I'll be writing for groups in pairs rn, so first I'll write for Lucas and Sheik/Samus, then I'll write for Daisy and Link afterwards. Hopefully throughout this weekend I'll post for my PCs.

Thanks! I won't make too many fourth wall breaks. I made one with Pit way earlier in the RP: he was criticizing the lack of music links in my posts.

Breaking the fourth wall is something Cranky tends to do a lot.

I’m happy the gown look turned out well! funnily enough the Lunaris palette was slightly accidental. I was originally going to do either a pale pink or teal but thought it didn’t look quite right so I tried the dark blue. Dhsjfjdj and only after then did I really lean into it being a bootleg Lunaris look lmao. Now, would he be offended that someone tried to copy his style, or would he be happy about being such a fashion trendsetter? ️

Lunaris would be flattered and think Zelda has excellent taste. She'll have to be careful; Lunaris might be egotistical enough to think she's enamored with him!

Kinda random but the talk about Sheep's dress design for Zelda being similar to Lunaris got me thinking of the idea of designs for my characters themed as subordinates of him though naturally most of thought went straight towards Joker, but yeah imma idea dump and maybe one day I'll sketch or maybe not who knows lol so here we go

Spoiler: Thought dump incoming

These are all for Joker since I didn't have many thoughts elsewhere:
-Loses his usual mask and is replaced by one resembling Lunaris's though similar in shape to his original
-Black coat now colored a deep blue with a star and moon pattern on the coattails and the interior. Emblem of Lunaris on his back
-Golden undershirt with black pants and boots
-White gloves to mimic Master and Crazy Hand
-Gold eyes that mimic that of ones shadow self

Bonus of non-design centric thoughts:
-Mask is what keeps him under Lunaris's control and if broken would free him
-Does not summon his usual persona, but instead has been granted a fake manifestation of Master Hand that he uses to spread the idea that the Hands are destroying the Realm and he has been sent by Lunaris to stop them and put good faith into his boss. Nobody knows he causes the fake to appear and simply plays a fake hero role
-Dubbed the Phantom of the Moon and Stars

I decided to go for a sort of “cold hearted secretary” kind of vibe, dressing her in a spiffy dress suit and giving her some respectable spectacles. She wouldn’t be out there causing mayhem but instead helping Lunaris behind the scenes, filing *evil* paperwork

Inkling: Since Lunaris’ shirt and Agent Three’s uniform both have a semi similar silhouette, it felt pretty natural to plop her into something similar. Her little ear piece is meant to resemble a pen nib and before I landed on the eye glass I was considering giving her a star shaped face paint design to harken to her sanitized look in octo expansion. Though, I might also switch to her wearing something more akin to the hypno shades seen in splatoon 2 if I come back to the design. I imagine she’d be one of Lunaris’ security guards, keeping an eye out for anyone who tries to sneak into his castle.

Inkling: According to Splatfest law Inkling is legally mandated to say that Squirtle is objectively the best option (or bulbasaur if she’s in Japan lmao)

Zelda: She’d probably pick charmander since the lil lizard evolves into a dragon dgsjfhd until someone explains to her that Charizard isn’t actually a dragon

Isabelle: Bulbasaur, his vines could help her reach high shelves!

Those are great! I love how neat Isabelle looks, and the crescent moon eyepiece on Inkling is very creative!

I can imagine Pit and Dark Pit wearing comedy and tragedy masks respectively! Toon Link will take some time to think about. I may have to take a look at the Tri Force Heroes costumes for inspiration.

I can easily see Pit picking Charmander. Dark Pit probably would too, but as Charmander was already taken, I think he'd lean toward Bulbasaur. I wouldn't put it past him to take on the challenge of raising Bulbasaur to beat Pit's Charmander, despite the type disadvantage, and being a Grass-type it would fit the theme of the Forces of Nature.

I'm pretty sure Toon Link would choose Squirtle. It would definitely be more practical for a life on the sea!

Meanwhile, Pikachu wonders why she isn't an option. Pokemon Yellow exists!

Aww thank you! DgsjfhdI came up with the eye piece/glasses both from splatoon’s tendancy to use cool looking sunglasses to mind control cephalopods (like the aforementioned hypno shades) and it’d be a way to allude to the whole Lunaris mask theming through the added headgear without having to actually put Inkling or Isabelle in something that might clash with their aesthetics

Along those lines I think if I did a design for Pichu I’d probably put him in some kind of hawk mask or horse blinders. And for Zelda I think I’d maybe go for something similar to the moon mask from majoras mask

Pichu: I gave him a lil hood sort of like the ones trained falcons wear (so he probably can’t see shit lmao) Rather than having an assigned job, I imagine he’d probably just get tossed with all of the other animals and beasts being used in Lunaris’ army.

Zelda: So despite the ballroom fit being the whole thing that started this, her outfit now doesn’t really look all too much like it lmao. Instead, I took inspiration from the drawing I did way back of what I imagined the princess Zelda in the night dragon legend might have looked like. Add in some a darker palette to give her an almost witchy like appearance and the Moon Mask and Bada bing, you get Zelda’s fancy new look. With her, I imagine she could have a couple of uses in Lunaris’ army. There’s her telepathy, triforce of wisdom, premonition, and generals skill in magic that Lunaris would now have full access to. But primarily she’d probably be helping Lunaris with any complicated spell work that requires extra hand on deck

Very nice! I especially love the slight downward tilt of Zelda's head; really sells that she is brainwashed. Pair that with the Moon Mask and it becomes really uncanny!

Lol maybe Lunaris keeps Pichu or Pikachu on his lap as an evil pet!
