They just happen to have landed a job working as minions and henchmen. In this instance the Players would be working for a Temporary Employment Agency that leases out employees for various nefarious schemes across the various planes of reality. As may be gathered from the description this is meant to be a comedic RP. Players may run the gambit from a crazed necromancer looking for financing for his latest bid of conquest to a kid who just got his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering who REALLY needs to start paying back his student loans. (There is even a special subdivision of work for those individuals who don't want to do evil and want to help thwart the clients, accounting and inhuman resources.)
