Personality: vegeta is a prideful and brash man. He is constantly trying to keep his claim as number one and it is the force that drives him. He recently took a devastating blow to his pride when goku died at the hands of cell. A blow made worse when goku's adolescent son put the final nail in cells coffin.


Strengths:
Highly skilled warrior.
Possibly the strongest on earth at the moment.
Not afraid to kill his enemies.


Weaknesses:
HIS PRIDE!
Tends to loose his cool relatively easily.
Easy to hate.


Appearance:
A short standing saiyan who sits below 6ft tall. Vegeta has sharp and well pronounced features. And he seems to wear a perpetual scowl.


Bio: the prince of saiyans came to earth several years ago to destroy it. However he was stopped and it wound up being the greatest thing that could ever happen to him. He wound up gaining a new home, being freed from frieza's servitude. Even attaining the state of super saiyan. Not to mention having a child and marrying the richest woman on earth.

Arrogance
Unskilled

Appearance:
Daisuke is actually very large standing at 7ft 2in. His mohawked hair usually attracts attention. And the regal gear he wears is actually part of his wish.


Bio: Daisuke was a normal man with a painfully bland life as a capsule corps janitor. Yet one day that all changed when he saw the massive Shenlong summoned by bulma and the others with the dragon balls. This changed his life and he vowed to become the master of his own destiny. One day he snuck into bulma's lab and managed to make off with the dragon radar. Using this radar he gathered the dragonballs and made his first wish... immortality. But that didn't satisfy the ambitious man. The following year he used the radar to find the dragon balls again and made a wish to be a God. This turned his normal human ki into divine god ki. This turned him from an inconsequential man, into a sizeably powerful being. Now that he has attained this power he intends to rule the universe as its god king.

While eventually super saiyan god will be available it currently is not. We are in the gap between the cell and Buu saga. If you can go super saiyan god then there is no real plot for us. Anything that your character couldn't deal with would kill everyone. Super saiyan 1 is our current limit for non canon characters. Gohan and vegeta can go SS2 and perhaps your character can learn that from them.

~ Dancing - Likes to make fun of Serenity about it

Despite having an above average intelligence, she's as close as you can get to a Saiyan outcast. Unlike her sister, Harmony was born with a lower than average power level. Initially destined to be an infiltration baby However, due to amazing warriors running through her family, her sister not being an exception, she was also given special training. However, unlike most Saiyans, she was trained to use weapons as it was clear that she wasn't strong enough for only hand to hand.

That's when she began to shine, exhibiting skill with a sword surpassing most. She even began defeating others. However, many just shrugged it off as because of her sword and saying that she'd never be anything without it. And deep down, Harmony knew they were right. As such, she began training with her sister to become stronger.

The day Serenity left on the mission before the planet was destroyed, Harmony was told to stay home. However, due to her smarts, she was able to hack a Saiyan Pod and leave alongside Serenity. It was a good thing she did too or she would have died alongside everyone else.

Now she travels alongside everyone else helping to recreate the Saiyan society.

Personality: Dulcimer is very calm and wise beyond his years. Which is saying alot considering he is very old. He is a tactician more so than a fighter often opting to take the path of least resistance. Even if it means surrendering to an opponent he knows he cannot beat. However he is quick to remind his allies and adversaries alike that strength does not always win battles.


Strengths:
Can heal others even better than a senzu bean.

Can make more powerful dragonballs.

Can use magic for combat

Unpredictable

Very intelligent

Master strategist

Can regenerate

Can fuse with other Namekians to add their power to his own or vice versa


Weaknesses:
Not very powerful, weaker than a super saiyan.

Has no warriors spirit and tends to avoid battle.

Is very gullible as namekians don't have lying on their planet.

Sensitive to disturbances in the universe.

So 50 years in the future when a threat that nearly wiped out the universe came tp the planet of new namek it wasnt hard for him to figure out what to do. He knew that he needed to get to this threat before it grew too powerful. He also knew that without the help of the Super saiyans of earth he wouldnt be strong enough to end this threat even with the added time. So the dragonballs were gathered and while the warrior namekians gave their lives to buy time Dulcimer and his brother Bass were sent back in time via a wish.


Other(optional): Dulcimer is a namekian of the dragon clan. This means he wasn't made for combat but like his brother he was born and developed an abnormally high power level for a namekian. Just a tab bit weaker than piccolo was during the cell games. If he were to fight the same frieza who attacked namek when he was younger he would most likely be able to win. ​

Personality: Takeshi is the typical pure blood Saiyan. Cocky, brash, aggressive. But he does have a heart of gold and loves the people of Earth. He has a stubborn streak as wide as the Earth, and will not give up until he either succeeds or dies. It's just his way.


Strengths:

• He was trained in the Saiyan way of fighting, mastering the aggressive style at a very young age.
• He has a lot of untapped potential, and has yet to unlock it
• His aggressive fighting style can catch over defensive opponents off guard

Weaknesses:

• He's a one trick pony, and only knows his aggressive way of fighting
• He isn't much of a strategist, and just wings it most of the time
• While he isn't dumb by any means, his intelligence is not his strongest asset
• Has yet to Master his Super Saiyan form

Appearance:
He is a tall man, at 6'3 with black hair that is a mixture of Future Gohan's and Ultimate Gohan's hair. He wears a Turtle Hermit uniform tthat has a blue under shirt and belt and a red over shirt with the Demon symbol on it. He has grey eyes, and a scar down his left eye. He still has his tail, and refuses to cut it.


Bio:
Born to Saiyan survivors on a distant planet, Takeshi was sent to Earth in hopes of saving him from the planet's brutal ecosystem. He landed on Earth, being found by a farmer and his wife who raised the boy. They always knew that he was special, due to his tail and his incredible strength. Piccolo soon found him, offering to train the boy to help him control his potential. They trained for years, Takeshi eventually striking out on his own to find a good fight and a way to get stronger.

His Saiyan name comes from okra, since all Saiyans are named after vegetables.
