  Background:
  Melody was abandoned at a young age by her father and was taken in by Ra's al Ghul, who, despite what most people think, wouldn't leave a child in the middle of nowhere in the winter. She has trained with him ever since, quickly becoming one of the best assassins her age although sometimes her interests conflict with his, this doesn't stop him from keeping up the training though, she's one of the few who has been chosen to be in the team of villains, although Ra's fears her interests will lead her on a different path, however she's aware of this and tries to keep her curious nature in check. She has yet to figure out who her actual family is.
  Weapons: Dual blades(see costume picture), scythe(black part of handle is adjustable for easier transport and fighting, all the blue is blood red)
  
  Abilities/skills:
  Agility/acrobatics
  One of the first things she was trained in was her flexibility and agility, resulting into her being very agile, often able to get away from people in the weirdests ways, this also allows her to get in highly unreachable places.
  Close combat
  Although this isn't her main tactic of fighting(preferring blades) she knows the basics of several fighting styles should she end up without any weapons for some reason.
  Advanced sword fighting
  Because she's an assassin she is trained mostly with swords and her scythe, this makes her more likely to win when she uses them, often confusing her opponent since she can switch between the two types of weapons quickly.
  Stealth
  You cannot be a member of the League of Assassins and not have this skill, she's very quiet when she walks and the only time you hear her footsteps is if she's running, but that's only very quietly.
  Hacking
  A skill she learned on her own when she had too much free time, getting into most databases easily without trouble, but not yet the batcomputer or Justice League systems.
  Making her own gadgets
  Since she doesn't want to rely on Ra's resources too much she started making her gadgets herself, she has several things, shuriken, trowing knifes, scanners and a holocomputer in a bracelet

Background:
Alyana is the daughter of Barry Allen and Iris West, at first it wasn't entirely clear if she was going to be a speedster as well, but when she was with her father on his lab there was an explosion and she fell against a shelf of chemicals, however, he didn't want her in the hero business, so she decided to work alone, until she found Lex Luthor during a missions gone wrong and he offered her a place on the villain team, at first she refused, but eventually she joined because she was getting sick of being left behind.
Weapons: Several tools for distractions, her speed, six blades in her gauntlets (three on each side)
Abilities: Super speed, throwing lightning, phasing through walls/objects, trained mostly in close combat
Weaknesses: Needs to eat a lot, tends to do before thinking, underestimates her enemies most of the time

Background: He is the son of Pamela Isley aka Poison Ivy, who had left for some time which left him on his own with the father who soon just cast him aside when Ivy came back into town and she lied to him saying she was adopting him and it wasn't til some years later that she had finally told him the truth about him being her son, he wasn't mad at her for lying and easily forgave her for doing so

Appearance:
Outfit(s): Jaclyn will normally wear very casual clothes when out and about. The screws on her head act as both communication devices and turn her brain into a super computer. These can be removed letting her blend into society better. When acting as The Jack she puts on a lab coat with playing card of herself as the jack in a deck on the back.
Background: The clown prince of crime is a strange man. One who motives and desires seem unknown even to himself the only thing one can be certain of is when Joker wants something, he will take it. So was the case when one day Joker heard from some other villains they planned on creating a team of youngsters to take on the super chump's kiddy heros. Well this sounded like just the most fun of ideas. Though there was a problem, Joker wasn't sure where to find a kid with the right dazzle for his protege. Until he heard rumors of a elaborate prank gone wrong at a Gotham highschool. A young girl had rigged the sprinklers system to spray soda but a fire also happened to break out causing some to get hurt.

Looking more into it joker found the girl responsible was a young Jaclyn Vanhelm, a 15 year old science prodigy with a bit of a strange sense of humor. The girl looked promising but the nail in the coffin was the day she was born. April 1st now that was too perfect it was practically the joke that wrote itself. So without a second thought Joker had his men kidnap Jaclyn and brought her to him.

With a bit of his signature Joker training program, within two years Jaclyn was no more and instead she had come The Jack. While definitely crazy she isn't exactly what you'd expect. Sure she has the strange humor but it's strange in the sense she sometimes laughs at things that are in no way a joke. For example she might find it hilarious that you blinked twice or fall over in gut busting laughter because you asked what time it was. What's even stranger is her overwhelming kindness Jaclyn is the definition of "too nice". Mixed with her incredible skills with tech and childish attitude and you've got an elaborate prankster from hell. Due to having no living relatives and being chewed up by Gotham's terrible foster system it's hard to tell how much of Jaclyn's current state is due to the Joker and what's due to her growing up in Gotham.

Appearance: A tall girl with refined features and an athletic build, yet unnaturally pale skin. The most striking feature of her appearance is her darkened yet piercing eyes, intense and likened to those of a predator against the backdrop of an otherwise stone face. Her black hair hangs in a messy style and is cut roughly by a blade rather than a stylist. She does however appear to use heavy makeup in particular around her eyes in order to conceal deep black markings.

Outfit(s): Unlike many other superpowered individuals, Spark forgoes any particular uniform in favour of simple semi-formal attire. This often consists of a plain dress shirt, slacks and blazer worn in a loose fashion. The reality of such being sourced in bulk from a surplus store for a now-closed private school. She is however known to accessorize numerous pieces of simple gold jewellery in the form of hoops, rings and chains.

Background:
he Bastard child of the bounty hunter Lobo and a northern woman in one of his many relations across the Galaxy, Darcy herself would grow up a orphan following complications during her birth which cost the life of her mother. As a result, she would be raised within the foster system unaware of her heritage and dealing with the abusive system for most of her life. Seemingly not one for direct violence, she was made a prime target though with the emergence of her powers still retained this apparent pacifism, even going as far as learning to move with blows in order to prevent injury to those targeting her.

A quiet and sombre child, Darcy would be found to suffer from a form of near-total anhedonia, an inability to experience joy out of most actions she attempted. Bouncing between several hobbies and pursuits would yield hollow satisfaction at best. This lack of fulfilment would eventually lead her down darker and darker paths with an aim to find it, including her first real acts of violence that left the majority of her school class gravely injured.

It was this path that eventually lead her into the criminal world and Intergang itself, a talent coming under the mentorship of Bruno Manheim and his organisation as a valuable asset in their goals.

Background:an evil egotistical supervillain. Dr simian used to be a regular old chimpanzee who was mutated as a result of one of Dr sivana's schemes to rule the world, this one involving a radioactive meteor being pulled to earth by a gravity cannon being thwarted. A small chunk of said meteor landed near where the chimpanzee that became Dr simian lived, mutating the primate and giving him superintelligence and psychic powers. Soon after the chimpanzee ended up meeting up with gorilla grodd and started learning under the power mad gorilla how to control said psychic powers.
Weaknessesr simian has a colossal ego that tends to blind him to errors in his plans and leads him to underestimate his opponents and prematurely gloat when he thinks he's won. Also anything that nullifies psionic powers works on his too. And his walking suit is the source of any superhuman strength he might display, without it he's not as strong.
