    I find that Nietzsche's philosophy is often misrepresented due to it's often presented as this outright hatred for life and existences, when he honestly was something of an optimist, while he believed that their was no meaning to life and stuff, he also found it to be the responsibility of the nihilist to make the world better for others

    I don't hate him for being "oh he's a pessimist" I hate him because he's cocky in his assumptions. Because he makes leaps based on premises with which I disagree with, then insults my beliefs (because what else to call the way he handled religion) and while he inspired some good things he also inspired some of the biggest movements of bigoted idiots who think that saying the things Nietzsche said equals being smarter than other people or that people who disagree with Nietzsche are stupid...

    The thing people forget about those that don't have any "serious problems" is that because of that, the problems they do have are ignored or dismissed and this can hurt even more than the problem itself.

    Depends on what they're doing. Depending the circumstances at least they're being honest rather than stringing you along.

    some people are just flighty tho. i'm one of them, i'll have a great idea and go weeks without any bites then suddenly wind up with twelve offers i have to juggle.


    i mean granted i'll usually just tell you if i'm not interested outright so that's probably why it doesn't bother me. if your not into something than fine idc. but i got a pretty thick-skinned. as long as your not like calling me stupid or a bully you can tell me whatever you want and i'll just count it as your version of trying to spare my feelings.


    not everyone is comfortable saying flat out - it's not working bye.


    so if "i'm lazy" is their way of saying they're not interested i'd just roll with it and not take it personally.

    I have friend who signed up to RPNation exactly a week ago. I was curious what's the end of being a new member. After a few day, or few weeks or even months. I don't know the answer so I asked. Sorry it was so stupid of me to ask :}

    Being a new member is more of a question of activity than time, as far as I'm (and seemingly the staff) is concerned. Until you have 250 content count, you can pretty much be considered a new member

    It ended up dying from pretty much the same reason most of my stuff dies. Life loves to throw unexpected curveballs at me , and I can never be sure whether I will or not be available and how much. I can understand enthusiasm dying right there (not to mention all the mistakes I may be doing as a GM).

    trying out using my parent´s computer while they are out. One  thing I can say for sure: it´s pretty hard to adjust to an old keyboard when you´re use to modern laptops.

    The player adopts the perspective of a tactician who is found by a girl named Lyn in Sacae. During Lyn's tale, the first part of the game, Lyn discovers that she is the granddaughter of the marquess of Caelin, Hausen. She recruits companions in a quest to prevent Lundgren, her grandfather's brother, from ascending the Caelin throne.Lundgren had wanted to gain power by poisoning the current marquess; he also sent soldiers out to destroy Lyn and any knowledge of her as she is higher in the line of succession. Lyn eventually defeats Lundgren and reunites with her grandfather.


    The following chapters revolve around Eliwood, Hector and their party (which eventually includes Lyn) hunting down an antagonistic faction known as theBlack Fang. The Black Fang have prospered due to the creation of morphs—highly efficient humanoid creatures serving their leader Nergal. They kill people to gain their quintessence (life energy) and thus gain more power.The Black Fang engage Eliwood's interest by capturing his father Lord Elbert. The protagonists' ultimate goal is to prevent Nergal from using their companions Ninian's and Nils'quintessence to open the Dragons' Gate, a portal where dragons reside, and thus ignite Elibe in conflict. As Eliwood and the party hunt the Black Fang down, they eliminate crucial figures of the Black Fang, as well as gaining allies. The title of the game comes into play with the battle for the gem that controls the ascension to the throne of Bern, the Fire Emblem. The Fire Emblem changes in meaning from game to game, so this is a specific usage, rather than a general theme for the series. The game ends when Eliwood and the party slay Nergal and the dragon that had been summoned via Nergal's quintessence. Eliwood becomes marquess of Pherae, and Hector inherits his brother's title as marquess of Ostia.

    lol. i'm down for being a reserve hitter. i've never done combat roleplay before although i've played several variations of twins. i was more interested in the combinations truth be told, so if you wanna take the others up on their offer i'd be happy just to read along.
