As there seems to be more people interested than I planned for im going to stick to a DM role only playing npc's and enemies.

A cs page isn't really needed, yall can post them here cause they are only as big as you want to make them.

Things I need to accept a cs...
1) Names, real one and whatever your alter ego goes by or was named.

2) super power, like I said on the check it's mostly 1 power per person.
There isn't a superman out there whose invincible and flying with laser eyes and...

3) what are they? Be it criminal, vigilante or a hero whose in the herowatch ranks.

A bare bones example,
Mark Dawn, Flambei.
Can create and control fire from his hands. Flambei is a midweight hero, filming himself fighting crime but also his own cooking show where he cooks with his power.

Though adding background, appearance, skills and flaws certainly help.

Fangfurter

Real Name: Owen Ellison

Age: 22

Identity: Midweight hero

Power: Shapeshifts into a giant snake with scaly humanoid arms. His snake form is capable of constricting and biting, but is not venomous. It's fangs are roughly four inches long, though he rarely uses them unless it's a last resort. It's as swift and silent as expected for a snake.

Skills: Owen enjoys cooking for himself and roommates, and is good at it. He is enthusiastic about researching issues and events related to hero-activities, and prefers to be prepared to deal with anything that might come up on a planned action. He's learned how to pick or break many different kinds of physical locks.

Flaws: Sheds his skin when healing, potentially surprising and off-putting to roommates. Partially cold-blooded, Owen prefers the apartment WARM in any season. Also he is a giant snake (which is a problem for some, including his own mother).

Appearance: Most of the time, Owen is a young part-time college student, a lanky 6'1", with shoulder length dark curls and brown eyes. In Fangfurter form, he is a 20' long snake, covered in green and gold scales in a streaked pattern, with arms. The only thing these forms have in common, visually, is eye color.

Info: Owen is currently taking intro classes with the goal of becoming a psychologist. He's also wrestling with a pervasive online sentiment that "snakes are evil, so Fangfurter is CLEARLY a villain and can't be trusted". His videos attract a lot of misinterpretation. Some of it is just trolling, but all of it is harming his reputation. He's not sure how to overcome that.
The name 'Fangfurter' was a stupid joke he came up with as a kid, but he's become very emotionally attached to the name and doesn't want to change it. He has a good relationship with his Dad, but hasn't spoken to Mom in years. He is currently looking for a new roommate.

BuggaBoo Dashy is accepted but I will say if she films herself fighting crime she probably needs a sidekick who films from a distance. Unless she sets everything up like Peter Parker before going unicorn aha

Go pro horn caaaaam!! And in my head, Moon Prism ihas like an entourage and is like an influencer amongst the superheroes and so like mid fight she'd shout out a sponsor for the fight. "Glad I had a big bowl of Energy Bitz before taking it to this baddie! It gave me all the essential nutrients and vitamins to keep me going! Thanks to Energy Bitz I now have the energy to do a... Rainbow Charge!" lol

As for having a entourage that can be fine but I just wanna get on the same page before the rp starts.
Do you mean a bunch of friends who tag along/live with her and know that she's a superhero? Or her identity is hidden (apart from some people at HW knowing)

Biggest fans that have some videography skills and are not complete tools lol. Get sone financial compensation too. But yeah, they adore her like "mother!" But like only know her as Moon Prism!! No idea who Shi is.

If a fourth character isn't made in a day or two ill make a criminal who is a pretty big target for the other three, enough to justify a team up in taking him down/catching him.

A dealer/smuggler/hitman/thief/anything if paid enough and as a teleporting son of a gun many people want him to do shit.

Would depend on how the company as a whole sees the hero,
Generally speaking it would be one sided. Though yea heroes upload and get money in the bank. With sponsorship an such they make enough to live.

Say your a chancer having a problem with another chancer literally stealing your content ideas or sabotaging your crime fighting. You can call HW and you'll most likely be talking to automated voices for hours and given the runaround before getting anywhere.
Even when you get somewhere, unless you have 100% irrefutable evidence HW is siding with the more popular and profitable of the two.

On the flip of that though if you can do something for them they are ontop of shit. If they think you can do something or they just have no one else to risk... they'll call you up and give you a special task.
Might be they want you to protect someone important,
Might be they want you to take down a vigilante they can't,
Might be a meet and greet with young sick fans,
Might be they want you to vacation in Dubai with one of the top investors...

The higher up in rank you are the more pull you have, but even among top heroes nothing is perfect. Its just the big three who do whatever they want whenever 80% of the time. Even the best of the best are 20% whipped by HW

Pretend that map is on the coast of America somewhere, like how gotham pretends to be new jersey.

The opening scene is being written. I have some ideas on how it ties all the cast together but I'm open to changes and suggestions etc

Paperstick Fangfurter would be contacted by HW needing help taking down a Vigilante. A electric Vigilante.

Vox Angelis shadowspark being someone HW has tried to recruit a few times but have been unsuccessful in their attempts.
Though around the same time as their latest attempt to recruit her, Ambush has been hired to murder her. (Her vigilante killings involved the son of someone very important)

BuggaBoo for Moon i had two ideas, 1st being Maxwell is her weed dealer. 2nd being Ambush has trolled her streams/filming attempts more than once because who wouldn't be fascinated by a talking unicorn who fights crime.
She like other heroes have made it a trend to catch the teleporter that the big three never could.

This means they will most likely collide in the street at some point.
Continued engagement between the four involves them falling into a bigass plot that can change the world at large.

Coincidentally all four of these people live on the same floor in the Maryton apartments just five minutes from the train station.

(The big three is basically the tippy top of the top heroes. Basically wonder woman batman and superman but adapted to fit this lore. So different names and one power or two at most)

I reeeeeally like the dealer approach for Max and Shi. Thinkin he'd even know her as Dashy or Skittles? and depending if they bros, she could get him free shots at the pub while she's working lol

If its anything like real life anyone who smokes weed usually wants to become friends with others who smoke and are attractive so Max would definitely be a bro who attempted for something more and got friendzoned aha

Though I had a fun idea of him getting his arm dislocated by a horse kick and being in a sling for any dealer interactions lol

lol not only friendzoned but unicorn kicked. yeah she's pretty gay too but she kinda don't realize the signals she sends dudes tho lol but like she'll still get him some drinks on the house at the pub when her boss ain't looking. And if the pub is under the apartment she gunna hate her life that much more. so I vote no lol

I imagine once she bought off him they got friendly quickly and swiftly after he'd find out she's gay so he'd stop hanging out as much. "I like girls to! Oh... hit me up when you wanna lose at smash bros I guess. I've been holding in this fart"

I'd say he's lived in the apartment for two years so them being good friends that don't know everything about each other seems plausible

thinkin that she's there 6 months so like enough time to get to be bros but not enough time to suspect that either are supers?

Paperstick thinkin its like opposite with Shi and Owen. kinda not interested in hanging out with a college dude but as Moon Prism!! and Fangfurter may have teamed up to take out baddies before? like for Moon she'd sell it as a 'Hero content creator collab' and just try to milk it by over dramatizing the peril and danger they were in. like she'd get her entourage to film it like Shakey cam war movie style and lots of her close up breathing hard with her mane draped over her face lol.

Vox Angelis like maybe Angel and Shi have hung out at Angel's DDR / rockband parties? lol like maybe even got her a feature time slot to perform on the small stage at the pub. like maybe even have her wow people at karaoke night too? but then thinkin that like for the hero thing, Moon don't trust Shadowspark but is like one of those annoying content creators that tries to frame it like she knows soooooo much about the vigilante by doin segments where she interviews other heroes and gets her team to cut it up and edit so that it frames Moon as like always onto something and it starts trending since she an influencer whether true or not?

But like Shi likes to get high and cruise the city so if anyone longboards she will cruise with them or like bomb hills fo'sho!

Paperstick also just noticed fang's naga form is 30 ft long. You may wanna shorten that a tad, 30ft of target in a world of super powers is ALOT to work with when fighting a superhero. A humanoid snake can still get shot or stabbed by regular folk

I like the idea of someone partaking in Angel's music shenanigans. I can easily think of the two just barging into karakoke night at the pub just to show off and steal the show. Would be interesting to see what sort of theories Moon Prism can come up with concerning Shadowspark. Very little is known about the vigilante since she's being very secretive about her activities and makes sure it remains that way, unless someone willingly wanders in dark corners of the city and just happens to be in her hunting grounds that night.

awesomes! k sooooo like I was thinkin that moon goes around interviewing otrhe heroes' and gets their thoughts on Spark. Then like her creative team formulates a narrative that starts to trend because of her following and all the hearsay soon becomes 'did you that shadowspark..." and most people are bots just consuming content without criticaly thinking about it and just starting to believe rumours and continue to spread them. like even Wikipedia has entries that spout off as fact about Shadowspark. like just some friction and drama as heroes' but not knowing they homies irl lol

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I just went through some unexpected medical stuff that took a few days. I'm back tho, and read everything! I like the idea of Fangfurter being more familiar to Moon than Owen is to Shi, and I like the idea of being hired to go after Shadowspark, and I'm going to edit my character sheet now. I'm bringing it down to 20ft, which is still pretty long, but he is pretty fast, and it can be part of his weaknesses. I think any shorter and he would just look weird lol.
