I might be interested in making a character for this. Do you have any guess as to how fast paced the rp will be or how often you'll be expecting people to post? I work full time as a nurse and am trying not to get in over my head.

Truth be told, I'm not sure how active the ones who have signed will be posting. I will be pretty active though and typically post as soon as I see someone's posted. Once I get a job (Just graduated College :3 ) I probably won't be as 'on' as often (as in the entire time I'm up, vs well, when I'm not working). However, assuming the others match my pace, it'll probably be pretty active.

Well, by 'not in battle' you mean never? :/ Well, honestly, I'll 'ok' this for now... but I will require you to provide a Movelist if they ever enter any kind of battle. And... well since I assume they will probably just be 'there' for something then leave (aka a side character) then this is fine.

To me "pretty active" refers to 'during a single day' there will be 'back and forth' posts between those involved typically with no more than 10 minutes between them. But it's usually done during a time period of a few hours.

But for me, I'm typically very active. As soon as I see someone has posted, I will begin my reply to it usually within 10 minutes (most of the time immediately), so really the time it takes to get a reply from me... is the time it takes to type it... with a leeway of 10 minutes.

despite that, I try not to 'leave a scene' until everyone is ready. If the RP's also a bit too fast for you, there's also the option of having your character travel apart the main group. Which I can provide a 'tag along' for them if you wish as well.

A few things to fix up and reply

1) Basicly her back story: She lived with her mother, Father and Younger Brother Riko, Surprisingly Bear got her Pokémon at the age of 12 instead of 10, her mother refused to let her have a Pokémon, luckily her father let her get one at the age of 12
Sadly a year after, she gets the bad news that her father and younger brother had died to a Fire by a legendary Pokémon (unknown),
I’m thinking of making her age 14-15

Piplups story
Gender: Male
Piplup is a stern Pokémon and usual get what he wants, he was the last Pokémon at the Pokémon centre, he does enjoy being with Bear tho (after 2 years)

Move 1: Growl
Move 2: Bubble Beam
Move 3: Peck
Move 4: Whirlpool
Competition: she only has done 3 battles
2) so, she's a girl who hides that fact by saying she's a guy?
Basicly yes, back to the back story her mother had also been accused of killing her husband and son so both the mother and Bear are wanted in most parts of the region. So she prefers to be called bear to keep herself hidden

3) Romance is fine. If you have someone in mind feel free to ask them about it (Including if it's one of mine). Also do you have a particular preference in her romance partner?
I’m not really sure who she’ll *crush on* but probably one of the Roleplayers (if that’s fine with u)

4) Yes you may evolve her Pokemon through the course of the RP. You may also catch additional Pokemon as well.

If we make it to Johto will the gym leaders be more challenging?
For example with Folkner would we be going against his level 11Pidgeotto with are presumably over powered Pokemon, or will he have stronger flying types on his team.

He also has on a pair of black jeans with a matching pair of black and white sneakers, along with a rainbow wing that he fashioned into a necklace he constantly wears, though it might be fake not that he cares.

Competition type: Gym Challenge

Backstory: Growing up in the mostly barren landscape that was the Orre region wasn’t exactly easy, but Issac wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. He was born to a family of merchants in Phenac City who made yearly trips to Gateon Port to deliver their wares to companies who would ship the goods to other regions. One day a few years ago however, one trip went horribly wrong as an enormous sandstorm blew in and caused his parents to get lost and vanish within the swilling sand, with his younger sister Diana rushed into the sandstorm to find them only to disappear as well. A few weeks later he came to realize that he should come to smile regardless of the sad things going on around him.

Soon after Issac started on his path as a trainer he found the three locations that wild Pokemon are said to dwell in Orre and upon receiving the proper equipment started hunting wild Pokémon to add to his team, and once he had obtained four Pokémon decided to challenge the Prestige Precept Center, Pre Gym for short. It took a few attempts before he was able to defeat the leader, but afterward it was recommended that Issac travel to a different region to challenge actual gyms so he could improve as a trainer. Upon deciding on going to Kanto the young man packed up his bags gave his farewells and hoped on the next boat to Kanto, eagerly awaiting the change in scenery.

Additional Information:As a Zorua Shade was brought to Orre to be a research subject at the Pokemon HQ lab, and was to be given to a beginning trainer if they can manage to befriend him. After a few failed attempts Issac managed to strike up a friendship with the illusion fox after he helped him cheer up a Kirlia that was being researched by one of the scientists.

Additional Information: Despite being the weakest member of Issac's team Free was undoubtedly that hardest to find as every time he would go and check the oasis pokespot he would always find nothing before he managed to catch Free as a Surskit by tricking it into thinking he was further away than he actually was.

Move 3: Stun Spore

Move 4: Double Team (I swear guys his team won't be Justy 2.0 as this is the last double team as the move is just a place holder until we get ourselves to Johto.)

All Gym Leaders will kind of take a "Pokemon Origins" route. Meaning, they will base the team they use based on who their facing... But, not exactly based on the number of badges. By default, I'll have them use the team they did when you face them in the game... But, if I feel the individual one taking on the gym needs a bit more of a challenge, or the Roleplayer in question asks me too (Though, pending on the scenrio I'll have you have your character request the 'higher stakes' in the RP itself), I'll have them adjust their teams accordingly. (typically using their teams in the Pokemon world Tournament... if that's the name of the thing from gen 5.2... or some other reference I can fine for them having a more fleshed out team.) However, some gym leaders I may have a set team for storyline reasons.

I'm going to add this to the above lists btw, as it's a good question

that's fine. The rule is more "Known characters" or "Cannon characters". The "professors" in a region are all cannon characters. (which, dunno what other people use it... but in fandom RP a "Cannon Character" is someone from that actual fandom. For example, Professor Oak, is not an OC as he's actually from the Pokemon Games/Anime, thus a Cannon Character.)

Name: Koranna.

Age: 18

Appearance: Instead of Brown or whatever color those could be her eyes will be green. Instead of her hair being in long pigtails it’ll be in a long braid. (Probably imagine her a bit older then this picture too.)

Competition type: Contests

Backstory: Koranna comes from a line of trainers that seemed to have the natural talent of competing in gyms or contests. She’s the youngest of 4 older brothers these brothers always teased her for being just overall different meaning that unlike her brothers she didn’t fit into the trainer esque life. Koranna’s parents were scientists that did research on the mythical and legendary Pokemon they just wanted to know more information on these fascinating creatures. When Koranna turned 12 instead of traveling with her 4 brothers she decided to stay back and help out with her parents figuring out as much as she could about Pokemon. When she was just turning 16 she caught a glimpse of a Pokemon contest on TV after that it was no question she was going to become a coordinator. Knowing what she was going to do she set out on her Pokemon journey dreaming of becoming the best coordinator in all of the Pokemon universe with the thought of looking for her brothers in mind.
