This unusually green berry is only found in sunny spots in the jungle, usually near common grazing spots for deer. It's sweet flesh hides between 2-4 orange seeds, which seem to be almost buttery in appearance and texture. However, do not be fooled - the orange color of the seed is merely a coating, and under it resides a harder, dark-brown seed.
This orange coating is the subject of interest, however - since it's found to have a new compound, known only in the jungle as Ghiasine. Through an odd cross-reaction with plants containing [REDACTED], this berry suddenly starts to make jungle inhabitants and animals alike happier, even ecstatic in some cases.
Interestingly, this type of fruit isn't addictive despite it's effects. Ghiasine has been found in a few similar types of berries by the jungle's inhabitants, but these green ones are the most common. Since it requires another compound to exhibit it's strange effects, it's rather easy to consume them without experiencing their trance. Ghiasine's side effects are not completely understood, but so far it seems like a rather harmless compound by itself.
