(the only way of max limiting chuck would be limiting his logic ability by placing how many times he uses his logic ability, by that he has limited uses and more he uses it, the faster he'll kill himself. you probably going to say "But he can get rid of it." wrong there will be a fail safe that if he does he'll end up dying. he can adjust this at all becauses it will use even more uses of using his logic power....also this isn't op it's fair to chuck case)

(I love how you try to limit my characters but can't even power check yourself. Chuck is limited by his super cursed ring and that's that he's been taking damage the entire time Thor has been hitting him so he isn't unbeatable.)
