(Reference of locations / venues again check back here)

Kid Friendly, Adults Only. Camp KFAO, dubbed by some as 'Kay-Fow', was paved with lush green trees and tropical lavish freshness as the night lights almost illuminated the beauty of the ambiance. The City was just off the coast on the other side of the isle, with Teal Point and Lake Grand surrounding the isle with Camp KFAO. Soon, the place would be filled with diverse and various people from all walks of life and all over, these members would have no idea what's in store for them, a mingling of fates and the power of their will intertwined to create a bond and fluctuating dynamics for the weeks to come. Soon the empty corridors of the Camp House will be filled up one by one, and these people will have the pleasure of finding out things about others and also about themselves they probably have never gotten the chance to otherwise. KFAO has a way of always bringing out the best of people, while exposing the worst to conquer. It reminds you that the adult is only as potent as the inner kid that once dreamed and was full of spark and raw potential.

And that time was now.

Nadi

The Uber pulls up to the pristine home built into the tropical grounds of Camp KFAO. Nadiana tries to get one last Snapchat and Instagram video in before she would effectively be cut off from the wifi and electronic splendor of the isles. "Okay! Well peeps, I gotta run, but I'll see you at the end of my stay. I'm so amped for this! Outtie 9000!" She ends and sends the clips to her social media, as her eyes traversed over the beautiful scenery before her. Even in the night, the features of the venue was still just as gorgeous, and perhaps even more festive as the neon and different hue lights shined under the camp trees, and the Camp House itself dug into the grounds with a beauty of fine tropical plant life and a nice pool at the epicenter of it all. It was a place designed out of one of those home makeover shows, and in Nadi's budding and ever increasing career, these sights of granduer was something she still wasn't used to yet. But it was something she could get used to. She tipped the driver and gathered her belongings, heading to some smoothly paved cobblestone steps that guided her down into the elegant camp residence where she'd be staying weeks with people she was yet to meet. She'd only gotten the names of the housemates from the brochure, quite literally nothing else. Bonnie, Arianna, Eden, Sid, Cecil, Dorian, and Enzo. They had pictures attached to their names. Every single one of them was beautiful. She'd namely been looking at Enzo and Dorian as guys she'd typically go for in a social setting, and she was also in love with Eden's hair. It was hype. She rolled her suitcase and her other two large duffel bags, all with her full name 'Nadiana Maja Bella' on them.

The-Lost-Gardens-of-Heligan-lights.jpg

Nadi followed the lights and pavement in between the neon lit trees down into the foyer of the courtyard, she then got the the roof of the actual residential building, looking down at the interior splendor below. She giggled and clapped as she rolled her things down each of the smooth steps until she got to the upper door. From there she opened it to a spiral staircase that led down into the actual rooms and Camp House. She was mesmerized from first gaze. This place had everything. She literally twirled in circles trying to gather some semblance of where she might want to go first. No wifi, internet, nor a house phone, but at least the camp would pay for all data used on phone plans for everyone, so that was something. The kitchen was down on the base floor, so she'd definitely be picking a room on the base so she could have easy access to the snacks. She also strolled by the movie room and steam room on the upper floor. The lounge and entertainment den were on the middle floor, and she could also see that all bedrooms were modeled the same way, with a bathroom on each of the three floors. She instantly darted down to the base floor to find and secure her a room. She placed her bags on the bed. There were three floors but nine rooms, meaning one would be left vacant (no doubt used for the "guest" room). Three bedrooms on each floor. Now two left on the base since Nadi had just claimed hers. It seems she was the first to arrive. She jumped back on the cool and crisp sheets that smelled like fresh linen and pine, and started to snow angel on the bed. She takes a deep sigh of bliss and relaxes herself. She couldn't wait to meet the others.

ARCH2O-Cornwall-Gardens-CHANG-Architects-01-1170x780.jpg

After a few moments of relaxing, Nadiana gets up and decides to look around some more, also seeing a small room with a private sign and a camera logo. Nadi opens the door to peek inside to see a confessional room. She claps her hands together and darts inside to cut the camera on and become the first official person to use it for the first time.
"Hooooly crap. Mic check... testing one two. Monkey balls. Space Nuts. Alien testicles. Hi, I'm Nadiana and if you're watching this... WE ARE ALL DEAD. A KILLER HAS FOUND US AND WE GONE FAM. Haha kidding, just wanted to be the first one to use it. I feel like abnormal things are going to happen in here..." With her last comment she cut it off and went back out into her room and began to unpack, to wait for her future companions and hopefully lifelong friends.

Bonnie Jones

Bonnie had been expecting something a hell of a lot different when she had been signed up for some type of camp by her best friend and head chef. Since she’d been a little girl camping and being outdoors was something was she loved. In those times she’d bond with her father and brothers over a open fire, bragging about the amount of deers or boars they’d hunted. As her Uber pulled up to camp grounds Bonnie looked on in surprise. With the help of her driver she gathered her things and headed inside. “Thanks for the help darlin’, have a safe trip back ya hear.” She waved goodbye before heading further inside.

Bonnie took a moment to look around. She was impressed by the decor. Her career had given her a chance to buy a nice house but it was nothing compared to what she was seeing now. She made her way upstairs with her belongings. Bonnie made sure to pick a room with a nice view. The young woman unpacked her belongings and once she was finished she headed downstairs. Bonnie walked into the kitchen. She looked around the room, even going as far as to look through the cabinets and refrigerator.

Eden had been traveling for hours, coming to a discreet place from another discreet place wasn't a quick task. After driving for what seemed like hours, her Uber finally pulled up to the house. The view was amazing, they didn't do it enough justice on the 'pamphlet' she received. Getting out, she practically skipped to the trunk and grabbed her abundance of bags. Before attempting to pull her bags around she quickly thanked the driver and waved him away. Putting her first joint of the trip into her mouth, she began pulling her bags down the long winding path.
With a little sweat on her brow, she came up to the door. Taking a final drag off her joint and throwing away her roach, she pushed open the door.

Eden causally walked past the kitchen slightly nodding at the girl in there and practically threw her bags up the stairs. Eden wasn't the biggest fan of being on the ground floor, with the kitchen being there... it would be a struggle to attempt to sleep in. Unintentionally loudly, she dragged her bags up the stairs to the very top floor. She opened the first door on her right and fell in love. The view of the forest behind the house was magnificent, she carefully placed all five of her bags (Two large suitcases, a huge hikers bag, a carry on bag and two large canvas bags.)
She then ran down the stairs and stopped in the kitchen, making a b-line for the snacks. Opening a cupboard she saw her only true love.... cosmic brownies. She practically ripped open the box and started snacking, then she realized she wasn't alone in the kitchen. With a mouth full of brownie and a giggle she managed to get a hi out.

Dr. Cecil Lennox.jpg
The car groaned for a moment, as Cecil downshifted on the motorway. The clutch system compensated, the rev counter sprung a few ticks higher as the driver was pushed a fraction closer to the leather seats against his back. The overhead lights of the motorway started to mix into one another, reflected no longer as individual globes of warm orange light, but rather a continual stream of fire across the glistening surface of the roadster. Inside the cabin, blaring at a perfect 75% volume capacity was the Piano Concerto K.466 - Conducted and accompanied by Uchida. The only thing, seemingly, not absolutely perfect was the white knuckles of Cecil as they sat perched along the underside of the steering wheel.

This entire enterprise put him on edge. He was going to have to be social. That he could manage quite easily. Within known parameters. With people, he knew and knew well. Anticipating their needs and interests based on experience, and not floundering about in the dark, hoping to have something in common other than a mutual desire to fuck each other's brains out. Then again, was that not modern romance in a nutshell? Desperate groping in the dark, hoping that whatever your hands land on does not offer too much in terms of cognizant dissonance when morning light finally breaks.

Shit. He was over thinking this. A tremor ran up his arm, and he almost instinctively reached for his leather case, resting on the seat next to him. He stopped himself short, his eyes widening. What the hell was that? He was DRIVING for fuck's sake. And yet... the image of the bottle of whisky he had gotten as a going away present, slowly sloshing about with the vibrations of the car, stuck in his mind. His eyes moved to the screen of the GPS, where it said he was less than ten minutes out. He just needed to get there. Get there fast. And then what? What then? Drink himself into a stupor?

Is that how he wants to introduce himself to them? Is that not who he truly is? The knuckles on the wheel turned even whiter, as the sounds of gnashing teeth mixed with the beautiful harmony of violins and delicate dance of Uchida's fingers across the piano. God, she was good.

A deep breath. Another. Slowly his fingers started to loosen. Beath. A bit more. As they slowly started to resemble hands more than claws, he flexed them, groaning at the stiffness. His piano teachers would have had a fit when he was younger. A few moments later they began to tap across the leather surface of the wheel, a near-perfect imitation of the notes as they were being played. With each bar, his shoulders relaxed a bit more into the seat, until finally, his jaw relaxed as well. He could do this. What are a few weeks without work? What are a few weeks without the comforts of his house? He was here to relax. He was here to meet someone special. Someone... Fuck. This was going to be horrible.

What seemed like only a moment later he pulled into the facility. It was clear that the place was well funded. Unreasonably so. How much did all this cost? Prime location. Extensive landscaping. Modern design - quality architects. This entire place smells of 'The entertainment industry'. No other was this conspicuously wasteful. Despite that. It was nice. He got out of the car and moved to the back - where he got out his travel bags. A briefcase with his laptops and tablets in. As well as a wireless LTE router. His leather duffel. A large garment protector, where he had a few extra blazers and dress pants in. His umbrella. And of course, his overcoat. Locking the car, leaving it there since he really was not sure what to do with it, he started walking towards the entrance. Inside he could see a few people moving about already. Deciding to leave his thing near the stairs, keeping his umbrella and his overcoat with him - he walked, slowly, over towards the kitchen. He saw a rather brightly coloured young lady giggling towards another in greeting, who seemed to be rummaging through the kitchen. He cleared his throat, squared his shoulders and put on his best face. Not exactly a smile. Not exactly a sneer. Nothing offensive or overly friendly. "Evening. I was unsure as to how the rooms were to be doled out. Is this a matter of first come first serve? Or do we hash it out in some or other fighting pit, and to the winner the spoils?" He voice, while not overly posh, carefully enunciated his vowels, dropping them only when their presence would undermine the flow of speech. He looked between them, "Dr Lennox... But I suppose Cecil would be more appropriate, considering our current context and... genre." He offered a small chuckle.

That seemed a good introduction. Nothing overly fancy or crazy. Calm. Clear. And when you get to your room... one drink. That is it. Just to mellow you out.

Enzo Tita-Munoz (apologies, mobile doesn’t work well with me.)

Enzo’s hands griped the back seat of a taxi that he had taken. His thoughts whirled around his head like a tornado. Was he hallucinating? He’d never felt like this before. Why was he nervous? He doesn’t have social anxiety. He’s never scared of what’s to come, he’s literally the Johnny Bananas of going to places to find love, friendship, and just somewhere to go to have peace and quiet. He brought his guitar, a suitcase of clothes, and a duffel bag for his e-cigarettes, and hygiene products. He was afraid of what others would think of him, an International acoustic player, with a trouble for pronouncing words, accompanied with his unknown for American food and culture. He just had a looong flight, from Italy to the destined Location. He almost had gotten arrested while going through customs, but that didn’t stop him from making it to the garden-like hotel. The taxi cab slowed to a stop, and he was left outside the doors with his items. No phones, no laptops, just him and his guitar. This would be stress-free, since he always felt a need for recording, and writing music. Now he can just play to his hearts content, and he took his first few steps through the doors. He was wearing joggers, an Italian ‘World Cup’ Soccar shirt, and Adidas striped shoes. His headphones slung around his neck. He looked around, was anyone wearing the same thing as him? No... They weren’t. Enzo was worried he would be judged, but he did have an excuse. He didn’t want to talk to anyone, not yet. Fondling his pockets for the brochure that came in the mail for him, he looked at the pictures of the other participants. There was a man at the counter, two women in the kitchen, and the rest... He didn’t know where they were. After looking around a bit, he decided that he should wait to get a room before everyone else had the chance to. He set his bags neatly next to him, with his guitar case at his feet, and tried to figure out what to do to wait. He just stood there, leaning against a wall and twiddling his thumbs.

A sense of panic had been echoing inside of Dorian's head ever since he first started on his journey to The Camp a couple of hours ago. He would engage in idle small talk with his Uber driver, browse through his social media, play random games on his phone but he couldn't shake the tight grasp his anxiety had around his throat. He hadn't ever taken a break this long from streaming or playing with his team, years and years of consistency in his schedule is what let him achieve the levels of success he had on the internet - his career was practically the only thing he seriously tried to not let his disorganisation affect. After two months of next to no presence online, would people still be interested in him? Would his abilities have rusted beyond repair? Would someone better have taken his place?

Despite all this worrying, Dorian was still determined to enjoy this trip to the fullest. The infinitely creative ways his mind came up with the imagined destruction of his life was exactly why he needed to grab onto this opportunity with both hands. It was a sudden decision to leave his regular life behind for a while but Dorian knew that this would be good for him, to disconnect from the internet and make some new memories with fresh faces. The truest of his supporters would remain behind him no matter what, a lot of them had voiced their opinion on the subject of Dorian leaving when he initially announced it; the majority being positive and getting behind him, while a small minority had some less than nice things to say. You couldn't avoid haters though.

Pulling up outside of where Dorian would be spending most of his summer, he didn't know quite where to look. Clearly, a lot money had been put into designing the place, you could almost smell it. His mothers would love the neon-lit trees that decorated the pavement leading up to the main building, a fitting teaser to a place that appeared as if it were made to be shown off on a reality TV show. It was modern, stylish, and ever so extra in it's architecture. Being from quite a wealthy family, Dorian was familiar with extravagant and expensive tastes, however this really took the cake. Once he had tipped his driver and retrieved his luggage from the trunk of the car, Dorian followed the path to the entrance of his home for the next several weeks.

While Dorian had been travelling for hours and obviously wouldn't look as presentable as he may have wanted, he still gave his outfit a once over before pushing open the front door. Slowly, he scanned the foyer and strolled further inside, sounds of activity coming from what he swiftly learned was the kitchen. Dorian wanted to get rid of his suitcase and duffel bag prior to meeting the other occupants of The Camp. Speaking of which, he had only seen pictures of them, and if we're judging books by their covers, Eden looked like the most intriguing from her hair alone. Also, he could have sworn he had seen Nadi somewhere previously, he couldn't quite put his finger on where though. Being that Dorian was a person who very much cherished his beauty sleep, he chose a room on the top floor, the third one along meaning that he would get a daily workout done just from walking from the first floor to his room.

Dorian honestly couldn't be bothered to start unpacking his things right now, he was dreading discovering which important item he had forgotten to pack this time. Besides, he was pretty excited to go and meet his housemates too, maybe a few drinks to celebrate their arrival wouldn't be a terrible idea either. Therefore, after discarding his belongings next to his bed, he walked back down the stairs to the kitchen to where he saw people interacting not too long ago. Dorian caught a glimpse of Enzo coming through the front entrance just as he turned into the kitchen and decided to leave the guy to settle in. Three faces he recognised from the brochure occupied the kitchen: Bonnie, Eden, and Cecil. He sauntered up to the kitchen island, admiring the rustic decor as he did so, and rested a hand on the counter. "Hey, I'm assuming you guys are a part of the rabid bunch I'm supposed to be living with for a while?" Dorian joked, glancing between each of them with a slight grin. "You can already consider us best friends if you pass me some of those brownies, Eden, right?" He added, raising a hand to point towards the box of snacks the exotic-looking girl was holding.

Bonnie Jones

Bonnie straightened up as she closed the refrigerator. Her attention focused on the other woman who had entered the kitchen. Her hair had been the first thing to catch her attention. There wasn’t a time when Bonnie had seen someone with rainbow hair. With a raised eyebrow Bonnie watched as she rummaged through the cabinets, only to stop when she came across some brownies. Finally the She seemed to take notice of Bonnie. Now usually She’d say something about her unladylike antics but decided against it. For now she’d keep quiet, who knows the poor thing was probably starving from the trip.

“Well hello there. I’m Bonnie Jones, it’s a pleasure to meet ya. From the brochure that I was given you must be Eden.” Bonnie tried to speak at a little slowly. She knew that in some cases her accent made it hard for others to understand her. Not long after her introduction two more people entered the kitchen. Bonnie took the time to look them over. One, Dorian as her remember told her, reminded her of the boys back home in a way. It was is build more than anything.

The good doctor reminded her of the doctors from the tv shows that her Mama would watch. He was awfully pretty like lost of them but he seemed a little tense. “It’s nice to meet y’all. And Suga’ I’m only rabid when I need to be. Don’t give me a reason to be and we’ll be right as rain.” Her tone was playful.

Finally after unpacking, Nadi had felt fulfilled and complete looking at her tidy room. She put her hands on her hips in one of those fashions that suggest that she had done something life succeeding. She sat down on her bed and looked around the room. She would be there for weeks. Hearing others outside and inviting others into her room and vice versa. Game nights, movie nights, out into The City, outdoor bonding, indoor bonding, probably a few arguments, definitely a lot of smiles and laughs. She was going to have people who could very well end up like family to her in this house soon. She laid back again, thinking about it. The mix of thoughts hitting her mind as the fatigue of the trip and jetlag was starting to get to her. Slowly but surely she started to drift off to sleep, quiet as a mouse. The decor and pine splendor around her gradually faded into black as she became one with the universe for a short time.

----

The sound of cabinets opening and closing, followed by some giggles and such had caused the Italian-Hispanic girl to flutter her eyes open, launching up form her rested state with a new brew of energy. She stretches and cracks her back as she hears voices coming from the direction of the kitchen. Oh shit, they were here. Nadi fixes her hair and gathers herself as she opens the door out into the hallway leading to the kitchen. She could see that quite a few had already made it into the Camp House. She must've been in a really deep sleep. She saw a couple of girls and a few guys, most were there already. Nadi walks towards them as she spots a very charming man leaning against the wall with an Italia soccer shirt on. Her eyes went wide as all attention was diverted to him. She walks up and greets herself. "Hey! Enzo right? I'm Nadiana but if that's too much call me Nadi :) That's a hype soccer shirt, my dad loves Arsenal so most of my apparel is for them. I played soccer all through college so, it's a hidden love of mine!" She extended her soft smooth hands into his for a handshake, and then turned her attention towards the rest of those in the kitchen.

"Hey guys! Glad you made it nice to meet you! I'm Nadiana, but you can call me Nadi. Let's see..." She looks at them by face, trying to remember whose name was who from the brochure that she was given. The gorgeous African-American chick she'd definitely seen had a very fashionable and strong presence, Nadi alluded in her mind she would see them getting along hopefully. "Bonnie!" She then looks to the rainbow haired girl, looking fresh like a woman off one of Nadi's YouTube videos or vlogs. If the girl was as colorful as her hair, her and Nadi could be the best of friends. "Eden!" Her eyes then trail to a very Christian Grey looking man. He was rather attractive and his entire getup was suggestive to the fact he was a very oriented probably practical man. "Cecil!" And finally, he eyes went to another charming looking fellow, him posture and appearance probably the most likely of someone Nadi would go for out in the real world in interaction. He looked a bit familiar though, causing Nadi to tilt her head in mild curiosity. "Dorian...? Where do I know you from?"

She them eating and exchanging brownies, when Nadi's face lit up and she gave them a "be right back" into her room, yet when she returned she came out with a small lockbox neatly secured. She placed it on the table, and unlocking the notches on it she opens it to reveal some very soft and moist looking cupcakes, but they were in the texture and appearance of cookies. It was Nadi's infamous Cookie Cupcakes. The smell of cake and dough blasted through the kitchen as she opened the box. "You guys should try these. A little gift I made for all of you. It's a cupcake yes but made from cake batter and dough mixed together that would normally be made for cookies. Then I put some Oreo cookie crumbs on it because wafers absorb the excess sugar while it's baking. Hope you guys enjoy!" She set the box in the middle of the kitchen counter for everyone to enjoy. They all looked diverse and interesting enough, which Nadi loved. A rag tag team of very interesting people like some social version of The Avengers.

Arianna wasn't really nervous about the house. Meeting new people was a small part of her everyday life, and had been ever since she was a child. Even as a young girl, going to photo shoots with her mom, she met new faces and had people 'ahhing' and 'oohing' over her all day. Models in between shoots, photographers snapping fun pictures of her, other clients. It was a neverending rush of new faces, and even sometimes ones she recognized. So going to a house to meet with seven other strangers? The thought didn't give her anxiety.

What did give her anxiety, however, was the simple fact that she would be out of her comfort zone. Her whole life, she'd been catered to and coddled almost. While she didn't exactly have a silver spoon in her mouth, she'd always had money and things she needed and wanted. Being out in the woods, living in an environment that she knew nothing about? That gave her anxiety. Even though she was good at keeping a poker face when it came to doing things that made her uncomfortable, that didn't mean her stomach wasn't a bundle of nerves.

Blowing out a sharp breath, she glanced out of the window of her uber. They'd been on the road for a while now, after leaving the airport. She hadn't really been paying attention to the scenery, deciding instead to distract herself by playing on her phone, navigating through social media. Taking a break from modeling meant she would be missing out on alot of things, like parties, more shoots, events. But Ari was so burned out of modeling, she didn't mind.

Her mother had minded, but Arianna was twenty one years old, a fact she hadn't hesitated to remind her mother of. Ari felt she had talents other than posing for a picture, and she wanted to explore them. But why camping? Her mother had scoffed, sipping her tea with a disgusted look on her face. It sounds fun, and it's a way to meet new people. Ari had told her, lounging on the couch opposite her mother. Don't sit like that, you'll ruin your posture. Her mother ended the conversation there.

Obviously, Arianna hadn't taken her mother's advice about not going, considering she was pulling up to the house now. The nerves in her stomach exploded, but when the driver parked, she got out and headed for the trunk. "You got this." She told herself, pulling out her three-- yes, three-- duffel bags. She also had a bookbag and a messenger bag. Managing to loop them all around her, she thanked the driver and started up the walk.

By the time she got to the door, she was exhausted. Once she shouldered her way inside, she spotted someone almost immediately, leaning against the wall. "Hi." She managed to get out, wincing slightly as her bookbag fell down her arm. "Fuck." Stepping to the side, she dropped all of her bags there. "I'll come back for those." She told no one, before hearing voices in the kitchen.

Time to shine. Making her way to the kitchen, she burst into the room, spotting five others already in there. "Hi people!" She announced, her eyes lingering on Eden's hair. She'd glanced at the brochure but hadn't really studied it. "Your hair is fucking amazing." She glanced at everyone else, spotting brownies, and something else in a little lunchbox that looked amazing. "What are those?" She asked, her eyes wide. She wanted one, but she also knew that just because she was taking a break from modeling didn't mean she got to eat whatever she wanted.

But they looked damn good.

Being a tad bit high, all these people seemed to come out of nowhere. She heard her name so many times, but truly recognized nobody. Looking to the first person to address her, she remembered referring to her as a goddess to her island friends, the guy that asked for a brownie was as yummy as one but she hadn't decided if she wanted to share yet. The doctor was absolutely dashing but looked like he had a whole tree up his butt. A girl had walked out of her room, Eden was puzzled cause she hadn't come out earlier. There was another guy but she had lost track of him and then a new blonde girl walked in. There was so much happening, her high brain was trying so hard to focus, fully swallowing her brownie she threw on a huge smile and began talking to the room, "Yea, it's Eden ! It's really cool of you guys to remember my name !" Then she began the introductions, looking in front of her.. "I believe it's Bonnie? I'm a little rough with name, but i absolutely love your accent!!" Looking at the brownie guy, she slightly made eyes and handed him a brownie, "Dorian right? I know there's a better option but trust me my brownies never disappoint." She stuck out her tongue and laughed , then turning to the girl from the room who brought the weird things. "These look hella good and im gonna eat one as soon as im done running my mouth, I can't remember your name and its driving me nuts. I'm sorry." Leaning a little bit she attempted eye contact with the Dr and the blonde girl and waved, "Again im bad with names but Hey ! Eden!" She still wasn't entirely sure where that other guy went, but she was sure he would pop up during introductions at some point.
She grabbed one of the muffin cookie things.. or whatever they were and practically swallowed it whole, "Jeepers these are hella good ! Do you usually do baking or was this like a happy mistake?"
Eden kinda backed herself up out of the main area of the kitchen and closer to the door, she realized she forgot to take her shoes off, unintentionally she brushed by really close to the doctor "Oh, im sorry.. excuse me" and then slipped off her shoes. She then walked over to the kitchen area (Not directly in the kitchen but near) and plopped down onto the floor. "So is this everyone?"

Enzo was in such a trance of just looking at everyone, that he didn’t realize a girl that he was eyeing in the brochure was standing in front of him. “Hello, Nadiana?” He confirmed as she walked up to him, his sharp Italian accent smoothly picking up the name, she mentioned that she can call her by a nickname. He was glad of this. He shook her smooth hand, bringing it up to kiss it, he did this with all women, even if they weren’t pretty, it’s just how he was taught. He felt as if they could get along. All of a sudden, another girl came through the door. She looked, well beautiful. Her entrance wasn’t gallant and graceful, and he soon recognized her face, she was the daughter of a well known producer. Maybe they could get along, she could possibly recommend him to putting him on the road to becoming a musician through her father. Everyone looked amazing, and he was socially attracted to all of them, he felt jealousy, envy, and overall a hint of attraction. The girl, named “Arianna” (a name that can roll of his tongue easily) dropped her bags in front of his feet, he assumed she’d come back for them, or he was to carry them. He didn’t know what to do, so he just arranged the slightly heavy duffel bags in a proper pile. He strolled his way over to the kitchen, trying to stay close to the crowd so he wouldn’t feel lonely. He was twirling his necklace, one with a steel cross with it when he joined the small yet Everyone was either chatting or eating; the foods weren’t so healthy, so he passed. He worked diligently to get the body he’d always wanted, and he didn’t want to risk ruining it. Enzo always knew that one piece of junk food would cause his abs to fizz into thin air. As he found himself sitting down on a stool, he took a look around. Enzo remembered all of the participants names, since he spent hours in the cab just reading names and staring at pictures. He want to risk messing them up, and embarrassing himself. Besides, what’s good fun when you forget a name?

The group seemed to settle down slightly, as they all meandered about - observing the various pleasantries that came with first introductions. They all seemed pleasant enough in their own rights. Some of the guys were forward, but earnest. The girls were either caring or a bit 'cutesy' - not that he minded it. It was just a bit strange for him, as the people he surrounded himself with most of the time were rather... uptight. Does that make him the uptight one? Does that make him the outcast? He looked at them all, laughing, joking, eating - generally having fun. It did not look like they minded his presence. He quietly stood back, his keen eyes taking in everything. No... there was an underlying air of 'role play' here. Many of them had their tells. Not all of them were as confident as they appeared. Various quick eye movements, various quirks in their speech, their tone, their postures. Twiddling thumbs, longing looks, rambunctious jokes, refusing themselves in order to maintain the image, playful threats - they were all testing the waters. Just as he had done. There was no need to worry. At least not yet.

He stepped forward again. "Well then, it is a pleasure meeting you all. While you lot wolf down those brownies, I think I will retire to my room for a bit. Powder my nose and all that. Eight hours between London and New-York, another few stopovers and the drive here has me dead. If nothing else, I would prefer to get into something a shade more comfortable." He nods to them all in an amicable fashion, before starting towards the doorway out of the kitchen area. "Oh, and if I don't return, don't worry - I am not dead. Traditional American horror tropes state that either the virgin or the African-American must die first. If they do, please come warn me... the scholar is usually next." He chuckled as he walked out, and grabbed his bags.

Deciding on a room near the top, he started upwards, taking in the building in all its splendour. It really was a very beautiful house. His own was a three-story tall, white stone in the middle of London. The insides were made of dark woods and comfortably sized rooms. He liked the fact that each room had at least one bookcase in, and a chair for reading... This wide, open space made him a tad uncomfortable. But he could understand the appeal somewhat. Finally reaching what seemed to be an empty room, with quite a view, he set down his things on one of the tables. Slowly and meticulously he placed his things in the drawers and wardrobes - making sure no wrinkles had formed during transit. He then walked over towards a small desk where he set up his LTE network and his various tablets. Luckily he already had a limitless data plan with roaming. He just could not afford not having an idea of what was going on in the world. He plugged in the tablets and opened them to various financial resources, setting their screens to never lock or dim. As they loaded up, he took out his laptop and checked his mail. He was told to never reply or do actual work, he was never told not to check in.

Seeing as his department seemed to still be running, he leaned back in the chair before sipping at his drink. He suddenly stopped. He looked towards his hand. When had he poured this? Curious. He looked around the room and saw that everything seemed in place. Exactly as he recalled. Shrugging, he took another sip and looked out the window. It was a rather nice view. And they all seemed like very nice people. He could spend a few weeks like this. Make a few friends. Have some fun. He got up from the chair and walked over towards the dresser. Slowly taking off his blazer, he ran his eyes over the clothes he had brought. Something comfortable? Well... since they all seemed quite informally dressed, he could as well. He took out a sweater, choosing to replace his blue tie with a red one. There. Much better, as he rolled his shoulders. Making sure to refill his drink, he left the room - locking it behind himself.

Slowly he meandered about the rooms. Everything seemed so nice. Some of the rooms were a tad infantile in their designs, but he saw the sauna which he definitely wanted to go see, as well as a cinema. The final room he wandered into seemed to be an entertainment room of sorts. Various musical instruments and seats were strewn about, and he naturally gravitated over towards a piano near the back, having closed the doors into the room so as to not disturb the others. He sat at the keys for a bit, running his fingers over the notes without actually playing any of them. Taking out a handkerchief, he placed it down on the pitch black piano, before resting his drink on it in turn. He had not actually played in months. Practised a bit, but not actually played. Choosing the 11th in Godowsky's Java Suite - The Ruined Water Castle at Djokja, he began softly to play from memory. Missing only a few notes here and there, he continued to run through the piece with relative ease. Perhaps he needed another drink. Just to ease the nerves a bit more. This music required 'flow'... a relaxed player. He had and was neither. At least, not yet.

In the past week leading up to camp, Sid had submerged himself in work and working out. He had to keep his mind distracted...and work off his recent sherbet binge. He would have loved to plan his return closer to the camp day or, hell, even left Cuba to head straight there, but he had to get everything properly squared away with work and home. Being the embodiment of your own business made this lengthy vacation a risky move, but he felt he needed it. Although money mattered and his clients were nearly his friends at this point, he needed to take care of himself right now. So, he'd sent out notices to his clients along with independent work out plans and diet regiments to cover the next two and a half months. Admittedly, part of him was tempted to try working over vacation - simply writing out the workouts and meal plans on paper then sending them via snail mail - but he'd managed to convince himself not to...with a little help from his scolding sister and a glass of whiskey.

Sid stared out of the window of his ride, watching the scenery pass by while trying to keep his thoughts surfaced. The brochure was slightly crumpled between his hands and he'd glance down at it here or there. Though his outward mood seemed as calm as ever, he was actually quite excited to meet everyone and looked forward to what the trip had to offer. However, more than anything, he wanted to touch solid ground again, to not be in a moving vessel. Compared to the traveling he'd done lately, this was a breeze, but it still made him realize just how much he appreciated being stationary. Luckily, it didn't take too much longer for the car to pull in front of the lavish building.

Stepping out of the car, he made note of just how much more fresh the air smelled and quickly picked up on the scent of water as he noticed the familiar surrounding fauna. The tropical weather was reminiscent of home and while he wasn't a fan of extremely hot weather - which he figured this place probably reached some boiling temperatures - he knew how to handle it. He was always prepared for warm weather, including today - clad simply in jeans, a white tanktop, an open button-down, and sandals. It was mandatory that one's attire always offer the ability to readily - and with a degree of ease - be stripped down. Now, if he were to get caught in a snowstorm right now, he'd be royally screwed... But that's neither here nor there.

Seeing a car parked outside, he knew he hadn't been the first to arrive, but he'd figured as much. He pulled his things from the car, strapping on a backpack and clutching a small suitcase. He packed lightly: clothes and toiletries. One of the great things about warm weather ware was that it was typically small or thin; although, he did pack a couple of dressy outfits and a suit, just in case. Approaching the door, he looked on in awe of the decor and the building itself. He had worked with some fairly wealthy folks before, but still, this sight was beyond him. Slowly, he pushed the unlocked door open and immediately heard many different voices fill his ears. He didn't think he was that late to the party, but apparently so... Well, maybe he could sneak by without being noticed. This wasn't him being shy, but prioritizing. He needed to see what was left as far as rooms went and further acclimate to this place in the process.

Being in front of all these new people already had Dorian feeling invigorated after his tedious trip here. He almost saw it like achievements in a game, getting to know these people and their secrets, it would sure make for a fascinating summer - hopefully some relationships would last longer than that. Speaking of which, Bonnie was already piquing his interest, the playful tone to her threat amusing him. "Is that a challenge?" Dorian questioned, a mischievous grin curling his lips. His attention shifted back towards Eden and his smirk only widened when she made slight eyes at him, he could already tell she was going to be trouble. Accepting the brownie she handed to him, he let out a soft laugh at her comment. From the smell of marijuana that emanated from Eden, he definitely wasn't going to bet that her brownies had ever disappointed anyone. Personally, Dorian hadn't smoked a blunt before, he didn't hang out around the crowd to do so and didn't actively seek to do it, therefore, it never occurred. That didn't mean he was opposed to trying though. "Yeah, it's Dorian, it's a pleasure to meet you Giggles." He said, already coining a nickname for the bright-haired girl from her infectious laugh. Just then, a face he recognised as Nadiana's entered the kitchen, she looked spectacular in that floral dress; everyone was rather attractive, he just didn't want to come across as shallow by solely concentrating on their appearances.

As Dorian ate his brownie, Nadiana, or Nadi as she told everyone to call her, went around the room greeting each person individually. When it came to him, she also seemed to recall knowing him from somewhere. He turned towards her, his hand leisurely stroking over his stubble as he raked through his memory like a filing cabinet, attempting to remember where he knew the brunette from. Snapping his fingers, Dorian's face lit up as he finally connected her face with a memory. "Nadiana Bella, YouTuber, right? I knew I recognised you from somewhere. My twin brother is actually your biggest fan, he's going to be so jealous when I say I met 'Queen Nadi' before him." Dorian chuckled, dropping his hand and reliving the moment when Kalin screamed 'that's my Queen!' when he saw her in Riverdale. "My full name is Dorian Caverly, aka Stranger from the depths of the internet." He continued, thinking perhaps his online alias would jog Nadi's memory.

Suddenly, Nadi retreated to her room but came back a moment later holding a small lockbox. After she opened it to reveal some cupcakes, Dorian let go of the worry that he somehow said something wrong and smiled when she offered them to everybody. "Well, it would be rude not to." Dorian remarked, resolving to treat himself today as he took one of the sugary treats Nadi had baked from the box she placed on the kitchen counter. He bit off a large chunk, holding his hand open underneath his chin to catch the crumbs. "Delicious." He complimented, swallowing prior to finishing the rest of the cupcake and stepping towards the trash can to discard the mess that had fallen into his palm. Another person had came into the kitchen...Arianna he believed her name was. Dorian took a seat in a stool next to Enzo whom had also entered the room, seeing that the guy looked pretty anxious and not wanting him to feel left out. "The name's Dorian and I'll make sure everyone is sick of my Dad jokes by the time we leave." He declared, glancing between Arianna and Enzo. "What do you call cheese that isn't yours?" Dorian asked, waiting a few seconds to feign building suspense. "Nacho cheese." He uttered, emphasising the pun as if it would make the joke any less horrendous.

When Cecil mentioned retiring to his room already, Dorian became particularly curious, sure everybody had a strenuous journey here but you would think people would want to know the strangers they're living with for a couple months. Regardless, out of every person here Cecil was an enigma that Dorian wanted to figure out. The jest Cecil made was a testament to his type of humour, it was a tad dark but cute nonetheless.

The sound of the front door opening and closing was the answer to Eden's query, Dorian guessed that must be Sid, completing the total group of eight that were supposed to be staying here. "Well, I think Sid just arrived so that should be everyone. What do you all say to drinks to commemorate the beginning of a wonderful summer together?" Dorian smiled, flicking his gaze between everyone.

Bonnie Jones

“Yes that’s it and thank you, you’re as sweet as a peach.” Bonnie smiled at Eden. She always appreciated a good compliment. Her attention focused on Dorian when he spoke up. “Take it how ya want it big man.” Bonnie replied swiftly, she had a grin on her face and a eyebrow raised as if daring him to try. She shook her head at his attempted joke. Her father was the king of dad jokes, to her at least. “Do your worst, I’ve heard enough to last me two life times.” She tone was one of amusement and exasperation.

Bonnie then watched as more people entered. When her name was called once again she looked towards the source. Another woman who she believed was named Nadiana stood in the kitchen. She took the time to greet everyone while offering up come cupcakes for them to try. Bonnie walked over and took one for herself. Being the critique that she was Bonnie mentally pointed out the good and bad qualities of the dessert. “These are good...though maybe a little less icing. Rookie mistake,” She said honestly with a small smile on her face. “Though it is nice and fluffy.”

The next person to enter was Arianna. She made a show of entering and had managed to catch her attention for sure. Her picture did not do her justice. She was a stunning woman. The boys back home would have loved her with her pretty blonde hair and hazel eyes. Now she was someone that Bonnie recognized from television and the few fashion shows that she’d attended. “Those are cosmic brownies. And our housemate Nadi was sweet enough to fix us up some cupcakes.”

The good doctor had been silent for a while so when he spoke up Bonnie looked towards him with a little surprise. She could understand his need to take a breather. The only reason why she wasn’t currently in bed was because of her need to make sure that the kitchen was fully stocked. Bonnie knew that it was when she first arrived, she didn’t think that the show would get many views if they all starved. Bonnie was nosey and curious enough to take a look to see if they had any of quality. Now when Cecil began spouting off about horror movies she was just a little taken back. He a really odd man so far. Bonnie didn’t want to judge too harshly since they had only met minutes ago.

Bonnie hadn’t heard the door over everyone’s talking. She figured their newly arrived house mate would want to settle in first. “How about I cook us somethin’ up to go along with these drinks? I’ve been dyin’ to mess around in here. This kitchen is wonderful and needs to be put to good use don’t ya think?”

Enzo was glad that Dorian sat beside him and spoke to him. He did laugh at his dad jokes, even though he didn’t understand what they meant. He soon realized that he didn’t know a lot of the American culture, he’ll have to do some research or just ask around. Bonnie offered to make something, so he stood up to stood next to her to converse about what to make. He does know how to cook, but maybe Bonnie could teach him some American cuisine. Dorian offered a celebratory/welcoming drink, and Enzo agreed, so he answered. “As long as I can make something that I can actually know, dinner is coming up and I would like to accompany my talents. Perhaps music, or I can help you Bonnie in making some food? If you know how to make Italian, I am from Italy and can definitely help you with the delicious food they make there.” He leaned against the counter and bit his lip. Everyone here were enjoying themselves, and Enzo hadn’t had his chance to talk to them all yet. Enzo realized that he even had not had a cigarette since he was in italy at the airport, and in result he was already tensing up and his cravings were wanting another one. He decided to hold off until the evening, he wanted to get to know everyone, and make sure that they all had chosen their rooms before him.

It was a bit of a trek to find an available room, but Sid managed to do it. He propped up his luggage and sat his bag down on the bed before sighing in relief. The bags weren't heavy, but he was finally still and no extra weight was on him. ...Well, besides the figurative weight of having to actually unpack, learn the house, and get friendly with the others... But one thing at a time, and unpacking wasn't gonna be first. Besides, he was likely going to live out of his suitcase anyway. So, the next course of action would be to locate the gym. Then, he would go meet the others and explore the rest of the house later. Of course, if he came across anyone in the process, he'd surely introduce himself.

Leaving his room, he began slowly wandering the house. It really was quite large and splendid - two things that he was sure would take him at least a week to get used to. The deeper he got into the house, the more the voices seemed to fade and he wondered briefly if it were possible to get lost in here. Bypassing the game room and theater (but not without getting in an adequate peek), he found the gym. On one hand, he had seen better, but on the other hand, he was surprised that Camp had even bothered to offer as much as it did, so he had no complaints. He'd definitely have to come back and see what this place could really do. Although he lived with quite a strict exercise regimen, he knew traveling had probably taken its toll on his body and he needed a couple of days before he was back in the gym. He'd just have to make sure he ate really well in the meantime. In other words, no sherbet.

Just as he was leaving the gym, his ears caught the faintest hint of music. It was by no means his style, but he knew good composition when he heard it. He looked back in the direction he'd come from, knowing that his next plan was to go meet his housemates, but he found himself more curious about the source of the sound. So, he continued on. He wasn't led far before he met the louder yet muffled sound at a door. He quirked an eyebrow before giving a few raps against the door with his knuckles. He paused for a response and with getting nothing in response, knocked once more before making his way in. You couldn't say he didn't try. Though, he figured his knocking probably couldn't be heard over the elegant notes.

Among other things in the room, he saw a man sitting at a piano, dressed in the style of a TV dad or perhaps a museum's librarian. A lone glass sat perched beside him on a cloth and his face seemed to be one of concentration, or at least attempted concentration. Sid contemplated for a moment whether to interrupt, but then figured he should have thought about that before he decided to let himself in. He probably would have also been caught leaving at this point, and the longer he stood here doing nothing, the more awkward it became.

"Hey~! Uh... You're good!" He finally called. "That's impressive!"

The music had, for the most part, started to become slightly jumbled. Curiously, even though the technicality suffered, the musical quality seemed to increase. Not that Cecil noticed. By then he had finished his drink and had two more refills. He was feeling... good. Relaxed, as his mind slowed down and he began to appreciate the quiet on the inside. It helped a lot with focussing on what was happening outside. He could just imagine his teacher. TEMPO! TONE! CECIL! FOCUS! TAP TAP TAP! He could almost hear the metronome in his head. TAP TAP TAP! Wait... was that the door?

He stopped playing when he heard someone come in. It took him a moment to realise he had been playing with his eyes closed, and he took another moment to open them and direct them towards the door. The guy who walked in was wearing perhaps the most comfortable looking clothing Cecil had ever seen on a person. While his smile clearly said 'I am not sure why am here' - he seemed a decent enough guy. Nice hair. and eyes. The people here all seemed to have nice hair. Especially the unicorn one. As Cecil attempted to get up he stumbled, his palms meeting the keys, creating a rather sudden discordant sound about the room. He slowly lowered his eyes towards the keys, before slowly looking up at the guy again. The sound slowly faded into nothingness, extending the awkward moment between them. When it finally quieted, Cecil smirked. "Sorry about that." The fact that his words came out slightly slurred went unnoticed to himself.

He used the sides of the piano to walk towards the doorway, where the guy stood, using a few chairs and small tables along the way to stabilise him. His legs felt like jelly. Normally a few glasses of whiskey would not get him over this hard. But then again, he had not eaten since he left his house. That was almost 24 ago. His classmates would have been horrified at his rookie mistake. He shook his head slightly, before looking back towards Sid. "You know Leopold? I would have thought you were more of a 'dtz! dtz! dtz!' kinda guy." The closer he got, the more the other guy looked healthy. Everything about him screamed 'well adjusted', and 'I probably go for a run every morning'... which was nice. He supposed. Deciding that the door was too far away, Cecil sat down in one of the chairs and waved at him.

"I don't seem to recall your name. Something angelic? When memorising your names I imagined a halo onto your head. Why would I have done that? You are also sitting in a chair. Sitting Angel?" He raised a hand, gesturing lightly towards Sid. "Never been good with names. Forget them like that!" He snapped his fingers, the sound surprisingly loud in the room. "My visual memory is good though. I have to make up stories in my brain to remember people. Imagine them in all these strange situations and costumes." He reached for his glass, before remembering he forgot it at the piano. "Where are you from?" He frowned. "Wait... name first. What is your name? Then, where are you from?" He nodded to himself. Before the other could answer, Cecil looked directly at him. "You seem sporty right? Do you know how to work a sauna? I have always wanted to go in one. Did you know that there are over two million saunas in Finland? And they are about five million people." He leaned back in the chair, his eyes glazing over a bit as he tried to figure out what Sid's name was.

It had been a very long time since Arianna had had a cupcake, or anything sweet, for that matter. Her diet was strict, and she had people that made sure she followed it. She exercised four+ times a week in between shoots; rarely did she have down time. She missed relaxing-- but that's what this trip was supposed to be.

Still, she didn't reach for a cupcake.

Looking away from them, she glanced at the colorful haired girl at she introduced herself as Eden. She found herself wondering just how big of a heart attack her manager would have if she dyed her hair on this trip. The thought made her smirk, and she glanced at everyone else. "I think we're one short?"

She heard the door, then, but no one else walked into the kitchen. One of the guys excused himself, leaving behind the others, Arianna included. The guy that introduced himself as Dorian settled between Arianna and the guy from by the front door. He was definitely a looker. His joke made her bust out laughing, mostly because of how cheesy it was. Pun intended.

"All I know is that I'm starved." Arianna pushed back from the table she'd been leaning against, glancing at Bonnie. She had a feeling the woman could cook the hell out of some carbs. "I feel like I'm going to gain weight this trip." She laughed again, then looked over her shoulder. "I need to take my bags to a room before I decide I don't feel like it. I'll be back."

With that, she left the room and gathered her things again, finding a room on the second floor to settle in. She wanted the peace without the walk to the third floor, so it was perfect. Plopping down on her bed, she stretched out, forgetting how amazing a bed could feel.

With everything calming down, Eden realized that she had to unpack still. Making a quick leave, she unintentionally stomped up the stairs to her room. The room was set up beautifully and the aesthetic matched her perfectly. Not bothering to close her door, the first thing she did was set her phone down and started playing music by a band named EDEN. Before bringing out her clothes to put into her dresser, she pulled a small projector and netbook out of one of her bags. She carefully set the two electronics up next to each other. Positioning the projector so its image sat on the other end of her bed she giggled a bit. She then plugged her laptop in and hooked it up to the projector.
After finishing that up, being the organized person she is... Eden dumped her clothes onto the floor. She had just thrown her whole closet into a few of her bags, so to organize them she just had to dump them. Putting her clothes away took less time then she thought. Undergarments and Pj's went in the first two drawers, along with some of her personal stuff. Pants/Shorts went in the second, skirts/dresses went in the third and tops went in the fourth. The last drawer wasn't in use but Eden was sure she figure something out for it.
From one of her bags, Eden began to pull out books; Of Mice and Men, Watershipdown, and some original Grimm Fairy Tales. With the reading books, there was also photo albums. Those photo albums contained pictures from her home town and her diving trips. They meant a lot to her.
After pulling her books out, she realized she brought a lot of shawls.. guess that's what in the last drawer. She hadn't really brought anything else, her phone charger.. which she plugged in beside her bed and some none essential stuff that could just sit in the bags. Grabbing a joint from one of the top drawers, she flopped on the bed and lit it. As she enjoyed her joint she started thinking, this was gonna be some adventure. People she didn't know , who didn't know her. No surfing with a team or practicing with a manager. But there was also very little that was familiar, no friends from back home, no Sea Shack to keep her busy during the boring days.
From a first glance , everyone seemed amazing. Nobody seemed like they had any large sticks up their ass. But she hadn't really gotten to know any of them. She planned to go out for a walk tomorrow, along that teal path that had been talked about so much in the pamphlet. When she went down for food, she'd ask if anyone wanted to come with her. She hoped that Cecil would be interested but eh didn't really seem like the type. Listening to her tunes, she figured she'd sit in here for a little bit longer, shew as sure someone would say something once the food was done. She just had to wait for that.

Sid watched the guy stand, struggling to move from the piano. When he turned, he recognized his face from the pamphlet. The name was on the tip of his tongue as he remembered it as something not too foreign since his language had its own variation. He watched him move closer until seeming to give up and somewhat flopping down into one of the seats. He then began somewhat rambling, or rather continuing to rambling in longer spurts. Sid couldn't help but to chuckle, his mind making it's connection between the glass he'd seen beside him on the piano stool and the "odd" behavior.

"It's Sid. So, you were close," he stated with a small laugh. "Originally from Brazil," he added as he approached, deciding to close the gap. He came to stop at a chair across from the man, not bothering to sit, but perching himself behind it. However, he did outstretch a hand in offering to shake. He wasn't quite sure why the conversation were suddenly about Finland, but it made him wonder if this guy was always this eccentric, or if it was just his buzz talking. "I spa every month - not something most men would say, but I've no shame - so I'm sure I can figure out the sauna... um... Ah!" He clapped, the name finally popping into his head. "Cecilio!" Or, at least he knew it was something like that.

A small simper lingered on his face, a little too proud of his remembering. "Are the housemates that bad?" He asked, nodding toward the lone, empty glass across the room before looking back at Cecil.

Cecil looked at the other for a bit, his own smirk joining that of the other's self-satisfied smile. As the other reached out to shake his hand, Cecil reached out - pulling the other's hand closer for a moment, bringing it closer to his eyes. They ran over the skin for only a moment, the pads of his fingers running over the interior creases in his palm. He released the hand, having held it for only a moment longer than normal, thinking that he had been very subtle - when his leaning forward to ogle the hand, had given him away completely. As he sat back in his chair, Cecil frowned. "Yes, I could have deduced your Spa like tendencies. While you have the callouses associated with training yourself, they are smooth, and your skin soft - well taken care of. Wise. No one likes to touch someone who's hands could be used to shred cheese." He snickered slightly, before frowning again. "Unless... they use their hands, to hold the shredder. Then they can shred cheese. But I meant the skin." He nodded once to himself, before looking back Sid. "And this bullshit about masculinity meaning the willing decay of the aesthetic in lieu the function- is... well... bullshit." Realising that he was speaking with very little direction or editing of thoughts, Cecil placed a hand in front of his mouth. He nodded, smiling. Then he started speaking when with the fingers over his lips. "Boys can be pretty too." His eyes looked down towards his fingers, currently barring his mouth, shaking them as though trying to figure out why they aren't working. "Not that I care. I mean some of the Rugby players at my university are hot as hell... But they are so... Very. Very. Stupid." He waved a palm around, as though what he was saying made complete sense. "I don't care, Richard, if you have 'buns' of steel, between you and your girlfriend can barely read at a high-school level. I don't want you!" He spoke, heightening his voice slightly, to imply he was repeating something from his past.

He shuddered as though physically repulsed. "Speaking of beautiful people..." He looked over towards the empty glass by the piano. "They, the others, are all quite enchanting. I kinda wanted to talk to them. But I was tired. Exhausted. Fatigued. Worn. Finished..." He shook his head again. "Tired. Am tired. I have not eaten or slept in forever. So I went up to my room." He looked up towards the roof. "And I set up my network. Checked my emails. I wanted to sleep you see... They are all so perfect. And nice. And social." He sighed, leaning back even further into his chair. "I thought, I must get some sleep. Then I can be at my best when we speak in the morning. Then I can 'Dazzle' them." He did a poor imitation of 'jazz' hands on the word 'dazzle'. "But then... suddenly there was a drink in my hand. And then I was here." He waved his hand around the room. "With you." He smiled. "Sitting Angel. Or standing currently." He snorted, before laughing outright. A deep sigh. "They are going to love you." He looked Sid over once more. "Yep. Also, this room sort of drew me in. That piano is hot. Not in a sexual way." He looked at the piano again. "Did you know that a lady married a theme park ride once. It's called objectophilia. Kinda does not sit right with me." He looked at Sid again. "I mean... is the whole thing about romance not consent? Right? How does a piano consent to marriage?" He shook his head as though the idea was silly. "Not kink shaming. Although I do think some kinks deserve to be shamed. How did we get to this topic? You are quite quiet. I would have thought you would be a bit more 'loud'?" He gestured. "No offence. The others are cool though. Very cool. You should go say hello. I will join you. Or are you tired? Do you have a room?"

So many statements, so many questions, and then more statements. Although Sid couldn't complain too much. After all, if this room never lived up to its name before, it surely did in this moment. He just wasn't sure he could keep up. The hand thing had caught him off guard, but Cecil's commentary gave it purpose and therefore made it a little less odd. Just a little. After his hand had been released, he found himself even inspecting it, as if he needed to verify the other man's words for himself. "Thanks," he said, looking up from his palm. Sid wasn't particularly vain, but he did appreciate when others noticed the care he took for himself. He couldn't help laughing at but nodding in agreement with his small exposition of the whole 'beauty verses brains' idea. "I understand that well. I come from the aesthetic capital and the country that has even earned itself its own butt type... I'll confirm that buns of steel are overrated. So, I can get behind that... Or, I guess, not behind it." His fingers made a little drumming gesture, as if doing his own 'ba-dum tiss' and he laughed more. "Besides, who wants a hard butt anyway? Seems like it defeats the purpose of a butt... But that's not the point here."

"'Loud' is more of my family's thing. I like to joke that I inherited more of the Cuban-mobster, silent-but-deadly sort of thing." He chuckled. The light scent of whiskey wafted past his nose and caused his senses to perk. Sid knew that smell anywhere and, considering it had been a while, a glass would hit the spot. It might also help him better understand Cecilio as he had come to unintentionally misidentify this man. "You're right; I should meet the others. I picked my room before I did, but similarly got distracted. Last I know, they seemed to be in some room near the front, probably the kitchen. If you're tired, you should rest; it's important for your body. Otherwise, if you can muster some social ability, then you should tag along. And, uh, bring those spirits if you got any left and like to share." He smirked playfully and flashed a wink. It was more of a habit than meant to be a flirtatious gesture, but then again, being a little enticing never hurt. He leaned off of the chair and headed toward the door.

Nadi watched the joy on people's faces as they were all getting to know one another. It pleasantly delighted her to get to know new people and discover various lifestyles and diversity between them. Many people usually focused on contrasts as being chances to butt heads, but Nadi had always seen it as opportunity to learn and grow in a spectrum you're not really used to experiencing. Part of the reason she was a naturally good actress. She heard the voice of the final female roommate walk in, and Nadi's eyes lit up with excitement. She'd heard of Ari from her time in Hollywood. The Jamisons weren't supposed to be a well-known couple to common pop culture, but Nadi studied her industry extensively. If you were going to be in the business you'd better know who the it people are, no matter how big or small their name was. Ari's parents were well respected, especially her father. He was a big time music producer. Nadi instantly got amped at the chance to room with Ari Jamison herself, who was also a budding model. Nadi could imagine the videos they could make together and probably get a lot of revenue from it. "Hey! Ari right?" Nadi says as she was still smitten from the gentlemenesque kiss to her hand from Enzo, who was becoming more and more dapper as the time passed. Nadi moves into the kitchen area again with Enzo as she noticed Cecil take a leave of absence. She figured him for a private chico anyways. His joke about the horror trope sent a small laugh her way, it was accurate but may have been too early or daring to say... besides, by Nadi's standards she'd be high on the deathlist as well, an oddly yet attracive girl that claims to be some entertainment figure has literally been the horror candy since the 80s. The ones that never make it past the first act because there's not much character potential or investment there. How wrong you'd be Hollywood...

When Dorian called her by her full name and noticed her roots from YouTube she clutched her heart in humble and grateful symbol as he announced it was his twin that was a good fan of hers.
"Well I'm definitely no Queen but I'll take it haha. And your twin huh? Not you? Well Mr. Stranger Caverly, we're gonna have to change that rapido." She gave him the stern brow, but he redeemed himself a little when he tried her cookie cakes and said they were delicious. When Bonnie had mentioned for less icing, Nadi didn't know if it was a joke of some sort, since there was no icing on the snack. "No icing at all you mean? Haha" She'd noticed that a few people refrained from eating it because of vainism and the very inaccurate superficial myth that having such delicacies ruins your figure. She laughs and shakes her head and places a hand on her hip. "Ay Dios Mio, pul-LEEZ tell me you guys are not that vain and inrealizant that a serving of sugar or glucose based anything will NOT mess up anything. The body cannot corrupt from a single intake of calories, only failure to eat proper fibers and proteins is what causes the fat gain. I was training to play professional soccer at a point in time so I was extensively into fitness and nutrition." At the utterance of Dorian's dry humor, Nadi grinned into a full laugh, knowing it was corny but still laughing. The girl loved dry humor, especially disdainfully painful puns. It was her go to comedy. When Sid entered, Nadi waved him a hello and introduced herself while shaking his hand, speaking of fitness this lad was in shape! She subconsciously scoped his body and was delighted with what she saw. When Bonnie mentioned cooking, Nadi's eyes lit up. If they loved her baked goods, they'd die for her cooking. IT was the first time Nadi baked, but she's cooked for YEARS. When Enzo mentioned Italian cuisine, she lit up even more, almost as if a halo was forming over her head. "Ooooh! Italian?? I make a mean Risotto! We should definitely cook for them to officially secure a bond for the forthgoing summer"

Ari had expressed how she was starving, and that gave Nadi an idea to make some more food for them. Bonnie could cook, so could Nadi... they could whip them up something nice. She started to hear a piano playing in the distance, noticing Sid and Cecil were gone as Ari went to go unpack, and then Eden. Nadi would get started on the Risotto, years of cooking it she knew all the herbs and spices to add for the great taste. She would also assist Bonnie if she needed anything as well, and give a chance for them to bond. She also waved over Enzo if he wanted to help. Eden came back down listening to some music as she heard her ask about going on a trek the next day. Nadi definitely raised her hand at any chance to explore the beautiful land that surrounded them. Even though she'd transitioned from athletics into entertainment, the girl was none the less out of shape for her physical activities she stayed participating in. As Nadi prepped the Risotto, the smells start to dwell and linger around the house with culinary prestige. Nadi had a pep in her step, a passion about her that even in her floral dress made her rise above the sterotypical latina cooking in the kitchen... or italiana cooking in the kitchen for that matter. She tapped into both her roots. She made a house announcement once the food begin to settle.

"DAH FOODS WILL BE REAH-DEE IN 15 MINATZZ!!!" She then made a gesture to everyone in to enforce more connection. "Okay guys, let's share an interesting fact about everyone. I'll start, so in my bio in the brochure thingy it says I'm in Riverdale and 13 Reason Why right? So I won't say anything acting wise... hmm... maybe sports...OH!!! Okay prepare yourselves for this one guys.... so when I was in high school in a soccer game for the conference championship, me and another girl on the rival team went for the ball at the same time and she slid her cleat right into my shoulder while I was sliding... she knocked my shoulder out of place. The crowd legit gasped and winced because my shoulder was jutting from my torso extensively. Think I'd cry right? Nope! I literally was so hyped up from adrenaline I balled my right hand up into a fist and hammered my dislocated shoulder back into its joint. The refs, crowd, players, coach even were speechless, and I got away with an F-Bomb at 16 years old because I mean... that shit hurt haha. They understood. We went on to win that game and the championship!!!!"

Nadi leans on the kitchen counter, looking at her roommies.
"Okay, who's next? :D Also, should we go out tonight or stay in? Let's make a vote."

Cecil sat for a moment, leaning forward in his seat and peering at Sid's behind. Yep. That did seem nice and... formed. A good butt. He nodded once. "A mobster? Pfffft, you could not hurt a fly. You look more like the type to play 'Dr. Dreamy' in one of those medical shows." His eyes closed as he tried to think. "Sid's Anatomy." He snickered as he fell back in his chair, laying there for a few seconds. Sighing, he started to struggle to get up. He stumbled towards Sid, still using the seats as a method of support. "I fear I might not have any spirits left to share..." He looked towards his empty hand. "Unless we go get it in my room. And that is way too far away. Hey, if we walk up the stairs together, should we sing 'stairway' to heaven? I mean, you are called Angel. You should make that joke one day. If you carry some chick upstairs." Another deep sigh. "That is a sad song though. So maybe not." He seemed to consider this, before nodding once. "I am sure between us we could raise their spirits, as spirited spirits spiriting away spiritless sprites with a spiritous spiritual." He laughed at himself. "Alliteration." Another snort, gesturing towards his mouth as though Sid might have missed it. "But for that, we need... spirits."

He frowned. "Have you ever said a word so many times... it seems to lose meaning? Spirits. Spirits. Spirits. Spirits." He grabbed onto Sid's arm, stabilising himself on the other. "But they are young. Virile. If they don't have alcohol then I am a well-adjusted socialite with no history of family problems and a future of mindless oozing I fear imminent." He left Sid's side and started walking towards the kitchen, making sure to lean against the walls, stumbling towards the staircase. His eyes tried to focus, as the various stairs seemed to mix into one another. "Hey, Angel. Come look. These stairs go up and down at the same time. I wonder if I will fall if I step on the ones that are moving." By this point, the alcohol had really set in. His empty stomach burning as his liver tried to figure out where to store all the excess alcohol. As he looked at the staircases, they started moving - at least to him. "Sid! The house is Hogwarts themed! How did I not notice?" He left the side of the wall, forgoing support in order to walk faster towards the stairwell, stumbling all the way.
