Yuffie's Characters

Yuffie Kisaragi

Materia Thief
With such a large user base, I figured it might be nice to get some more feedback on some of the characters I've been using for a while. Most of them are birthed from a combination of other RPs and my own lore. So please, any kind of criticism is most welcome! And keep in mind that these are full canon versions of these characters, generally not intended for gameplay. Rather, I prefer to use altered versions of them for normal play.

  • The Zealous Assassin

(FYI, this is technically a Kingdom Hearts fan character, though she has evolved past that origin.)

    Name: Neena "Two-Soul" Mors

Age: Immortal, born human during the original Keyblade War, transcended after the fall of the Watcher and the Omniverse's Graveyard several hundred years later.

    Gender: Female

Personality: A woman who has been known for millenia as a crass, bitter, and impatient whirlwind of emotion and death, she has not gained this reputation for nothing. Since she was young Neena has always been one for sarcasm and blunt words, with little room for compliments and kindnesses in her life. Having devoted her entire life to a single goal, she often becomes single-minded and focused on one thing. While this used to be the killing of every Keyblade Wielder, it has also been the protection of her family as well as currently the protection and governance of her realm. Though it often takes people a long time to move past her more negative characteristics, Neena will become friends with people. This of course takes her respect, generally only earned through fighting alongside her or doing something honorable. Overall, though she is bitter and stubborn in her words and actions, she is always looking for a way to make things better in her own way, and if you're a trusted ally and friend, she's not letting you die so easily.

Bio: Neena started life in a small village. She was born during a time when tensions leading up to the Keyblade War were just starting to become a problem. She grew up leading a regular life, not particularly affected by the War that had recently began. One day, a small patrol of Dark wielders came to the carefree village, and burned it all down, killed everybody. Neena escaped the massacre by being hidden in the cellar by her parents. There were no other survivors. After several long hours, she peeked out from her hiding spot, and became traumatized almost immediately. So many dead, nothing left. She caught sight of the few keybladers who had committed the crime. They were leaving, and as they did so, laughed and joked. At that moment, Neena's fate was sealed. She became enveloped in the flames of vengeance. She found a nearby village, and lived there. While she grew up, she trained relentlessly. She adapted her body and attitude to that of an assassin. And she joined in the Keyblade War, joining a little faction named the Decolor, whose goal was to kill all the Keybladers. She easily became the top operative, assassinating several hundred keybladers. Over the course of the war, she welcomed light into her abilities, and conquered the merciless embodiment of her light and darkness that had taken over her body as Neana by sealing them away into a pendant that still allowed her her powers.

Eventually, the war ended, and the Decolor became criminals, persecuted and on the run. Neena could not let up, constantly running from the law, until she received an invitation. An invitation to join the Omniverse Tournament. A Tournament for the best warriors from all across the multiverse. The prize was one wish. She joined, and throughout the course of the tournament, fought valiantly against several powerful warriors, including a few keybladers and the hero of a Keyblade War from another world. This hero taught her many things, including the value of care, and helped her to get over her hatred for Keyblade wielders. Also, through those trials, she gained a brand new power that gives her strength. After the tournament, which she won after a lot of hard fights, she got her wish. She wished that she could return to her home and not be hounded by the law again. She got her wish. She was returned to her home that had become the Keyblade Graveyard, and fell into a magical sleep. She was not bothered again.

Several hundred years later, she awoke, dazed and confused. A young man with silver hair and yellow eyes found her, and took her in, protecting her with a huge silver keyblade. Over time she learned his name Xehanort, but to call him Terry. It comforted him to some degree. The two of them fell in love, and ended up getting married and having a child, named Lyon. It seemed that they were going to live a happy and peaceful life, not going to be bothered by anything. One day, Terry left for work, saying he had something special to clean up. As soon as he had left, Neena and Lyon were ambushed by a few other people. Out of practice and without her weapon, Neena quickly fell to the mysterious men. She fell into another long sleep like state. She awoke several years later, with the world fallen to darkness. She sought out her husband and daughter and found them both, one fighting for light, and the other completely possessed by the darkness. She broke Terry out of his stupor, and they all fought, defeating Xehanort and the rest of his thirteen darknesses. The reunited family won, but Terry was forced to give up his heart and body in order to kill Xehanort once and for all. Neena got her heart stolen while she fought to keep Terry in the light because of her using her most powerful form, Twilight Form.

So, Terry was gone forever, and Neena was divided into three parts, scattered throughout the universe. Lyon led a safe life, but never forgot her parents sacrifices. Later, Neena's will was reawoken through some force, and finding her lacking both heart and body, sought out her nobody and heartless. She had lost all of her light and darkness when the split occurred, leaving her extremely weak. So, her will was forced to take on a new kind of power. Her light and darkness lost to her Nobody and Heartless respectively, she hunted other warriors, who held great power granted to them from magickal artifacts. She used only her physical skill, speed, and strength, to find and defeat these mighty warriors, and claim from them the magickal artifact that gave them their power. With her power increased, she began to seek out her Heartless and Nobody. All three perished in the battle, synthesizing once more, Neena.

However, instead of Neena being reborn as a whole person where she had died, her new whole body was taken to an arena, with an omnipotent being known as the Watcher in charge. The Watcher was a being in charge of entertaining the masses of dead people, and did so by orchestrating the Amnesia Games, where he took several heroes and villains from across the multiverse, took their memories, and forced them to undergo trials and tribulations unlike any they had experienced before. The Grand Finale was to be a huge deathmatch, but Neena died attacking the Watcher before it even started. Fortunately for all of the competitors, a team of their perished loved ones had been working to destroy the Games for good. They finally made their move, and worked together with all of the heroes to kill the Watcher and send the Omniverse's Graveyard spinning into chaos. Everyone was happy, and they all except for one. Terry, Neena's husband who had worked so hard to free her from the games, had lost his wife in the process. He spent several years searching the Graveyard for the soul of his wife, finally finding it. But in order to retrieve it, he had to give up his own, which he did, making peace with his final death. Neena's soul was released, and the woman, refusing to let such rules restrict her, stole Terry's soul back, and giving it a home within herself.

Now Neena was reborn, but still was limited to existence in the Graveyard, where billions of people had made the afterlife into a hell it was never supposed to be with riots and gang warfare dotting the realm. Every deceased person was able to wield a power known as Soul, where they could use their own life energy to give a weapon a power that personified their existence. But fortunately, Neena in her disobeying of the rules, now had two souls, and power up two weapons, one with her own Soul, as well as Terry's. With this strength, the former assassin set her eyes on creating peace within the Graveyard once more. She united thousands under her banner, earning respect through her strength, and those that would not join her, she killed and banished to the Mausoleum, an inescapable prison for those souls. After several dozen years of war, the Graveyard was finally a single country once more, and Neena their queen. She has set her mind onto reconstruction now, working to make an afterlife that will be peaceful for all souls.

    Weapons:

Guardian's Blade: A ninjato made of enchanted obsidian that was Neena's weapon of choice for all her life, it has become incredibly powerful when Terry's soul was used to boost it's strength. His wish to protect Neena in her endeavors grants her a regenerating magical shield around her while she wields the blade, and can also generate weaponized forcefields with the weapon. Y'know, like Violet in the Incredibles.

Zealot's Bow: A bow of blackwood with an enchanted quiver that can never run out of arrows. It was Neena's weapon of choice for all her life, it has become incredible powerful when her own soul was used to boost it's strength. Her passion for her goals has given her access to a set of magical arrows that are the strongest arrows ever forged, known as the Zodiac Arrows.

Magickal Artifacts: A set of ancient and powerful weaponry collected while Neena was reduced to her Will without her magic, she can use one at a time while in base form, Light Drive, Dark Drive, and Soul Drive. In Will Drive, she can either wield two at a time, or one of them two handed, which either doubles the base effect or grants an additional effect.

Spellblade: An enchanted broadsword that can take on the power of spells and add them to it's own strength. The strength of the absorbed magic is doubled when weapon is two handed.

Ichaival: A kusarigama that is poisoned with some of the strongest venom around. When two handed, she gets another one.

Aredbhair: A spear that gifts the user extreme grace and aerial finesse, allowing for air combat to become a possibility. When two handed, straight flight is easy.

Carnwennan: A dagger that enhances the users speed and grants the user invisibility. When two handed, she becomes indetectable, her smell and the sounds she makes gone.

Parashu: A battleaxe with extraordinary weight and gives the user extreme strength and manipulation over the earth. When two handed, it doubles the already incredible strength.

Ring of Dispel: A ring that can reflect any spell and protect temporarily against physical attacks. When two handed, the protection against physical attacks is doubled.

Crescent Rose: A six foot scythe that absorbs hits and increases strength at one for one. When two handed, the power put into the scythe is double that was taken.

Caduceus: A thin short rod that gives the user mastery over elemental magic. When two handed, the magic strength is doubled.

    Abilities:

Base Form: Neena's regular form, that she is normally in. In it, she has the capabilities of a Kingdom Hearts warrior(by that I mean faster, stronger, and more durable than an ordinary human) trained to the fullest potential, focused on speed, acrobatics, and magic. She wields her bow and ninjato with the use of Soul generally, occasionally switching to her artifacts. She can wield both light and dark magic in this form, but neither are boosted or negated.

Dark Drive: Neena's form when she embraces the darkness. Her appearance changes slightly, her hair becoming longer and darker, and she wears a short black dress with lace trim. Her skin pales and her eyes turn yellow. Dark magic becomes much more powerful, but she cannot use light magic. Neena becomes much faster, but she loses a lot of strength and defense. She can only use the artifacts Ichaival, Aredbhair, Carnwennan, and Caduceus. She can only use Zealot's Bow's Soul power in this form.

Light Drive: Neena's form when she channels the light. Her appearance changes more dramatically, her hair becoming blonde and her skin becoming tanned, sun kissed, and her eyes are blue. She is encased in a suit of golden armor. Her ninjato changes to a golden broadsword, and her bow to a yellow wood crossbow. Light magic becomes much more powerful, but dark magic is completely negated. She becomes a bit slower, but with a boost in defense and strength. She can only use the artifacts Spellblade, Parashu, the Ring of Dispel, and Crescent Rose. She is limited to using Guardian's Blade's Soul power in this form.

Will Drive: Neena's form when she had lost her body and heart. Her hair turns white and becomes shorter. Her skin is sky blue and she is clothed in a white unitard. In this form she receives no boosts, and can use neither dark nor light magic. However, she can use all eight artifacts, not to mention able to use two at once or two handed, and they are all boosted, becoming stronger in whatever power they grant. She can also wield both the Guardian's Blade and Zealot's Bow Soul powers.

Soul Drive: Neena's form when she was reborn in the Graveyard. Her skin is an ashen gray and her garb is changed to a long black and red armored trenchcoat. Her hair becomes much longer, down to her waist and becomes fiery red. She can wield both light and dark magic in this form, but none of the artifacts. Her Soul powers are boosted to be more powerful.

More to come soon, but I need to go do something!
