So uh we need to talk about how we're going to start off this rp. It'd be a good idea to get everyone kind of gathered in one area, preferably at a stable or in a town. Perhaps Kakariko Village? That way it's still early in the main quest line?


Also we should all probably think about what our character's arcs are gonna be. They'll have a big influence on the story.

We should construct characters first, see how they would mesh, and then develop an overarching story around that. How closely are we going to follow BotW?

I would figure that we might start at either a stable or hateno village. Non-shiekah races don't hang out much at kakario. Question: are we allowed to play races other than Hylian?

On a similar note, can my character been a human not from Hyrule? (Outside of Hyrule their are round-eared humans. Heck sometimes (depending where in the timeline) said humans make up the majority of the populace of Hyrule itself, with the Hylains being a dying breed.)
I was thinking something along the lines of them being part of a group that were tasked by a foreign government to explore and find new lands. Said group gets shipped wrecked and spilt up.
The crew members could make interesting NPCs.

The existence of a Zora Chief (which you mentioned in your post Edit: Fiend said chef not cheif, Con you dumbass! Ahhh!) would logically mean their is no more Zora monarchy, thus Prince Sidon is most likely going to have to not exist in our version of Hyrule. Which I am totally okay with btw.

The 'Yaio shipper' part comes from the fact that many people ship Sidon and Link. I don't but understand why as he is by far the one of the best characters in Breath of the Wild and his canon relationship with Link is great. (Edit: You probably already know this...)

Autocorrect is annoying. iOS in general is just annoying to use for stuff like this.
Dam it! I should of spent more time looking for a strike out font thing so that dam arrogant Snivy wouldn't be able to show me up! Why did I assume it was just iOS being weird!

Anyways what do you think of the idea of having a non-native-to-Hyrule (or more simply put: foreign) human as a PC?

I think his parents were eeEEeevil and did not like a child that was basically Ganon minus the part where they KNOW he's not evil.

Basically I'm under the assumption that since the shiekah gave up they're powers 10,000 years ago due to the calamity and being blamed for stuff that they would dislike anyone with powers.

Old enough to survive. Around 12-13.
