Well first Mr Miyamoto would need to agitate Sakurako somehow. She doesn't just go after anyone. She goes after people who want to harm her neighborhood or friends. Being rude or so, doesnt automatically warrant death with her. She might still come by to slap or punch them though.

Well, let's see here. Her Villainy is Mostly Petty revenge schemes and attempts to conquer the Mie Prefecture Motivated by mostly boredom/Wanting to stand out/Maybe impress her dad. And she can Somehow send out Monsters and attack people with an energy attack resembling Dragon heads. And she's Played for laughs.
 
Hope you get to the plush bear presents soon so that I can make a post for news cast + Sakurako pestering Honoka only for the latter to eventually realize that Sakurako is Lady Bear.
