    Well, considering I'm broke, I haven't played ones that actually cost money, but I've played different dating sims that've interested me because of plot and all that. There are these two really messed up ones, called Saccharine and Reverie, that are actually quite interesting yet really screwed up. xD  


    And, as I've mentioned before, there are a series of sims by Pacthesis that end up drawing me in for multiple hours, but they're so fun, I don't care. Then there are the demos of Zeiva Inc's games, that are fairly long, and I someday hope to get the full games, once I actually have money.


    And again, there are two online ones that take up a portion of my time every day called My Candy Love and Eldarya, made by a company named Beemoov. Quite addicting and frustrating and beautiful all in one. I love them! :D  


    One of my favorites, though, was probably this one called Heavenly Playgirl, but probably cuz it was an interesting premise.

    I feel kind of bad because I still don't quite understand the idea of there being more than two genders. No matter how many times it's explained to me, I can't wrap my head around it. 


    Does that make me terrible? :(

    This is my understanding:


    The term gender is defined as the idea of being male, female, cis, pangender, trans-male, trans-female, etc in a cultural setting.


    The term sex, in this context, refers to the way we categorize someone's biological reproductive system.  There are males and females.


    Someone may be born with a male reproductive system but identify as female.  Someone may be born with a female reproductive system but identify as male.  The list goes on.


    Under this idea, gender and sex are two different things.  Gender is how someone identifies themselves as.  Sex is biology.

    Yeah, that's the response I always get. It's the different genders that aren't male or female that I end up not understanding. 


    And then there's the thing where every time someone's born with a birth defect it's a new gender ;-;

    You're not a bad person for not understanding because gender is a difficult thing to understand. It's helpful to imagine it as a spectrum more than several different boxes you can tick. But anyway here's a helpful guide for what genders you might come across: 


    Cisgender Female- Calls herself a woman and has "female parts"


    Cisgender Male- Calls himself a man and has "male parts" 


    Transgender Female- Calls herself a woman and has "male parts".


    Transgender Male- Calls himself a man and has "female parts"


    Intersex- Born with a mix of "male parts" and "female parts". They might call themselves a man, a woman, both or neither. It depends entirely on the person.


    Genderfluid- Somebody who can have either "male parts" or "female parts" but doesn't think of themselves as male or female. They will probably consider themselves to be a bit of both. 


    Genderless- Somebody who can have either "male parts" or "female parts" but doesn't think of themselves as male or female. They are neither. (Like Soren xP) 


    People identify as variations of these things but these are the core genders you're probably going to come across on the internet. 


    TL;DR just try and go with the flow. It can be difficult to adjust to using the correct pronouns for people at first but you'll adjust over time. People identify as everything from man to woman to attack helicopter.

    I don't understand why people have such a need to make characters that are silent and anti-social. It basically defeats the purpose of roleplay itself. How will your characters interact if they can't even talk to people?

    They deserve it. I've come to grips, with being okay with getting pissed at people. lol If it makes you mad, don't feel bad for it, you've got the right to be mad. People are annoying. Especially online. Especially on here. Just some. lol Shade.
