Help what do [div] do?

I have been looking at some code, and was wondering
[div] [/div]
does and what it means ?

 

[Idea]

Divs are basically blank slate to customize. You give a bunch of other code instructions past the “=“ and those apply to anything within the div.

[div=font-family:orbitron;color:green;][/div]


Edit: Font doesn’t seem to be working, tbh this font has only been working half the time with me lately.. Don’t know why, but I’m sure you see the point.
