Name: Penny Polendina

Age: N/A

Gender: Female

Sexuality:* Bisexual

Universe of origin: RWBY

Appearance:
302e42ab0409703b7fe016bed854651c.jpg

Personality:
Penny was amiable, excitable, kind and curious. She showed a distinct lack of social awareness, likely due to not having a lot of experience with human nature. When Ruby made an unconditional offer of friendship, Penny seemed both immensely pleased and somewhat surprised. Another small quirk is that Penny hiccuped whenever she told a lie.

She also seemed to place great value on friendship, for she is greatly angered at the sight of Ruby getting knocked down by Roman's flare in "Black and White". She also placed trust in Ruby based on the latter promising that she is her friend in "A Minor Hiccup".

Furthermore, Penny seemed to be immensely curious. Upon hearing that Blake has run away, she asked Ruby numerous questions, all related to Blake and friendship in general. Despite being told not to wander off, she still wandered Vale on her own.

Penny showed insecurities about her artificial nature. Upon confiding in Ruby that she is a synthetic being, Penny was worried about how she would take the news. However, after seeing Ruby take it rather well, she was glad that Ruby did not care she was a machine, for what matters is her heart and soul.

In "Dance Dance Infiltration", she was shown to enjoy dancing as she is seen dancing by herself between two Atlas Soldiers. Later that night, she's seen doing "the robot" with one of the soldiers.

Penny's most notable trait was her kindness. She greeted the recently met Team RWBY with a jovial "Salutations!", complimented Weiss' hair, and offered to help Ruby track down Blake. In addition, she saved Ruby from a truck before asking the driver if he was okay, thanked Team CRDL during the Vytal Festival for the time she had, and told Pyrrha Nikos in the finals that it was a pleasure to finally meet her.

Penny's stranger social quirks tone down as the series progresses. While her early appearances had her depicted as cheery, curious, and unfamiliar with most aspects of social interaction, these aspects appear to diminish with each subsequent appearance, and by the time of the Vytal Festival, Penny was barely distinguishable from her former self's naivete and volatile emotional state, sharing a conversation with Ruby about her plans to stay at Beacon and her teammate.

Abilities:
Most of Penny's abilities rely on her usage of her weapons; Her swords which she can summon by opening a hatch on her back.
Penny was able to control numerous swords, kept in what appears to be a small mechanical backpack, with simple movements from her hands. She was able to manipulate every sword simultaneously without any difficulty at all, and could fire energy blasts when she brought them together, with the swords going into a special rotating configuration. This blast of energy was powerful enough to simultaneously slice multiple Bullheads in half, shooting them down. She could also put her swords into a smaller rings in order to fire multiple weaker beams.

The swords were connected to her (and possibly operated by) the use of thin strings attached to the hilts. Penny's 'strings' seemed to be quite strong and durable, as they were able to pull down a Bullhead and cut through Penny herself easily. The swords were able to fold in half lengthwise for easier storage. For mobility, She could allow the swords to pull her around or anchor herself and use them pull large objects, including pulling down an airship in flight despite the mass and thrust power of the vehicle. Such feats seemed to indicate enhanced strength as well as the ability to anchor herself in some way to the terrain. She could also use her weapons as thrusters, allowing her to move extremely quickly through the air.

Penny was able to jump great distances, with the force of her jump being enough to break the ground. She could also use her wires to catapult herself. She also seemed to have a high amount of speed or stealthiness, as seen when she appeared in one spot before quickly showing up in another. Examples of this are when she appeared in front of Team RWBY out of the blue and when she inexplicably appeared behind Weiss, Yang Xiao Long and Ruby two days later.

Penny seemed to possess immense physical strength, made evident when she managed to bring the From Dust Till Dawn truck in "A Minor Hiccup" to a complete stop with her bare hands, even causing the ground beneath her feet to buckle and crack. Her strength was attributed to her being a robot which she admitted to in the same episode.

Powers:
Aura- A Manifestation of one's soul. It acts as one's armor before being completely vulnerable to psychical damage

Gear: (Up to eight items)
Scroll ~ A Phone-like device which is used to measure one's Aura. It is able to do things like normal phones do; Take Pictures, Videos, and keep record of stuff.

I'm sorry to say this, but she's unfortunatly declined

Just so I know, what kind of character are you looking for? (I'm slightly busier than usual, so it'd be easier to brainstorm things than it would be to type a thousand cses)

Name: Koichi Hirose

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Sexuality:* N/A

Universe of origin: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

Appearance:
caa.png

Personality:
Koichi is an amiable but meek youth who undergoes an exceptional degree of character development during the course of Diamond is Unbreakable, becoming more assertive throughout many confrontations with evil Stand users. His greatest leaps are illustrated by the metamorphosis of his Stand, Echoes.

One of Koichi's constant trait is his friendliness. Koichi is a nice person, acting polite toward any stranger and acquaintance, and being happy to help. That friendliness is regularly exploited by Rohan Kishibe to have someone to hang out with. Having a gentle heart, Koichi usually doesn't seek to harm his opponents, notably having saved Yukako from death even though she wanted to kill him before and briefly fighting Giorno Giovanna without the strength to kill, which saved him. However Koichi's friendliness disappears on the rare occasions he is angered, and he becomes more abrasive, violent and vulgar. Koichi also possesses a rather cheerful personality. He finds wonder in the most various facts (his new bike, a famous mangaka living in town, finding an error in a map...), and has little trouble befriending people.

Another one of Koichi's primary characteristics is his courage and associated virtuousness. Heaven's Door exposes Koichi as a cowardly but courageous youth when push comes to shove. True to that assertion, Koichi is very prone to express anxiety, fear and despair at various setbacks, but still soldiers on and braves danger. He takes an active role in the hunt for evil Stand users in Morioh unlike Josuke, being concerned after his encounter with Tamami Kobayashi about what Stand users can do to his family and prioritizes chasing the enemy, which once backfired against Sheer Heart Attack. Initially weak-willed, acquiring a Stand and fighting others made him more confident in himself and assertive, going from being bullied by upperclassmen to facing down and taunting Yoshikage Kira while on the verge of death. By Vento Aureo, Koichi has grown into a totally confident youth.

The mix of these two traits make Koichi an extremely likeable individual, earning the friendship and respect of the vast majority of the cast including Josuke Higashikata, Tamami Kobayashi, Toshikazu Hazamada, Rohan Kishibe, Yukako Yamagushi, Aya Tsuji and Jotaro Kujo.

After a difficult start in his relationship with Yukako, due to her kidnapping Koichi, he eventually fell in love with Yukako's tough and unforgiving personality. His love was such that he was willing to be blinded forever in case Yukako became ugly, so as to ease her pain.

Terunosuke states that when Koichi is scared he blinks twice. In addition, Koichi mentions during the Atom Heart Father arc that he has claustrophobia.

Abilities:
Koichi is a relatively perceptive individual, able to make quick and decisive moves in a fight, sometimes at the cost of being too imprudent. For the most part, Koichi tries to analyze his situation before acting, notably due to how weak his Stand is at the start of the series and the severe limitations of his powers, but regularly oversees a critical consequence of his actions

Powers: (ACTs 2 to 3 is still locked due to him forgetting how to use Echoes in the first place.)
Koichi's Stand, Echoes, starts off with ACT1 only. As Part Four progressed, Echoes evolves, giving Koichi new abilities to use. By the end of Part Four, Echoes gains ACT2 and ACT3. He is able to willingly call upon Echoes' previous ACT forms at will and utilize their unique abilities.

ACT1 enables him to write on any surface, causing the words or onomatopoeia to continuously repeat at various volumes.

ACT2 enables him to write a sound effect on any surface. If the word is touched, a special effect related to the sound effect is activated.

ACT3, a humanoid Stand, facilitates conventional melee attack and the ability to "freeze" targets by ascribing them unbearable weight.

Gear: (Up to eight items)
School Bag ~ Containing some notebooks, textbooks, and pens.

Starting Location:
=Abandoned City=

Someone who would have a natural difficulty with such varied biomes as this RP's world will provide.
But it's a bit of a case by case situation also.
Characters like Orochimaru, Goku, Superman, Doom Marine, Alphonse Elric, Zaheer, Rick Sanchez, Hulk, Are, a no go
But Characters like Wilson, Miles Upshur, Katara, Chris Walker, Toad, Alexander Hamilton, Sokka, Ryu, Morty Smith, Are good examples of what of characters are desired in this little shindig of ours

I mentioned him cause in the original somebody played him and it ended up with him fighting off headcrabs with a flintlock pistol

How prevalent is death by headcrab going to be? That's actually gonna affect who I might try to use, for reasons. (Also I'm realizing most of the characters I like are undead, robotic, or can inexplicably fly. Womp womp.)

eh depends, It's not headcrabs your going to need to worry about, there also mutant gorillas capable of tearing you apart with their bare hands, be attacked by a bunch of maniac clones, devoured by a ravenous slime monster, be shot in the head by a lazer panther. there are going to be a lot of things here to kill you

I'm sorry but these are not accepted, as awesome as it would be to have Indiana Jones and Nathen Drake in the same RP. I feel that in this sort of setting they might be a little OP, Characters I'm looking for are characters that would have difficulties with the variety of Biomes that the RP has to offer.

Name: Blackmore

Age: Unknown (Likely to be in his late 20s to early 30s)

Gender: Male

Universe of origin: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run

Appearance:
latest

Underneath, he wears light clothes covering his arms to his metacarpals; and his pants and boots in a piece, patterned by a symbol resembling a halved taijitu.
300

Personality:
Blackmore is an efficient assassin, deeply loyal to Valentine; equally believing in his authority and cause.

Whenever Blackmore apologizes, he splits "sorry" into "so-rry"

Abilities: Blackmore has shown himself to be determined, strong willed, and creative, going as far to plug gunshot wounds with rain to finish his job. He is adept with firearms, and navigation

Powers:
Catch the Rainbow allows its user to utilize or manipulate rain in various novel ways, such as stopping raindrops in their place and treading a path across them. If a target attempts to move through rain stopped by this Stand, the drops will tear and penetrate them.

Blackmore is seemingly able to meld with rain, becoming intangible like water and nigh invincible, and project various parts of his body out of raindrops, as if they were portals. Blackmore demonstrates the ability to plug his wounds with rain drops and stem all bleeding.

Crucially, this Stand is effective only when it rains.

Gear: Umbrella, Revolver

Starting Location: Plains

I was decently surprised to see someone choose a JoJo character.

Now, would anybody be able to see our stands? Like, Nathan Drake, for example. He isn't a part of Jojo lore, so does he have the same restriction, being unable to see stands? Or could Penny use her Scroll to detect stands in some fashion?

Well, of course. Nathan and Penny couldn't see Stands. Her scroll would probably detect the Stand's Aura, but not the user's. But too bad they weren't accepted. ((First time I couldn't use my Waifu ;( )

Okay. Makes sense.. So everyone will just see poltergeist shit going on. It's a bit of a shame, too; Blackmore's mask stand, Catch the Rainbow, is invisible to everyone but Koichi.
