The Doctor flashed a piece paper and they were let in. Due to Allyson's visions and the psychic nature of her powers it was blank. To Alex they looked like legitimate tickets to the show.

Allyson looked at the paper. "Why is it blank?" Alex looked at her. "Its not, its the tickets..which how did you get tickets if we just randomly show up here."

They walked into the theater and sat down. "Charles Dickins one of the world's greatest writers to ever live. And we're going to hear a Christmas Carol straight from his own mouth. How cool is that?" The Doctor asked excitedly.

The Doctor looked at her. He put his fingers to the woman's neck. He looked at Allyson. "She's dead." He said. "She's dead but her mind is still going. Well, more like her body is carrying the last imprints of her brain before death. But her eyes don't dilute. No pulse, her skin is cold. She's really properly dead." He whispered. "And yet here she is... Watching Charles Dickins."
