they are trying to sully her sense of duty and morals.
She carefully watches.over the world, and as long as you know of her true nature despite her rather unbecoming potential multitude of arms... She will protect you. And to those who sully her name and ideals, calling her a freak and commiting crime in her name, she brings retribution upon them from he heavens.

Name: Delilah Fioré (Prefers being called Fioré, as she gave this name to herself)
Alias(es): The Heart for Gold, The sisterly.
Gender: Female
Age: 21
Appearance: Delilah looks rather cunning in her whole ensemble. She wears special black boots which run the entire length of her legs that act as her pants. There are several straps with golden accents going up, the top of them and the knee being the loosest ones as to not restrict her movement. She wears a Tight-fit coat with a large white front stripe almost covering her whole upper torso, where the back and sides have a deep blue. Separating the two colors is a lavender trim.
The coat also has two straps which are black, starting from the right side and stretching across to her front, where there are.two golden buttons. This strap holds down a.brown bag.she keeps right at her waist, filled with money and jewelry. Covering it is a blue cloak, which has a collar with lavender lining that pops up to cover the lower portion of her face. She never wears headgear. Her hair is short, black, and curls on the end slightly.
Powers: A simple but effective power in the right application. Fioré has the ability to walk on water. This was granted to her due to an incident she never speaks of to anyone, where she was actually drowned as a child, but came back to life as a blessing of the goddess. As such her bond with water is that of a blessing and a reminder.
In times of desperate need, she uses the full extent of her power. She calls upon the goddess's power to control water temporarily, freezing it within her hand to create the most durable and deadly blades known to mankind.
Lastly, she cannot die to water, or while in water. It has being properties for her, as if the goddess herself is keeping her alive..
Backstory: The events immediately following her rebirth are sketchy and she prefers not to speak of them.
What she knows now is that she has forced herself into a life she both loves and hates. Due to her being orphaned and "killed" due to monetary concerns, Fioré acts as a vigilante thief, stealing gold and items from those who have surplus, and giving it free of charge to those she sees in need. She acts sisterly and kind towards little children, and rather enjoys her time doing this.
But... Fioré is two sides of the same coin.
Her other life is that of a mercenary. She is a bladesman and thief for hire,.working her living doing things she did not believe in. But that is life, after all. Having to do what it necessary to make your living. She still needed food, still needed a home... And she found it with both kind and affectionate village-folk....and ruthless bands of thieves and assassins.
She hates that side of her life and it causes her much anxiety. She hates killing for what she does... And she despises herself for it. She always feel as though she could lost herself and become numb, being a heartless killer rather than.a.mercenary.
Her life is one of questionable morals,.and difficult decisions. Yet, her perseverance through rough times is what has brought her through to this point. It's the very same thing she will use to get out. Even if it means she may take a few casualties... She does right for her people first and foremost.

Name: Kagura
Alias: The Executioner
Age: 25
Appearance: Kagura is a thin, muscular male with a chiseled face, and a cocky smile. His hair is a constantly spiked up mess, solid black, and actually just seems to defy all known laws of gravity. He has green eyes, and he typically has a very sharp look, as if his gaze pierces your soul and irritates every fiber of your being. Looking him in the eyes typically infuriates people. Aside from his face, kagura wears loose-fitted black boots, leading into a pair of dark grey jeans. he wears no shit, preferring to show of his scarred, musular chest, while wearing a red cloak tie around his neck with it's hood down. He wears it more or less like it's a cape. He has a leather strap wrapped around his chest which connects to a large blade holster where he holds his giant sword. In design his blade resembles a Buster sword, but with key differences. One edge is serrated from the tip of the sword, down a curve into a straight line which goes down the sword about half way. The serrated edge ends here due to a small circle cut out of it, while the other half of the blade remains a sharp, clean cut edge. Due to the curve on the tip, the sword has almost a small hook shape curving backwards, and Kagura makes great use of this in his fighting styles.
On a side note, he loves to smoke and typically you will see him with a cigarette in his mouth.
Powers: Kagura's Ability is known as "Gluttony Fang". During fights, Kagura can create energy which follows his blade swings, while speeding up his actual movements. This allows him to leave lingering slashes which will damage foes, or launch them forward as projectiles. The speed increase is incrimental to a degree and once capped out, begins to drain kagura of his power until he simply cannot use it anymore. Being a skilled fighter, Kagura is still not worried once he loses the fang. The fun parts begin here. Gluttony fang is an ability powered purely by anger, suffering, and bloodshed. If Kagura can keep landing blows, he can keep his power sustained. If he loses the power, he can quickly regain the energy again by simply shedding more of the enemy's blood. He was labeled as the executioner for this, as in long winded fights, he would find he could no longer use his powers afterwards, and typically killed off his opponent to make sure he was ready for his next fight.
Personality & Backstory: Kagura's story is a sad one indeed. He used to be a relatively calm man, someone you could trust, someone you could be around. Someone everyone loved. Until he came across the cursed blade he wields. Exploring around the darker side of his home town, he came across a travelling merchant in a robe, who wore a hood to hide his face. He sold weaponry, at a cost someone did not know. Kagura saw this blade, and thinking he could use it to follow in his father's footsteps as a swordsman, he accepted the trade with the merchant, but he asked for no money. Kagura was confused, but accepted this and walked off. Using his new blade, he took on jobs from various people, mostly to test out the powers the blade gave him. Little did he know, it was changing him. His attitude, his demeanor, everything about him shifted from someone likable, to a man so self-centered and rude he would rather spit in your face than say hello. He became rough, tough, but knew deep down he had lost his sense of self. This was especially hard on him after he was disowned from his family, as he disgraced the name with his now-crude nature. After this, he decided to simply travel the world, acting as a bit of a vigilante hero of justice, fighting off bandits and such without asking reward (unless he was offered, of course). He was hoping to hold onto this aspect of himself at least, but he knew it wouldn't be long before he became less of a hero, and more of a chaotic force. He understood what his trade was now, he traded himself, for infinite skill and a powerful blade. All he strives for is to use his power for good before he becomes a force of evil. The worst of it all, is that he hates being alone, but can never stay around people. He doesn't wish to hurt anyone, and it drives him insane that he has too keep himself isolated. Perhaps,, this was the worst course of action for him, but it was the course he chose.
He only wishes things could be different, deep down.
