Hi,and welcome to yet another incarnation of "A Certain Raildex RP!"
Let's cut to the chase and start with the introductory info.
I. This will be a dice RP using the modified FATE system found in Wearing the Cape: the RPG.
II. It will be set somewhere between the last volume of Old Testament and the first of the New Testament.
III. Both Magic Side and Science Side characters allowed.
IV. Unusual characters, such as gemstone and dual skill ability users are allowed, though in limited number.
V. The game's plot is yet undecided, but it will involve the rise of a new faction in the city and possibly the discovery of dual skill.
VI. The game will be run on discord, preferebly in GMT plus one times.
