Ok, my initial post for the IC thread is up.

I don't know. I am not looking to increase this game to include too many people, but I might allow it. I'll have to think on this and let you know.

If I do let you in, it will have to be with the ok from both Random Word and Rykon , since the game was originally a 1x1 idea of mine, and it just happened to expand for the two of them.

You take on the workload you're comfortable with. I don't have any issue with Sherwood joining. As a player, more players isn't more work.

I kinda like Sherwood, too. The big goof just kinda grows on a person after a while. Or am I confusing him with a mold? lol I suppose that as long as there is no objection from Rykon, you can go ahead and come in.

I see that there is a rewrite posted for Prismatic Arrangement of Creation in the Character thread. There is a rewrite available for the CMA of Dreaming Pearl Courtesan Style, and the SMA of Charcoal March of Spiders, and I was wondering which one you'd like to see me use? The original from Scroll of the Monk, or the tweaked versions?

I have a sheet posted that is mostly done. I still need to calculate the DV values and soak, but you can at least see what I'm working with.

Renna looks good. I'll add a IC post that Renna is going to attend the party too. Do you want to show up as some arm candy, or would you like to be one of the performers there? With your level of performance and your specialties in dance, you could easily be there in a Resplendent Destiny of a famous star.

Across the room, Daivaja is busy schmoozing with a crowd of Lookshy socialites, trying to put her own spin on the events of the day and put the troubled minds at ease. Even with your impressive social abilities, it is no simple feat to put to rest the fears that the people all seem to share. After all, Lookshy is no friend of the Realm, and has been in active armed conflict on more than one occasion. A short distance away are two of your extended family looking quite dashing in their finery, enjoying the wine while doing their best to keep their distant cousin under a watchful eye, because assassins lurk even in the ballrooms of Lookshy, and they will fight to the death to protect you. The third member of your entourage is dressed as a servant, standing close to her 'mistress', ready to respond to her every whim, being overlooked by most of the officers and nobles in the room since she is below their notice.

Quick amendment. Euphemia is actually imperceptible to anyone inside fate. If she speaks to someone, they hear it as their own thoughts. She can also make social influence through her cousins as necessary. I'd say two of them are with her and one is overseeing her manses in Yu Shan.

She looks like the servant if anyone can perceive her (and if they can they go straight on the 'Suspected Enemies of Creation' list), and she seems supernaturally unimportant. If she takes a glass or a canapé it just seems to vanish from the tray. People avoid her as she walks without ever noticing they've walked around her.

I think I'll be able to post tonight, but I'd like a call to arms here. I currently don't know who I'm manipulating, or to what ends. Is my fated mission to ensure the party successfully assuages the fears of Lookshy as to a resurgent and expansionist Realm? Is there anyone specific I should be persuading, or should I make some people up? Should I bother doing it mechanically, or is this just an establishing shot where it's assumed we succeed?
