Well, I rewatch Zootopia, and came with this idea:
What if the evil plan of Bellwether (the little fluffy sheep) succeeded and all predators were marked as potential insane/murderous animals, and eventually are repressed/isolated by the fascist lamb.
Having said that, how much time would pass before the predators decide they had enough, I mean even in they were only the 10% of Zootopians, they were stronger than the others, and well maybe they rise up leading to, well, a civil war.
I'm just doing some brainstorming, but guess you realise it would be a more darker zootopia, probably with more political struggle... between the predators and preys extremists, those who want to resolve the issue peacefully (... sounds like X men?)
