Hero Name:He has no hero name in mind, as he wishes to work as a secret weapon for a hero, and thus he doesn´t want fame or recognition, since it would go against his goal. So, in the end of the day, a hero name would be meaningless.

Personality: doesn´t like to meddle, talkative and open, jokester, seeks purpose and to be useful, pervert, mature, efficient, soft-spoken : Yurei is a kindhearted, polite soul. He is quite soft-spoken and open-minded, rarely questioning if someone tells him they need something and sometimes even pondering about the motives of villains and how they might be right in some aspects. Nevertheless, his obedient tendencies and quest for purpose and fulfillment lead him to the path of a hero. It´s not like he hides his pondering or ceases to try bonding with people. He doesn´t like to hurt, though, nor put salt on wounds, so instead he makes a talkative jokester out of himself, more-so than his natural mature manly mind. He can typically be quite logical and efficient in his decisions, but get him near a woman and well... He´s very found of certain "assets".

History: Yurei had a pretty normal life until the age of 5, when his quirk first activated. It was a complete shock to find himself unable to revert to a human form, stuck in the form of a raincoat to help a friend of his that had forgotten hers. He ended up not going back to kindergarten for almost a year, while his parents tried to organize how he would even keep attending the school. A society of helping heroes, however, ended up showing up and devising a plan. which included the idea to train a dog to bring him around. In the meantime, teachers would take care of him. Surprisingly enough to him, he ended up getting pettied and actually managed to become quite popular. His power to strengthen quirks allowed many children to have a taste of how their powers would come to develop and even helped awaken some quirks that were late to bloom.
As he moved on from those early stages of school, things got harder though. It was very hard to keep up with lessons with his lacking ability to take notes on a computer, the remnants of his former popularity made him the vitcim of bulying by getting locked in places, thrown in the garbage or even stolen and worn by bullies. But more than anything, it hurt when the teachers would forget of him entirely, making him feel like he wasn´t really a person anymore.
One day, his class was attacked by a villain while they were on a field trip. The set the whole place ablaze, and came after the students. There was no coordenation among the students, which were using their quirks left and right hurting more each other than the villain. Yurei requested that his best friend wore him and together they tried fighting off the villain. However, they were still defeated. The villain took Yurei and wore him, defeating his teachers as well. That´s when All Might showed up. Using Yurei, the villain improved his body enhancement quirk and was even able to tank All Might for a few moments, before being taken down. All Might reassured everyone, but the damage to Yurei was done. He came to realize his own powerlessness more than ever. He gave up on that faint dream of becoming a great hero.
He would always try to help people anyway, though. He focused on studying and learning so he could advise people. He hardly let people wear him anymore, that is until he found a particular secret one of his friends had and insisted in helping. He allowed himself to be worn again and together they went and tried to rescue his cousin from a small gang of villains. They did take out a few together, but once again, he was defeated. As a last resort, he used the trick that to this day he is still trying to use again, one that shapeshifted into him into his friend´s body and with which he defeated the leader of the gang as the opportunity rose, before reverting and passing out.
He was again found and joined UA a couple years later with a special recommendation.

Fears:

Quirk:Symbiomorph- this quirk gives him the ability to establish a symbiotic connection with other living creatures, attacching to them and increasing their physical strengths and even upgrading their quirks if they have any. Cannot increase intelligence though.While bound, the two can communicate telepathically and the user of this quirk can receive information from the other being depending on the strength of the symbiosis, allowing them to turn into anything the two can perceive as an outfit or armor. While generally speaking, the user cannot return to a human form, they can still use the changing outfit effect even without a wearer´s command. Still, they are always limited to but a few tingles away from the normal range of movement of an article of clothing.
While not requiring much of nourishment, the quirk does not completely remove that need, and he is unable to consume anything except by soaking himself with it.
If one part is separated by too much, they will loose their ability to shapeshfit. However, unless burned to ash or destroyed with acid the user of this quirk cannot die.

It's fine just don't let it be too OP, where you mention he can only die by acid or burn that a very small limit of weaknesses. I recommend making it his main weaknesses, I do hope no characters die though.

Personality: Aratani is developing, she rather quiet and observant. Yet somehow charismatic when they know about her past, though. She doesn't like getting involve in too much however if needed she will seem egotistical and slightly neglectful towards her classmates, she wouldn't tease others like a child but if would be like trying to concentrate on something she would automatically judge others, she would think that they can't do the same or just wouldn't understand unless they can prove her wrong. Aratani can also be highly blunt, if someone was too optimistic and outgoing it would probably catch her off guard to make her say little words, she would never think the opposite could attract for a conversation other than arguments.

It's not all the time she would act rude, she can show sympathy for others without a smile, it would have to be a word of advice. She can show gratitude but it would be to her teachers mainly as they are higher ups, if she ever kind to a student something not right! If someone getting bully she wouldn't want to be the wannabe hero though who protects them but she would be cruel to those bullies, to give them a taste of their own medicine.

History: (Major WIP so don't read >.>) Aratani grew up watching her parent's businesses with the villain community, only she would know because Aratani is part of the family. What they didn't know was she wanted to become a hero. If she ever told them she would most likely be disowned because of what heroes did to them.... yet they were only being punished for the crime they committed but Aratani kept it to herself. Eventually, she got her Quirk at the age of seven which was telekinesis. her parents though didn't approve, the believe it was a useless quirk but secretly they was just jealous.

She was always pulled out of school early to learn the 'important' stuff, she met villains with big bounties, was forced to help while learning, it did, however, improve her telekinesis as it pushes her to the limit.

It was all going well however her parents were still displeased and all she ever wanted was for them to be proud of her, just once. Even when she was doing the things she didn't want to, however, she been getting used to it and was gradually enjoying her small job. Within Aratani spare time she planned to meet a Quirk developer, someone who knew how to exploit quirks to the fullest. When she visited the quirk developer at thirteen years old he scanned her body with his own quirk, with touch.... It was a very dodgy person to come around.

Aratani regretted who she met because he seems like a perve. He told her however she had a set of wings underneath her skin, It wasn't a problem really when she found out, she was surprised really and a little happy actually, something she would never expect, it was just part of her quirk she could never find by herself. The man told her she had small knives beneath her skin on both sides of her spine and it would be risky, somehow she develops a condition that made part of her quick hide beneath her skin. They weren't meant to be there but he told her if she tried to move them she could paralyze herself for life or perhaps succeed in getting she wanted, the doctor recommended her to a more skilled person because he couldn't help anymore.

Then she went home to tell her parents the good news. Her parents committed another crime though while she was gone and this time, they hit the jackpot; they manage to grab a rare diamond that would make them millionaires. They didn't care about her quirk or her needs right now, at the moment they didn't care about her at all. Only the diamonds they captured. She could never get their attention, her parents were horrible and they were part of the villain community. At this rate she became deeply depressed, this event though triggered a painful reaction in her spine to rip her skin open and reveal metal wings, worse thing was they still didn't notice. She was gone and running down the road bleeding heavily, she had to get civilians attention to call the ambulance to stitch her back up.

Afterward, part of her missing quirk was fully functional, she could now use her metal wings that were always on display and now her parents finally taken notice, they arrive in the hospital with disguises but it was too late, she had needles in her wrist and she could only imagine why she didn't get anywhere in life, she helps those that didn't appreciate her. Since she so user to the villain's life she went to League of Villains and manage to prove herself, she got work under the command of Tomura Shigaraki. (Since it an ultimate universe it would be someone else.) She left her parents, The year before she joins the U.S though she was defeated by All Might in battle rather quickly. (All Might wouldn’t be there would he? Somebody else again XD) He seems to realize she was too young to be starting any villain or any life like this. Even though she been doing wrong he persuaded Aratani to give the academy a chance and in that year she had to think about the offer.

Character Flaws:

• Aratani’s eyes are like sinking stones.
• Her white hair, too snowy maybe.

Fears: It mainly getting too close to somebody and then being ripped away from them, that why she prefer pushing herself away from others to make everything okay, she doesn't know any better way. Aratani is really claustrophobic and she is terrified of bugs, even anyone who inherits a quirk related to insects she would not want to be in a mile radius from them, she needs to dismiss them immediately.

Quirk: Nebula

• Aratani can summon a Nebula cloud from outta space, she can control anything living inside a nebula cloud like the gasses, dust and other anonymous things inside which makes it seem like telekinesis.
• She sometimes uses her Nebula clouds to create illusions, to confuse her enemy and hide within.

Rin is someone who isn’t easily angered, remaining calm throughout most situations as he doesn’t want it to get too complicated. If he puts his feelings into a situation, it would require more concentration and pointless thinking. Even as a child he disliked to get into conflicts that were not useful at all. Rather being nice to the ones that deserved it without anything more to it. He somehow has a mysterious aura surrounding him as he is not one to be talking too much, he rather listens to what other people have to say. He’s not one to judge either, waiting to talk to them before deciding on something, mostly staying with that opinion but there were cases that he had review them, be it good or bad. It’s also said that because he is so calm, it’s a bit scary to get into a fight with them as they don’t know what to expect.

History
Not much is known about him. Only that he had been living in a difficult household as they had to scrape by for money as his parents did not have a job because of reasons. Though once they managed to get one, things got better and Rin finally felt more comfortable to join the hero academia that people had been talking about. His parents were overexcited once they got to know that their son was accepted even though it was so late to start, but they never stopped believing in his capabilities.

Demon’s Tail – A demon-like tail sprouts from his back once he activates his quirk. He can control it with his mind though when he was a kid, he had a special ring on his finger to keep it in check. Sometimes it takes the form of a scorpion, another time an insect, etc. It depends on the image inside of his head and how he’s feeling that day. This tail becomes both his offense as well as defence, and can even sprout up to two of them. However that requires more stamina from him so he won’t be able to fight as long which is why he tries to end it as soon as possible. These tails are hard to break through, a normal knife or bullet shot wouldn’t cut it at all. Besides that, at the last point of contact a surge of electricity can surge through the enemy, momentarily stunning them because of the shock he gives them.

Personality:They say don't judge a book by it's cover. That applies for many people Yukari is not one of those people. She's loud and prideful sure of her skills as a fighter and hero. Always looking to test herself and her quirk. Though one can find the softer side of Yukari if they just keep her mouth shut. When her mouth is held shut for one reason or another she becomes very shy.
History:Yukari grew up with many of those around her a bit scared of her. With her quirk the other kids would be too afraid to approach her. But she would soon miss that when she entered middle school. She was no longer scary but instead a target for wannabe delinquents looking to make a name for themselves. As such Yukari was forced to learn how to fight. Sick of the way she was treated she thought there was nothing cooler than heroes. Her favorite unlike most was not All Might but instead, she liked heroes who seemed more intimidating or scary. She saw herself in them and thus seeks to become like them not just a symbol of hope for everyone. But as one for kids with quirks that made others scared of them.
Character Flaws:Like a crocodile all her power is in her chomp so if you hold her mouth closed she can't do anything. Very prideful. Cocky. Becomes timid when mouth is held close.
Fears:Her mouth will be glued shut.

The country he reigned over

..was now not existing anymore,instead everyone owned a piece of it.Personality - Eren is someone who seems to act like a 'big-brother' figure to most even if they are the same age or older, often encouraging others to gain confidence or helping them past just words such as studying with them in order to keep the academic scores up. (Not that his scores are anything to brag about but are usually fairly O.K)

He is also remarkably positive about situations dealing with friends and family, even when the situation calls for more a realistic or pessimistic approach. Which is often seen as naivety which it is, you can't always expect for the best case scenario and not look like an idiot.

Eren could be considered a robot in a sense as he always seems to smile and rarely makes a depressed face, his philosophy being 'that being sad about it won't change anything'. Which, however true, starts to add a more robotic element to his personality from him being so adjusted to bottling negative emotions. He is also rather casual with friends and classmates even if he really doesn't know them quite well.

Eri also seems to be awkward, often breaking the mood of the conversation or getting 'the look' once he joins it, however despite that he is rather extroverted and talks to schoolmates frequently. (Not that most of them mind him being there most of the time unless he totally steers the conversation off course. e.g Having a good conversation about All Might -> Hey how is the weather? -> So, what are we doing in class.).

Quirk - False Truths: He is able to create illusions and make himself appear as others, his illusions not only seeming like them visually but his quirk also changes his vocal chords in order to speak like them. Eren's Quirk even goes to the point of translating his thoughts to words that they would normally say. Essentially a perfect copy of that person minus their quirks where unless he knows the specifics of it beforehand, he cannot recreate it in his own image - that is if he can recreate it as it is sometimes not the case (e.g He may be able to make the illusion of the explosion quirk but he won't be able to make the illusion of recovery because it changes somebody else's appearance and he can't create something like the Creation Quirk.).

Quirk:Symbiomorph- this quirk gives him the ability to establish a symbiotic connection with other living creatures, attacching to them and increasing their physical strengths and even upgrading their quirks if they have any. Cannot increase intelligence though.While bound, the two can communicate telepathically and the user of this quirk can receive information from the other being depending on the strength of the symbiosis, allowing them to turn into anything the two can perceive as an outfit or armor. While generally speaking, the user cannot return to a human form, they can still use the changing outfit effect even without a wearer´s command. Still, they are always limited to but a few tingles away from the normal range of movement of an article of clothing.
While not requiring much of nourishment, the quirk does not completely remove that need, and he is unable to consume anything except by soaking himself with it.
If one part is separated by too much, they will loose their ability to shapeshfit. However, unless burned to ash or destroyed with acid the user of this quirk cannot die.

Granted, it heals me now, but I did have an addiction prior to my powers awakening. I... I don't want to talk about her anymore. Anyway, my power is that of the pheonix. Yes, these wings are real, yes I can fly you to somewhere if you wish, yet you would be risking burns. I'm a bit unsure of where I want to go to now. I'm not sure if I fit in with the category of a villian or hero, though I'd imagine most people would say I'm a villian. I enjoy stopping by the volcano where my village used to be... Unfortunately there was nothing I could recover after the eruption. However, the volcano is a nice place, it's rather warm, and I can see plenty of stuff from the peak including the school." The Blood of the Pheonix: Provides unprecidented healing when exposed to heat, allows her to create fire in the form of fireballs, flamethrowers, etc. As expected, a fire based power would be weak against one relating to water and strong against someone with ice powers. She can't make the wings disappear or anything they are a part of her.

Going back to healing, it takes time, yet it is very powerful. If she lost an arm for example, she would probably have it back after a month or two, though it would take a bit of time after that to readjust.

Rebirth of the pheonix: If her corpse is undesterbed for long enough, the pheonix blood inside her begins to heat up to the point of burning corpse to ash. A pilliar of fire is formed in which her body reforms and her spirit is rekindled. However, this can be prolonged. Typically it takes a week after death if conditions are perfect to revive at the most, however cold surroundings can stall and prolong the process. Typically though, it would take 2 weeks to a month or two if she were left in a feild for example. (I understand this seems very powerful, but I will be VERY cautious with this. I intentionally provided strict limits to avoid overuse)

Your character seems a little op. I recommend removing some of the quirks (Yes, quirks are power if you have seen the anime...) since you have more than one I'll let you keep two, perhaps the fire and sword. If she has her wings, though.. there will be conflict with Diana and Aratani.

I clearly understand your issue with my character considering the extent of her healing, however it's a slow process, I can slow it down further if you wish, but if possible I would like to keep the wings, fire, and healing to stick with the pheonix trope. I'm fine with removing sword

...If she has healing abilities than I recommend it doesn't be used in battle, it like saying she immortal and it seems like this make her OP.. perhaps if she off the field she can recover slightly faster than the rest. How about that?
