A little new take on the idea.
Basically, in the aftermath of a horrifying massacre of his/her fellow students, Senpai A has gone to therapy to seek treatment. In the end, a part of the school burned down, and the yandere that had pursued Senpai had apparently perished in the flames.
However, problems still arise when he sees what he assumes is the ghost of his stalker. However, is it really a ghost? Or has Yandere B come back to free Senpai from the clutches of the mental institute.
